Abstract

Setiap mata pelajaran mempunyai kesan tersendiri bagi siswa, mata pelajaran Bahasa arab misalnya mempunyai daya tarik yang luar biasa bagi siswa khususnya di Madrasah Tsnawiyah. Mata pelajaran Bahasa arab di nilai sebagai mata pelajaran yang sulit dan membosankan bagi kebanyakan siswa, hal inilah yang menjadi alasan untuk membuat sebuah projek yang menyenangkan bagi siswa agar tidak lagi ada yang menganggap bahwa Bahasa arab adalah mata pelajaran yang sulit dan membosankan. Projek menjadi pilihan dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran dikarenakan pada mata pelajaran lainnya seperti TIK, Seni Budaya siswa sangat antusias mengikuti mata pelajaran ini dikarenakan membuat sebuah hasil projek. Pada penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengilustrasikan efektivitas penggunaan tag video sosial media pada model pembelajaran Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab siswa kelas VIII di MTs Bi’rul Ulum Gemurung Gedangan Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan model kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Adapun subjek penelitian bagi siswa kelas VIII MTs Bi’rul Ulum sebanyak 24 siswa dan guru mata pelajaran Bahasa arab VIII. Pada proses pembuatan video sebelumnya dibimbing oleh guru TIK, sehingga siswa sudah menguasai tentang editing video. Hal inilah yang menjadi modal dalam proses pembelajaran yang berkesinambungan dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Kendala dalam pembuatan video tidak ditemukan sehingga penggunaan tag video sosial media dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa penerapan tag video sosial media pada model pembelajaran Project Based Learning yang berorientasi pada hasil project dengan tag video pada sosial media berupa tiktok efektif dalam proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab di MTs Bi’rul Ulum Gemurung Gedangan Sidoarjo. Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates the adoption of the Zenius digital learning platform at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ali Maksum, an Islamic boarding school in Yogyakarta, during the pandemic era pandemic. Employing a qualitative case study methodology, the research focuses on the school's strategic use of Zenius to maintain educational quality for 12th-grade students. Methodological triangulation, encompassing interviews, observations, and document analysis, enabled an in-depth evaluation of the digital learning implementation and its impacts. Key findings indicate that Zenius, with features like ZenBot, Live Classes, and a comprehensive Content Library, effectively supported the learning process, evidenced by the UTBK (University Entrance Test) scores analysis. Despite its successful application, challenges were noted in tutors' subject matter mastery and the need for more individualised instruction. The study's limitations include its focus on a single institution and reliance on observational data, which may affect generalizability. The research contributes to the discourse on educational technology, highlighting the necessity for adaptable, student-centred learning environments and continuous educator training. Future research directions include broadening the scope to multiple institutions and incorporating qualitative analyses to better understand technology's role in education during crises. This study underscores the importance of integrating innovative educational methods, particularly in challenging times, with implications for educational policy and practices. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyelidiki adopsi platform pembelajaran digital Zenius di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ali Maksum, sebuah pesantren di Yogyakarta, selama masa pandemi. Menggunakan metodologi studi kasus kualitatif, penelitian ini berfokus pada penggunaan strategis Zenius oleh sekolah untuk mempertahankan kualitas pendidikan bagi siswa kelas 12. Triangulasi metodologis, yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, memungkinkan evaluasi mendalam tentang implementasi pembelajaran digital dan dampaknya. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa Zenius, dengan fitur-fitur seperti ZenBot, Kelas Live, dan Perpustakaan Konten yang komprehensif, secara efektif mendukung proses pembelajaran, seperti yang dibuktikan oleh analisis skor UTBK (Ujian Tulis Berbasis Komputer). Meskipun aplikasi ini berhasil, tantangan tercatat dalam penguasaan materi oleh tutor dan kebutuhan akan pengajaran yang lebih individual. Keterbatasan penelitian ini termasuk fokus pada satu institusi dan ketergantungan pada data observasional, yang dapat mempengaruhi generalisasi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskusi tentang teknologi pendidikan, menyoroti pentingnya lingkungan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan berpusat pada siswa serta pelatihan terus-menerus bagi pendidik. Arah penelitian di masa depan mencakup memperluas cakupan ke beberapa institusi dan menggabungkan analisis kualitatif untuk pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang peran teknologi dalam pendidikan selama krisis. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan metode pendidikan inovatif, terutama di masa-masa sulit, dengan implikasi bagi kebijakan dan praktik pendidikan.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah semakin berkembangnya zaman maka banyak pula pengusaha kecil yang bermunculan dengan berbagai inovasi makanan dan minuman yang beragam. Yang kebanyakan dari mereka hanya sekedar berniaga untuk mendapatkan keuntungan tanpa menghiraukan prosedur peraturan negara. Melihat deskripsi tersebut, penulis terdorong untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai ANALISIS KEPASTIAN HUKUM PRODUK MAKANAN YANG BELUM BERSERTIFIKASI HALAL BAGI KONSUMEN MUSLIM (ANALISIS UNDANG-UNDANG NO. 33 TAHUN 2014 TENTANG JAMINAN PRODUK HALAL). Skripsi ini melaporkan hasil penelitian dengan rumusan masalah : (1) Faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi banyaknya pengusaha yang belum melakukan sertifikasi halal?, (2) Bagaimana kepastian hukum produk makanan yang belum bersertifikasi halal menurut undang-undang?. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis studi kasus dengan prosedur pengumpulan data melalui langkah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi. Data Reduction (Redaksi Data), Data Display (Penyajian Data), Verifikasi Data (Proses Penarikan Kesimpulan). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh simpulan bahwa (1) Dari hasil survey atau penyinkronan antara data kajian liteatur dengan kajian lapangan diperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peran sertifikasi halal di Indonesia yaitu egoisme dan percaya diri pelaku usaha yang tinggi, kurangnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha mengenai Undang-Undang No. 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai persyaratan dan tata cara sertifikasi halal, lebih tertarik dengan sertifikasi gratis, serta tergolong usaha kecil dan masih baru. (2) Dalam Undang-Undang No. 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal dan Undang-Undang No. 18 tahun 2012 tentang Pangan sama-sama menyatakan bahwa suatu produk dinyatakan halal jika tertera label halal pada produknya. Selain itu Undang-Undang No. 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen, juga menegaskan bahwa suatu produk dinyatakan halal jika terdapat label halal dan sudah bersertifikasi halal. Dan bagi konsumen yang merasa dirugikan bisa menyelesaikan perselisihan antara konsumen dan entitas ekonomi melalui pengadilan atau melalui pengadilan yurisdiksi umum. Tuntutan tersebut juga termasuk dalam hal belum dilakukannya sertifikasi halal pada produk yang dibeli oleh konsumen atau yang diedarkan, hal tersebut mengacu pada Pasal 4 Undang-Undang No. 33 tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal.

