Pembelajaran daring (online) merupakan sebuah inovasi dalam bidang pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan unsur teknologi informasi dan proses pembelajaran. Zenius adalah sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang menyediakan materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk video yang bersumber dari pemateri atau guru yang direkrut secara khusus. ZenBot adalah salah satu fitur berbasis AI atau Artificial Intelligence yang dapat membantu para siswa menemukan jawaban lewat foto. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna fitur ZenBot pada aplikasi Zenius menggunakan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dengan menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif yang diolah menggunakan pemrograman Python. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap fitur ZenBot pada aplikasi Zenius dengan menggunakan 5 aspek EUCS dan 14 indikator yang dibuat berdasarkan 5 aspek EUCS. Dari penyebaran kuisioner, didapatkan 63 responden pengguna fitur ZenBot di Kota Surabaya. Hasilnya, berdasarkan pada tabel perhitungan Skala Likert didapatkan bahwa fitur ZenBot mendapatkan skala di rentang 3-4. Nilai tersebut berada dalam kategori Sangat Puas.

Export market research is an important component in carrying out export activities. In this research, an analysis of export market opportunities was carried out to find potential markets for craft business actors from typical Karo woven cloth in North Sumatra so that they could maximize marketing efforts globally. This research aims to determine the export market potential for Karo handicraft products and find the right strategy in marketing typical Karo handicraft products. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach, then data collection is carried out through interviews, observation and surveys. The results of data testing show that the potential export markets for Karo craft products are Singapore and then Malaysia, so it is necessary to maximize market opportunities in these countries with appropriate export marketing strategies. Karo craft entrepreneurs need to maximize marketing to export destination countries with strategies that can be implemented starting from online marketing, participating in international exhibitions and events as well as carrying out strategic collaborations.

Research on the use of digital marketing is an important component in running a business in the current era of society 5.0. In this research, an analysis of the effectiveness of the many types of digital marketing that can be applied by online shop business people is carried out so that they can maximize sales while providing a brand image to customers. This research aims to find out which type of digital marketing is most effective in providing a brand image to customers at the Mulyosari Group. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and surveys. The results of data testing show that the most effective digital component used to build a brand image at the Mulyosari Group is marketing through video content, so it is necessary to maximize the creation of marketing content in the form of video. Components that must be improved in video content are in terms of planning, taking videos and posting them to social media. Mulyosari Group's video content must be able to create a brand image for its customers in order to increase product sales.

Based on Law No. 20 of 2008, MSMEs are referred to as business activities that stand independently in the form of groups or individuals which are not business activities of a branch company. MSMEs play a very important role in the lives of Indonesian people because many Indonesians make a living from selling through MSMEs. There are still many problems that occur in the world of MSMEs in Indonesia, one of which is the lack of product innovation by MSMEs. There are still many MSMEs that only produce food that has spread widely in Indonesia so that the resulting competitive value is very tight between MSMEs. With these problems to help solve the problems faced by MSMEs, a product innovation assistance is held. This assistance is carried out to create a new product innovation in the form of mustard sticks which will later become the newest product in the Fostered MSMEs.

In this journal, the authors will discuss Branding and Digitalization in UMKM in the Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. This journal will discuss in detail what branding and digitization are that we will apply to UMKM in this Klampok village. Branding itself is an attempt to provide a company with a certain design or symbol as an identity in a business or company. Branding is usually synonymous with logos, designs, packaging, brands, etc. Branding is very important because branding can create an impression on consumers so they can find out what the company expects. In addition, Branding is also a way to differentiate yourself from performance competitors or other companies. Digitalization is a process of change that is analog to digital technology. This digitalization is also a framework for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of performance in each section. The digitalization that we are doing is more focused on digitalizing marketing, digitizing marketplaces, digitizing social media and also creating websites for the UMKM we assist. The Branding and Digitalization that we do is of course to help the UMKM that we assist can develop properly.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Work-life Balance dan Work Family Conflict memengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat wanita. Studi ini juga menyelidiki peran dalam mediasi kelelahan secara emosional atau Emotional Exhaustion. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 82 responden, yang merupakan perawat wanita yang bekerja di unit rawat inap pada private hospital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang dikenal sebagai Partial Least Square (PLS), yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memeriksa hubungan antara variabel. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel termasuk Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (X1), Konflik keluarga (X2), Kelelahan emosional (Z) sebagai mediator, dan Kepuasan Kerja (Y). Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Work-life Balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada perawat wanita di unit rawat inap di private hospital, Work Family Conflict memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada perawat wanita di unit rawat inap private hospital, Work-life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui peran mediasi emotional exhaustion, dan Work Family Conflict berpengaruh negative terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui peran mediasi emotional exhaustion pada perawat wanita private hospital.

