Abstract

ABSTRAKASI mengandung berbagai zat gizi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Tapi sayangnya, fakta menunjukkan pemberian ASI eksklusif masih belum maksimal disebabkan rendahnya pemahaman ibu, keluarga, masyarakat mengenai pentingnya ASI bagi bayi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif dengan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif di BPM Hj Umi Salamah Peterongan.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 7 bulan sampai 1 tahun di BPM Hj Umi Salamah Peterongan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 20 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dilakukan tabulasi dengan uji statistik dengan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Berdasarkan data awal yang diperoleh di SD N Kedungjaran Pekalongan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru yaitu hanya menggunakan ceramah tanpa menggunakan media atau alat peraga sehingga siswa kurang berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini mengakibatkan siswa kurang memperhatikan dan kurang memahami penjelasan guru. Sehingga motivasi siswa rendah dan hasil belajar siswa rendah. Berdasarkan data tersebut, perlu diterapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk menyampaikan materi yang akan diajarkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam keterampilan menulis aksara Jawa? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan guru, keterampilan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis aksara Jawa melalui pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SD N Kedungjaran Pekalongan. Variabel / faktor yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jawa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay. Jenis data dalam penelitian adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil observasi aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I hingga siklus II. Pada siklus I aktivitas guru mendapat jumlah skor rata-rata 2,7 dengan kategori baik, siklus II jumlah skor rata-rata 3,9 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada silkus I dengan jumlah skor rata-rata 15,6 dengan kategori cukup. Siklus II jumlah skor 24,5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil observasi pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pada siklus I jumlah skor rata-rata 12,3 dengan kategori baik, siklus II jumlah skor 19,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I rata-rata kelas 62,2, meningkat dengan rata-rata kelas 65,6. Siklus II rata-rata kelas 79,7, meningkat dengan rata-rata kelas 85. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat di simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, pemahaman siswa terhadap materi dan hasil  belajar bahasa Jawa siswa kelas IV SDN Kedungjaran Pekalongan. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Based on preliminary data obtained in SD N Kedungjaran Pekalongan, implementation is still teacher-centered learning that is just using the lecture without the use of media or visual aids so that students are less active role in learning. This resulted in the students' attention and less urang k m emahami teacher's explanations. So that low student motivation and student learning outcomes is low. Based on these data, learning models need to be applied to the right to convey the material to be taught in the teaching and learning activities. Formulation of the problem in this study were Is the use of cooperative learning model of type Course Review Horay can increase the activity of teachers activity of students and can improve students' writing skills in Java script? This study aims to (1) describe an increase in teachers' skills in writing through cooperative learning Javanese type Horay Review Course. (2) describe the increase in students' writing skills through cooperative learning Javanese type Horay Review Course. (3) Describe student learning outcomes in Java script writing through Cooperative Learning Course Review Horay type. Research subjects are teachers and fourth grade students N Kedungjaran Pekalongan. Variables / factors examined in this study is the activity of the teacher, student activities, student understanding, and learning outcomes of students in learning the Java language using the cooperative learning model types Course Review Horay. Types of data in the study is qualitative data and quantitative data. The results obtained showed that the average value of the observation of the activities of teachers has increased from cycle I to cycle II. On the cycle I got a number of teachers aktivi bags an average score of 2.7 with either category, s iklus II total score average of 3.9 with very good category. Observations on the student activity premises silkus I n the average score of 15 , 6 with enough categories. Cycle II total score of 24, 5 with very good category. Observations on students' understanding of the material I cycle the average score of 12.3 in both categories, the second cycle with a total score of 19.4 is very good category. Student learning outcomes at the I cycle an average grade 62.2, increased by an average of 65.6 classes. Cycle II 79.7 grade average, increased by an average of 85 classes. Based on these results, it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning model types Course Review Horay can increase the activity of the teacher, student activities, students' understanding of the material and student learning outcomes of Java language classes I V

Abstract

This study aims to see how successful Pictionary is at teaching procedural text. Fifty students from Mojokerto's MA Al-Istiqomah second year participated in this study. This study employed a one-group pretest-posttest design. Field notes were used to collect data, and pupils' reading achievement was determined using the minimum passing score. The current research examines the impact of utilizing Pictionary to increase students' comprehension of process language, particularly in determining primary verbs used in the procedure text. As the research tool, a vocabulary test was conducted. The results demonstrated that applying the Pictionary game approach improved vocabulary attainment. This implies that the Pictionary game approach makes it easier for kids to learn a new language.

