Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of customer satisfaction, switching barriers and customer trust on customer retention at the Herdacake bakery, Puger district, Jemeber. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research. The analytical method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, the population in this research is the customers of the Herdacake bakery. The sample used was 160 respondents. The results of this research show that this conclusion is proven (1) the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 9.378 and a significance level of 0.00. (2) the switching barrier variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 2.833 and a significance level of 0.00. (3) the customer trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer retention. With a t count of 3.915 and a significance level of 0.03. The variables Customer Satisfaction, Switching Barriers, and Customer Trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer retention in herdacake bakery.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate financial performance of listed firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX) using the Economic Value Added (EVA) approach. The companies that are the object of research are in the health sector and also the industrial sector. This stud’s methodology consist of systematic documentation and literature reviewsdepending on the research objectives. The analysis used in the EVA calculation is starting with the IC analysis, then the weighted capital cost analysis (WACC), the NOPAT analysis, and the EVA analysis. Based on the average result of EVA in the health sector getting a positive value of 114,287,777,175, this shows that the health sector can provide economic added value to the company and can meet the amount of return expected by investors. Furthermore, the average result of EVA in the industrial sector received a negative value of -884,436,971,368, this shows that the financial management in industrial companies did not succeed in creating added value and decreasing the value of assets during 2018-2022.  Keywords: financial performance, economic value added, indonesia stock exchange, financial management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA). Perusahaan yang menjadi objek penelitian yaitu pada sektor kesehatan dan juga sektor industrial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan yang dilakukan secara sistematik sesuai tujuan penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam perhitungan EVA yakni dimulai dengan analisis IC, kemudian analisis biaya modal tertimbang (WACC), analisis NOPAT, dan analisis EVA Berdasarkan hasil rata-rata EVA pada sektor kesehatan mendapatkan nilai positif sebesar 114.287.777.175, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada sektor kesehatan dapat memberikan nilai tambah ekonomis pada perusahaan dan dapat memenuhi besarnya tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan oleh investor. selanjutnya hasil rata-rata EVA pada sektor industrial mendapatkan nilai yang negatif sebesar -884.436.971.368, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak manajemen keuangan pada perusahaan industrial tidak berhasil menciptakan nilai tambah dan menurunkan nilai aset selama 2018-2022. Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, consisting of dimensions of innovation, risk taking, and proactive attitude, on decision making in financial management and its impact on financial performance in women-owned MSMEs from three ethnic groups, namely Javanese, Madurese, and Osing, spread across East Java. This study also aims to compare the differences in influence between the three ethnic groups. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool processed using AMOS software, on a sample of between 100 and 200 female MSME actors selected purposively, with a minimum provision of 30 respondents from each ethnic group. In this study, entrepreneurial orientation is set as the independent variable, financial management decision making as the mediator variable, and financial performance as the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that innovation and risk taking have a significant positive effect on financial decisions, but have a negative impact on financial performance, while proactiveness is not significant. Financial management decisions are proven to significantly improve the financial performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Abstract Along with the development of the internet and technology that has an impact on changes in consumer behavior, one of which is purchasing behavior, namely shopping online. The change in purchasing behavior has made the marketplace platform grow rapidly, one of the marketplaces that consumers choose to buy products is Shopee. Factors such as content marketing, free shipping, and online customer reviews can influence online purchasing decisions. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of content marketing, free shipping, and online customer reviews on the purchasing decision of Somethinc skincare on the Shopee marketplace with a case study of Jember City students. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach through a questionnaire with a total sample of 190. The results of the study obtained the results of content marketing significantly influencing purchasing decisions (sig.0.001, t count 4.440> t table 1.972), free shipping variables significantly influence purchasing decisions (sig.0.001, t count 4.380> t table 1.972), and online customer reviews significantly influence purchasing decisions (sig. 0.000, t count 3.692> t table 1.972). The results of the determination test were 67.6%, which means that 67.6% of changes in the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the three variables. The results of the study can contribute to Somethinc skincare products in determining marketing strategies to increase sales

Abstract

The phenomenon of consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which includes overall satisfaction (consumer overall satisfaction after consuming services), experience satisfaction (level of satisfaction experienced by consumers while consuming services), feeling comfortable when using the service, willingness to use the service repeatedly, willingness to recommend ( willingness to recommend) consumers are not yet completely satisfied. Of the five indicators, consumers still feel dissatisfied. This is a problem regarding consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan which requires solving and analyzing what factors can influence consumer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the significant influence of price, service quality and location on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. This type of research is exploratory and conclusive research, where conclusive research can be classified as descriptive and causality research. The population of this research is consumers of Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool is multiple linear regression analysis and uses exploratory and conclusive methods. The research results prove that price, service quality and location have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Salon Wildan Banyuwangi. The implications of this research can be a consideration for business managers so that they can optimize pricing, service quality and location so that they can increase consumer satisfaction and the business runs well.

