Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which has been a big influence for change in all sectors, including health, especially in the medical record is called the electronic medical record. Basically the electronic medical record is the use of electronic methods for collecting, storing, processing, and accessing patient records in hospitals that have been stored in a multimedia database management system, bringing together various sources of medical data. Often problems arise no link between their respective health care providers in terms of information on the medical record. Though patients may have a medical examination at health care providers vary at any given time. It leads to the same checks occur repeatedly. Whereas previous medical records are very useful in further medical examination. From some of the problems mentioned above have designed a centralized electronic medical record system that accommodates one patient´s medical record in a centralized database for the purpose of patient records are stored in a single database storage. So if one day patients already enrolled in the system, if referred from one hospital to another hospital in the region, the data can be viewed and accessed on the basis of data from hospitals or health care providers who have joined in this system. PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. East Regional to perform monitoring and continuous measurement of the performance of its partners to ensure achievement of established goals. Manager performance during this monitoring by requesting a report to the data center that handles the data speedy partners. Then the data center will conduct a search (query) data into a form to present a report to the manager. It is difficult for managers to monitor performance of the partners speedy sale. Because it takes a relatively long time. and lack of specific information can slow the speedy performance of partners in decision-making process because the people who are not managers can monitor the level of performance at any time. Abstract

Most people who travel abroad are not really mastery the language of the country they visited, so they are having difficulties  to communicate with local people. This condition can be met when Indonesian people held hajj or umrah every single year in Saudi Arabia. Based on the survey’s result that author has been done to 30 respondents, there is a fact that 93,33% respondents are having difficulties to communicate using Arabic language when they do hajj or umrah. One of the solutions to solve this problem is making an arabic conversation dictionary application based on mobile technology using J2ME. This dictionary application is able to search words and show conversations in various situasion then, this application, can add some new words that can be done manually by its user and those words can be edited or deleted. Based on test-run that have been done to the respondents, the result shows that the Arabic conversation dictionary application based on mobile technology using J2ME could simplify and help the hajj and umrah worshippers who are struggled to communicate in Arabic.” Keywords : Mobile application, Arabic dictionary, J2ME

Abstract

Loss of hajj pilgrims, particularly Indonesia, as a common story in the holy land of Mecca and Medina. Usually it occurs in the early days of arrival. While there are officers of the government that could help solve the problem of pilgrims who get lost, but the numbers are still very limited. Controlling the presence of pilgrims made directly by the supervisor KBIH assisted by the group leader and team leader, but control is still difficult because of the unavailability of good facilities. So to be able to monitor the need for systems that can locate the presence of fossilized pilgrims.A device that allows to build systems that can help counselors to monitor the presence of pilgrims and help the pilgrims to know his position is by using a device equipped with GPS feature, because these devices can be easily carried. Android smartphone are very suitable for the development of this system, because almost all embedded Android smartphone has GPS features. To solve these problem, so we developed an existence of Pilgrims Monitoring System Using GPS Tracking to Android Smartphone that can monitor the presence of pilgrims to facilitate KBIH supervisor from controlling the existence of the pilgrims and help the pilgrims avoid getting lost.   Keywords : GPS Tracking, Hajj Pilgrims, Android, Mobile Application.

