Abstract

The type of research used is explanatory research. This research explains the influence of situational leadership style variable to employee performance variable with work motivation as intervening variable. The population in this research was 108 people. The sample in this study was 52 people. The sampling technique used in this research is proportionate stratified random sampling by taking samples from each part in PT. Anugerah Sinergi Raya. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The researcher uses path analysis technique with SPSS V.23 to analyze the data. Analysis’s results shows that Situational Leadership Style variable has positive and significant effect on Work Motivation, Situational Leadership Style variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Motivation variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the influence between the Situational Leadership Style on employee performance. The conclusion of this research shows that Situational Leadership Style has influence on employee performance with work motivation as intervening variable. It means that the higher situational leadership style will have a positive impact on work motivation and employee performance improvement. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 108 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling dengan mengambil sampel dari setiap bagian yang ada di PT. Anugerah Sinergi Raya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan path analisis dengan SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis menunjukkan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Hal tersebut menunjukkan semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan situasional akan berdampak positif pada motivasi kerja dan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the factors that are very important for the company, because of its contribution as a driving force in realizing company goals. The heaviness of the competition of business world today makes the company not only develop human resources that focus on improving the quality and quantity of work, but also the development of spirituality in its management. Spirituality in the workplace provides the ability of employees to be able to interpret their work in order to create organisational commitment in every employees.There are three dimensions of spirituality in workplace, which is meaningful work, sense of community and alignment with organisation values. This study use explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study is to explain the simultaneous and partial effect of meaningful work, sense of community, and aligment with organisational values on organisational commitment. The research was conducted at PT. BRI Syariah Malang Soekarno Hatta Branch Office. The sample that used was 49 employees, the sample was obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Kеywords: Spirituality in The Workplace, Commitment of Organisation АBSTRАK Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena kontribusinya sebagai roda penggerak dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Beratnya dunia persaingan bisnis saat ini, membuat perusahaan tidak hanya melakukan pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas kerja, melainkan juga pengembangan spiritualitas di dalam manajemennya. Spiritualitas di tempat kerja memberikan kemampuan karyawan untuk dapat memaknai pekerjaannya demi terciptanya komitmen organisasional disetiap diri karyawan. Terdapat tiga dimensi dalam spiritualitas di tempat kerja (workplace spirituality), yakni meaningful work, sense of community, dan alignment with organizatinal values. Penelitian ini menggunakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh  simultan maupun parsial meaningful work, sense of community, dan alignment with organizatinal values terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Bank BRISyariah Kantor Cabang Malang Soekarno Hatta. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 49 karyawan, sampel tersebut didapat dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Abstract

Employee performance is a form of employee’s work that measured from constantly standard. There are varians factors that can lead to a better performance, two of which are the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and organizational commitment. The purpose of this reasearch is to reveal relationship Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable on production section employees at CV Dwi Putra Perkasa Garment. Quantitative approach is used in this reaserch. Variables in this research are Perceived Organizational Support (POS), organizational commitment and employee performance. The sample of this research consist of 80 people. Data collection techniques applied in this research are primary data collection by distribute the questionnaire and secondary data collection by documentary the archives of the organization and related literature as references. The researcher uses path analysis technique with SPSS V.24 to analyze the data. Analysis’s results shows that Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment mediates the relationship between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on employee performance. Abstract

Implermentation of the good CSR ceertainly going to impsact for a company. Implementation of CSR to revieew the stakeholdeer example employee. The purpoose of this studuy to desscribe and explain of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR), job sattisfaction, and organizatiional commitment. This raesearch explanastory research with quantitative approach. Population in this study is all employes of PT PJB UP Paiton amounted to 226 employees. The sampling terchnique used proportional random sampling using th formula Slovin and ttal samples obtained from 69 employees. The method for collecting the data by distributing questionnaries and secondary data with. The analysis techniqe used in this resarch is the path analysis with SPSS 22.0 software. The results showed thaht Corpoorate Sociall Responsibility had siggnificant effect on job sattisfaction with a beta coeffivcient 0,751. Corporatte Social Responsibility had no siggnificant effect on the organizational commitmment with abeta coefficianet 0,074. Job satisfaction had significant effect on the organizational commitment with a betsa coefficient 0,424. Job satisffaction mediates the Corporate Social Responsibility of the organizational commitment to the value of the indirect effect is greater than its direct effect. Penerapan CSR ditujjukkan untuk para astakeholder salah satnya karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitiasn ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan : Corporate Soccial Responsibility, kepuasaan kerja, dan komittmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini nmerupakan explanatory research dnggan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kryawan PT PJB UP Paiton yang berjumlah 226 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 karyawan. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunde. Menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.0. Hasil dari penelitian menunjjukkan Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuaasan kerja dengan nilai koeefisien beta sebesar 0,751. Coorporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kommitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefidien beta 0,074. Kepuasan Kerj nberpengaruh siggnifikan terhadp komitmen organnisasi dengan niaio koefisien beta swebesa 0,424. Kepuasan kerja memediasi Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap kommitmen organisasi dngan nilai pengaruih tidak langsng lebih besar daripada pengaruh lngsungnya. Abstract

