THE EFFECT OF  FAMILY ENVIRONMENT AGAINST AND LEARNING MEDIA TOGETHER TO THE INTEREST OF STUDENT LEARNING AT THE 11TH GRADE OF OTKP AT SMK BATIK SURAKARTA IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2020/2021. Skripsi, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Juny 2021. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021; (2) the effect of learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021); and (3) and the effect of  family environment against and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is used is all students of 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik 1 Suarakarta. Sampling technique is using saturation sampling with 54 students as samples. Data collection method using questionnaire, and document analysis. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite analysis test i.e. normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results of the study were as follows: (1) ) there is a positive and significant effect of family environment against  to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in the academic year of 2020/2021 (tcount 2,297 < ttable 2,00758); (2) there is a significant and positive effect learning media to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (tcount 6,153 < ttable 2,00758); and there is a positive and significant effect of family environment againts and learning media together to the interest of student learning at the 11th grade of OTKP at SMK Batik Surakarta in academic year 2020/2021 (Fcount 38,205 < Ftable 3,18).

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of: (1) study habits on learning achievement in the subject of financial administration, (2) parents 'attention to learning achievement (3) study habits and parents' attention to learning achievement. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was all 44 students of class XI AP SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The data collection technique uses the documentation method and a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument usingcorrelation Product Moment, and reliability testing usingformula Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17. The prerequisite test uses the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The results show there was a positive and significant influence between: (1) study habits on learning achievement tcount = 4.285> ttable 2.021, (2) parents' attention to learning achievement tcount = 2.193> ttable 2.021, (3) habits learning and parental attention to learning achievement Fcount = 243,388> Ftable = 3,928. With the effective contribution of learning habits (X1) of 44.90%, the effective contribution of parents' attention (X2) of 18.0% and the relative contribution of learning habits (X1) 77.15%, the relative contribution of parental attention (X2) 28, 53%.

