Abstract

In the current implementation of Agrarian Reform, farmer unions must be able to collect and consolidate data on objects and subjects of Agrarian Reform that will be proposed through an acceleration of Agrarian Reform Priority Locations (LPRA). However, the farmer unions that are members of the Pasundan Farmers Union (SPP), in managing object and subject data, still use paper records, so that data is prone to lose, the lack of access to information about arable land, and the difficulty in conducting location surveys. Therefore, a geographic information system is needed by the Pasundan Farmers' Union in Garut Regency as a source of information on arable land and material for proposed administrative completeness for Agrarian Reform Priority Locations (LPRA), the development of this system uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology with the stages of inception, elaboration, construction, and transition and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. With this geographic information system for mapping arable land, the management of object and subject data within the Pasundan farmers' union in Garut Regency is better and can become fast precise and accurate information.

Abstract

Angkot is a mode of public transportation that can be used by the public at large, one of which is the city of Garut which has several public transportation routes that have been determined by the local government. With so many angkot routes or routes spread to various locations, it should make it easier for the public to find detailed information about angkot information. However, because of the limited information available, people still have difficulty finding information about the angkot they want to take. Given these problems, the purpose of this research is to design a webiste-based information system for angkot routes in Garut Regency. As an alternative solution to assist the public in getting information about public transportation easily, quickly and precisely, without having to come to the terminal or to the relevant offices that manage the operation of public transportation. The method used in this study is a rational unified process consisting of four stages. Among them, inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, then for modeling using a unified modeling language. For testing this application using black box testing. The results of this study can be concluded that the website-based information system application for angkot routes in Garut Regency, which has a feature in the form of angkot route maps, makes it easy for the public to get detailed information about angkot.

Abstract

The Pengayoman Diamond Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut Prison was formed in 1984 with the aim of building, developing the potential and increasing the economic capacity of members based on the principle of kinship of members and for the welfare of members. In managing the work process of the Garut Correctional Cooperative (KOPIN) Garut prison consists of management of savings and loans, management of the trade sector, management of the livestock sector and management of the fishing sector. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the manual management system has created several obstacles, including low data accuracy and low response time, thereby reducing service to its members. As an alternative solution is the development of a web-based system with the methodology used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). The results of this study indicate that the application system built is relevant to the expected goals in accordance with the alpha testing that was carried out. Thus it can be concluded that with the aim of developing this system, it has been able to improve services to members.

Abstract

Abstract— Currently the benefits of using information technology affect the human environment, one of which is organizational performance on campus, which has rooms for lectures, student activities and other parties. One of the problems faced in the university environment is the management of the room, when the room is being used or will be borrowed. Room management, which is still done manually, makes it difficult to borrow rooms and get information on the schedule for the use of the room used. Therefore we need a room management system that can make it easier to borrow according to the room you want to use, can schedule rooms outside the use of lectures according to what has been scheduled in the university environment. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based room management system on campus. In order to make it easier for related parties to help an organization so that they can provide information, management, and business processes that run in an organization. The methodology used in designing this software is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) with inception, elaboration, construction, and transition stages. The modeling used in software design is the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of the research that has been carried out is that a website-based room management system can borrow rooms, provide information regarding rooms whether they are being used or not, schedule room use outside of the use of lectures that have been scheduled in the campus environment.Keywords—Space, Information Systems, Rational Unified Process

Abstract

Fokus dari studi ini adalah pelatihan dalam penerapan Table Of Contents (TOC) dan gaya penulisan judul (Heading Style) dalam penyusunan makalah di SMK Persada Bayongbong. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan metode diskusi. Pada metode observasi ini peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan. Dalam hasil observasi ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMK Persada Bayongbong adalah satu-satunya sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berlokasi di Desa Pamalayan. Secara umum, siswa-siswi di SMK Persada Bayongbong masih memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas terhadap berbagai fitur yang tersedia dalam Microsoft Word. Sebagai respons terhadap temuan dalam observasi, dilakukan pendekatan melalui metode diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang fitur-fitur dalam Microsoft Word, terutama dalam penggunaan Table Of Contents (TOC) dan gaya penulisan judul (Heading Style).

