Abstract

The problems currently faced by STIKOM Career Center (SCC) is not having a record of their competence by alumni and corporate data, the absence of a means for performing filtering based on competency of graduates to find appropriate jobs that SCC does not have information about the competencies alumni and the number of competencies required by the company. Based on these problems it is necessary an information system web based job which has a function as a means to accommodate the data of alumni and their competencies and corporate data and their jobs will be offered, as well as the competence graduates can do the filtering based on the calculation method Simple Additive weighting (SAW) where each competency will have weight and can generate reports on the number of competencies required by the company. Web-based information systems can be used to manage corporate data and competencies alumni, capable of displaying a list of alumni in accordance with its competence and result in a report on the number of competencies required by the company. With the web-based information system, the flow of information regarding the competence graduates can be channeled in the search for a suitable job. Abstract

In the learning process, there are several interrelated elements so that learning goes according to expectations. Among the essential elements that include the methods and instructional media. Two things that will affect the child´s responses during and after the process of learning One of the main functions of the media is as a teaching aid and the conditions that influence learning environment organized and created by the teacher / parent. The process of learning to write Arabic letters are less interesting and complicated for children, in The Education of Al - Quran (TPA), is available in the form of instructional media writing arabic worksheets. Every child should have the worksheet itself, but usually children - as young as elementary school (SD) meets worksheet with graffiti - graffiti or writings are not necessarily in accordance with the instructions write the Arabic alphabet. To address the problems that occurred in the process of learning how to write the Arabic alphabet built an android-based application that can help children to learn how to write the Arabic alphabet with more fun in interactive media. With this application so a child can understand and implement the steps to write the Arabic alphabet correctly. Abstract

Growing number of shipping companies is very beneficial to consumers, but not for the company. Companies should strive to improve services and to evaluate the system that had been done to be able to compete with similar companies are also doing the same thing. Companies have to lower the costs incurred during the process of delivery that has not been able to control yet. Based on these constraints, the use of geographic information systems can be used to resolve problems that occur so that companies can do the tracking and monitoring of the delivery process to improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes for cost reduction that comes out in the implementation process. Abstract

Surabaya Zoo is one of the garden cultivation and propagation of flora and fauna which is located in the center of Surabaya. Surabaya Zoo commonly abbreviated KBS has many types of flora and fauna in it, so the KBS to be one of Surabaya citizens in tourist visits during the holiday weekend. The zoo is located at No. Setail road. 1 Surabaya is one of the famous zoos in Indonesia. Different types of animals and plants bred and cultivated in the zoo, so that people can watch with a very complete collection of wildlife and plants that exist. Many also a collection of rare animals are also available on Surabaya zoo´s beloved residents, Given the extent and the large number of collections of animals at Surabaya Zoo needed a tour guide based android application to become a personal tour guide for visitors to these attractions. Abstract

Department of Transportation Surabaya as government agencies engaged in public transport infrastructure where one job is to perform maintenance of traffic signs. Department of Transportation has set the traffic rules, which serve as the priority areas of infrastructure that is always monitored and rider behavior. Traffic signs are essential elements as information for road users in particular are driver of the motor vehicles. But in data collection and maintenance of the signs are so many rely on the Department of Transportation map and user manual files are marked. While the survey carried signs that can not run optimally. Sign repair history is not well documented, making pegawasan not go well. In addition the Department of Transportation already has a data GPS (Global Positioning System) location of signs, but only documented. Based on the above problems, we need an application that can handle the problems experienced by the Department of Transportation. The application in which consists of digital maps, survey schedule, handling and repair history. Digital maps are used to display the location of signs, schedule a survey for the survey beacon scheduling, handling repairs to display signs that have been surveyed and showing signs that have changed history. The results of the application that was created to assist the Department of Transportation in addressing the digital signs pointing the location, survey schedule for regular maintenance occurs, the results of the survey is expected to more quickly and may show signs of history. Abstract

Surabaya has great potential in the field of tourism, one corresponding to the tourism potential of Surabaya is a shopping tour. The emergence of various shopping malls and entertainment facilities are diverse, can be one of the biggest assets for Surabaya to turn into the City Shopping Tour. City Government (City Government) Surabaya, which this year plans to increase the attraction Surabaya, was not accompanied by step guide wisata.Sehingga increasing number of tourists who travel to Surabaya less informative about where and what can be obtained as a shopping tour of Surabaya. Shopping information retrieval applications in android based mobile by using the indoor map, which is a technology that uses the internet and mobile phones to access the required information to the tenant level. Abstract

The ability to write the beginning of a major provision for children to be able to understand the subjects given at school. One of alternatives for helping increases the interest and the ability of the children in learning to read and write is using the media of learning in the form of software. Android is a software alternative were chosen, with the reason android tend to be used on mobile devices such as Smartphone and tablet PC, in addition to ease of android in development was offered due to easy it is to get the source and tutorials as well as being one of the reasons the android was chosen as the medium to build this application. The results of this research thesis is an application that presents study writing with packaged like play the game. Abstract

Knowledge of various web-based application security needed to build web applications that do not potentially have security flaws. To assist web developers in understanding various web vulnerabilities need to be provided special learning media. Simulation-based learning is used as learning strategy so the users can test applications directly; the goal is to make users know what kind of mistake that trigger the security flaw. Learning Web Hacking Application is web-based application that contains a series of questions about web technology and the vulnerabilities of web applications. Users can obtain the answer by hacking the web application that has been provided. The success of this process depends on how much the user´s understanding about the security of web application. Application also provides a feature called “Learning Center” which consist series of article to increase user knrowledge about web vulnerabilites and how to prevent it. Learning Web Hacking Application can be used to help the learning process on web application security and application can be integrated with Facebook and has social networking features so users or friends of the users in the circle of Facebook friends can be motivate to learn more about the security of web based applications.

Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually. Abstract

Parents activities reduced their attention to children. Sometimes parents do not know their children’s activity. Even they did not know where their children. So it is not uncommon today´s children often go to places that are not fitting. Even worse was the kidnapping of children. "From year to year, kidnappings continue to rise. Not only in the city, in the village also. Our data, in 2008 there were 72 cases. Years 2009 there were 102 cases. 2010 to May has reached 97 cases," said Secretary General of the National Commission for Child Protection, Arist Merdeka Sirait, told AFP on Wednesday (02/06/2010). Until now be seen from the data that showed the National Commission for Child Protection in 2010 the total occurrence of child abduction is 111 and the total in 2011 was 120, indicating that up to now the abduction of children each year continues to increase.