Abstract

Strategic infectious animal diseases have a great impact on the national economy as they may cause great economic loss, public anxiety, and high mortality. In Indonesia, among the diseases considered as strategic infectious animal diseases is foot and mouth disease (FMD). This study reported the incidence of strategic infectious animal diseases in Balongpanggang district during 2023. Throughout 2023, FMD only accounted for 4% of the total diseases of the year and was the only strategic infectious animal disease reported that year. Meanwhile, bovine ephemeral fever (BEF) incidence reached 57% (876/1546) of the total diseases in beef cattle in 2023. In addition to BEF, official veterinary services reported a total case of 1546 throughout 2023 that comprises; diarrhea (99), limping (24), helminthiasis (91), ectoparasite (11), hematochezia (3), wound (3), mastitis (4), allergy (1), dystocia (28), vaginal prolapse (11), dermatitis (45), enteritis (27), tympani (11), scabiosis (122), arthritis (67), ophthalmic problem (11), endometritis (1), uterine retention (13), indigestion (2), pneumonia (21), hypoglycemia (5), abscess (21), ovariohysterectomy (1), orchitis (1), intoxication (1), and papilloma (1). In conclusion, the only strategic infectious animal disease reported in 2023 in Balongpanggang was FMD with the incidence as high as 3% as compared to the non-strategic infectious animal diseases, BEF, which reached 54% of the total cases during 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on ICT (Information and Communication Technology) that is effective in improving elementary school students' mathematics learning outcomes. The research method used is the research and development model with the ADDIE approach. The subjects of the study were fifth grade students at an elementary school in the Banyuasin III region. The results of the study showed that the ICT-based interactive media developed had high validity based on the assessment of material experts and media experts. The implementation of media in mathematics learning showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, as evidenced by limited trials and field tests. Student responses to the media were also very positive, with indicators of high enthusiasm and ease in understanding the material. In conclusion, this ICT-based interactive media is effective as a mathematics learning aid, and can improve student learning outcomes and motivation. This study recommends the use of similar media in learning in elementary schools to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kepengawasan ini dirancang dalam dua siklus, dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru-guru TK di 4 TK Binaan di Kecamatan Sungai Pandan Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 12 guru. Metode pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, (a) reduksi data, (b) paparan data, dan (c) penyimpulan. Validasi data untuk memperoleh keyakinan terhadap kebenaran data pada penelitian kualitatif dapat dilakukan dengan triangulasi.  Hasil penilaian  Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan pada setiap siklusnya, pada kondisi awal 52,92 dan masuk dalam kategori KURANG, pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 69,75 dan masih masuk dalam kategori CUKUP, sedangkan pada siklus kedua perolehan nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 82,08 dan masih masuk dalam kategori BAIK. Penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan penutup, pada kondisi awal nilai rata-rata sebesar 54,13 dan masuk dalam kategori KURANG, pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 68,24 dan masih masuk dalam kategori CUKUP, sedangkan pada siklus kedua perolehan nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 79,82 dan masih masuk dalam kategori BAIK. Penilaian hasil pembelajaran, pada kondisi awal nilai rata-rata sebesar 52,90 dan masuk dalam kategori KURANG, pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 69,40 dan masih masuk dalam kategori CUKUP, sedangkan pada siklus kedua perolehan nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 79,82 dan masih masuk dalam kategori BAIK.  Penilaian terhadap bidang pengawasan proses pembelajaran  pada kondisi awal nilai rata-rata sebesar 50,80 dan masuk dalam kategori KURANG, pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 67,46 dan masih masuk dalam kategori CUKUP, sedangkan pada siklus kedua perolehan nilai rata-rata perolehan sebesar 75,80 dan masih masuk dalam kategori BAIK.  Dari hasil di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru TK di 4 TK Binaan di Kecamatan Sungai Pandan Semester 1 Tahun  Pelajaran 2022/2023 dalam pelaksanaan standar proses kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Rabbit as a laboratory animals play an important role in bridging basic research to clinical application. The exploration of rabbit mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) is still facing an obstacle regarding the standardization of characterization of MSC. This study is aimed to explore the novel candidate of rabbit MSC surface marker as an effort to establish the goal standardization of rabbit MSC. Three 2-month-old male White New Zealand rabbits weighing 2 kg were used as visceral rabbit adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell (Rab-ADMSC) donors. The cells were characterized according to their morphology characteristic, clonogenic and three-lineage differentiation capacity. Flow cytometry was used to evaluate the MSC surface markers of Rab-ADMSC against CD81, CD29, CD34 and CD45. The results of this study revealed that the Rab-ADMSC posses characteristic of MSC according to their morphology and differentiation capacity. It can be concluded that CD81 surface marker can be proposed as a stable alternative candidate marker for rabbit MSCs. This data is supported by other phenotypic characteristics of MSCs, both in morphology and in the ability of visceral Rab-ADMSCs to differentiate into adipogenic, osteogenic, and chondrogenic lineages.