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya tidak sedikit kertas ulangan, tugas, ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester siswa hilang akibat terselip atau bahkan ada yang hilang karena tidak sengaja terbuang. Siswa juga harus menunggu terlalu lama untuk mengetahui nilai mereka, karena harus menunggu wali kelas membagikan kertas ulangan harian dan kertas tugas yang sudah siswa kerjakan. Setelah itu guru mata pelajaran memberikan nilai tersebut kepada wali kelas untuk dimasukkan ke lager dan rapor siswa. Lager yang sudah diisi oleh wali kelas diserahkan kepada bagian kurikulum dan tata usaha untuk diarsipkan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis Web untuk mengolah data-data tersebut. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi ini memudahkan siswa untuk melihat hasil nilai pembelajaran seperti nilai harian, tugas, ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester dapat dilihat oleh siswa secara online menggunakan ID dan password mereka masing-masing.. Nilai yang dimasukkan akan membentuk lager secara otomatis yang dapat dilihat oleh wali kelas. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan akan mempermudah kerja guru dan tata usaha dalam mengolah data nilai siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam laporan tugas akhir ini merupakan metodologi berorientasi objek yaitu Unified Approach (UA) dengan menggunakan Unified  Modeling language (UML) untuk memodelkan kebutuhan sistem. Tahapan–tahapan yang dilalui dalam proses perancangan sistem antara lain Identifikasi aktor, Pengembangan activity diagram, Pengembangan use case diagram, Pengembangan Interaction diagram menggunakan Squence diagram, Diagram collaborations, Design class diagram, dan Design access layer.Proses analisis yang digunakan ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan Unified Approach (UA) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi actor, use case diagram activity diagram, sequence diagram, diagram kolaborasi serta class diagram.

Abstract

Sistem merupakan kumpulan dari elemen-elemen yang saling berinteraksi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu. Pembangunan aplikasi pengelolaan data pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Leuwigoong Garut adalah sebagai contohnya. Kondisi pengolahan data perceraian di KUA Kecamatan Leuwigoong Garut masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum mengunakan program aplikasi yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi waktu dalam hal pengolahan data perceraian agar kualitas laporan yang dihasilkan dapat mendukung ketepatan laporan. Adapun masalah yang muncul di KUA Kecamatan Leuwigoong Garut adalah dalam pengolahan data perceraian yang masih dilakukan secara manual seperti dalam pengolahaan data untuk pendaftaran cerai, pengolahan data penggugat, pengolahan data putusan pengadilan serta pembuatan laporan, sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan dalam penyajian laporan. Dari masalah yang ada pada system yang sedang berjalan di KUA Kecamatan Leuwigoong tersebut maka perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data perceraian sehingga mempercepat dalam proses pembuatan laporan di KUA Kecamatan Leuwigoong. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan pengembangan perangkat lunak Uniefied Approach (UA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi pengelolaan data nikah cerai dapat memperlancar, mempermudah, tepat waktu serta memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dalam pengelolaan data perceraian.

Abstract

Menurut data dari Dinas Tanaman Hortikultura di tahun 2009 adalah 202.400kg dan dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya mengalami peningkatan. Akan tetapi produksi tanaman cabai paprika di tahun ke tahun diiringi dengan banyaknya hama dan penyakit yang menyerang pada tanaman cabai paprika tersebut. Hal ini yang mendasari diperlukannya suatu aplikasi mengenai sistem pakar tanaman cabai paprika untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi para petani cabai paprika dalam mengatasi penyakit. Sistem pakar adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang menggunakan pengetahuan, fakta, dan teknik penalaran dalam memecahkan masalah yang biasanya hanya dapat dipecahkan oleh seorang pakar dalam bidang tertentu, Sistem pakar dapat diterapkan diberbagai bidang. Sistem pakar pada b perancangan ini merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis hama dan penyakit pada tanaman cabai paprika. Proses diagnosis dimulai dengan cara, user memilih jenis gejala yang diajukan oleh sistem berdasarkan hama dan penyakit yang diderita yang dianggap sesuai dengan gejala yang dialami.

Abstract

Email is one of the most common ways to communicate and exchange information inside and outside the office. The manager of the Garut Post office always holds meetings and visits outside the city so that the manager is not always in his office. At the Garut Post office there are several employees based on their level, such as permanent employees and interns. In making payroll, permanent employees do not need to communicate with the manager because it is already listed at the Garut Post office. However, interns must communicate with their manager, so this is often done by sending email messages. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the manager of the Garut Post office, according to him, messages via email are not always safe in sending personal and confidential information. According to a study, 85% of all cyber attacks that occur on companies are caused by phishing attacks via email. Phishing attacks are the most common technique used by hackers to steal sensitive information from email users. The Garut Post Office needs to have a Website-Based Application for Securing Email Messages in Images Using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Least Significant Bit (LSB), so that it can increase the level of security and privacy in sending and receiving email messages for Interns and Managers. The methodology is the Extrime Programming (XP) methodology, to encrypt email messages using AES for security, as well as inserting the encrypted message into an image using the LSB method so that it is not visible. In addition, this research wants to integrate this technique into the website interface, test its security effectiveness, and contribute to the field of information security.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is an interactive and innovative online promotional media that provides interesting new experiences for consumers. In the furniture industry, AR technology can be used to make it easier for consumers to choose products and reduce the risk of purchasing errors. This research aims to implement Augmented Reality technology in web-based promotional media for furniture products using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method. This method is used to help develop effective and efficient AR web applications. This research is important because effective promotional media can influence consumer purchasing decisions. The expected final result is a promotional media for furniture products that applies the Augmented Reality (AR) feature in its promotional media.
