Abstract

Financial management behavior is important to master because if someone has good financial management behavior then they will be able to balance the money owned or received and the money spent. They possess the ability to manage finances effectively, ensuring they won't fall into monetary hardship. Even if financial issues arise, they're adept at resolving them. Researchers executed a quantitative, descriptive study on 390 housewives in Wuluhan District using questionnaires to gather data. The study revealed that most of the 390 surveyed housewives in Wuluhan District exhibited low spiritual intelligence, a hedonic lifestyle, poor self-control, and high risk tolerance. Multiple regression results indicated a significant impact of spiritual intelligence, hedonic lifestyle, self-control, and risk tolerance on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Individual characteristics, work discipline and motivation are factors that can influence employee performance. The research aims to examine and analyze the significant influence of individual characteristics, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance at the UD. Sinar Madura Jaya. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, documentation and interviews with 60 respondents using census techniques. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the individual characteristic variable is 0.197 which is greater than 0.05 which means that the individual characteristic variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) show that the work discipline variable is 0.096 where the value is greater than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has no influence on employee performance. The results of testing the third hypothesis (H3) show that the motivation variable is 0.000 where the value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the motivational variable has an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research focuses on examining how farmers manage and manage finances in the family. The purpose of this study was to find out about how farmers manage finances and see how it affects family welfare. In this study using a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. According to the BKKBN, welfare itself is divided into 5 namely pre-prosperous, prosperous type I, prosperous type II, prosperous type III and prosperous type III+. The results of this study indicate that of the 30 farmers studied there were 11 farmers who were in type I welfare, 3 farmers were in type II welfare, and 16 farmers were in type III welfare. However, these results are different if according to theory (Sukmawati et al.,2020) which measures welfare from income, if according to this research then out of the 30 farmers studied there were 10 farmers who were not financially prosperous, 12 farmers who were almost financially prosperous and 8 farmers who were financially prosperous.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen/nasabah adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja atau hasil yang dia rasakan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Salah satu faktor untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen yaitu kualitas pelayanan yang baik, dimana kualitas pelayanan mencakup bukti fisik/tangible, kehandalan/reliability, daya tanggap/responsiveness, jaminan/assurance, dan empati/empathy. Untuk itu Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Jember harus mampu memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada nasabah agar menciptakan kepuasan bagi nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah bukti fisik/tangibel, kehandalan/reliability, daya tanggap/responsiveness, jaminan/assurance, dan empati/empathy berpengaruh signifikan dan simultan terhadap nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Jember. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember selaku nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Jember dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 382 responden. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa bukti fisik/tangible, kehandalan/reliability, daya tanggap/responsiveness, jaminan/assurance, dan empati/empathy berpengaruh secara signifikan dan simultan terhadap kepuasan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Jember.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs to female traders in the Kalisat market is financial knowledge where traders in the Kalisat market do not understand how to manage finances properly even though the proceeds from their sales are set aside to be saved every day. The researcher intends to measure the financial management behavior of female traders in the Kalisat market, Jember district by raising variables regarding financial management which refer to financial knowledge, income, financial attitude, personality and financial management behavior. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. The population measurement was conducted by interviewing the head of the market management and the results obtained were 1,520 female traders. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 320 respondents with the criteria of being female, aged over 17 years and trading for more than 5 years. The method is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study stated that the financial management behavior of female traders in the Kalisat market in Jember district was positively and significantly influenced by the variables of financial knowledge, income, financial attitudes, and personality.

Abstract

The condition of female micro entrpreneur in Bondowoso Nangkaan Market currently still has limitations with various problems. These limitations include capital, lack of knowledge in financial management, financial management skills, low financial and financial behavior, limited access to information and technology, and the limited scope of the market which is still a limiting factor for the SME space. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial skills, financial attitude, and financial performance. The research design used in this study is quantitative research because it uses data in the form of numbers in descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study is the economic actors of SME Women in the Nangkaan Market Bondowoso Regency with a sample of 68 SME of Women. The results of this study indicate that based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial attitude, financial skills, and financial performance are classified as low because they are under 60%. The high level of financial literacy is believed to be able to improve welfare because by increasing the level of financial literacy, female micro entrpreneur economic actors can make financial decisions better so that business financial planning becomes more optimal, which in turn can improve welfare.The results of this study indicate that based on the five variables that use the financial literacy rate of female SME are in the middle category.

Abstract

Kerajinan Tasbih Dan Gelang merupakan salah satu bisnis dalam bidang kerajinan manik manik tepatnya di pusat kerajinan tasbih dan gelang yang lokasinya terletak di Desa Tutul, Kecamatan Balung, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajian tasbih dan gelang. Digunakannya metode kuantitatif merupakan metodologi riset yang bertujuan untuk mengkualifikasi data, yang diterapkan dalam analisis statistik tertentu.Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,029. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin baik kualitas produk maka keputusan pembelian akan semakin meningkat (H1 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin efektifnya promosi maka keputusan pembelian kerajinan tasbih dan gelang desa Tutul akan semakin meningkat (H2 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis ketiga (H3) menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,009 kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin terjangkaunya harga makan akan semakin meningkat keputusan pembelian (H3 diterima).Penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menguji tiga hipotesis menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima yang berarti bahwa semua variabel independen (yaitu produk, harga, dan promosi) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen (yaitu keputusan pembelian).

Abstract

An optimal level of financial reporting quality is essential to an enterprise, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through good quality financial statements, UMKM can make it easier to plan and make future decisions; a good financial report provides the data necessary for business planning and decision-making. UMKMs can design growth strategies, identify investment opportunities, and address financial challenges with a strong information base. In addition, UMKM can also be easier in obtaining access to funding from financial institutions, which tend to lend to UMKM that can provide a good picture of their financial health. In this study, the researchers conducted a quantitative descriptive survey of 100 UMKM perpetrators responsible for managing financial reports in the Bondowoso district. From the perspective of this research, it is seen that most of the 100 criminals/owners of UMKM in the Bondowosos district have an excellent human resources account and financial literacy. However, many still have not used information technology. The results of the double regression analysis showed the positive impact of human resource competence, financial literacy, and the use of information technology on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of total quality management with 4 indicators, namely customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and management based on facts on operational performance at the Putra Bali Rattan Furniture Industry in Mayang District, Jember Regency. This research is research using a combination approach (mix methods). A sample of 65 respondents was obtained using a saturated sampling technique. Data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews with the owner and 5 consumers and then analyzed using regression analysis. In processing research data, researchers used the SPSS version 22 application. The research results show that 3 of the 4 X variables, namely customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, and continuous quality improvement have a positive and significant effect on operational performance. Meanwhile management variables based on facts have a negative effect on operational performance. The positive influence of the customer satisfaction variable is also supported by the results of interviews which state that the company has implemented 4 indicators of customer satisfaction and in line with this, operational performance has also increased. In conclusion, customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, and continuous quality improvement have a positive and significant effect on operational performance, while management based on facts has a negative effect. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, facilities, service, and location on consumer satisfaction at Glen Coffee & Resto Glenmore. The research method used is quantitative. This research uses Non-Probability Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the consumer satisfaction variable and the independent variable is price, facilities, service, and location, namely price, facilities, service, and location on consumer satisfaction Glen Coffee & Res- to Glenmore. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive statistical tests, data instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test, coefficient of determination). The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. All statements are valid, reliable, and normal. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using a t-test which state that the variables of price, facilities, services, and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
