Abstract

This research examines the effect of workload on desire to change mediated by work stress in nurses at a one of the private hospital in Kediri. The population in this study were all nurses in one of the private hospitals in Kediri. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach where data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 126 respondents. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that workload and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. Likewise, workload has a significant effect on work stress. The results of this study also show that work stress has a significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, job stress partially mediates the influence of job insecurity and workload on intention to leave. The results of this research indicate that one of the private hospitals in Kediri can improve its strategy to retain and retain its nurses so they remain in their jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation at the cooperative and micro-enterprise services in the Nganjuk district. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents. The population in this study is all employees of the Nganjuk district cooperative and micro-enterprise services, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample, saturated sampling was used, where the entire population is used as a respondent, considering the population is less than 100. Path analysis was used to test the results of the respondents' data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that direct compensation significantly affects the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office. Indirectly, motivation can mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation and discipline's effect on employee performance in the Nganjuk sub-district office. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents, where the population in this study is all employees in the Nganjuk sub-district office, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample used saturated sampling where the entire population is used as a respondent considering the population is less than 100. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the results of the respondent's data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that, simultaneously or partially, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Nganjuk sub-district office

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab kematian bayi dikarenakan bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR), kondisi ini banyak dialami oleh bayi prematur, dimana kondisi prematur menyebabkan hipotermia. Untuk itu bayi prematur harus segera mendapatkan perawatan inkubator. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pemanfaatan baterai darurat pada inkubator bayi, sehingga kondisi suhu bayi dalam inkubator tetap terjaga terutama disaat terjadi pemadaman listrik dari PLN. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini dengan pengujian pada berbagai variasi beban lampu pemanas pada inkubator terhadap baterai darurat yang digunakan. Untuk kapasitas baterai yang digunakan sebesar 9 Ah, 12 volt. Hasil pengujian yang didapat menunjukkan untuk variasi beban lampu pemanas 25 W, lampu dapat beroperasi selama 205 menit (3 jam 42 menit). Sedangkan pada variasi beban lampu 50 W, lampu beroperasi selama 140 menit (2 jam 33 menit).

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain and evaluate the Prior Influence of Experience, Product Knowledge, and Satisfaction on Consumer Decisions Performing Brand Switching in Purchasing Motor Adventure Products. Technique Sampling is determined by purposive sampling, where there are criteria respondents, but it also uses the accidental method of determining the sample based on coincidence where anyone happens to meet the researcher which can be used as a sample by distributing questionnaires to members of the adventure motorcycle community The analytical technique applied is the descriptive analysis technique, Partial Last Square (PLS) statistical analysis method for looking for inner models, outer models, and hypotheses. The results of this study show acceptance of the entire hypothesis, namely the existence of a noteworthy and favorable influence on prior experience (X1), product knowledge (X2), and satisfaction factors (X3) on Consumer Decisions to Brand Switching in Purchasing Motorcycle Adventure Products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitin ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh rencara pemasaran (marketing plan) dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam studi kasus UMKM pukis bikang Golden Kediri. Penggunaan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan pendekatan deskriptif dipilih dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode yang dinilai efektif. Populasi yang digunakan merupakan pengunjung Golden swalayan Kota Kediri dengan sampel yang berjumlah 96 responden Metode non probability sampling dengan penerapan teknik purposive sampling digunakan sebagai metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian. Kuesioner sebagai media pengumpulan data yang dengan menggunakan skala Likert (1-5). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bawa Rencana Pemasaran (Marketing plan) dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Pukis Bikang Golden Kediri. Nilai koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) bernilai 72,9%. Dengan demikian, variabel independen (rencana pemasaran dan kualitas produk) dapat menjelasakan variasi kepuasan pelanggan di Pukis Bikang Golden Kediri sebesar 72,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the leadership management of the caretakers at the Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School in Gayam Village, Kediri Regency, in enhancing the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of the boarding school. The purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection, and a total of 5 individuals were chosen as samples. The analysis techniques used include reduction analysis, display analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: 1) The leadership management of the boarding school caretakers in improving human resources and competitiveness involves participating in various activities, which significantly enhance human resources. 2) The supporting factors for improving the quality of human resources and the competitiveness of the Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School include implementing the vision and mission of the school, which serves as a supportive factor in enhancing human resources and competitiveness. The leadership at the school is not authoritarian, and the school leader provides opportunities for staff and teachers to engage in learning activities outside the school. Additionally, human resources that align with their fields can improve quality and compete with other Islamic boarding schools. The inhibiting factor comes from the lack of budget to support all programs, necessitating collaboration with donors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain at Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, the effects of job training, competency, and work discipline on employee performance. Following the scientific ideas of concreteness, objectivity, measurability, rationality, and systematicity, this study uses a quantitative research approach since the data consists of numbers and is investigated using statistical techniques. While the sample consists of a part of the employees—specifically, 75 individuals/respondents—the population considered in this study comprises 93 employees of Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch. Questionnaires, observations, and interviews constitute among the data gathering techniques. Validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial significance tests (t-test), simultaneous significance tests (f-test), and coefficient of determination comprise the data analysis techniques. The t-test value for job training of 2.947, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66671, with a significance value of 0.004, shows that job training has an effect on employee performance. Consequently, it can be said that H1 is approved, so demonstrating the impact of work training on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, staff performance. The t-test result for competence of 2.554, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66571, with a significant value of 0.013, shows how influence competence has on employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that H2 is acknowledged, thereby reflecting the impact of competency on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, staff performance. The t-test result for work discipline of 2.034, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.66571, with a significant value of 0.035, shows how influence of work discipline affects employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that H3 is approved, thereby demonstrating the effect of work discipline on Bank Jatim, Syariah Kediri Branch, employee performance.

Abstract

Desa Margomulyo merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada di Trenggalek, daerah ini merupakan penghasil ikan laut yang melimpah, sehingga saat musim panen harga ikan laut sangat murah. Dengan kondisi tersebut ibu-ibu rumah tangga di desa Margomulyo memanfaatkan potensi tersebut untuk meningkatkan nilai jual ikan laut dalam meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga. Solusi untuk meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga tersebut yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan ketrampilan pembuatan bakso ikan laut guna menumbuh kembangkan usaha kreatif lokal di Desa Margomulyo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu dengan analisis situasi dengan identifikasi pengetahuan mitra, penjelasan tentang pengolahan bakso ikan laut, teknik pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam pembuatan bakso ikan laut guna menumbuh kembangkan usaha kreatif lokal di Desa Margomulyo serta peningkatan penghasilan keluarga.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine the concurrent impact of work discipline and work commitment on employee performance at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The research approach used is quantitative, as it involves numerical data that is examined using statistical procedures based on concrete, objective, quantifiable, rational, and systematic scientific concepts. The population under investigation consists of all employees of PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri, amounting to a total of 340 individuals. A sample of 77 respondents was chosen using the Slovin technique. Data gathering methods encompass the practices of observation, recordkeeping, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques utilized included descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test), partial significance test (t-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings of this investigation can be succinctly described as follows: (1) The level of work discipline has a limited impact on the performance of employees at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. (2) The level of dedication to work has a limited impact on the performance of employees at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The study found that work discipline and work dedication had a combined impact of 65% on employee performance at PT. Umbrella Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The remaining 35% of employee performance is influenced by other factors that were not addressed in this study.
