Abstract

The research was to find out there is or not: 1) the effect of self concept towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration; 2) the effect of self-motivated learning towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration; 3) the effect of self concept and self-motivated learning towards learning achievement on automation and finance administration.This research used quantitative research with a correlational research design. The population in this research were all students of class XI Automation and Office Administration at SMK Negeri 1 Klaten in the academic year 2018/2019 which amounted to 108 students. The sample in this research taken with proportional random sampling technique which amounted to 84 students. Data source from teacher and students. The data collection technique used questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 23.0 program. The result of research showed that 1) there was a significant positive effect of self concept toward learning achievement on automation and finance administraiton (tcount = 4,4801, sign < 0,05); 2) there was a significant positive effect of self-motivated learning toward learning achievement on automation and finance administration (tcount = 4,326, sign < 0,05); 3) there was a significant positive effect of self concept and self-motivated learning toward learning achievement on automation and finance administration (Fcount = 48,654, sign < 0,05). This result of research showed the amount of effective contribution together equal to 54,6% and the rest still 45,4% which effected by other variables which not entered in this research.

Abstract

Abstract The study was aimed to determine (1) the effect of self-regulated learning on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; (2) the effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021; and (3) the effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of OTKP students grade XII in Public Relations and Protocol Administration subject at SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in year 2020/2021. This study was quantitative research with a correlational method. The population of this study was twelfth grade students OTKP of SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta in the 2020/2021 academic year, 102 students. The researcher used incidental sampling with 81 students as the sample. The data were collected using documentation and questionnaires. The data self-regulated learning and social environment were collected using questionnaires, meanwhile the data of students’ learning outcomes were collected using documentation. Then the data were analyzed using a prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. This result of study showed that: (1) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning on student’ learning outcomes of twelfth grade students of OTKP SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 1,995 > t-table 1,99085; (2) there was a positive effect of social environment on students’ learning outcomes grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with t-value 2,253 > t-table 1,99085; and (3) there was a positive effect of self-regulated learning and social environment on students’ learning outcomes of  grade XII OTKP students at SMK N 3 Surakarta year 2020/2021 with F-value 13,088 > F-table 3,11.

Abstract

Abstrak: Magang dalam konteks pendidikan profesional tidak hanya berfungsi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan lunak seperti komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran mentor magang dalam pelaksanaan magang administrasi perkantoran mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (PAP) FKIP Universitas Sebelas Maret angkatan 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif fenomenologi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada informan yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran mentor mencakup bimbingan, monitoring, dukungan penyusunan laporan, penilaian kinerja, tanggung jawab program, serta pembentukan hubungan profesional yang menciptakan suasana kerja positif. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan pola pendampingan pada setiap mentor, secara umum peran tersebut berkontribusi pada efektivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan teori dengan praktik serta mengembangkan keterampilan teknis maupun soft skills. Namun demikian, diperlukan peningkatan konsistensi monitoring, koordinasi, dan proporsionalitas beban kerja agar manfaat program magang dapat dirasakan secara optimal dan merata oleh seluruh mahasiswa. Kata kunci: bimbingan; kualitatif; mentoring Abstract: Professional education internships serve not only to enhance technical skills but also to develop soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and adaptability. This study examined the role of internship mentors in supporting office administration internships among students in the Office Administration Education program at Sebelas Maret University (Class of 2021). A qualitative phenomenological approach with purposive sampling was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant informants and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Results indicated that mentors' roles included guidance, monitoring, report preparation support, performance evaluation, program accountability, and the establishment of professional relationships that fostered positive work environments. Although mentorship patterns varied among mentors, these roles generally contributed to students' learning effectiveness, particularly in integrating theory with practice and developing both technical and soft skills. However, improvements in monitoring consistency, coordination, and workload proportionality are needed to ensure that internship benefits are optimally and equitably experienced by all students. Keywords: internship; mentorship; qualitative research