Abstract

The internship aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in managing data and inventory systems through the application of Mahadesa and Dropbox at PT Gerbang NTB Emas. The implementation method involved direct observation, transaction data entry, price and stock updates, and conducting stock opname at Sweet-A Mart. During the internship, the student participated in matching physical inventory with system records, identifying discrepancies, and updating data to ensure stock accuracy. The results showed that the Mahadesa system accelerated administrative tasks and improved inventory management efficiency. The implication of this activity is that integrating information systems like Mahadesa and Dropbox significantly supports transparency and accuracy in corporate data management. PT Gerbang NTB Emas (GNE), as one of the BUMDs in West Nusa Tenggara Province, plays a strategic role in encouraging regional economic development and increasing Regional Original Income (PAD). Through the Social Community Service program required by Bumigora University, the author had the opportunity to apply management knowledge directly at PT GNE, especially in the general trade division. This experience provides a practical understanding of the world of work and application theory in business operations, as well as being an important provision in the professional development of students in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: Ongoing worldwide awareness regarding waste management has led to creative solutions in the building material sector, such as acoustic panels made from waste-derived components. This paper intends to perform a thorough bibliometric review of the scientific advancements concerning waste-based acoustic panels throughout the last two decades (2004-2024). Utilizing the Scopus database,pertinent documents were methodically chosen via a three-stage screening process, resulting in 98 highly relevant publications for review. The chosen papers included processing with OpenRefine for data cleansing and then analysed using VOSViewer to visualise bibliometric networks and Bibliometrix software for more in-depth analysis.  The findings indicate a notable growth tendency, with an annual publication rise of 16,08 %, notably boosting over the last five years. The geographical distribution reveals a concentration of research in Italy, India, and Spain, with Engineering, Material Science, and Physics and Astronomy identified as the primary contributing fields. Network visualisations depict a sophisticated intellectual framework linking essential concepts within the domain. Well-cited studies confirm that acoustic panels made from waste demonstrate performance comparable tp traditional materials while possesing a reduced environmental footprint; yet, standardisation issues persist, hindering wider adoption in the contruction and inteior design sectors. Keyword: Bibliometric analysis, Waste materials, Acoustic panels Abstrak: Kesadaran dunia yang terus meningkat terkait pengelolaan limbah telah menghasilkan solusi kreatif di sektor bahan bangunan, seperti panel akustik yang terbuat dari komponen yang berasal dari limbah.  Makalah ini bermaksud untuk melakukan tinjauan bibliometrik menyeluruh terhadap kemajuan ilmiah mengenai panel akustik berbasis limbah selama dua dekade terakhir (2004-2024).  Dengan menggunakan database Scopus, dokumen-dokumen terkait dipilih secara metodis melalui proses penyaringan tiga tahap, yang menghasilkan 98 publikasi yang sangat relevan untuk ditinjau.  Makalah yang terpilih kemudian diproses dengan OpenRefine untuk pembersihan data dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan jaringan bibliometrik, dan software Bibliometrix digunakan untuk analisis yang lebih mendalam.  Temuan ini menunjukkan kecenderungan pertumbuhan yang menonjol, dengan peningkatan publikasi tahunan sebesar 16,08%, terutama meningkat selama lima tahun terakhir.  Distribusi geografis menunjukkan konsentrasi penelitian di Italia, India, dan Spanyol, dengan Teknik, Ilmu Material, serta Fisika dan Astronomi diidentifikasi sebagai bidang-bidang yang berkontribusi besar.  Visualisasi jaringan menggambarkan kerangka kerja intelektual yang canggih yang menghubungkan konsep-konsep penting dalam domain tersebut.  Studi yang dikutip dengan baik mengkonfirmasi bahwa panel akustik yang terbuat dari limbah menunjukkan kinerja yang sebanding dengan bahan tradisional sekaligus memiliki jejak lingkungan yang lebih rendah; namun, masalah standarisasi masih ada, sehingga menghambat adopsi yang lebih luas di sektor konstruksi dan desain interior.
