Abstract

Usaha mikro kecil UKM merupakan salah satu bidang yang memberikan kontrubusi yang signifkan dalam memacu pertumbuhan eknomi kecil ,penyerapan tenaga kerja dan dekat dengan masyarakat kecil.mengapa ukm yang ada di daerah tertentu masih menghadapi begitu banyak masalah dan selalu di nomor duakan padahal saat terjadi krisis ekonomi, terbukti UKM yang mampu menyediakan bertahan dan survice bahkan bisa menjadi penyedian tenaga kerja. Naskah jurnal ini menerangkan pada berbagai masalah yang serin di hadapi oleh masyarakat kecil dan UKM di antara nya masalah penyaluran, akses dan pemasaran dan pengawasan dalam pengembangan Usaha UKM untuk menhadapi daya saing pasar.

Abstract

Technology development has become an important issue in recent decades. Technology has become an important necessity for humans in life. Like transactions in the market that have adopted technology by creating e-commerce so that transactions become effective and efficient. This study aims to analyze the development of research on e-commerce transactions from an Islamic economic perspective, addressing critical issues such as the integration of shariah principles in digital transactions and the impact of technology on Islamic finance. This research uses a bibliometric approach, utilizing data from scientific databases such as Web of Science and Scopus to identify relevant publications and analyze citation patterns. The methodology includes data collection, processing and descriptive statistical analysis to uncover trends in the literature from 2015 to 2025. Key findings revealed a significant increase in publications, with over 1,000 papers and a total of 1,156 citations, indicating a growing interest in this field. The analysis highlighted a shift towards qualitative research methods, as evidenced by the prevalence of keywords related to user experience and empirical validation. In addition, emerging themes such as sustainability and risk management in e-commerce transactions are gaining traction, reflecting contemporary concerns within an Islamic economic framework. The study concludes that the research landscape is evolving, with each author contributing significantly to the discourse. The interconnectedness of concepts such as fairness, trust and adherence to Shariah principles underscores the need for a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior in shariah-compliant e-commerce.

Abstract

The results of direct effect hypothesis testing, using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software, show that Price does not have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Price have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; Location has a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; and Consumer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that Price has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction; Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction; and Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how product quality, price, and promotion influence consumers' purchasing decisions for local snack products, with a particular focus on the mediating role of purchase intention in linking these factors to the final buying decision. The background of this study arises from the increasingly intense competition in the snack food industry, particularly for micro-enterprises such as UD. Yuli Makmur, which face challenges in maintaining product quality, setting competitive prices, and developing effective promotional strategies. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing observation, interviews, literature review, and the distribution of questionnaires to consumers. The results of the study indicate that consumers consider multiple aspects simultaneously before making a purchase decision; consistent quality, value-for-money pricing, and effective promotion are proven to influence both purchase intention and actual buying decisions. Purchase intention plays a crucial role in bridging consumers’ initial perceptions of the product to their final purchasing decision. These findings offer practical contributions for business practitioners in formulating more targeted marketing strategies and serve as an academic reference for understanding consumer behavior, particularly within the small business sector striving to enhance competitiveness and sustain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study examines the level of understanding among Generation Z in Banda Aceh regarding Qur’anic verses and hadiths related to zakat mal, utilizing a quantitative approach based on seven cognitive indicators: interpreting, explaining, exemplifying, classifying, summarizing, comparing, and inferring. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to 105 respondents. The results indicate a moderate level of comprehension, with the following scores: explaining (69.20%), classifying (68.95%), inferring (68.69%), exemplifying (68.25%), comparing (68.06%), summarizing (67.04%), and interpreting (66.98%). Explaining emerged as the strongest indicator, while interpreting was the weakest. Although the respondents demonstrated a fair understanding of Zakat al-Mal, further educational efforts are needed to deepen both their conceptual and contextual understanding of this Islamic obligation. This study provides empirical insights for educational institutions and religious authorities to enhance Zakat al-Mal literacy among Generation Z and serves as a foundation for future research on the socio-economic application of Zakat.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex era of economic globalization, an understanding of the ethical values and principles of Islamic economics is becoming increasingly relevant. One of the principles of Islamic economics is ethics and kalam science. The science of Kalam not only plays a role in theological discourse but also contains ethical guidelines that are important in economic activity. The purpose of this research is to find out with the aim of identifying how the ethics contained in Kalam science can be the foundation for a sustainable Islamic economic system. The method used by researchers is a qualitative approach method with descriptive analysis of ethical concepts in Kalam science and its application as a basis for Islamic economic development. The results showed that ethics in Kalam science, such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility, are the main basis for Islamic economic development. The application of these values in Islamic economics helps to create social justice, avoid exploitation, and support the welfare of society through the mechanism of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah.