Motivation is a basic factor that encourages an employee to work well. With a high motivation, then someone will give more effort in carrying out his work so as to produce better performance. This study aims to (1) determine the influence of the need for achievement, the need for power dan the need for affiliation (simultaneous) for the performance of employees (2) know the influence of the need for achievement on employee performance (3) know the influence of the need for power on employee performance (4) know the influence of affiliated needs on employee performance at PT. Ika Jaya Sahara Karya Malang. This study uses explanatory research, with a quantitative approach through questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 77 respondents. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of collectively individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership to the company's non-financial performance, to know the effect simultaneously between individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership on the performance of non-financial companies, and to determine the partial influence between individual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness, leadership to the performance of non-financial companies. This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population in this study are all advertising and advertising companies registered at the Association of Advertising Malang, amounting to 43 companies. The sampling technique used is total sampling or sample saturated thus the sample of a number of population research that is 43 companies registered at the Association Advertising Malang. Sources of data were obtained from primary data by spreading questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan periklanan dan advertising yang terdaftar pada Asosiasi Advertising Malang yang berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling atau sampel jenuh dengan demikian sampel penelitian sejumlah populasi yaitu 43 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada  Asosiasi Advertising Malang. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 20.0. Abstract

This research was aimed (1) to explain and analyze the step of recruitment process through the online media in PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk and (2) to explain and analyze the recruitment efficiency based on online media in PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk. The type of research used was descriptive research by qualitative approach, with direct observation and data collection. The descriptive research was used to make problem solving which describes situation, subject/ object and also based on the reality when the research was conducted.The research shows that the application of online recruitment in PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk. From identifying the empty position and how much Human Resources needed until called the applicant whom met the standard has already been well conducted and matched with the theory. For the media used was PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Twitter, WhatsApp, Website, and Web Carrier Campus. For printed media used was newspaper and poster which delivered in Both internal and external the company. The online recruitments is very efficient compared to the conventional recruitment. Because the online recruitment has been proven to save time and power during the recruitment process. Penelitian deskriptif bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah dengan menggambarkan keadaan, objek/ subjek dan juga berdasarkan pada kenyataan atau kondisi aktual sebagaimana adanya pada saat penelitian dilakukan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan rekrutmen online di PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk. dari tahap awal Mengidentifikasi jabatan yang lowong dan berapa jumlah tenaga yang diperlukan sampai dengan Memanggil kandidat-kandidat yang memenuhi persyaratan jabatan terakhir sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan landasan teori. Dan untuk sarana Job Posting yang digunakan, PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Twitter, Wassapp, Website, Web Carrier kampus. Sedangkan media cetak menggunakan Koran dan Poster yang disebar di internal perusahaan dan eksternal. Dari segi efisiensinya, jika ditinjau dari tenaga,  dan waktu jika dibandingkan dengan metode rekrutmen konvensional sangat efisien. Karena diketahui bahwa penerapan rekrutmen melalui media online dapat lebih menekan tenaga dan waktu yang harus dibutuhkan dibandingkan media konvensional seperti job fair, walk in dan media cetak. Abstract

The aim of this study was to asses and know the condition of quality information system and work environment applied in PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (PJB UP) Paiton. The type of study used is expalantive with through quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of ellipse users of PT PJB UP Paiton with a sample of 62 respondents. The data analysis in this study used multiple linier regression. The testing showed that there was a partial and simultaneous effect which significant of quality information system ( X1 ), Physical Work Environment ( X2 ), and Non Physical Work Environment ( X3 ) toward employee performance ( Y ). Keywords : Quality Information System, Work Environment, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dan mengetahui kondisi Kualitas Sistem Informasi dan Lingkungan Kerja yang diterapkan di PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkitan (PJB UP) Paiton. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pengguna ellipse PT PJB UP Paiton dengan sampel sebesar 62 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple linier regression). Melalui pengujian didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial (terpisah) dan simultan (bersama-sama) yang bersifat positif signifikan dari variabel Kualitas Sistem Informasi ( X1 ), Lingkungan Kerja Fisik ( X2 ), dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik ( X3 ) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Y. Abstract

