Abstract

This type is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Population in this research is all employees of Office Management Malang Town Square which amounted to 50 employees. This study uses a sample of less than 100, then the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The measurement scale used in this research is Likert scale. Data sources were obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. This research uses path analysis The results of this descriptive descriptively show that high job satisfaction, high employee commitment and low turnover intention at Malang Town Square Management Office. Based on the analysis found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee commitment, employee commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction have negative and significant effect to turnover intention. For Malang Town Square Management Office is expected to provide an opportunity for employees to rise position, if the employee has been working well during the work. For Malang Town Square Management Office is expected to equate the principle of company with the principle of employees and keep employing employees with the type of work in accordance with their respective divisions. Populasi dalam penelitian ini  adalah seluruh karyawan Managemen Office Malang Town Square yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah kurang dari 100, maka teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebarkan kuisioner dan data skunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis jalur (path analysis. Dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows). Hasil penetian ini secara deskriptif menunjukan bahawa kepuasan kerja tinggi, komitmen karyawan tinggi dan turnover intention rendah pada Management Office Malang Town Square. Berdasarkan analisis ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, komitmen karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Bagi Management Office Malang Town Square diharapkan memberi kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk naik jabatan, apabila karyawan tersebut telah bekerja dengan baik selama bekerja. Bagi Management Office Malang Town Square diharapkan untuk menyamakan prinsip perusahaan dengan prinsip karyawan dan tetap mempekerjakan karyawan dengan jenis pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan devisi masing-masing. Abstract

Shabur Miftah 2015, E-Commerce Implemention as Media Online Sales ( Case Study on Pastbrik Store in Malang).This research took a title of E-Commerce Implemention as Media Online sales. The purpose in this research is implements the e-commerce website which serves as a promotion media and electronic sales. And to know what’s problems be faced in implementation of e-commerce website.This kind of this research is qualitative research. This reserach took a case study on Pastbrik Store in Malang. The source of the data obtained by  primary data and secondary data source. The data collection technique in this research use observation, interview and documentation.The research result use e-commerce implementation with opencart software on pastbrik store in Malang will be able to help reduce cost and can convey information in detail and quickly about this product to consumen. Based on research result be expected to help pastbrik store for receive a good profit and can compere with similar stores. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan implementasi e-commerce dengan menggunakan software opencart pada toko Pastbrik Malang akan dapat membantu mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan serta dapat menyampaikan informasi secara detail dan cepat mengenai produk kepada pelanggan, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu toko Pastbrik untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal serta dapat bersaing dengan toko yang sejenis. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of information technology (X) on employee performance (Y). This research was conducted at PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Tbk Central Regional Division V Surabaya. The company is located at Jl. Ketintang No. 156 East Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample used this study were 98 employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and multiple linear regression. Sampling technique used is saturated samples. This results show that it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence employee performance simultaneously and partially. And from here it can be seen that the two independent variables dominant influence on employee performance is the usefulness of IT because it has a beta coefficient and t the greatest. From the results of multiple linear regression can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable is the performance of employees in the amount of 52.8%. While the remaining 47.2% other variables that can affect the performance of employees. Other variables that can affect performance of employees among them the ability and motivation of employees. Kata kunci : the use of information technology, employee performance ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Tbk Pusat Divisi Regional V Surabaya. Perusahaan ini terletak di Jl. Ketintang No. 156 Surabaya Timur. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 98 karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial, dan regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Hasil penlitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan dan parsial. Dan dari sini dapat diketahui bahwa kedua variabel bebas tersebut yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah Kemanfaatan Penggunaan TI karena memiliki nilai koefisien beta dan t hitung paling besar. Dari hasil regresi linier berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 52,8%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,2% merupakan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan diantaranya yaitu kemampuan (ability) dan motivasi dari karyawan. Kata kunci : penggunaan informasi, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transactional and transformational leadership style to work motivation and employee performance. This research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. The number of samples determined by the Slovin formula and obtained a total sample of 75 employees. Sources of data derived from primary data by distributing questionnaires and secondary data with documentation. This study uses path analysis with the help of SPSS 23.0 software. The result showed that Transactional Leadership Style has significant influence to work motivation, Transformational Leadership Style has no significant influence to work motivation, Transactional Leadership Style has significant influence to employee performance, Transformational Leadership Style has no significant influence to employee performance, Work Motivation has significant influence to employee performance, Work Motivation mediate Transactional Leadership Style to Employee Performance, Work Motivation mediate Transformational Leadership Style to Employee Performance. Keywords: Transactional Leadership Style, Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 karyawan. Sumber data diperoleh dari data primer dengan menyebar kuisioner dan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja memediasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja memediasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