Abstract

Measurement in the field of education, especially the teaching and learning process can be done with measuring tools in the form of tests and non-tests. Islamic Religious Education is considered the same as other subjects. to realize student success is also measured through evaluation, which is a systematic process to obtain information about the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. In addition, it can also assist teachers in achieving learning objectives and describe student achievement in accordance with predetermined criteria. This study aims to analyze the Year-End Assessment of MAN 2 Bantul for the 2020/2021 academic year consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. The items analyzed in the report have a total number of responses of 265 students. Item analysis using analysis with modern test theory ( Item Response Theory ). The results showed that the results of the model fit test showed that the instrument fit on the 2 PL model (Logistics parameter) with the lowest AIC value, namely 4874.85. The results of the parameter analysis of the level of difficulty indicate that there are 4 questions that are categorized as very easy, 4 easy questions, 15 moderate questions, 1 difficult question, and 1 very difficult question. This shows that the distribution of the difficulty level parameters is quite balanced. The results of the analysis of the different power parameters show that there are 23 good questions, 1 fairly good question, and 1 bad question. This shows that the different power level parameters are quite good. The results of the estimation of students' abilities with the MLE estimator showed that there were no students who had abilities below -4. There are 15 students with abilities above 2.00. There are 165 students who fall into the good category (ability -2 to 2 and 9 students who have abilities below -2. Based on the plot of the information function, it can be concluded that the optimal test if given to individuals with low abilities is around -1.2. Accurate questions to measure students' abilities with a range of -2.5 to 1.2.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Probolinggo Regency KPU with the aim of finding out the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and work communication on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal relationship approach. In this study the number of samples used was 33 respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing are used. The test results show that: 1) there is an influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. 2) there is an influence of intellectual intelligence on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU. 3). There is an influence of work communication on employee performance at the Probolinggo Regency KPU.

Abstract

Sexual violence against women continues to occur to this day, with the increasing cases of sexual violence against women becoming one of the topics frequently discussed and examined by society. Various efforts and studies have been conducted to address and reduce the number of sexual violence incidents against women. Sexual violence is increasingly alarming because it impacts the victims, making them feel threatened, humiliated, scared, ashamed, and so on. This research uses Normative Juridical research (normative legal research method) with a qualitative approach. Additionally, this research also employs a Legislative approach and a Comparative approach. The data collection technique is conducted through document/literature study, where the research objects are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. All forms of sexual violence are subject to criminal penalties, and Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning Sexual Violence Crimes has clearly regulated this issue. In Islamic law, the sanctions given are in the form of ta'zir punishment. Ta'zir punishment includes all penalties other than hudud and qisas, but the punishment may be more severe and encompass more than hudud and qisas. According to the Syafi'i School, the sanctions can include diyat (compensation) accompanied by mahar (mithil), as well the had zina for the perpetrator.

