Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi diantaranya tidak sedikit kertas ulangan, tugas, ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester siswa hilang akibat terselip atau bahkan ada yang hilang karena tidak sengaja terbuang. Siswa juga harus menunggu terlalu lama untuk mengetahui nilai mereka, karena harus menunggu wali kelas membagikan kertas ulangan harian dan kertas tugas yang sudah siswa kerjakan. Setelah itu guru mata pelajaran memberikan nilai tersebut kepada wali kelas untuk dimasukkan ke lager dan rapor siswa. Lager yang sudah diisi oleh wali kelas diserahkan kepada bagian kurikulum dan tata usaha untuk diarsipkan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis Web untuk mengolah data-data tersebut. Sehingga dengan adanya sistem informasi ini memudahkan siswa untuk melihat hasil nilai pembelajaran seperti nilai harian, tugas, ujian tengah semester dan ujian akhir semester dapat dilihat oleh siswa secara online menggunakan ID dan password mereka masing-masing.. Nilai yang dimasukkan akan membentuk lager secara otomatis yang dapat dilihat oleh wali kelas. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan akan mempermudah kerja guru dan tata usaha dalam mengolah data nilai siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam laporan tugas akhir ini merupakan metodologi berorientasi objek yaitu Unified Approach (UA) dengan menggunakan Unified  Modeling language (UML) untuk memodelkan kebutuhan sistem. Tahapan”“tahapan yang dilalui dalam proses perancangan sistem antara lain Identifikasi aktor, Pengembangan activity diagram, Pengembangan use case diagram, Pengembangan Interaction diagram menggunakan Squence diagram, Diagram collaborations, Design class diagram, dan Design access layer.Proses analisis yang digunakan ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan Unified Approach (UA) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi actor, use case diagram activity diagram, sequence diagram, diagram kolaborasi serta class diagram.

Abstract

Email is one of the most common ways to communicate and exchange information inside and outside the office. The manager of the Garut Post office always holds meetings and visits outside the city so that the manager is not always in his office. At the Garut Post office there are several employees based on their level, such as permanent employees and interns. In making payroll, permanent employees do not need to communicate with the manager because it is already listed at the Garut Post office. However, interns must communicate with their manager, so this is often done by sending email messages. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the manager of the Garut Post office, according to him, messages via email are not always safe in sending personal and confidential information. According to a study, 85% of all cyber attacks that occur on companies are caused by phishing attacks via email. Phishing attacks are the most common technique used by hackers to steal sensitive information from email users. The Garut Post Office needs to have a Website-Based Application for Securing Email Messages in Images Using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) and Least Significant Bit (LSB), so that it can increase the level of security and privacy in sending and receiving email messages for Interns and Managers. The methodology is the Extrime Programming (XP) methodology, to encrypt email messages using AES for security, as well as inserting the encrypted message into an image using the LSB method so that it is not visible. In addition, this research wants to integrate this technique into the website interface, test its security effectiveness, and contribute to the field of information security.

Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association is a Muhammadiyah student organization which has the aim of da'wah and prepares a generation of students and teenagers who are ready to preach in the way of Islam in accordance with Muhammadiyah's goals. After conducting observations and interviews with the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association organization, there were problems with data management which was still classified as manual because it used Microsoft Excel so there was no information system for managing cadre data and there was no geospatial system to see the development of the distribution of the Garut Regency IPM da'wah map. Apart from that, there is no disclosure of information on the IPM da'wah map to cadres, so it is difficult for cadres to know the distribution of the da'wah map. The aim of this study is to develop a geographic information system that can be accessed via a web platform, designed for Muhammadiyah Student Association cadres in Garut Regency. The development of this information system follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology which includes the stages of Inception, Elaboration, Construction and Transition, as well as system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and classes diagram. The final result of this study is the existence of a Geographic Information System which is equipped with a map function to access data from various coordinate points. Each coordinate allows the display of information that includes cadre name, coordinates, address and other elements. This system also has the ability to filter data according to the Muhammadiyah Student Association cadre mapping area in Garut Regency, by displaying accurate location information. This aims to support the Regional Leadership of the Garut Regency Muhammadiyah Student Association in analyzing and managing the distribution of cadres based on their zones.

Abstract

Di era teknologi yang berkembang pesat, metode pembelajaran semakin beragam, dari yang sederhana hingga kompleks. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran berkendara berbasis game BeamNG.drive. Latar belakang masalah adalah kurangnya penerimaan dan minat pengguna dalam menggunakan simulator berkendara untuk mempelajari dasar-dasar mengemudi tanpa risiko di jalan raya. VR menawarkan solusi dengan simulasi berkendara yang aman dan realistis. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dan minat pengguna. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Likert dari 20 responden yang dipilih menggunakan Convenience Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Pearson Product Moment untuk mengevaluasi korelasi antar variabel TAM, seperti Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Immersion (PI), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), dan Acceptance (ACC). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa BeamNG.drive dengan teknologi VR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penerimaan dan minat belajar mengemudi. PEOU dan PU berperan penting dalam mendorong minat pengguna. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa teknologi VR dapat menjadi alternatif efektif dalam pelatihan mengemudi, terutama untuk pemula yang membutuhkan lingkungan belajar yang aman.