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City. This study is a descriptive qualitative study employing a case study technique. The study was carried out in the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat's General Section. Purposive sampling was a technique for taking samples. Observation, interviewing, and document analysis were used to compile data. Check the accuracy of the data obtained through source and method triangulation. The data analysis technique included interactive model data analysis.The result of this study reveal that: 1) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Surakarta City Regional Secretariat which uses an active dynamic archive management system which includes the creation stage such as receipt and recording of records, the using stage such as archive arrangement and archive storage, archive maintenance and caring, and depreciation stages such as moving archives that are already running quite well, 2) The implementation of archives in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City is exist some problems like as lacking of human resources in the field of correspondences and lacking of archival supporting infrastructure, and 3) Conducting to solve some problems be found in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Surakarta City such as planning of increasing human resources and budgeting for facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui peran humas dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan DUDI di SMK Boedi Oetomo 2 Gandrungmangu, (2) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi humas dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan DUDI, dan (3) mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh humas untuk mengatasi kendala dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan DUDI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) Humas menjalankan peranannya sebagai communicator, relationship, back-up management dan good image maker dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan DUDI, (2) kendala dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan DUDI yaitu tidak adanya penyusunan perencanaan yang sistematis dan kurangnya evaluasi kemitraan serta kendala waktu, (3) upaya yang dilakukan guna mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu membuat sistem perencanaan program kemitraan yang sistematis dan rutin melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kemitraan serta mengatur agenda dan jadwal kunjung dengan DUDI.       Kata kunci: DUDI; hubungan masyarakat; sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK)Abstract: The purpose of this study were: (1) to know the role of public relations in establishing partnerships with DUDI at SMK Boedi Oetomo 2 Gandrungmangu, (2) knowing the obstacles experienced by public relations in establishing partnerships with DUDI, and (3) knowing the solutions made by public relations to overcome obstacles in establishing partnerships with DUDI. This research used to qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data sources are informant, place and events, and documents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling  and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques are in dept interview, observations, and document analysis. The data validity test technique in this study is source triangulations and method triangulation. The results of the study obtained: (1) Public Relations performs its role as a communicator, relationship, back up management and good image maker in establishing partnerships with DUDI, (2) obstacles in establishing partnerships with DUDI, namely the absence of systematic planning, lack of effectiveness in evaluating partnerships and time constraints, (3) efforts made to overcome these obstacles are to create a systematic partnership program planning system, routinely evaluate the implementation of partnerships and set the agenda and schedule of visits with DUDI.Keywords: DUDI; public relations;  vocational school

Abstract

Abstrak: Kesiapan kerja mahasiswa menjadi aspek krusial yang perlu dipersiapkan dengan baik setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) ada tidaknya pengaruh parsial antara perencanaan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS, 2) ada tidaknya pengaruh parsial antara adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS, dan 3) ada tidaknya pengaruh simultan antara perencanaan karir dan adversity quotient secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara perencanaan karir terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS ditunjukkan melalui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,039, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan perencanaan karir dan adversity quotient secara bersama-sama terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran FKIP UNS dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir dan adversity quotient berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kata kunci:  kesiapan karir; strategi karir; daya juangAbstract: Student work readiness is a crucial aspect that requires adequate preparation before entering the workforce after completing higher education. This study examines: (1) the partial effect of career planning on the work readiness of Office Administration Education students at FKIP UNS, (2) the partial effect of adversity quotient on work readiness, and (3) the simultaneous effect of career planning and adversity quotient on work readiness. A correlational method with a quantitative approach was employed. The findings indicate: (1) career planning had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (significance value = 0.000, p < .05), (2) adversity quotient had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (significance value = 0.039, p < .05), and (3) career planning and adversity quotient jointly had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (F significance value = 0.000, p < .05). These results demonstrate that career planning and adversity quotient significantly influence work readiness among Office Administration Education students. Keywords: career readiness; career strategy; resilience

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. (2) untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, dan (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar siswa. di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara media komunikasi massa dengan hasil belajar di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,106>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,041<0,05.2)Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Wikarya Karanganyar ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (2,031>2,010) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,048<0,05.3) Terdapat hubungan antara media komunikasi massa dengan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar siswa SMK Wikarya Karanganya yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung>Ftabel (6,56>3,19) dengan persamaan signifikansi 0,003<0,05.Kata kunci: dorongan; kuantitatif; penyampaian pesanAbstract: This study aimed (1) to determine whether there was a relationship between mass communication media and student learning outcomes in SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Abstract

