Abstract

The aims of the study are to find out the effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and motivation on business successs through self-efficacy on msmes activities in the city of jember. This study uses quantitative research Method. The result shows that Entrepreneurial knowledge and motivation had a direct effect on business successs by 0.343 and 0.419., Entrepreneurial knowledge had indirect effect on business success through self-efficacy by 0.011 so the total effect was 0,354. Motivation has an indirect effect on business success through self-efficacy by 0.062 so the total effect was 0,481.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the effect of competence, participatory leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at Pesenkopi in Malang. This study used a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using saturation sampling technique.data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using software version 24. The results showed thatcompetence, participatory leadership style and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of Pesenkopi employees in Malang.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan implikasi ekonomi, sosial, dan politik. Tidak hanya di Negara-negara besar akan tetapi hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Dalam situasi pandemi ini, menurut Kemenkop UKM ada sekitar 37.000 UMKM yang memberikan laporan bahwa mereka terdampak sangat serius dengan adanya pandemi ini ditandai dengan: sekitar 56 persen melaporkan terjadi penurunan penjualan, 22 persen melaporkan permasalahan pada aspek pembiayaan, 15 persen melaporkan pada masalah distribusi barang, dan 4 persen melaporkan kesulitan mendapatkan bahan baku mentah (Kemenkop UKM, 2020). Desa Leran merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik. Desa Leran memiliki potensi berbagai jenis usaha yang ada. Salah satunya terdapat wirausaha Opak, yang dikelola oleh Ibu Maimunah. System penjualan Opak ini dijual secara offline melalui pasar. Namun ditengah pandemic ini kesulitan pemasaran akibat kebijakan social distancing. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitannya peningkatan penjualan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan merencanakan program sebagai dorongan manajemen pemasaran dalam bisnis Opak mulai dari pengembangan kualitas produk, serta pengembangan kemasan dan perluasan pasar dengan digital marketing yang akan membantu usaha Opak dalam meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

UMKM di desa Sumbersari Bondowoso memiliki bermacam-macam jenis dan dapat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan lebih baik lagi. Namun berdasarkan hasil survei yang telah dilakukan bahwa beberapa UMKM masih banyak yang belum memahami dan membangun branding produk mereka. Tujuan dari program kerja kelompok 301 yaitu mengembangkan UMKM lokal supaya dapat lebih baik lagi dari segi kualitas produk sehingga dapat memasarkan produknya lebih luas lagi. Dalam menjalankan program kerja Kelompok 301 telah membagi tugas dengan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Tugas yang dapat dilakukan yaitu menjadi koordinator acara sosialisasi strategi pemasaran dan perizinan usaha, selain itu juga membantu membuat desain label produk untuk 5 UMKM yang kelompok 301 dampingi. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi dengan anggota kelompok dan pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah sudah menjadi masalah serius yang harus diatasi. Masyarakat masih saja membuang sampah sembarangan tidak pada tempatnya. Namun mengubah kebiasaan masyarakat dari membuang sampah sembarangan ke tempat yang disediakan dan membangun kesadaran masyarakat tidaklah mudah. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini masyarakat, pemerintah dan pihak ketiga harus bekerja sama supaya dapat diatasi dengan mudah. Dalam hal ini pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang mengabdi di desa Suger Lor memiliki strategi pengelolaan sampah dalam bentuk pengadaan TPS dan TPA melalui program DESMASA (Desa Mandiri Mengolah Sampah). DESMASA terdiri dari beberapa program kerja yang meliputi Pengadaan TPS berupa tong sampah & TPA, Bank Sampah dan Budidaya cacing. Dengan adanya progam DESMASA ini diharapkan dapat membangun kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan.

Abstract

The education has a very important role for the development of a country. The purposes of this research are to analyze and get a picture about the influence of compensation on organizational commitment, the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence on teacher professionalism, the influence of the compensation for their professionalism, the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, customer satisfaction work on the professionalism of teachers, and the influence of the organizational culture on teacher professionalism. This research used Explanatory Research namely clarify the causal relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The research conducted in MTs and MA Miftahul Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang. Populations in this research are 115 teachers at MTs and MA Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang. The sampling used a table developed by Isaac and Michael with 1 % error rate and the sum of samples in this research are 100 respondents. This study used primary data and secondary data obtained. The primary data is done by means of observation, interviews and questioner, and the secondary data have done by collecting documents on the Institute. The analysis in this research used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) that is technique statistic that allows testing of a relatively complex network of relationships simultaneously.The results of the analysis showed that the compensation effect significantly to job satisfaction, but compensation didn’t influence significantly on organizational commitment. Then organizational commitment significantly influence the professionalism of teachers, the compensation didn’t impact significantly on teacher professionalism. Organizational culture significantly influence the organizational commitment, organizational culture a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction was significantly influential on teacher professionalism, and organizational culture significantly influence the professionalism of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee discipline. In addition, this study also used the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. This study is a quantitative  and explanatory research. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling based on the position/ rank/class. Data obtained by questionnaire respondents are 125 people from 181 people of total population. The analytical method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that significantly influence the work motivation through job satisfaction performance that is equal to 0.637. While labor discipline also significantly influence performance through job satisfaction of 0.330.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of communication on the Organizational Commitment, financial compensation on Organizational Commitment, Non Financial Compensation on Organizational Commitment communication on employees performance, financial compensation on employees performance, non financial compensation on employees performance, and analyze the effect Organizational Commitment on Employees Performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember. This research study is categorized as an explanation (explanatory research) or research causal (causal research), because this study intends to clarify the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables by testing the hypothesis that has been formulated with samples Simple Random Sampling technique is based on the number of employees Broiler Farms as many as 110 people. Based on these tests it can be stated that the compensation financial (X2)has the greatest total effect on Employees Performance (Y) in PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember.

Abstract

This research includes explanatory research because it is intended to measure and analyze the presence or absence of influence of job satisfaction factors and organizational support for work motivation and teacher performance at SMK Private Sumbersari District Jember. Analyzer used in this research is path analysis. This is so that researchers can analyze the direct influence of each variable studied. The variables used are job satisfaction variable and organizational support as independent variable affecting work motivation variable as intervening and teacher performance as dependent variable. In this research the population is a teacher at SMK Swasta Sumbersari District Jember a number of 49 people consisting of 13 people as a teacher SMK Trunojoyo, 26 people as a teacher SMK Kartini and 10 people as teachers SMK Muh.Sroedji. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated or census sampling, where all members of the population are sampled.

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the employee performance of Public Service Units Distric Jember such as Department of Population and Civil Registration, Department of Manpower and Transmigration and National Unity and Politics Agency. Job satisfaction and organizational culture are used as the independent variables in order to analyze it. This study is also used organizational commitment as the intervening variabel to measure how high the effect employee performance levels. The population of this study are all the employees such as government employees and honorary employee. The population numbers are 116 employees. The research used Sensus Methode. The collected data used questioners method by giving questions list directly to the respondents. But after retrieval only 106 quetstionnaires were fully loaded. The analysis data technique in this study operated through the program SEM analysis with software IBM SPSS Analisis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance.