Abstract

The aims of this research are To find out the leadership style of women in the Surakarta City Health Office,To find out the role of women leaders based on leadership style in public office, To find out the challenges of women leaders in public office. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The source of this research is the actions and habits of the Head of the Surakarta City Health Service, which were obtained through observations of the work environment of the Surakarta Health Service, in-depth interviews with various related sources, and documentation from biographies and social media. The validity test used to test the validity of this research uses triangulation of methods and data sources. The results of this research are as follows. First, the Head of the Surakarta Health Service has various elements of leadership style, including feminine, masculine, transformational, and transactional leadership styles. This can be seen from his actions and policies in leading the agency. These results explain that there is no relationship between gender and the choice of leadership style. Second, the Head of the Surakarta Health Service has a big role in motivation and is also a good role model for the agency, so the Surakarta Health Service becomes the best agency in the Surakarta City government. Third, as a woman, the Head of the Surakarta City Health Service does not experience problems or obstacles caused by gender differences. These results show no differences in the challenges faced by men or women.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine: (1) the influence of practical field work experience on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono, (2) the influence of employability skills on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono, (3) the influence of practical field work experience and Employability skills on work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. This research is a type of research using quantitative methods. The research sample was class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono obtained using a simple random sampling technique, and the sample obtained was 187 students. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that there is (1) a positive and significant influence between practical field work experience on work readiness with the regression line equation Ŷ = 4.982 + 0.285X1 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.653 and an effective contribution of 18.4%, (2) a positive and significant influence between employability skills on work readiness with the regression line equation Ŷ = 4.982 + 0.672X2 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.653 and an effective contribution of 47.59%, (3) a positive and significant influence between practical experience field work and employability skills on work readiness based on the regression line equation Ŷ = 4.982 + 0.285X1 + 0.672X2, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.653 and the effective contribution given jointly is 65.7% while the remaining 34.3% explained by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the meaning of Semanak work culture for employees at the DPMPTSP Karanganyar Regency, (2) implementation of Semanak work culture, (3) impact, and (4) efforts to optimize the implementation of Semanak work culture. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data sources are informants, documents, and observation results. The sampling technique was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and document analysis. The credibility test uses triangulation of sources and techniques, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman interactive analysis. Research results: (1) the meaning of work culture for employees: (a) guide work, (b) encourage work, (c) foster cohesiveness, (d) provide a sense of identify, and (e) generate self-commitment. (2) implementation of work culture: (a) DPMPTSP does not yet have a special work culture team, (b) leadership commitment in the form of full contribution such as installing banners and making marches, (c) tangible forms such as discipline, responsibility, communication skills, motivation, cooperation, innovation, creativity, wholehearted service, and non-discrimination (d) monitoring and evaluation of work culture does not yet exist. (3) Impact: (a) increasing employee motivation, (b) creating a good office reputation, (c) meeting good service standards, (d) realizing a conducive work environment. (4) There has been no special effort to optimize the implementation of Semanak's work culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of leadership style variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (3) the effect of leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama. The population in this research was all employee of PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama as many as 154 employees with 62 employees are used research sample. This research used proportionate stratified random sampling technique to find the research sample. The research method used the correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with software IBM SPSS20.0 program for window. The result of the analysis show that’s leadership style and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously of employee performance of 37,3% with the value of Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel (3,15). Leadership style has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,564) > ttabel (2,001). Work environment has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,263) > ttabel (2,001).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public services in the administrative sector at the Batuwarno District Office, Wonogiri Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this study include informants, research settings and events, as well as supporting documents. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling. Data were collected through three main methods: interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The validity of the data was tested using four criteria—credibility, confirmability, transferability, and dependability. Data analysis was carried out by applying the interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the implementation of administrative services at the Batuwarno District Office has not yet been optimal, particularly in terms of facility maintenance and repair, which are essential to support efficient service delivery; (2) the main obstacles encountered include insufficient facility maintenance and a lack of understanding of administrative procedures among both the public and the staff; and (3) efforts undertaken to address these issues include improving coordination with related agencies, implementing the SAMBAT PAK CAMAT and DIK SUKMA programs, providing online administrative services, and distributing informational brochures and pamphlets on administrative services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, (2) Fear of Failure terhadap Minat Berwirausaha, dan (3) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Fear of Failure terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif-korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan survei kepada 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Angkatan 2019. Penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran dengan thitung (3,321) > ttabel (1,665) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, (2) ada pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan Fear of Failure terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta dengan thitung (3,179) > ttabel (1,665) dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Fear of Failure secara bersama-sama terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta dengan Fhitung (10,027) > Ftabel (3, 97) dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomi keluarga terhadap minatmelanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (2) mengetahui pengaruh prestasi akademik terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi; (3) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan teman sebayaterhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruantinggi; (4) mengetahui pengaruh status ekonomikeluarga, prestasi akademik, dan lingkungan temansebaya secara bersama-sama terhadap minatmelanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdeskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 188 siswa kelasXII SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan yaitu teknikproportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian. Uji prasyarat pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi parsial (uji T), statistik f (uji F), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), sumbangan relatif dan sumbangan efektif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan softwareIBM spss versi 25. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa; (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan status ekonomi keluarga terhadap minatmelanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Hal inidibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (3,589) > ttabel(1,972); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan prestasi akademik terhadap minat melanjutkanpendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (4,843) > ttabel (1,972); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkunganteman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikanke perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilaithitung (2,772) > ttabel (1,972); (4) terdapat pengaruhstatus ekonomi keluarga, prestasi akademik, dan lingkungan teman sebaya secara bersama-samaterhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruantinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung (125,341> Ftabel (2,653). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai sumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama sebesar 67,1%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study employs a quantitative descriptive method. The research population is the 2023/2024 academic year students of SMK N 3 Surakarta, totaling 450 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling with 45 students as the sample. The data collection method utilizes questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression and analysis prerequisites, including normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The research findings are as follows: A significant influence of parents' socioeconomic status on the interest in continuing studies to higher education was found. A significant influence of learning motivation on the interest in continuing studies to higher education was found. A positive and significant combined influence of parents' socioeconomic status and learning motivation on the interest in continuing studies to higher education was established. This was supported by the finding that F counting (calculated F-value) = 11.891 > F tabel (tabled F-value) = 3.32, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This result indicates that the higher the parents' socioeconomic status and learning motivation simultaneously, the higher the interest of SMK N 3 Surakarta students in continuing their studies to higher education.