Abstract

The success of a company of course could not be separated from the role of labor as a human resources (HR) that run all sorts of activities for the betterment of the workplace. Therefore, HR must be maintained and be selected appropriately in order to show good performance and optimum. This applies to new labor and labor that has long worked in the career development process. In the election or selection of labor is often the polemics, because there is the possibility of a subjective assessment of a person so that the process is not running properly and the results achieved may not be suitable targets. Here we need a system that can handle the selection of an appropriate workforce with the competencies required by positions held in accordance with the criteria. The underlying reason that the construction of a decision support system selection this workforce. Expected that this system can assist the managers in analyzing the labor office in accordance with certain criteria. System programs to be created will help overcome the problems that occur in the company. This system can perform data maintenance processes, as well as profile matching the selection process itself. The system to be produced will be more to help decision makers and not replace them. It is hoped this system can also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of decision-making process itself. Abstract PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Nganjuk branch is one branch of PT. Federal Internatuonal Finance, Inc. is engaged in the retail motorcycle financing business and electronic equipment. In the process of financing, one of which relates directly to the customer is marketing. At the time of serving the customer in the field, the problems often faced by marketing that marketing can not check the status of customer data such as pengeekan member and previous arrears, do add a new customer, to process the transaction (in this case the application process until the approval of financing), displays information about the data traffic to the dealer / store, the number of incentives, and the target number of transactions received, that all these can not be done directly in the field saaat. In addition, another problem encountered is the monitoring process will be marketing a visit to the dealer / shop and monitoring achievement of the targets of marketing can not be properly monitored by the admin .Based on all the exposure of the above problems, it takes an application that can perform customer data management, including customer data-checking process, and can add new customer transaction process, and can display information on the number of transactions, the number of targets and the amount received by marketing incentives, which can be processed directly when marketing is the field, as well as can be. make the process of monitoring the performance of marketing is done by the admin. Since the majority of marketing is the mobile phone users, the author tries to build an application "Customer Data Management and Monitoring Performance-based mobile marketing" to answer the above requirements. As a result of the implementation of the Customer Data Management applications and mobile-based Marketing Performance Monitoring has been done, marketing can make the process of checking customers´ data, add new customer, and transaction processing to financial filings with the approval of retail financing directly through mobile devices are carried in this case is mobile. In addition, the admin can monitor traffic and monitor the achievement of the target marketing marketing by using applications that are in the office. Abstract

STIKOM Surabaya News or commonly called SSNews is a campus magazine of STIKOM Surabaya that containing a variety of news and information about both the activities around campus and variety of general information. SSNews printed version is have to form as a magazine that can be obtained on campus, but the number of copies printed is relatively limited to meet the needs of readers, specially those on either campus environment for students, faculty or staff. Therefore SSNews have another alternative to launch an online version that can be accessed through the site http://ssnews.stikom.edu/ which can be accessed easily via the computer. Currently readers can only access the address of the website through the browser on mobile phones so as to make the readers should be online to enjoy every news content on SSNews, moreover not all of it can display websites very well and comfortable. Since the majority of readers are mobile phone users, the authors offer a new alternative for the reader by making an application that called SSNews Mobile which provides a new experience in reading the news content of SSNews. By using SSNews Mobile, readers can enjoy SSNews contents with relatively cheaper and more comfortable. Abstract

First aid is a technical staff in needs to save lives after the accident happened or medical emergency before its being sent to the nearest hospital. It is necessary because the early minutes after the accident is critical for the victiom. Generally, after the accident or medical emergency, the people near the victim directly calls an ambulance or send them to the nearest hospital. The problem is when they’re waiting for the ambulance to come or on the way to the hospital, the victim who is having critical emergency condition needs a basic life support before the medical treatment in the hospital. But, not every people knows how to do the first aid properly. One of the solution to overcome that problem is by making a first aid visual application based on mobile for the general society. This application is used when there’s an accident or medical emergency and can be used as an learning first aid application. And also, it informs the nearest hospital as a reference after the first-aid take place. After the impelementation and evaluation that has been done, this application that has been built are able to inform how to do the first-aid properly when the accident happened or medical emergency and able to use as an learning first-aid application and also, can inform the nearest hospital that can be used as a reference after the first-aid take place.   Keywords : Mobile application, First-aid, J2ME.

Abstract

Weight-bearing exercise (fitness) has now become one of the urban lifestyle in the world, especially in Indonesia. The slogan "Healthy Life Begins with" being promoted by the Government appears to have been understood by the people of Indonesia. But not everyone can make fitness a healthy lifestyle due to the limitations of science and knowledge about the world of fitness itself. This has been anticipated by the provider of fitness gym, in this study conducted at the Atlas Sports Club Surabaya, namely by providing the Personal Trainer (PT), that is, those who assist customers in running fitness is good and right. But to be able to use the services provided by Personal Trainer where providers will cost more expensive than the cost to become a member (member). Based on the description, then be made based visualization applications mobile fitness guide that can help the member fitness Atlas Sportss Club Surabaya who do not use the services of Personal Trainer. This application guide contains a fitness movement that displayed visually through text and pictures and videos, nutritional guidance, control and alarm schedule a private workout scheduled gym classes at Atlas Sports Surabaya during the next month, and can provide information about the world of fitness the form of articles and tips that can be accessed easily and can be renewed. With this application the mobile phone can now be used as a medium of interaction, especially the visual guidance of mobile-based fitness guide.