As an educator, soft skill plays an important factor in teaching performance. Communication skill is beneficial as educators are interacting with their students. PAUD educators need to develop their communication skills since this skill is very beneficial for them while dealing with their early childhood students. In this community service, soft skill training for PAUD educators in Pakal district is given to focus on nonverbal communication development as they are about to conduct a face-to-face meeting with their students. There were 25 participants of Bunda PAUD (the term for PAUD educators) from 25 different PPTs (Pos PAUD Terpadu) who joined the training. The training had two sessions in which participants not only learn types of nonverbal communication but they also practice implementing nonverbal communication in Roleplays. They learn to implement haptics to calm students while they are having problems. They also practice maintaining distance (proxemics) by entering into students’ distance and try to perform eye behavior by showing eye contact while speaking with their early childhood students. This community service results in the development of Bunda PAUD’s nonverbal communication that exists during the monitoring and evaluation session of the Community service Team in some PPTs.

This research aims to analyze the role of telemarketing in the product offering of Trustmedis, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based technology company that provides cloud-based digital solutions to support health facilities in Indonesia from independent doctor's practices, laboratories, pharmacies, health centers, clinics to hospitals. Trustmedis' product is Electronic Medical Record (RME) software which requires a special approach considering its non-physical and complex characteristics. Telemarketing, both inbound and outbound, is used to introduce products, build customer trust, and collect data on potential customers. This research uses qualitative methods with observations during the internship period and interviews with internal and external parties from Trustmedis. The results of this research show that telemarketing plays an important role in increasing awareness and facilitating application demo sessions as the first step in customer conversion. However, there are challenges in conveying information which must be more structured, using concrete examples, and a more persuasive approach. This research contributes to developing marketing strategies in the field of health facility technology and offers recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of telemarketing.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and duties of the food & beverage service administrator at oakwood hotel & residence. Food and Beverage Service is the second largest source of revenue for hotel operations after room sales. The purpose of this study is to determine the duties and responsibilities of the food and beverage service administrator at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, establish standard operating procedures for food and beverage service at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya, and find ways to improve service quality. There are several obstacles in food and beverage service, such as detailed information obtained from businesses that are still difficult to implement due to incomplete information and lack of good communication between the sales department and the food service department. The research method used in this report is qualitative method by conducting observation through direct observation at Oakwood Hotel & Residence and library method. The implications of this research include: Oakwood Hotel & Residence must prepare a food and beverage service administrator and the food and beverage department must have good relationships and cooperation with other departments, such as the accounting department and purchasing department. This can be achieved by holding staff meetings to foster a sense of connectedness and encourage communication.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh B21 Digital Printing dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan (engagement) pelanggan di B21 Digital Printing. Penggunaan media sosial sudah digunakan oleh banyak pengusaha dalam era bisnis digital sebagai alat pemasaran dalam bisnisnya. Penelitian yang melakukan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu Analisa data dan wawancara dari staff yang terlibat pada posisi marketing di B21 Digital Printing. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan statistika deskriptif untuk mengukur Tingkat efektivitas masing masing platform dan juga menggunakan analisis sentiment untuk menganalisis tulisan dalam komunikasi yang dilakukan bernada negatif atau positif.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini menunjukan wawasan kedua platform yang dianalisis memiliki peran signifikan dalam menciptakan keterlibatan (Engagement) terhadap pelanggan, namun terdapat juga perbedaan dalam keterlibatan yang dihasilkan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, Whatsapp Marketing lebih efektif dalam menimbulkan sebuah interaksi personal, sedangkan Instagram Marketing lebih baik dalam membangun sebuah awareness, karena hasil visual yang dibuat menarik perhatian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk B21 Digital Printing untuk memilih strategi pemasaran terbaik untuk dilakukan agar mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.
