Abstract

Prinsip yang mendasari dalam pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yang merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pengembangan tingkat tinggi kemampuan berpikir siswa. Penelitian ini mengembangkan bahan ajar fisika materi kalor dengan pendekatan Problem Based Learning. Bahan ajar ini dikaji berdasarkan: (1) wujud bahan ajar, (2) kemenarikan bahan ajar, dan (3) efektivitas bahan ajar. Aspek yang dikaji dalam wujud bahan adalah (1) aspek isi, (2) aspek penyajian, (3) aspek bahasa, dan (4) aspek kegrafikaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model Borg & Gall. Bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan praktis dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konsep secara mandiri. Kata Kunci : Bahan ajar; Kalor; Problem-Based Learning.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the trend of Augmented Reality (AR) research in Indonesia in learning biology through bibliometric analysis sourced from Google Scholar and Scopus in 2013-2022. The sample articles obtained were 223 articles. The results show that AR research in biology learning in Indonesia will increase in 2019-2021 and will decrease in 2022. Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia and Universitas Negeri Malang rank first and second in publications regarding AR in biology learning in Indonesia. The results of the data visualization analysis consist of 7 clusters, namely the use of AR applications in research related to biology learning, AR relationship with learning materials, educational level, and learning outcomes, and evelopment and application of AR in biology learning. Furthermore, the fourth to seventh clusters are clusters which show that research on AR still has opportunities to be carried out related to the use of AR applications in biology learning in Indonesia

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum for science education trains students to learn independently and creatively. The teaching and learning process in it uses laboratory-based learning, where students are given the opportunity to experience and do things themselves. Throughout the process, they observe an object, analyze it, prove it, and draw their own conclusions about an object, situation, or process. These activities can enhance students' understanding. Process skills in science are skills that can help students solve various problems, and by applying laboratory activities, they can develop these process skills. The classification of science process skills is divided into two categories: basic process skills include observation, classification, measurement, and inference. Meanwhile, integrated science process skills include formulating hypotheses, identifying and controlling variables, conducting experiments, and interpreting data. Through science process skills, the concepts acquired by students will be more meaningful because their thinking skills will be further developed. Information technology and computers have developed so rapidly and have an incredible impact. Through virtual laboratories, the learning process becomes more interesting and interactive, teaching time can be reduced, the quality of learning can be improved, and the teaching and learning process can be done anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

Metal organic framework-derived carbons (MOFDCs) are materials with great potential and can be used as electrochemical energy storage because these have a large surface area and pore structure that can be adapted to needs. MOFs have porous crystals in which metal ions or clusters are linked by organic ligands. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical and electrochemical properties of MOF5 synthesized at different temperatures. The MOFs synthesis method which is classified as complicated can be simplified and the use of hazardous solvents can be reduced by means of partial substitution using water solvents. To prepare MOFs can be done in several ways, such as liquid phase epitaxy, supersonic cold spraying, direct gas phase preparation, and interface-assisted synthesis. MOFs have applications in optics, sensing, catalysis, adsorption, and modeling, as well as electrochemical energy storage. Potential application as an interesting electrode material to be studied through the synthesis method. In this study, MOF5 was synthesized at temperatures between 200°C-600°C. To prepare MOF5, zinc nitrate tetrahydrate and acetic acid were dissolved in DMF (N, N-dimethyl formamide). The remaining precipitate (MOF) was immersed three times in DMF and three times in chloroform for 24 hours for each immersion. In general, different MOF5 synthesis affects the microstructure, elemental content, optical properties (transmittance and absorbance), electrical properties, and electrochemical properties

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran hasil perbandingan analisis kualitas soal tes kemampuan literasi sains melalui pendekatan teori tes klasik dan Rasch Model ditinjau dari sisi validity, reliability, kesulitan soal, dan daya diskriminan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode dokumenter sebanyak 15 soal pilihan ganda dan diujikan kepada 30 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika UNSIQ Jawa Tengah Wonosobo. Data dianalisis menggunakan teori uji klasik dengan Microsoft Excel dan Rasch Model dengan software Winsteps. Kualitas soal dari segi validitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori tes klasik terungkap bahwa 3 soal diklasifikasikan valid dan 12 soal diklasifikasikan tidak valid, sedangkan pada Rasch Model 6 soal diklasifikasikan valid dan 9 soal diklasifikasikan tidak valid. Skor reliability Cronbach Alpha (KR-20) pada butir soal dengan pendekatan teori tes klasik adalah 0,40 (sedang) dan skor reliability Cronbach Alpha (KR-20) pada model Rasch adalah 0,43 (sedang) dengan Nilai person reliability 0,54 (buruk) dan keandalan produk 0,91 (sangat baik). Tingkat kesukaran butir soal menurut teori tes klasik, butir soal terdistribusi dalam tiga kelompok, yakni mudah 10 soal, sedang 3 soal, dan sukar 2 soal. Sedangan pada Rasch Model butir soal terdistribusi dalam empat kelompok, yakni mudah 3 soal, sedang 7 soal, sukar 3 soal, dan sangat sukar 2 soal. Pada aspek daya beda baik dengan pendekatan teori tes klasik maupun Rasch Model, nilai H = 1,57 dibulatkan menjadi 2, yakni buruk 14 soal dan baik 1 soal.

