Abstract

This study aims to explore how digital leadership accelerates the adoption of disruptive technologies, supports green innovation, and integrates digital transformation with hybrid work models to enhance organisational performance and employee well-being. Utilising a systematic literature review (SLR) approach and analysing 59 open-access articles from the Scopus database, this study identifies key trends in digital leadership literature. The findings show that digital leadership has gained increasing attention since 2021, particularly in the areas of business innovation, organisational resilience, and digital transformation. Major academic contributions come from Indonesia, Germany, and Malaysia. The adoption of AI and blockchain strengthens the effectiveness of digital leadership through data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and enhanced transparency. Furthermore, digital leadership promotes green innovation and sustainable business strategies while improving productivity and work-life balance through hybrid work models. The implications of these findings suggest that digital leadership is a key element in guiding organisations to adopt disruptive technologies, introduce green innovations, and design flexible work models. Organisations must develop adaptive, innovative, and technology-driven leadership to remain competitive and sustainable in the digital era.

Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the influence of the washing method under running water on nitrite levels of edible birds nest (EBN). Total of 40 samples of EBN were divided into four groups with different washing frequency, control group without washing treatmet (P0), once, twice, and three times washing treatment (P1, P2, and P3) respectively. Each washing was performed for 30 seconds under running water. Nitrite levels assessment was carried out by spectrophotometry at 540 nm of wavelength. The results showed that the average nitrite levels of EBN in P0, P1, P2, and P3 were 93.124.40 ppm, 65.243.38 ppm, 63.603.81 ppm, and 30.872.11 ppm, respectively. The nitrit level in edible birds nest decreased significantly (P0.05) by using three times washing.

Abstract

In the unpredictable, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) terrain, where institutions must enhance effectiveness, transparency, and agility while navigating regulatory complexity and stakeholder resistance, organizational change has become increasingly significant in the public sector. The exploration of this content remains fragmented and lacks coherent quantitative approaches, despite a considerable amount of study. By tracing the development of exploration, relating to recreating themes, and identifying gaps to suggest an emerging exploration agenda, this study aims to clarify organizational change in the public sector. The study adhered to PRISMA guidelines to conduct a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis, utilizing data from the Scopus database. We examined 169 peer-reviewed papers from 2000 to 2025 using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix to assess author networks, publishing trends, citation performance, and keyword co-occurrence. With the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom being the main contributors and capitals of transnational cooperation, the results show a steady rise in publications since 2006. While prominent studies highlight the significance of regulatory reform, transformational leadership, and operational efficiency, keyword analysis reveals that organizational culture, leadership, communication, and adaptation are critical facilitators of change. The position of transnational collaboration and multidisciplinary involvement in exploration performance is moderate, yet failings persist in addressing non-Western settings and incorporating diverse theoretical frameworks. This exploration advances the theoretical understanding of adaptation in public sector reform, utilizing bibliometric mapping in conjunction with a methodical review methodology, and offers valuable insights for interpreters and policymakers on how to manage organizational change. Cross-regional, multilingual, and multidisciplinary approaches should be the focus of future exploration to support more inclusive and contextually relevant outcomes in public sector transformation.   Keywords: Bibliometric Analysis; Biblioshiny; Organizational Change; Public Sector; VOSviewer

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the influence of organizational climate and work motivation on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. Organizational commitment plays an important role in maintaining employee loyalty and productivity, especially in competitive work environments where companies face increasing employee turnover, communication challenges between leaders and employees, unclear job responsibilities, and dissatisfaction with existing work systems. These issues may reduce job satisfaction and weaken employees’ commitment to the organization. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationships among organizational climate, work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment in order to identify strategies to improve employee loyalty and performance. Design/Methods/Approach: This research employs a quantitative approach, using questionnaire data collected via Google Forms from 68 employees of PT Telekomunikasi Seluler Tbk. in the Malang Raya area, East Java, selected purposively. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 Findings: The findings indicate that organizational climate and work motivation have significant effects on job satisfaction; job satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment; and both organizational climate and work motivation also directly affect organizational commitment; however, their effects are stronger when mediated by job satisfaction. These results highlight the importance of creating a supportive organizational climate and strengthening employee motivation to enhance job satisfaction and ultimately improve organizational commitment. Originality/Value: This study provides empirical evidence on the role of job satisfaction as a crucial mediator, strengthening the impact of organizational climate and motivation on commitment, particularly in the telecommunications industry within the specific regional context of Malang Raya. Practical/Policy implication: These results highlight the importance of organizations in creating a supportive organizational climate and strengthening employee motivation. By doing so, companies can enhance job satisfaction, which ultimately serves as a key driver of organizational commitment, reduced turnover, and maintained productivity.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction; Organizational Climate; Organization Commitment; Work Motivation JEL Classification:             M12, M54, J28