Abstract

Family financial management is an important aspect in efforts to improve economic welfare, especially for PKK mothers who act as the main managers of family finances. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial self-efficacy, financial literacy, and financial inclusion on financial management in PKK members of Panti District. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach and data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 181 PKK members of Panti District online and face-to-face. The results showed that financial self-efficacy partially had the most significant effect on financial management, while financial literacy and financial inclusion partially had a significant effect on financial management. This finding confirms the importance of increasing these three variables in an effort to empower PKK mothers to be able to manage family finances more effectively, efficiently and wisely, so as to improve the economic welfare of families and communities in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The results of this research are also in line with the researcher who is carried out by factors that affect the desire of generation Z, especially KSPM students at universities in Jember Regency, to invest in the capital market. Generation Z as a digital generation that is familiar with technology has special characteristics that need to be understood in the context of investment behavior and researchers are more focused on choosing KSPM as the object of research because KSPM is an extension of the capital market in general for students. The population of this study includes generation Z, especially students who take part in KSPM at the University of Jember Regency which totals 152 students who were taken as research samples using non-probability sampling techniques, data processing was analyzed by multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using t-test. The researcher's research shows that the impact of investment knowledge, minimum capital, risk preferences and social media influencers significantly affects investment interest.

Abstract

The problems that occur at Osing Barbershop, seen from the level of customer trust, innovation and quality of service indicate problems that need special attention, as well as the low level of customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, from several factors it is necessary to conduct further research with the aim of increasing customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, innovation and quality of service on customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, Jember Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 195 respondents and uses the Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach with the help of a questionnaire as the main tool in collecting respondent data. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficients of determination. The results of the analysis obtained show that trust, innovation and quality of service have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Osing Barbershop, Jember Regency. The results of the f test have a simultaneous effect and the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with a contribution level of influence of 0.411 or 41%.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini, setiap perusahaan dihadapkan oleh persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat. Meningkatnya intensitas persaingan dan jumlah pesaing menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, serta berusaha untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen. Bondowoso merupakan kabupaten yang mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat layaknya kota maju. Dapat diketahui bahwa laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kabupaten Bondowoso yang semakin pesat menyebabkan banyaknya pelaku usaha dibidang kuliner. Salah satu warung yang sudah menjual makanan yaitu Mie Gembrot Bondowoso. jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif sebagaian data yang di peroleh akan di angkakan untuk mempermudah penggabungan dua atau lebih data variabel kemudian setelah didapat hasil akhir akan di kualitatifkan kembali. dalam penelitian ini berangkat analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT (strenghts, weakness, opportunities, dan threats), terutama untuk mengetahui pengelolaan usaha Mie Gembrot Bondowoso. sedangkan dalam pengumpulan data wawancara,observasi,dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa dalam matrik IE di tunjukan bahwa usaha mie gembrot Bondowoso berada pada kuadrat pertumbuhan. untuk mencapai pertumbuhan baik dalam penjualan, aset dan profit atau bahkan mendapatkan ketiganya.

Abstract

Most Indonesian people assume that investment can only be done by people with high incomes so they do not realize how important it is to have good financial management. However, there are still individuals who have high incomes but do not have investment planning for their personal finances. This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Gender, Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes, and Income on Investment Decisions in Students in Jember Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample size of 145 respondents and uses a Non-probability sampling technique with a Purposive sampling technique, using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination R2. The results of the analysis obtained show that Gender, Financial Literacy, Financial Attitudes, and Income have a positive and significant effect on Investment Decisions in Students in Jember Regency, the results of the R2 determination coefficient test are the level of contribution of influence of 63% and 37% variables outside the study.
