Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment toward employee’s performance through job satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk and also to understand about direct and indirect effect all variables. This study used path analysis. The population of this research is all employees of officer-L5 Bank Mandiri Area Jember totaling 70 people. The sample in this research is 70 employees. The results showed that transformational leadership had a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Transformational leadership has a direct impact on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational culture directly affects the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank Mandiri Area Jember. Organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of Bank Mandiri employees in Area Jember. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on the performance. Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember merupakan instansi pemerintah yang bertugas dalam pembuatan administrasi di bidang kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil dan tugas lainnya yang diberikan sesuai dengan lingkup tugas dan fungsinya di wilayah Jember untuk pelayanan dalam mengurus berbagai persuratan seperti membuat surat akta lahir atau akta kelahiran, surat dokumen kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah Lingkungsn Kerja Non Fisik, Disiplin Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dispenduk secara persial. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini enggunakan seluruh populasi sebanyak 82 pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang telah disebarkan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how work motivation, acting as a moderating variable, influences employee performance in the Jember Regency Forestry State-Owned Enterprise by mediating individual factors such as organizational commitment, career development, and individual characteristics. The research sample consisted of 157 respondents. The research utilizes both primary and secondary data. The study methodology employed is the Interaction Test, often known as MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). The study's findings demonstrate that individual traits (X3), career advancement (X2), and organizational commitment (X1) all significantly and partially improve employee performance (Y). Work motivation (Z) has the potential to either attenuate or enhance the impact of organizational commitment (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work motivation (Z) has the potential to either decrease or enhance the impact of career growth (X2) on employee performance (Y). Work motivation (Z) has the potential to either attenuate or enhance the impact of individual attributes (X3) on employee performance (Y). The research suggests that the firm's capacity to sustain a harmonious work motivation can foster loyalty to the company, as well as a drive to deliver high performance for the company.

Abstract

Abstract Effective and efficient data management is very important, especially for village governments whose task is to serve the community at the lowest level. Accurate and structured data makes it easier for villages to carry out various programs and administrative activities. Databases on sheets play a crucial role in managing data in villages, especially in organizing complex and diverse data. By applying sheets as a database, villages can integrate various types of information, ranging from population data, finances, to asset inventories. The application of technology in the form of automatic letter creation is a very relevant solution. Automatic letter generation allows villages to produce various types of letters quickly and accurately using provided templates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life (QWL), organizational culture, and competence on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Permukiman Kabupaten Situbondo. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The research sample consisted of 146 civil servants, which represented the entire population (saturated sample). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that QWL, organizational culture, and competence significantly influence employee performance. Motivation also significantly influences employee performance, but only mediates the influence of competence on performance, and does not mediate the influence of QWL and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada anak yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi, infeksi yang berulang, serta minimnya stimulasi psikososial. Kondisi ini ditandai dengan panjang atau tinggi badan anak yang berada di bawah standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh kementerian yang berwenang di bidang kesehatan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat agar meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya asupan gizi seimbang dalam mencegah stunting. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui sosialisasi mengenai edukasi gizi seimbang serta pengenalan menu PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) berbahan dasar daun kelor dan ikan lele. Melalui sosialisasi ini, telah dihasilkan dua produk unggulan berupa puding daun kelor dan cilok lele. Kedua produk ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu mudah dibuat, sehat, dan bergizi. Melalui program ini, masyarakat diarahkan untuk menyadari potensi sumber daya yang dimiliki dan didorong untuk melakukan perubahan positif menuju kehidupan yang lebih sehat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan berbagai produk furniture berbahan kayu selalu menunjukkan angka yang tinggi. Fungsi dan nilai estetika yang disajikan oleh produk furniture tersebut menjadi alasan utama produk ini laris manis di pasaran. Perabotan berbentuk kursi, meja, lemari, dan rak menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk mengisi rumah, kantor, maupun untuk fungsi lainnya. CV. Arena Furniture merupakan perusahaan yang aktif memproduksi berbagai produk furniture di Lombok Barat. Salah satu aspek penting dalam mengelola usaha furniture agar dapat bersaing di pasar adalah pengelolaan keuangan, termasuk mengelola biaya dan penentuan target laba. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan langkah-langkah menerapkan target costing pada berbagai produk yang diproduksi CV. Arena Furniture seperti kursi, meja, dan lemari. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya kemampuan pemilik dan karyawan dalam menghitung target costing pada tiga produk furniturenya. Pemilik dan karyawan sudah mampu menghitung target costing secara mandiri dengan spreadsheet yang disediakan tim pengabdian, sehingga di waktu mendatang mereka juga akan mampu menghitung target costing untuk produk furniture lain yang diproduksi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, employee well-being and work motivation as intervening variables on employee performance, this study will test the direct and indirect effects. In this study using quantitative research methods. The number of samples used in this study totalled 112 respondents. By using saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. By using Smart PLS version 3, the analysis results show that 1) compensation has a significant effect on employee well being 2) compensation has a significant effect on work motivation 3) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance 4) employee well being has a significant effect on employee performance 5) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance 6) compensation mediates the effect of employee well being on employee performance 7) compensation mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research will test the influence directly and indirectly. This research uses descriptive research methods with quantitative research. The number of samples used in this research was 60 respondents. By using a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. Using SmartPLS version 3, the analysis results show that 1) compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction 2) work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction 3) compensation has a significant effect on loyalty 4) work motivation has no significant effect on loyalty 5) job satisfaction has no significant effect on loyalty, 6) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of compensation on loyalty. 7) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on loyalty.