The use of video editing applications for business products that are used as business communication in the use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and marketplaces has been widely used by the public. Community Service activity seeks to provide deeper knowledge about the use of simple video making applications that have more positive meaning for all elements of society. The target members of this activity are small craft businesses and the members of a small business group in Malang City. Based on identification of the problem, found that small entrepreneurs have difficulty competing in visual marketing with medium and large entrepreneurs who have strong resources in funding. This activity is carried out starting from problem identification, visualization-based digital marketing socialization, as well as training and assistance in making simple product videos, implementing effective activities starting from August to November 2021. The result of this activity is the acceptance of knowledge transfer from academics to the community, especially small businesses. Implementing activities are lecturers assisted by students and practitioners in the field of visual communication.

Abstract

The goal of the research is to measure the eligibility of mangrove cultivation carried out by Beras Basah farmers and fishermen group and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in mangrove cultivation business. The method that’s been used in this research is the method of economic eligibility analysis with R/C, BEP, PP, and ROI study approach method and descriptive analysis method. The results of the research show that the cultivation managed by the farmers and fishermen group in Beras Basah made a profit and are eligible, with an R/C value of 2.29, 6.570 of BEP productions, 876.04 of BEP pricing, 5,423,712 of BEP sales, 7.37 of PP and 40.72% ROI. The supporting factor in this cultivation are: 1). There’s assistance by the government officials, 2). Good cooperation among the group of farmers and fishermen, 3). The area of cultivation is free to use. The inhibiting factors to the cultivation are: 1). The public consumers’ demand are less, 2). There’s ocean tide that would affect the cultivation process.

Abstract

Latar belakang. Trombositopenia pada sepsis dapat terjadi akibat adanya aktivasi trombosit, secara langsung oleh endotoksin atau sitokin proinfl amasi. Keadaan ini selanjutnya mengakibatkan peningkatan konsumsi platelet dan polipeptida faktor koagulasi, serta meluasnya thrombosis dan deposit fibrin pada mikrovaskular. Trombosis mikrovaskular dan iskemik akan memberikan kontribusi terjadinya cidera jaringan dan sindrom disfungsi organ multipel. Beratnya trombositopenia berhubungan dengan buruknyaluaran pasien sepsis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah trombositopenia mempunyai nilai prediktif untuk kematian pada pasien sepsis di ICU RSUP dr. Sardjito.Metode. Studi kohort retrospektif. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Catatan Medik RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta selama 1 bulan (November 2013). Setelah keluarnya ethical approval dari Komisi Etik Penelitian Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada. Subyek: 92 pasien sepsis yang menjalani rawat inap di ICURSUP dr. Sardjito antara bulan Juli 2012 hingga Oktober 2013. Sebanyak 52 pasien dengan trombositopenia dan 40 pasien tanpa trombositopenia. Dicatat skor jumlah trombosit, skor APACHE II dan luaran ICU.Hasil. Luaran meninggal pada kelompok pasien dengan trombositopenia sebanyak 46 pasien (88,5%) dan yang hidup sebanyak 6 pasien (11,5%), sedangkan pasien meninggal pada kelompok tanpa trombositopenia adalah sebanyak 28 pasien (70 %) dan pasien hidup adalah 12 pasien (30%). Hasil ini secara statistik terdapat perbedaan bermakna (p < 0,05; p = 0,027) dengan nilai RR (Risiko Relatif) sebesar 1,3. Terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara skor APACHE II saat masuk ICU, 26,38 ± 7,138 pada kelompokdengan trombositopenia dan 22,02 ± 7,734 pada kelompok pasien tanpa trombositpenia (p=0,006), demikian pula antara skor APACHE II pada kelompok pasien dengan trombositopenia yang meninggal(27,28 ± 6,699) dan yang hidup (19,50 ± 7,176) (p= 0,011). Jumlah trombosit rerata pada kelompok pasien dengan trombositopenia yang meninggal 66,02 ± 40,582 sel/μl sedangkan yang hidup 90,17 ± 42,310 sel/μl (p=0,018).Kesimpulan . Trombositopenia merupakan faktor prediktor kematian pasien sepsis di ICU RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, dimana pasien dengan trombositopenia mempunyai kemungkinan 1,3 kali lebih besar untuk meninggal dibandingkan pasien tanpa trombositopenia.