Abstract

Kebiasaan berbelanja secara online membuat masyarakat cenderung melakukan pembelian impulsif. Secara Islam pembelian impulsif dianggap boros dan tidak bijak karena Islam mengajarkan untuk berbelanja dengan pertimbangan yang matang, mengendalikan diri dan menggunakan harta untuk hal-hal yang bermanfaat dan benar-benar dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon tanggal kembar dan online customer review secara parsial dan simultan serta perbedaan terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif di marketplace dalam perspektif Islam pada masyarakat kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan diskon tanggal kembar secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif e-commerce Shopee, sedangkan pada e-commerce Tokopedia tidak berpengaruh. Online customer review Shopee dan Tokopedia secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif. Diskon tanggal kembar dan online customer review secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif Shopee dan tidak berpengaruh pada e-commerce Tokopedia. Variabel diskon tanggal kembar, online customer review, dan perilaku pembelian impulsif pada e-commerce Shopee dan Tokopedia tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.

Abstract

This study critically evaluates the growing interest in cash waqf in Banda Aceh City during the post-COVID-19 era, with a specific focus on the influence of cash waqf literacy and religiosity. Distinguishing itself from prior research, this study rigorously examines 299 respondents through a simple random sampling method, ensuring broad representativeness. Data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) software, allowing for robust hypothesis testing. The results provide compelling evidence that both cash waqf literacy and religiosity are significant determinants of increased participation in cash waqf. This positive relationship underscores the urgent need for strategic initiatives by the Banda Aceh Municipal Government to intensify socialization efforts. Through partnerships with Sharia Financial Institutions Receiving Cash Waqf (LKS-PWU) and religious leaders, these efforts can substantially enhance public engagement and mobilize the latent potential of cash waqf. The findings not only reaffirm the critical role of literacy and religiosity in waqf participation but also emphasize the broader implications for economic resilience and community welfare in post-pandemic recovery. This study highlights the transformative potential of targeted policies to unlock the full capacity of cash waqf as a vital instrument for sustainable development.

Abstract

Human resource management is a branch of management that focuses on managing human elements. In an organization, humans are considered the main asset because their role is very important in achieving predetermined goals. The effectiveness of human resource utilization is the main indicator in assessing the success of management in an organization. CV.Musa'adah P2S2 (Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah) is a company that produces packaged drinking water (AMDK). The AMDK produced is named Syifa P2S2 drinking water CV. Musa'adah P2S2 has several goals to increase production and quality in its mineral water products. To fulfill a company's goals, of course CV.Musa'adah P2S2 must be able to manage human resources well and with quality. To achieve optimal work results, employees are entitled to get results from work in the form of compensation from the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the Effect of Work Discipline, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at CV. Musa'adah P2S2 in Situbondo Regency. This research is a quantitative study. The population used in this study was 75 employees. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Work discipline on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, Compensation on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, Work environment on employee performance through Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted human resource management in religious institutions, exposing gaps in knowledge and the absence of effective mosque-based economic empowerment models. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge management (KM) on strengthening the human resource-based economy of mosques in Aceh under dynamic socio-economic conditions. A quantitative approach was applied, involving 250 mosque administrators from 23 districts and cities in Aceh, selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with LISREL 8.80. The findings reveal that KM exerts a positive and significant effect on human resource-based economic strengthening, with satisfaction emerging as the most influential indicator, followed by efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. The study contributes to the literature by developing an evidence-based KM framework for religious institutions and offers practical insights for policymakers to enhance mosque governance. Recommended strategies include establishing an integrated KM system, expanding digital capabilities, and fostering inter-mosque learning networks to optimize human resource potential. Abstrak Manajemen Pengetahuan untuk Penguatan Ekonomi Masjid Berbasis Sumber Daya Manusia.  Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengganggu manajemen sumber daya manusia di lembaga keagamaan, mengungkap adanya kesenjangan pengetahuan dan ketiadaan model pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis masjid yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan (KM) terhadap penguatan ekonomi berbasis sumber daya manusia di masjid-masjid Aceh dalam kondisi sosial-ekonomi yang dinamis. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 250 pengurus masjid dari 23 kabupaten/kota di Aceh yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penguatan ekonomi berbasis sumber daya manusia, dengan kepuasan sebagai indikator paling berpengaruh, diikuti efisiensi, efektivitas, dan inovasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kerangka KM berbasis bukti untuk lembaga keagamaan dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan tata kelola masjid. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi pembentukan sistem KM terintegrasi, penguatan kapasitas digital, dan pengembangan jaringan pembelajaran antar masjid untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia.
