Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan bahan ajar mobile learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar yang berbasis android sehingga dapat dipelajari kapan pun dan dimana pun (mobile learning). Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan Dosen Pengampu Matakuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan didapatkan bahwa belum pernah dikembangkan buku pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang berbasis android. Bahan ajar yang disusun berupa power point presentation (ppt) yang kurang interaktif dan monoton serta belum memberdayakan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yakni define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan wawancara, angket validasi ahli materi, media, dan bahasa serta angket keterbacaan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa bahan ajar mobile learning yang sudah divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media pembelajaran sehingga produk bahan ajar merupakan produk yang valid dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran matakuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Kesimpulannya bahan ajar mobile learning pada matakuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan telah divalidasi dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Feasibility of Material and Media Aspects in the Development of Mobile Learning Teaching Materials in the Civics Education Course at IKIP Budi Utomo. Research on the development of mobile learning teaching materials in the Civics Education course aims to produce teaching materials based on Android so that they can be learned anytime and anywhere (mobile learning). Based on observations and interviews with the Citizenship Education Subject Lecturer, it has been found that an android-based citizenship education book has never been developed. Teaching materials compiled in the form of power point presentations (ppt) are less interactive and monotonous and have not empowered students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif pengaruh partisipasi dalam e-sports divisi Mobile Legends terhadap literasi digital siswa SMPN 13 Malang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Studi ini melibatkan tujuh siswa laki-laki dari SMPN 13 Malang yang berpartisipasi dalam turnamen e-sports Mobile Legends. Hasil dari beberapa aspek literasi digital menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan fungsional dan dasar untuk menggunakan teknologi digital, seperti ponsel, komputer, dan aplikasi, meningkat (2) Kreativitas dengan membuat strategi permainan, memanfaatkan fitur game, dan membuat konten kreatif terkait e-sports meningkat (3) Kemampuan untuk bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan anggota tim untuk mencapai tujuan bersama meningkat. (5) Pemahaman sosial dan budaya saat bekerja dengan anggota tim yang beragam latar belakangnya meningkat. (6) Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan evaluasi saat membuat keputusan strategis dan menganalisis situasi permainan meningkat. (7) Pemahaman dan penerapan elemen keamanan digital (e-safety) dalam e-sports meningkat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya dukungan dari pihak sekolah untuk mengintegrasikan e-sports ke dalam kurikulum dan ekstrakurikuler, sehingga dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan literasi digital siswa. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam tim E-Sports divisi Mobile Legends dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi peningkatan literasi digital siswa SMPN 13 Malang.

Abstract

Indeks massa tubuh merupakan unsur kebugaran jasmani yang dihitung melalui tes antropometri, antara tinggi badan dengan berat badan. Berat badan seseorang dipengaruhi oleh lemak yang ada di dalam tubuhnya. Tidak heran, jika ada seorang pemain sepakbola yang mengalami obesitas akan kesulitan untuk melakukan gerakan yang lincah, atraktif dan eksplosif. Ini akan berdampak pada performa atlet, terlebih juga performa tim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini melihat kontribusi persentase lemak tubuh terhadap indeks massa tubuh pada pemain Arema FC. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh pemain Arema FC yang berjumlah 25 orang. Instrumen penelitian pada tes kebugaran jasmani olahraga adalah sebagai berikut: 1) IMT (Indeks Massa Tubuh) dengan cara mengukur tinggi badan dan berat badan kemudian dicatat. Selanjutnya keduanya dihitung sesuai rumus yang ditentukan. 2) Persentase lemak tubuh menggunakan alat untuk mengukur komposisi tubuh, yaitu Seca mBCA 514 Medical Body Composition Analyzer. Hasil data menyatakan terdapat korelasi antara persentase lemak tubuh dengan indeks massa tubuh, yaitu dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,98. Artinya, signifikansi diantara keduanya sangat kuat. Hasil data menyatakan bahwa rata-rata persentase lemak tubuh pemain Arema FC normal dengan kisaran 18,8%. Sedangkan rata-rata indeks massa tubuh dari pemain Arema FC adalah dalam kategori normal dengan kisaran 23 kg/m2. Kesimpulannya adalah para pemain Arema FC memiliki kondisi lemak tubuh yang normal sehingga indeks massa tubuh mengikuti dalam keadaan normal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influencing students' interest in sports at SMP Negeri 5 Kodi Balaghar, Southwest Sumba. This research is descriptive and uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and measured using the Linkert scale. The population and sample in this study were 230 students at SMP Negeri 5 Kodi Balaghar, Southwest Sumba. At SMP Negeri 5 Kodi Balaghar, Southwest Sumba, interest in sports is still low. Therefore, efforts are needed to determine student interest in order to improve achievement in this area. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, with data presented in tables. The results showed that students' interest in sports was influenced by the enjoyment or interest factor, which scored 75.8% (strong category), the attention factor at 92.7% (very strong category), and the need factor at 76.3% (strong category).