Abstract

Kasus Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) di Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari 212 kasus pada tahun 2023 menjadi 328 kasus pada tahun 2024. Kondisi ini menegaskan perlunya dukungan teknologi informasi untuk membantu pemetaan kasus secara spasial dan menyediakan sarana edukasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang menyajikan data kasus HIV dalam bentuk peta interaktif serta menyediakan menu edukasi. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mendukung Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Garut dalam mengidentifikasi wilayah dengan risiko tinggi sekaligus memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada masyarakat guna mengurangi kesalahpahaman maupun stigma terkait HIV. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rational Unified Process (RUP) dengan tahapan Inception, Elaboration, Construction, dan Transition. Data HIV diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Garut, kemudian dipetakan secara spasial menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Hasil penelitian berupa sistem berbasis web yang menampilkan peta persebaran HIV per kecamatan dan menyediakan informasi edukatif mengenai HIV. Hasil pengujian beta menggunakan skala Likert menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari pihak Dinas Kesehatan sebesar 80,8% yang termasuk dalam kategori ‘sangat baik’. Dari hasil pengujian terlihat bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat diimplementasikan pada lingkup yang lebih luas. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang sistem informasi kesehatan, khususnya terkait integrasi metode RUP dan SIG dalam membangun aplikasi epidemiologi berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan pada wilayah berbeda.

Abstract

Micro-business owners in Tambakbaya Village still face challenges in keeping up with developments in digital payment systems, particularly due to low digital literacy and limited access to technology. This community service program aims to improve the efficiency of micro-business transactions through the implementation of a digital payment system based on the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS). The implementation method consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring. The results of the activity show that of the 22 micro-businesses surveyed, 89.9% had never used a digital payment system before. After the socialization, four businesses successfully activated QRIS and began using it in daily transactions. The results of this activity contributed to increasing digital literacy and introducing modern payment systems at the village level, which is expected to be the first step towards sustainable digital economic transformation in rural areas.

Abstract

Amid advances in digital technology, the understanding of tajweed among elementary school children tends to decline. Religious learning in schools, which is still dominated by traditional methods, is often less effective in attracting students’ interest, as they are now accustomed to using electronic devices. This study aims to design an Android-based Tajweed Learning Media application to motivate elementary school children to learn tajweed in a more enjoyable, interactive, and effective way. The system was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The black box testing results indicate that the application has fulfilled all functional requirements and is ready to be implemented as an interactive supporting tool for tajweed learning among students.

Abstract

The Ar-Robbaniyah Foundation still uses banners as a medium of introduction, which are less effective in conveying visual information. This study aims to design and build a web-based Virtual Tour as a medium of information for the foundation using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The results of the study show that the Virtual Tour application was successfully built with interactive 360° panoramas, complete with information on each facility, and can be easily accessed via a web device without the need for special tools. Testing using the black-box alpha testing method showed that all functions worked as planned, and users felt more assisted in understanding the facilities and atmosphere of the foundation virtually. The main finding of this research is the creation of innovative information media that is more effective than conventional methods such as banners or brochures. The evaluation of the results shows that the Virtual Tour provides an interactive experience, increases the appeal of the foundation, and expands the reach of information without geographical limitations. The significance of this research solution lies in its contribution to supporting the transparency and information of the foundation in a modern way, as well as being a relevant alternative digital communication strategy for educational institutions.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the high incidence of bullying in elementary schools, which negatively affects students’ psychological, social, and academic aspects. Existing prevention methods have been less effective because they rely on one-way communication and lack interactivity, resulting in students having a limited understanding of the forms and impacts of bullying. This research aims to develop an interactive learning medium based on Augmented Reality (AR) to help students understand the forms, impacts, and ways to address bullying through a more engaging learning experience. The study employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The concept stage was carried out through literature review, observation, and teacher interviews. The design stage involved creating storyboards and user interfaces using Figma. During the material collecting stage, assets such as images, audio, narration, and videos were gathered. The assembly stage was conducted using Unity and markerless AR Vuforia, allowing 3D objects to be displayed on any surface without physical markers. Testing included Alpha Testing and Beta Testing with teachers and students, while the distribution stage was carried out by storing the application on Google Drive. The results show that the Stop Bullying application provides an interactive and easily understood learning experience. All features functioned properly during Alpha Testing, and Beta Testing involving 10 respondents resulted in a satisfaction level of 85.2% (Very Good category). The application has proven effective in helping students understand bullying material through visualization and simulation. This study demonstrates that the use of AR can enhance the effectiveness of social-emotional learning and support innovation in learning media in elementary schools.

Abstract

Driven by the need for more effective promotion at Santiana Nutrition Club (Santiana NC), this study aims to design and develop an Augmented Reality (AR) application as a promotional tool for healthy living programs at Santiana Nutrition Club (Santiana NC) using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes the concept, design, content collection, application development, testing, and distribution phases. The application was developed to provide more interactive promotions compared to conventional methods. Testing was conducted via Black Box Testing to ensure the system functions properly, followed by Alpha Testing by the developers and Beta Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with Santiana NC customers and owners. The test results showed that all features functioned optimally with a SUS score of 72.67, which falls into the “good” category; thus, the application was deemed suitable for use as an effective and easily accessible interactive promotional medium for the public.