Research was aimed to describe job burnout, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya, and also to understand the effect of job burnout on organizational commitment, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational commitment on job performance, the effect job burnout on employee performance, and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. Type of research was explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sample was 58 employees at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya. Data collection method included questionnaire and documentation.The results showed that the variables of job burnout had negative and not significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction variables had significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organisaional commitment variable had positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Job burnout variablehad significant and negative effect on the performance of employees. Job satisfaction vairable had significant positive effect on employee performance. .Job burnout and job satisfaction were influential to organizational commitment as proved by R-square of 0.368. Job burnout, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were influential to employee performance as proved by R-square of 0.501. Keywords: Job Burnout, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan job burnout, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya, serta mengetahui pengaruh job burnout terhadap komitmen organisasional, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan, pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh job burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel job burnout memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. Variabel komitmen organisaional berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel job burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel job burnout dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai R square sebesar 0,368. Variabel job burnout, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki nilai R square sebesar 0,501. Abstract

Thе purpоsе оf this study is tо аnаlyzе аnd еxplаin: (1) аn еffеct оf lеаdеrship stylе оn оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt; (2) аn еffеct оf оrgаnizаtiоn culturе оn оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt; (3) аn еffеct оf оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt оn еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе; (4) аn еffеct оf lеаdеrship stylе оn еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе; аnd (5) аn еffеct оf оrgаnizаtiоn culturе оn еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе. Pоpulаtiоn cоnsistеd оf 30 еmplоyееs frоm PT. Qiscus Tеknо Indоnеsiа, with thе usе оf sаturаtеd sаmplеs. Dаtа cоllеctiоn mеthоd usеd is tо usе а quеstiоnnаirе. Thе аnаlysis is pеrfоrmеd by SmаrtPLS mеthоd vеrsiоn 3.0 using Pаrtiаl Lеаst Squаrе (PLS). Thе rеsults оf this study indicаtе: (1) lеаdеrship stylе hаvе а еffеct tо оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt;(2) оrgаnizаtiоn culturе hаvе еffеct tо оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt; (3) оrgаnizаtiоnаl cоmmitmеnt hаvе еffеct tо еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе; (4) lеаdеrship stylе hаvе а еffеct tо еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе; аnd (5) оrgаnizаtiоn culturе hаvе а еffеct tо еmplоyее pеrfоrmаncе. Suggеstiоns fоr nеxt rеsеаrch аrе еxpеctеd tо furthеr dеvеlоp this mоdеl by аdding оthеr vаriаblеs thаt аrе still clоsеly rеlаtеd, оr with оthеr indicаtоrs оn thе sаmе vаriаblе. Tеknik аnаlisis yаng digunаkаn dаlаm pеnеlitiаn ini mеnggunаkаn mеtоdе SmаrtPLS vеrsi 3.0 bеrbаsis Pаrtiаl Lеаst Squаrе (PLS). Hаsil аnаlisis mеnunjukkаn: (1) Gаyа kеpеmimpinаn bеrpеngаruh tеrhаdаp kоmitmеn оrgаnisаsiоnаl; (2) Budаyа оrgаnisаsi tidаk bеrpеngаruh tеrhаdаp kоmitmеn оrgаnisаsiоnаl; (3) Kоmitmеn оrgаnisаsiоnаl tidаk bеrpеngаruh tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn; (4) Gаyа kеpеmimpinаn tidаk bеrpеngаruh tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn; dаn (5) Budаyа оrgаnisаsi bеrpеngаruh tеrhаdаp kinеrjа kаryаwаn. Sаrаn-sаrаn untuk pеnеlitiаn dihаrаpkаn unuk mеngеmbаngkаn lеbih jаuh mоdеl ini dеngаn mеnаmbаhkаn vаriаbеl lаin yаng mаsih еrаt hubungаnnyа, аtаupun dеngаn indikаtоr-indikаtоr lаin pаdа vаriаbеl yаng sаmа.