Abstract

This research will review the impact of HIIT on the body composition of men's handball athletes and identify several factors. Was to evaluate the impact on body mass index (BMI), fat mass (FM), fat-free mass (FFM) and fat mass index (FMI) on the body composition of Malang City handball athletes. The subjects of this study were 14 men’s athletes, 21 years old, and received the same training program. Explains that the Paired T-Test of BMI is 0.003, Fat Mass is 0.004, Fat-Free Mass is 0.087, and Fat Mass Index is 0.000 because of the sig value. < 0,05. It can be interpreted that there is a significant effect on high-intensity interval training. The impact of high-intensity interval training has a significant impact on body mass index (BMI), fat mass (FM) and body mass index (BMI) on the body composition of handball athletes. The exercises performed have a positive impact on the formation of body composition, in the sport of handball, it takes a lot of explosive movements so ideal body conditions are very supportive of athlete performance. HIIT method is very useful in preparing training programs to form ideal body composition for coaches and the general public.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the physical condition of female volleyball athletes in Blitar City. A total of 50 athletes from various clubs and teams were assessed using a battery of physical fitness tests, including BMI, Strength, Endurance,               Explosive power and Flexibility.The subjects of this research were 12 female athletes and received the same training program. Physical condition test for volleyball athletes based on BMI add up to 271.5 with an normal of 22.6 and ordinary category. Strength gets 551 comes about and an normal of 45.9 with the less category. Endurance is 380.6 with an normal of 31.7 and sufficient category. Explosive power totaled 589 with an normal of 49.1 within the adequate category. Flexibility totaled 493.4 with an normal of 41.1 and the category sufficient. BMI comes about get comes about with a rate of 58.3% within the typical category. Strength percentage is 41.6% within the less category. Continuance rate is 83.3% within the sufficient category. Explosive power comes about with a rate of 75% within the sufficient category. Flexibility with a rate of 66.6% within the sufficient category. Generally, the competitors appeared a moo level of physical wellness, with solid execution within the BMI, strength, flexibility, explosive power and endurance tests. In any case, there were varieties in execution levels among the competitors, demonstrating the require for individualized preparing programs.

Abstract

Desa Bareng merupakan wilayah padat penduduk di kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Berdasarkan data observasi oleh pengabdi, didapatkan data yakni sangat jarang dilaksanakannya aktivitas fisik berupa senam irama diwilayah kelurahan Kauman. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana gerakan senam irama itu sendiri. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan aktivitas fisik senam irama yang telah dikombinasikan dengan beberapa gerakan tarian daerah nusantara. Pendekatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang bertujuan untuk pembelajaran dalam mengatasi masalah dan pemenuhan kebutuhan praktis masyarakat, ilmu pengetahuan dan berorientasi pada pemberdayaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode demonstrasi gerakan senam irama. Data hasil pengabdian diperoleh bahwa sebanyak 90% masyarakat kelurahan kauman mengikuti kegiatan senam ini dengan semangat, yang menjawab terpaksa mengikuti kegiatan senam sebanyak 5% dan yang menjawab tidak mengikuti senam yakni sebanyak 5%. Kemudian sebanyak 85% masyarakat kelurahan kauman menilai kegiatan senam ini dengan sangat puas, yang menjawab cukup terhadap kegiatan senam sebanyak 14% serta yang menjawab tidak puas adalah 1%. Kesimpulan dalam pengabdian ini adalah kegiatan ini diikuti masyarakat kelurahan Kauman dengan berbagai golongan usia bisa berjalan lancar dan demonstrasi gerakan senam irama bisa tersampaikan secara baik serta masyarakat dapat melaksanakan gerakan senam irama secara mandiri secara antusias dengan berbagai hambatan yang ada.

Abstract

This type of quantitative research using a comparative causal method was carried out by comparing the perceptions of class teachers and PJOK teachers to determine the sedentary behavior of elementary school students spread across Turen District. Data was collected via an online questionnaire/questionnaire (google form) with 5 Likert answer scales and analyzed using a single mean versus criterion test (one sample t-test) and an independent group mean difference test (independent sample t-test). IBM SPSS Statistics 25 is used to make it easier to calculate analysis results. The findings of this research are (1) The physical activity of elementary school children according to the class teacher has not met the adequate criteria set, (2) The physical activity of elementary school children according to the PJOK teacher has not met the adequate criteria set, and (3) There is no significant difference in mean. between the class teacher's perception and the PJOK teacher's perception of the sedentary behavior of elementary school age children.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze physical performance, which is one of the dominant factors that will affect elite football athletes in Malang city, namely endurance, speed, agility, strength, and flexibility. This research includes research that is carried out systematically by raising existing data in the field. Meanwhile, the object of this study is the level of physical fitness of professional female footballers who are members of the Arema FC club, totaling 23 people. The tests that will be used to see the physical fitness of Arema Women FC athletes consist of (1) the Yo-Yo Test to measure endurance, (2) Arrowhead Agility to measure agility, and (3) Speed 30 meters to measure speed. (4) Standing Long Jump Test to measure explosive power; (5) Hip and Trunk Flexibility Test to measure flexibility Based on the results of the study after analyzing research data regarding the physical fitness level of the Arema Women FC football players, it can be inferred that they are in the medium category based on the aggregate results of all test components, which include endurance, agility, speed, explosive power, and flexibility.