Abstrak: Kepercayaan merek penting di semua sektor industry, termasuk industry kreatif music seperti K-Pop yang memiliki fans setia dan aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh brand image terhadap brand trust Belift Lab, 2) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh service quality terhadap brand trust Belift Lab, serta 3) mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh brand image dan service quality terhadap brand trust Belift Lab. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penlitian adalah penggemar ENHYPEN Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik non probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 96 dari populasi yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengumpulan data melalui instrumen angket kuesioner dengan media Google Form yang disebarkan secara online melalui platform X. Pengolahan data menggunakan media software IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Teknik analisis data berupa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image terhadap brand trust Belift Lab, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara service quality terhadap brand trust Belift Lab, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand image dan service quality terhadap brand trust Belift Lab. Kata kunci: hubungan masyarakat; industri kreatif; penelitian kuantitatif; persepsi Abstract: Brand trust is essential across all industry sectors, including the creative music industry such as K-Pop, which maintains loyal and active fan bases. This study aimed to: (1) determine whether brand image influences Belift Lab's brand trust, (2) determine whether service quality influences Belift Lab's brand trust, and (3) determine whether brand image and service quality jointly influence Belift Lab's brand trust. This quantitative descriptive study employed a correlational method. The study population consisted of Indonesian ENHYPEN fans. Sampling was conducted using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample comprised 96 individuals from the population who met the established criteria. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument via Google Forms, distributed online through the X platform. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. Multiple linear regression served as the data analysis technique. The results indicated that: (1) brand image exerts a positive and significant influence on Belift Lab's brand trust, (2) service quality exerts a positive and significant influence on Belift Lab's brand trust, and (3) brand image and service quality jointly exert a positive and significant influence on Belift Lab's brand trust. Keywords: creative industries; perception; public relations; quantitative research

THE EFFECT OF  FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AGAINST AND LEARNING MEDIA TOGETHER TO THE INTEREST OF STUDENT LEARNING AT THE 11TH GRADE OF OTKP AT SMK BATIK SURAKARTA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2020/2021. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021; (2) the effect of learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021); and (3) and the effect of  family environment against and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is used is all students of 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik 1 Suarakarta. Sampling technique is using saturation sampling with 54 students as samples. Data collection method using questionnaire, and document analysis. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis test i.e. normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study were as follows: (1) ) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021 (tcount 2,297 < ttable 2,00758); (2) there is a significant and positive effect learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (tcount 6,153 < ttable 2,00758); and there is a positive and significant effect of family environment againts and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (Fcount 38,205 < Ftable 3,18).

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh brand image dan persepsi biaya pendidikan terhadap minat siswa SMK melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial, data dikumpulkan dari 178 siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta melalui proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-5, divalidasi menggunakan korelasi Product Moment Pearson (r > 0,361) dan diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha (α > 0,6). Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat melanjutkan studi (t = 7,102; p < 0,001), demikian pula persepsi biaya pendidikan (t = 4,323; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan (F = 133,223; p < 0,001), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,604, yang menunjukkan bahwa 60,4% varians minat siswa dijelaskan oleh kedua prediktor tersebut. Kata kunci: aspirasi karier; citra lembaga pendidikan; motivasi akademik; persepsi ekonomi siswa Abstract: This study examined the influence of brand image and perceived education costs on vocational high school students' interest in pursuing higher education. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and inferential analysis, data were collected from 178 Grade XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta through proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, validated through Pearson's Product Moment correlation (r > 0.361) and reliability tested using Cronbach's Alpha (α > 0.6). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that brand image significantly influenced interest in continuing studies (t = 7.102, p < .001), as did perceived education costs (t = 4.323, p < .001). Simultaneously, both variables demonstrated a significant positive effect (F = 133.223, p < .001), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of .604, indicating that 60.4% of variance in students' interest was explained by these predictors. Keywords: academic motivation; career aspirations; image of educational institutions; students' economic perceptions
