Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of democracy and village autonomy in the process of village head elections. The election of a village head is one form of genuine and pure village autonomy and democracy. However, with the emergence of modern states, the independence and ability of rural communities to manage their affairs have diminished. This is closely related to the decentralization that occurs in unitary states such as Indonesia. In a unitary state, one of the central matters is legal affairs. Legal matters include regulating the election of village heads, as stipulated in Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 112 of 2014 concerning the Election of Village Heads. This research uses a normative juridical method. The research results explain that village head elections, based on rules from the central government cascaded down to the village level, become procedural in the implementation of village head elections. In fact, these rules lead to the phenomenon of husband and wife pairs running as village head candidates in the same village to avoid having a single candidate, thereby enabling the village head election to take place. Furthermore, violations of rules regarding village head elections are common, such as instances of money politics and the lack of neutrality among village officials, but there is no legal follow-up related to these violations. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan demokrasi dan otonomi desa dalam proses pemilihan kepala desa. Pemilihan kepala desa merupakan salah satu bentuk dari otonomi dan demokrasi desa yang asli dan murni. Namun dengan munculnya negara modern, kemandirian dan kemampuan masyarakat desa untuk mengatur urusan desanya mulai berkurang. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dengan adanya desentralisasi yang terjadi di negara kesatuan seperti Indonesia. Dalam negara kesatuan salah satu urusan yang menjadi urusan pusat adalah soal hukum. Urusan hukum tersebut tidak lepas dari urusan untuk mengatur pemilihan kepala desa sebagaimana terdapat pada Permendagri No 112 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemilihan Kepala Desa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pemilihan kepala desa yang berdasarkan aturan-aturan dari pemerintah pusat yang diturunkan hingga tingkat desa menjadi prosedural dalam pelaksaan pemilihan kepala desa. Bahkan aturan tersebut menimbulkan adanya fenomena pasangan suami istri yang maju sebagai calon kepala desa di desa yang sama untuk menghindari calon tunggal sehingga pemilihan kepala desa dapat dilaksanakan. Selain itu ternyata aturan mengenai pemilihan kepala desa juga banyak terjadi pelanggaran namun tidak ada tindak lanjut hukum terkait pelanggaran tersebut. Pelanggaran tersebut antara lain adalah adanya money politics dan ketidaknetralan perangkat desa.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to know the hiring and selection plans of employees on the quarter of the race, and the preening of the recruiting and selection process against the actual performance of an employee of the Setulus koffee. This method of research employs the process of triangulation techniques of observation, interview, and documentation. The population of this study was 43 applicants and employees at Setulus koffee, and two samples were selected of the new ones who took the positions of cashier and the old barista. Many times the manager of Setulus koffee tried to hire an employee but the result was always unsatisfactory, while the human resource facility was the most important thing for a manager at Setulus koffee to run the coffee shop operational. A problem that often arises is the unprofessional of employees sensations, such as not following the standard oprational procedure, retiring to a time of transition, deviousness, etc. Researchers are trying to do research on a new recruiting process on sehonesthearted at Setulus koffee to observe the actual event. In the process of recruiting and new selection on June 29, 2022 The researchers found that the methods employed by the recruiter improved by more attitude and attitude than the work experience of recruiting new staff potential, according to the experience of the previous recruiter that the candidate who is too professional and has too much experience tends to be difficult to control and not follow the SOP on as well as Setulus koffee. Based on those experiences can result in better employee performance.

Abstract

The role of a Notary in the process of establishing a Limited Liability Company Legal Entity through the Online Legal Entity Administration System includes creating a deed of Establishment. Because making the deed is an act of a Notary in holding office, he or she must obey and submit to the Notary's Code of Ethics. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out 1) What are the roles and responsibilities of a notary in establishing a limited liability company (PT) legal entity at the notary office Wahyu Analista, SH., M.Kn. The method used is juridical-empirical, relying on primary data from interviews and secondary data from literature. This research adopts a legislative approach by examining applicable legal regulations, including Law no. 2 of 2014 concerning Notary Positions and Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies. The results of the research are: 1) The role and responsibilities of a notary include inputting data, making a deed of establishment, informing NPWP, domicile instructions, announcements in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia, payment of PNBP, and inputting data for Ministerial Decrees. If there is a data error, the notary must compensate for the loss, correct the data, and make a deed of amendment in accordance with Article 1365 of the Civil Code.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment on employee performance at the PNTC Special Needs Clinic Surakarta.The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a population of all employees of the PNTC Surakarta Special Needs Children's Clinic which totals 30 people. The sampling technique uses a census technique which means that all employees totaling 30 people are sampled in this study. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The statistical analysis used in this study is classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis test using t-test and F test, and determination coefficient analysis.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be seen that partially competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Stress levels have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously competence, work discipline, stress level and work environment affect employee performance. Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has led to changes in marketing strategies, especially in transportation and tourism. Social media, particularly the Instagram platform, has become an effective tool for conveying marketing messages visually and interactively to consumers through uploaded content. This study aims to investigate how Rosalia Indah utilizes the Instagram platform as a digital marketing medium and to identify the factors driving Rosalia Indah's use of the Instagram social media platform. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with Rosalia Indah staff, direct field observations, documentation, and literature review. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The main informants or respondents were Rosalia Indah Kleco marketing staff, including supervisors and managers of the tour and travel division. Based on the results obtained, Instagram is actively used by Rosalia Indah to offer or promote tour packages, transportation tickets, and others. The content uploaded is tailored to the target audience based on age, gender, location, and seasonal trends. The driving factors for using Instagram include ease of access, effectiveness in reaching the audience through interactive features such as Instagram Ads or Meta Ads and Insights, as well as relatively low costs compared to traditional methods like newspapers or billboards. Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of strategies for determining leading tourist destinations in Samarinda City as an important step in improving regional tourism competitiveness. The determination of leading tourist destinations is seen as a strategic policy that not only aims to strengthen the city's tourism identity but also encourages local economic growth through increased tourist visits, infrastructure development, and the empowerment of communities around the destinations. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies obtained from government agencies and destination managers. Analysis is conducted inductively, emphasising the involvement of the Pentahelix elements—government, academia, business actors, communities, and media—in the entire designation process. The research findings indicate that the City Government of Samarinda designates priority destinations through a competitive selection process with systematic stages. The research findings also highlight several challenges faced, including limited operational and promotional budgets, suboptimal time management in implementing strategies, and the need to enhance the human resource capacity of destination managers. Abstract

Sade Village in Central Lombok has significant potential as a cultural tourism destination, yet the effectiveness of its promotion depends heavily on the digital strategies adopted by travel industry stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the role of Classic Tours in promoting the Sasak Tour travel package of Sade Village through social media from the customer perspective and to identify the forms of creative content employed. The research applied a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that Classic Tours utilizes various digital channels, particularly Blogspot, Facebook, email, and WhatsApp, to expand information outreach, enhance interactions, and build customer relationships. Promotional content focuses on clear product descriptions, supporting visuals, and accessible contact information, which effectively increase tourist interest, strengthen the company’s image, and maintain customer loyalty. The study concludes that consistent digital promotion strategies enhance the appeal of Sade Village as a cultural tourism destination; however, expansion to other popular platforms such as Instagram and YouTube is recommended to better engage younger market segments. The practical implication highlights that creative content-based digital promotion can serve as an effective model for tourism businesses in developing culture-based destinations.
