<![CDATA[Almost all countries suffer from The Covid 19 pandemic which has emerged since late 2019. This pandemic has greatly impacted the nation's economic growth. Indonesia is also one of many nations with high cases of COVID 19 victims which have experienced the decline of economic growth. Economic growth is also a measure of the economic performance of a nation’s community, the more productive the people in that nation than the higher the economic growth of the nation will be. Economic growth will be obtained from the increase of GDP from year to year. This study has an objective to analyze economic growth in Indonesia which happened before COVID 19 in 2019 until the year 2021 in which this pandemic has still given its economic impact on the nation. Indonesia’s economic growth in 2019 was 5.03%, in 2020 was -2.20% and in 2021 the 2nd Quarter has reached 7.07%. The research method is conducted by analyzing the Report of GDP and Economic growth released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The sample of this research is the year 2019, 2020, and 2021.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 has effected many aspects of life within a year. Some countries have declared to lockdown their nations in order to protect their citizens. That also happens in Indonesia. Many efforts are conducted to restrict human interaction and it directly has impacted a lot for business and economy sector. In the beginning, the emerge of COVID-19 in Indonesia had directly decreased the economic growth. It also gives impact on the next growth during year 2020. Finally, It results in the average of economic growth in overall 2020. This research explores the data of economic growth from taken from BPS. The result shows the economic growth in percentage and it also shows how the economic growth declines. This research also tries to elaborate the existence of government policy in Public Health sector that try to stimulate to the operational of business. Health Protocol is implemented for business during this pandemic though its implementation cost more money.]]>

<![CDATA[Telecommuting is used to work far from the central office to achieve performance but now the term is shifting. Work from home is now hard to do since workers also have to take care of their families. Job routines are still demanding and at the same time, taking care of family and handling domestic affairs tasks can not be neglected since safety comes first to protect the family from the virus. Job demands shift in this COVID 19 pandemic as many domestic and office problems occur while people work from home. This review paper elaborates the important soft skills for telecommuting who work from home in this pandemic. The review was conducted from 1986 until the latest one in 2020. This review results in some soft skills that have evidenced their presence for telecommuters. The existence of soft skills are demanding and undoubtedly plays important role in helping telecommuters complete their job.]]>

<![CDATA[Online distance learning has been implemented as the most possible alternative at this time for continuous learning while maintaining a distance to prevent the spread of the corona virus and obeying the rules not to gather in one place. Research was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of online learning by distributing questionnaire through the google form link. Data were obtained from 112 students related to media and learning methods that support the implementation of effective online learning . The result showed that 71% or 80 students mentioned that online learning at their university is effective. Blended Learning which is a combination of system synchronous learning and asynchronous learning is chosen by the majority of respondents. Related with the learning media, the use of google meet is the most popular learning media because apart from being able to be used as a medium in synchronous learning, it can also be used in the synchronous learning through Google classroom.]]>

<![CDATA[This service is intended to improve the competence of educators in terms of communication soft skills of PAUD educators in interacting with their students. The training participants are PAUD educators from Pakal sub-district who will practice developing their communication skills, especially those related to non-verbal communication. This training is done to refresh and improve their non-verbal communication so that they are ready to teach offline. in the offline teaching process, they will interact directly with their students which they have been doing during online learning during the covid period. The non-verbal communication training provided also focuses on the practice of communicating with the role play between PAUD Mothers and students who act as early childhood students. This training showed significant results in the form of increased understanding in which Bunda PAUD can perform the appropriatenon verbal communication skills. In addition, success in this training is also shown from the practice of role-playing implementing efficient non-verbal communication with the emergence of haptics, oculesics, and proxemics.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Etos Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja volunteer di Komunitas Senyum Anak Nusantara Chapter Trenggalek. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel yaitu Etos Kerja, Kompetensi dan Kinerja volunteer yang dilakukan pada Komuitas Senyum Anak Nusantara Chapter Trenggalek. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu volunteer Komunitas yang berjumlah 40. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, untuk pendekatan menggunakan purposive sampling kriteria: minimal Mengikuti 2 Program Kegiatan. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala ordinal melalui skala likert dengan skor pilihan jawaban responden yaitu 1 sampai 5. Data primer didapat dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber data dari Komunitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial least Square (PLS). Adapun langkah dalam menganalisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji struktural model dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Etos Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung yang signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja. <![CDATA[Iklim Organisasi dan Kesiapan Berubah ialah termasuk faktor yang memberikan pengaruh untuk Perilaku Inovatif. Studi ini berguna untuk melakukan analisis adanya pengaruh dari Iklim Organisasi serta Kesiapan Berubah akan Perilaku Inovatif Guru SMPN 20 Gresik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah total keseluruhan Guru di SMPN 20 Gresik yang berjumlah 46 orang, Teknik untuk pengambilan sampel dalam studi memakai sampling secara jenuh ialah teknik dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota dari populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel dengan jumlah 46 orang. Pada studi ini untuk metode yang dipakai menggunakan kuantitatif serta teknik analisis data memakai PLS. Perolehan studi bisa disimpulkan jika Iklim Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh secara Negatif akan Perilaku inovatif Guru SMP 20 Gresik serta Kesiapan Berubah mempunyai pengaruh secara positif akan perilaku inovatif Guru SMPN 20 Gresik. <![CDATA[As an educator, soft skill plays an important factor in teaching performance. Communication skill is beneficial as educators are interacting with their students. PAUD educators need to develop their communication skills since this skill is very beneficial for them while dealing with their early childhood students. In this community service, soft skill training for PAUD educators in Pakal district is given to focus on nonverbal communication development as they are about to conduct a face-to-face meeting with their students. There were 25 participants of Bunda PAUD (the term for PAUD educators) from 25 different PPTs (Pos PAUD Terpadu) who joined the training. The training had two sessions in which participants not only learn types of nonverbal communication but they also practice implementing nonverbal communication in Roleplays. They learn to implement haptics to calm students while they are having problems. They also practice maintaining distance (proxemics) by entering into students’ distance and try to perform eye behavior by showing eye contact while speaking with their early childhood students. This community service results in the development of Bunda PAUD’s nonverbal communication that exists during the monitoring and evaluation session of the Community service Team in some PPTs.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Budaya Organisasi Terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan variabel Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai vriabel intervening pada UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis software Smart PLS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 37 responden. Pengunpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, R-Square dan uji hipotesis bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban, budaya organisasi melalui komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan UKM Tenun dan Batik Gedog Zaenal Tuban.]]>