Abstract

Written briefly in English in one paragraph of 150-250 words, containing background, research objectives, methodology, results & important findings of the study. The purpose of this study is to determine research trends related to Chemo-entrepreneurship, which is beneficial in developing learning models that are in line with the independent learning curriculum. This study is a systematic literature review of Chemo-entrepreneurship from 47 articles indexed by Scopus and Google Scholar published between 2010 – 2022. The findings show that the area where Chemo-entrepreneurship is researched the most is the city of Semarang. The most widely used material in Chemo-entrepreneurship research is colloids. The most common type of research related to Chemo-entrepreneurship is development research. Research related to Chemo-entrepreneurship is mostly done at the Senior High School. The journal that publishes the most articles on Chemo-entrepreneurship is the innovative journal of science education. Most of the research institutions that conduct research on Chemo-entrepreneurship are from Semarang State University. There is no research on Chemo-entrepreneurship associated with 21st century skills, Chemo-entrepreneurship-Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Chemo-entrepreneurship-environmental education, Chemo-entrepreneurship-STEM, and Chemo-entrepreneurship-green deal. From several analyzes in this literature review, we suggest analyzing topics that are still rarely studied for further study.

Abstract

Background: Advancement in the healthcare sector, the complexity of health problems and healthcare system become an additional burden for healthcare workers who have incompetence along with professional education of healthcare workers, specifically in radiology education. Virtual reality has great potential in educational learning tool development to encounter various challenges in future radiology education. Objective: To determine the scope of virtual reality and its effectiveness as an educational learning tool in radiology education. Methods: A literature review was carried out to explore articles related with application of virtual reality in radiology education by adjusting various search terms: "virtual reality", and "radiology"/ "radiography" / “x-ray” / “radiology technologist” / “education”. Articles were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been previously assigned. The timeframe for the literature search was restricted from 2010 to 2022. screening process. Results: Screening process were applied to search across database. Twelve articles were identified related with the application of virtual reality in radiology education. Application of virtual reality had been implemented in several sub-fields of radiology education, consist of three articles from conventional radiography, two articles from general diagnostic radiology, four articles from interventional radiology, two articles from radiological anatomy, and an article from ultrasonography. Conclusion: The application of virtual reality has been used in several sub-fields of radiology education. Almost all studies showed positive responses on application VR in radiology education. The development of virtual reality as radiology educational learning tools were needed further particularly in several sub-fields that have not been implemented.

Abstract

This research is aimed at understanding the influence of the online attendance system and work discipline on the performance of educational staff at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES). The sampling technique employed in this research is random sampling, where the researcher randomly took samples without considering the variety of the population’s background. There were 140 (20%) Educational Staff in UNNES taken as the samples of this research. This research features a quantitative approach where the primary data were obtained from surveys through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The data analysis and processing utilised the regression equation in the SPSS, a statistics software. The problems underlying this research are formulated as follows: Do the online attendance system and work discipline significantly influence the performance of educational staff in Universitas Negeri Semarang? The result shows that the main factor influencing employees' work performance in UNNES is work discipline. The implementation of an online attendance system has minimum influence on employees’ performance. Online attendance systems, followed by work discipline, directly had a more significant impact than merely the online attendance systems.

Abstract

Senyawa kurkumin telah dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya dibidang fotovoltaik sebagai pemanen energi matahari yang akan dikonversi menjadi energi listrik. Keterbatasan dari senyawa ini adalah tidak stabil terhadap cahaya matahari karena adanya gugus keton dan gugus hidroksil. Kedua elektron bebas pada gugus ini dapat berinteraksi dengan logam membentuk senyawa kompleks. Pada penelitian ini, pengaruh ion logam Cu2+ terhadap sistem kristal dan stabilitas dikaji. Kurkumin yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurkumin komersial yang telah dipurifikasi. Kurkumin dalam pelarut methanol dilarutkan bersama CuSO4 dengan perbandingan mol 1:2. Setelah campuran di refluks kemudian diperoleh endapan dengan warna kuning tua. Endapan yang telah dikeringkan kemudian dikarakterisasi menggunakan spektrofotometer XRD, FT-IR, dan UV-Vis. Tidak banyak perubahan yang teramati pada pola difraksi sinar-X, IR maupun UV-Vis. Sedikit pergeseran teramati mengindikasikan interaksi antara kurkumin dengan Cu2+. Pengujian fotostabilitas dilakukan dengan melarutkan senyawa kurkumin dan Cu2+-kurkumin dalam dimetilsulfoksida (DMSO) dimasukan dalam ruang dengan sumber lampu UV 10 watt. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 10 hari dan diukur absorbansi maksimum setiap satu hari menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil analisis absorbansi menunjukkan terjadi pergeseran dan puncak baru pada senyawa kompleks pada panjang gelombang diatas 500 nm. Melalui perhitungan menggunakan orde 0, senyawa kurkumin dan Cu2+-kurkumin akan terdegradasi seluruhnya (absorbansi sama dengan 0) pada hari ke-16 dan ke-55. Kata Kunci: Senyawa analog kurkumin; Cu2+-kurkumin; Fotostabilitas; tetapan laju degradasi.

Abstract

Automatic film washing machine (TAEHN, model TM 300E in Physics Laboratory of FMIPA Unnes was successfully optimized by variating temperatures of developer and fixer solution in the range of 28˚C until 40˚C with temperature interval of 2˚C. At the first, developer solution was variated at controlled fixer temperature namely 30˚C, then it was analyzed to fixer determine density of each radiograph film. The optimum temperature of developer solution is available to varying temperature of fixer solution. The optimum temperatures of developer solution and fixer solution are 32˚C and 32˚C, respectively.