Abstract

Purpose – This study evaluates the impact of distance learning on early childhood development through a meta-analysis, focusing on the effect size of various practices, identifying potential publication biases, and conducting subgroup analyses based on electronic devices, intervention duration, and specific skills taught. Methods/Design/Approach – A meta-analysis was conducted on 87 studies published between 2010 and 2021, selected from databases including Science Direct, Scopus, and PubMed. Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 3.0 software was employed for effect size calculations, variance analyses, and subgroup analyses, alongside publication bias tests using Funnel Scatter Plot, Clip and Fill, Rosenthal, and Orwin’s Fail-Safe N methods. Findings – The overall effect size of distance learning on early childhood development was small (0.186) with significant heterogeneity (I² = 87.358%). Subgroup analysis revealed that mobile-based learning had a larger effect size (0.888) compared to desktop-based learning (0.028). The duration of intervention did not significantly affect outcomes, although longer interventions showed slightly better results. Cognitive and language skills benefited most from distance learning, while other skills like self-efficacy and music showed minimal or negative effects. Originality/Value – This study offers a comprehensive analysis of distance learning's effectiveness in early childhood education, addressing gaps in the literature regarding the impact of device types and intervention durations. The findings contribute valuable insights for the development of more effective distance learning platforms for young children. Practical Implications – The findings suggest that mobile-based distance learning is more effective for early childhood education than desktop-based approaches. Educators and policymakers should prioritize mobile-friendly platforms and focus on cognitive and language development for early learners. Further improvements in distance learning strategies are needed, particularly for non-cognitive skills, to enhance early childhood learning outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode praktik pada pembelajaran usia dini , disamping itu, untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode diskusi pada pembelajaran usia dini   dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode praktik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik  . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment) dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik PG/TK Al-Itqon yang berjumlah 56 peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh sehingga sampel kelas eksperimen sebanyak 26 peserta didik dan kelas kontrol sebanyak 24 peserta didik yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode diskusi. Instrumen berupa tes hasil belajar peserta didik. Analisis data berupa statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai rata- rata posstest hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen adalah 83,96, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol nilai rata-ratanya adalah 71,75 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh metode praktik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di PG/TK Al-Itqon.

Abstract

In a marriage relationship, household conflicts can be resolved in various ways, one of which is mediation by Togura Nuada, as carried out by the Kaili Tribe in Wani Lumbumpetigo Village. Alternative dispute resolution is divided into litigation (through the courts) and non-litigation (outside the courts). Mediation by Togura Nuada is a non-litigation resolution based on local wisdom, based on the concept of living law as recognized in Article 18B Paragraph (2) of the 1945 NRI Constitution. This study aims to identify the role of Togura Nuada as a mediator in household conflicts in the Kaili community, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is empirical juridical with an empirical approach. The study results show that Togura Nuada plays an active role as a mediator. Supporting factors include community culture, social legitimacy, and support systems. Inhibiting factors include limited resources and attitudes of the conflicting parties. To overcome these obstacles, adequate infrastructure, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a deeper understanding of culture are needed.

Abstract

Purpose – This study maps current evidence on religious moderation in Islamic Education in Indonesia to assess the effectiveness of policy, curriculum, pedagogy, and the institutional ecosystem—framed by Pancasila—as a counter-radicalization strategy and a shaper of inclusive character. Design/methods/approach – Systematic Literature Review (SLR) grounded in Kitchenham & Charters. Scopus search (February 12, 2025) using TITLE-ABS-KEY("religious" AND "moderation"), period 2018–2025, document type article. 754 articles found; 127 filtered as relevant; 72 fully reviewed; 2 excluded (review-based); 70 analyzed through qualitative content analysis (mechanical and interpretive stages) following the PRISMA scheme. Findings – Implementation of moderation is effective when wasathiyah values are integrated across subjects and practiced through dialogic methods (problem solving, inquiry, discussion), an integrative curriculum, and educator involvement. As a counter-radicalization strategy, effectiveness is supported by firm campus policies framed by Pancasila, the strengthening of national values (tawassuth, tawazun, i‘tidal, al-wathaniyah), and the role of madrasahs and universities as agents of social change. Key factors include school leadership, an inclusive curriculum, interfaith dialogue, and directed use of technology (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge [TPACK]). These findings sequentially answer RQ1–RQ4 (curriculum implementation; counter-radicalization strategies; contributions of empirical approaches; the role of higher education). Research implications – Recommendations include the standardization of moderation competencies in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI)/higher-education curriculum; the design of dialogic pedagogy grounded in experiential learning and inclusive social projects; capacity building for educators and digital literacy (TPACK); and institutional policies that synergize mentoring, intra/extracurricular activities, anti-radicalization governance, and curation of the educational digital ecosystem.
