Abstract

This community service activity was implemented at Praktek Dokter Pattimura, which has three branches in Jambi City. The main issue faced by the partner was the manual employee attendance system using physical books or unconnected fingerprint devices, leading to slow, inaccurate, and high-risk data loss records, making it difficult for management to monitor employee discipline. This condition increased the administrative burden and hindered the effectiveness of human resource management. The solution offered was the development of a digital attendance application based on web and mobile platforms. This system utilizes face recognition technology for identity verification and GPS integration to ensure attendance can only be done within the clinic area. The system includes a mobile application for daily employee attendance and a web dashboard for owners and administrators to monitor real-time presence data. This solution makes the attendance recording process faster, more accurate, transparent, and integrated, thereby encouraging increased employee discipline and clinic management effectiveness. The implementation was carried out through the Prototype model, including coordination, system development, training, and continuous assistance.

Abstract

The Selection Process for Outstanding Students (PILMAPRES) at the Faculty of Science and Technology still relies on manual processes, which are prone to recording errors and lack integrated digital documentation. This project aims to create a web-based information system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data management in the selection process. The development method used is prototyping, which facilitates gradual system development through continuous user evaluation. This system includes essential functions, such as role-based procedures for all stakeholders and automated final score calculations by applying a weighting scheme tailored to the official PILMAPRES guidelines, thereby overcoming challenges related to data accuracy and centralization. The results of system function testing using the Black Box Testing method show that all implemented functions work as needed. Therefore, this system can be the right solution for managing PILMAPRES selection in a more systematic and objective manner.Kata kunci: Information System; PILMAPRES; Prototype Method; Process Automation. AbstrakProses Seleksi Mahasiswa Berprestasi (PILMAPRES) di Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi masih bergantung pada proses manual, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan kurangnya dokumentasi digital terintegrasi. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan pengelolaan data dalam proses seleksi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah prototyping, yang memfasilitasi pengembangan sistem secara bertahap melalui evaluasi pengguna yang berkelanjutan. Sistem ini mencakup fungsi-fungsi esensial, seperti prosedur berbasis peran untuk semua pemangku kepentingan dan perhitungan skor akhir dilakukan secara terotomatisasi dengan menerapkan skema pembobotan yang disesuaikan dengan pedoman resmi PILMAPRES, sehingga mengatasi tantangan terkait akurasi dan sentralisasi data. Evaluasi fungsionalitas melalui pendekatan Black Box Testing mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh fitur sistem telah beroperasi sesuai kebutuhan. Oleh karena itu, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk mengelola seleksi PILMAPRES secara lebih sistematis dan objektif.

Abstract

Game gacha merupakan pendekatan penjualan khusus, di mana penjual menjual gacha pull kepada pembeli, saat ini terdapat dua judul game yang sedang populer dimainkan yaitu Genshin Impact dan Wuthering Waves. Namun, di balik kesuksesannya, muncul berbagai masalah, salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan dalam perkembangan game-game ini adalah permasalahan terkait privasi data. Menggunakan Security Belief Model yang mana dapat memberikan kerangka kerja yang kuat dalam memahami perilaku pengguna online terkait Privasi data dan keamanan Privasi data. Hasil PLS-SEM menunjukkan Security Awareness (SA) signifikan memengaruhi Self-Efficacy in Information Security(SEIS) dan Perceived Security Threat (PT). Kesadaran akan bahaya mendorong pemain lebih percaya diri dan waspada. SEIS signifikan memengaruhi Expectations (EPB). Perceived Security Threat (PT) signifikan memengaruhi Concern for Information Privacy (CIP) dan Security Behavior (SB). Expectations juga signifikan memengaruhi SB. Meskipun CIP tidak signifikan memengaruhi SB, SA memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap SB melalui variabel mediasi yang ada. Ini menunjukkan kesadaran yang tinggi menghasilkan perilaku privasi data yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Access to healthcare services at Klinik Pratama Dokter Yanti is still constrained by distance, time, and long waiting queues. In addition, the clinic has not yet implemented telemedicine services, highlighting the need for an information system to improve accessibility and efficiency. This study aims to design a user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for a clinical information system that supports telemedicine features. The approach used is Design Thinking, with its five key stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, as it emphasizes problem-solving based on user needs. Data were collected through interviews and observations involving patients or individuals who have interacted with the clinic to identify user needs and issues. The outcome is a web-based UI/UX prototype that includes an online consultation feature. Usability testing was conducted using the Maze platform with six respondents, resulting in Maze Usability Scores of 96, 90, and 94, indicating a high level of usability. In conclusion, the Design Thinking approach produces a system that is user-friendly, efficient, and aligns with user needs. Therefore, the proposed system is expected to address service accessibility challenges and enhance the quality of healthcare services at the clinic.