Abstract

Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Bandar Dawung, Tawangmangu, tentang manfaat tanaman bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) dan sereh wangi (Cymbopogon citratus) dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah, serta memberikan keterampilan dalam mengolah tanaman tersebut menjadi produk teh herbal dan permen jelly. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan pelatihan. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat pemahaman peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta meningkat hingga 90% setelah kegiatan. Selain itu, para peserta menunjukkan antusiasme dalam mencoba produk olahan tersebut sebagai alternatif terapi diabetes. Meskipun kehadiran peserta hanya mencapai 60% dari total undangan, program ini dianggap berhasil dalam memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kesehatan masyarakat. Program ini juga membuka peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan tanaman lokal.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to prove and to analyze several items, as follows: 1) The influence of working motivation towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, 2) The influence of organizational commitment towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees, 3) The influence of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards the employee's working performance, 4) The influence of working motivation towards the employee's performance, 5) The influence of organizational commitment towards the employees' working performance, 6) Indirect influence between the working motivation towards the employees working performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 7)Indirect influence of organizational commitment towards the employees working performance through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research is categorized as explanatory research by applying the research method of path analysis and statistical descriptive, using loading factor from factor analysis. This research is conducted in Pelangi Hotel, Malang by employing the employees' unit analysis. The research indicates that working performance and organizational commitment bring a significant influence towards the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an influence towards performance, working motivation does not indirectly influence towards performance but indirectly influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and organizational commitment influences both directly and indirectly through the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards the performance.

Abstract

Pink shrimp (Metapenaeus affinis) or Jinga shrimp is one of the species caught in the waters off Samboja Kuala. This catch is a valuable commodity in the market. The possibility of exploiting shrimp resources will be jeopardized in an effort to conserve, utilize, and catch high intensity shrimp. This study was conducted from September to December 2022 with the aim of determining population dynamics parameters using the frequency method from carapace length data. A mini trawl was used to collect shrimp in the waters of Samboja Kuala, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Male and female jinga shrimp have a ratio of 1:2,43. Furthermore, for male and female shrimp, the growth rate coefficient (K) was 0,580 and 14,00, respectively, and the approximated natural length (L) was 145.82 and 160.81. Pink shrimp (Metapenaeus affinis) have natural mortality (M) of 1,113/year, mortality due to capture (F) of 0,516, and total mortality (Z) of 1,630, with exploitation value (E) of 0,316, indicating that they are still at the appropriate level. Herefore, female shrimp peaked in August at 14,6% and males peaked in July 31,81%. The Y/R capability was 0,049/year, and Emax calculated the Y/R relationship with the exploitation rate, which was 0,42.
