Abstract

This study aims to determine research trends related to online learning and the effectiveness of online learning. The study used a qualitative approach with the online literature review method where in collecting data information with documentation techniques, namely looking for data on relevant matters from various online sources such as journals, research results, documents, books, magazines, news. The criteria for the articles and news chosen were a discussion of the online learning process. The results of this study from 40 articles collected showed that the trend of online learning research was dominated by a qualitative approach, followed by quantitative and combined methods using primary and secondary data. As for data collection using interviews, observation, participatory. The data analysis used was descriptive analysis, literature review and experimental. Learning is considered effective before the pandemic by 58.8%, decreasing at the time of the pandemic by 41.2%. Based on the level of early childhood education, primary schools, secondary schools and tertiary institutions are considered effective, but in practice there is still a need for improvement to be better. Keyword : effectiveness; literature review; online learning; trend of online learning.

Abstract

City Branding is a autentity of a city and must managed properly, applied and become a culture and behavior for both the apparatus and the citizens of the city. In managing a city and establishing city branding, a strong research is required to map changes in the environment, the target market, the city's competitors and the changes that occur within the city itself. In addition to research, a combination of other communication and marketing strategies is important to consider the implementation of city branding. Based on the background, this research aims are to: first, to know the characteristics of citizen social media users in the city of Bogor, secondly, describing and analyzing the communication of the branding of Bogor, the third, explaining and analyzing Branding of the city of Bogor. The methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, and the rate of score. The results found in the study explained that the management of the city's branding could combine the strengths of primary and secondary communications in the city, especially on social media to elicit the sense of meaning a city refers to the model Branding of the city hexagon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge Tourism Communication Management in Tourism Management During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is motivated by the current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, so how can the tourism sector carry out strategies for tourism management during the pandemic. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive approach. Key informants used as many as 1 person and 4 informants. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study, Communication Management in the Management of Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge Tourism During the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely by carrying out the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling processes which have gone quite well in the management travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. In planning, the tourism manager uses his Instagram social media by multiplying video and image content to inform tourism and the preparation of planned programs has been going well, the organization carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic has no reduction of employees, the implementation of maintaining infrastructure in an efficient manner. periodically, and supervision is carried out by means of evaluation as well as several parties involved in the supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nyata kampanye vaksinasi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor melalui media sosial Instagram terhadap minat masyarakat melakukan vaksin. Kampanye yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah kabupaten bogor di media sosial instagram adalah seperti penyebaran informasi terkait tempat vaksin yang disertai anjuran dan bujukan agar masyarakat dapat melakukan vaksin dengan segera. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Lokasi yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah pada akun Instagram @kabupaten.bogor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan efektivitas kampanye berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji parsial t maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hipotesis Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh kampanye vaksinasi oleh pemerintah kabupaten Bogor melalui media sosial secara efektif terhadap minat masyarakat melakukan vaksin.

Abstract

Correctional assisted persons (Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan/WBP) are one of the most marginalized communities due to their past unlawful acts. Assisted citizens who have served a period of detention and behaved well will be appointed as companion prisoner (tahanan pendamping /tamping). Therefore, especially for these companion prisoners, skills are needed that can be a provision in living a new life in society. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills in the form of video production for tamping in the post-incarceration period. The method used is lectures, practices and assistance in making videos using cellphone cameras to 8 tamping people at the Class I Detention Center in Depok. The results obtained from this activity include an increase in video making skills starting from planning, taking pictures and also video editing. This video can be used either as self-promotion or marketing products through social media. The conclusions of this activity include that accompanying prisoners who have participated in this activity feel the benefits as their provision in the future, 3 out of 8 tamping who have been free have begun to actively make videos in an effort to get alternative income through social media. For accompanying prisoners who are not yet free, they plan to make videos as a means of self-promotion and also market the products they will sell later

Abstract

The online customer satisfaction including re-use behaviour concept has been examined in the literature since the development of mobile and digital activity accelerated for the past two years. In order to determine sustainability of online fruit and vegetables grocery platform utilization in practice, not only understanding adoptions but also it is becoming crucial to have detailed understanding of its drivers continuation of re-using behaviour. Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) widely used to observe adoptions of technology more specifically online grocery. In this research we will try to use UTAUT used to identify key driving factors of re-use behaviour. We run primary data collection by survey with probabilistic sampling techniques for existing users of top 2 online vegetables and fruit grocery and test the model using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Sampling is not only conducted for the one that continues to use the platform but also switchers or stop using the services to gain complete understanding and point of view. Several key observations such as expectation, trust, risk, time, enjoyment and innovativeness will become important variables to extend the baseline. Detailed understanding of key driver using behaviour can be utilized as important business metrics to improve customer stickiness and provide personalized offering. Abstract

The development of sustainability concept make the implementation of corporate social responsibility more intense. These developments has led to change the topic of corporate social responsibility. The aims of this study are (1) to highlight popular topic about the research of corporate social responsibility, (2) to visualization network mapping between keywords about the research of corporate social responsibility, and (3) to find research opportunities about corporate social responsibility for future. This research used quantitative methods with bibliometric analysis approach using co-occurrence analysis. This research used ProQuest database with 57 scholarly journals as population and seven scholarly journal that fulfil the indicator. The result shows that, based on keywords, the implementation of corporate social responsibility focused on social and environmental issues with external reinforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Cyber PR for Covid-19 Information from the Bogor City Health Office in meeting the public's need for health information. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The data in this study were collected using a closed questionnaire which was then analyzed by multiple linear regression by SPSS 24. The results showed that the fulfillment of Cyber Information Needs at the Bogor City Health Office was included in the Good category. The cyber PR media owned by the Bogor City Health Office is a means or equipment used by the Bogor City Health Office in disseminating information about health during the pandemic to meet the information needs of the community. In this case, the people of Bogor City prefer to find out directly to the cyber media of the Bogor City Health Office as a reference in finding information about health because people feel that the Bogor City Health Office provides complete and varied information and is clear in conveying information.

Abstract

Agro Eduwisata Organik (AEWO) Mulyaharja is one of the natural and educational tourism in Bogor City and is one of the leading ecotourism in Bogor City which is managed by the Tourism Movement Group (Kompepar). As one of the leading destinations, AEWO Mulyaharja still has many challenges, namely limited skills and promotional media. This community service activity consists of five stages, namely situation analysis, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. The training method uses lectures and practices with materials related to social media, social media features, design, video content and video editing. The results of this activity are increased knowledge and skills of Kompepar AEWO Mulyaharja partners regarding the creation of promotional content in the form of images and videos on social media, the use and steps using the Canva and Capcut applications, increasing the number of followers, posts and Engagement rate (ER) on Instagram, adding official accounts on other social media, namely YouTube, X and TikTok

Abstract

 Eat Pray Love novel by Elizabeth Gilberth tells the story of a woman's journey to herself in three countries over a period of one year. There are also countries visited are Italy, India and Indonesia. Her visit to the three countries was in order to find a balance in her life. This is evident from the interaction between the characters and the conflicts contained in the novel. The journey to the Italian state to explore the arts of fun, deepen the art of meditation and devotion in the country of India and balance the two in Bali Indonesia. Feminist ideology is seen in the main character of the novel as well as some other female figures mentioned in Elizabeth's novel taking the greatest step in her life to end her marriage and find her own life and happiness as a woman. In this novel also told a figure Indian girl named Tulsi who chose to continue his education in the middle of an environment that opposed women to have  high education.  Keywords: story formula; feminist ideology.
