Abstract

Abstrak: Pencemaran lingkungan dari limbah minyak goreng adalah permasalahan yang terjadi di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, termasuk di Desa Kupuk. Pem¬buangan limbah minyak jelantah secara terus menerus dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi ling¬kungan hidup dan kelangsungan kehidupan manusia. Melalui kegiatan ini kami memberikan pelatihan tentang pengolahan limbah terutama minyak jelantah. Bentuk pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah adalah menjadi lilin aroma terapi. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui seminar dan demonstrasi secara langsung. Kami bermitra dengan ibu-ibu PKK. Kegiatan ini sekaligus sebagai wahana untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pengolahan limbah minyak jelantah, dan sebagai forum untuk bertukar pikiran dalam pengelolaan pencemaran lingkungan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini yaitu mitra memperoleh keterampilan baru yang berpotensi juga dapat membuka lapangan kerja untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya warga Desa Kupuk, Kecamatan Bungkal, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Abstract: Environmental pollution from cooking oil waste is a problem that occurs in all parts of Indonesia, including in the village of Kupuk. Continuous disposal of used cooking oil waste can have a negative impact on the environment and the continuity of human life. Through this activity we provide training on waste processing, especially used cooking oil. The form of processing waste cooking oil is to make aromatherapy candles. The method of activity is carried out through seminars and direct demonstrations. We partner with PKK mothers. This activity is also a vehicle for increasing knowledge and insight in waste cooking oil processing, and as a forum for exchanging ideas on environmental pollution management. The end result of this activity is that partners acquire new skills that have the potential to open up employment opportunities to improve the welfare of the community, especially the residents of Kupuk Village, Bungkal District, Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important factors of an organization because it acts as a mover, thinker, and planner to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, an organization must be able to build and improve the performance of its employees. Improving employee performance includes attention to leadership, work discipline, and motivation. The aims of this study were (1) to examine the influence of leadership on employee performance and (2) to examine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. New Cakti Purworejo and obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which had been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 22.0 for Windows software tools. The results showed that (1) leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, and (2) work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

A company needs human resources to organize, manage, run, and control the resources owned by the company. Companies generally expect good performance from each employee in carrying out the tasks assigned by the company. Quality employees are able to realize the aspirations and goals of the company by presenting good performance. This study aims to examine the effect of placement on employee performance, examine the effect of job training on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. EJ International Eyelashes Purworejo. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample and obtained a sample of 95 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 for windows. The conclusion of this study is that placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of good governance on the transparency of regional financial management in the Ponorogo Regency Regional Work Unit. The object of this research is the Regional Apparatus Work Unit in Ponorogo Regency as the location for the implementation of regional financial management. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this research is by distributing questionnaires directly. The sampling technique in this study uses the Purposive Sampling method. the number of samples taken as many as 145 respondents consisting of Head of Agency, Head of Finance, Financial Administration, Treasurer, Head of Accounting, Finance Secretary. Information regarding the variables in this study was obtained from respondents who were transferred in the form of numbers and then analyzed with the SPSS program. The analysis used is simple regression. The results of this study are the Good Governance variable has a positive and significant effect on the transparency of regional financial management in Ponorogo Regency. This means that the better the governance (good governance), the more transparent regional financial management will be. This shows that good governance is able to affect the transparency of regional financial management by 8.6% and the remaining 91.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, professional attitude and work discipline on teacher performance at SMKN 5 Balikpapan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples was 46 people taken from the teaching staff at SMKN 5 Balikpapan. The data processing method uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variable self-efficacy (x1) had a significant influence on teacher performance (y) as evidenced by the coefficient of the self-efficacy variable (x1) with a ttest value of 4.390 > ttable 2.021, while the professional attitude variable (x2) had a test value tcount is 3.920 which is greater than ttable 2.021, while the work discipline variable (x3) has a tcount test value of 9.677> 2.021. Abstract

Performance is work behaviour that has been achieved in completing the tasks and responsibilities given within a certain period. Factors that affect performance are organizational climate, communication and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational climate on employee performance, to examine the effect of communication on employee performance, and to examine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tjengkeh Plantation Kendal Selokaton Plantation 120 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of sample employees taken being contract employees and employees aged at least 18-28 years, or at least the year of birth in 1995. Data collection used a questionnaire with alternative answer choices using a Likert scale that had been tested and met the requirements of validity and reliability. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the data analysis show that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh komitmen afektif dan pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. SAC Ponorogo. Objek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. SAC Ponorogo sebanyak 76 responden. Kemudian teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah sensus sampling, artinya semua populasi menjadi responden. Jumlah kuesioner yang terkumpul sebanyak 76 kuesioner dan selanjutnya akan diolah dan dianalisis. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dalam riset ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang relevan kepada responden. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen afektif. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dalam penelitian diolah secara statistik menggunan The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan paket software SPSS 21.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis jalur, itu dapat kita simpulkan bahwa motivasi instrinsik dan afektif komitmen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kineja karyawan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan komitmen afektif memilki pengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan di PT. SAC Ponorogo. Adanya pengaruh komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT. SAC Ponorogo sebesar 63,2% dengan indikator prestasi, penghargaan, dan tanggung jawab. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Afektif; Motivasi Intrinsik; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Employees are one of the important elements in achieving company goals, therefore, employees as an important source in the success of a company should be considered, especially regarding their satisfaction at work or what is commonly known as job satisfaction. The objectives of this study are (1) Testing the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction in employees (2) Testing the effect of work-family conflict on job stress in employees. (3) Testing the effect of job stress on job satisfaction in employees. (4) Testing job stress in mediating the effect of work- family conflict on job satisfaction in employees. The population in this study were 119 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling method using criteria in the study amounted to 80 people. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 tools. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work-family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction in employees. (2) Work-family conflict has a positive and significant effect on job stress in employees. (3) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction in employees (4) Job stress mediates the effect of workfamily conflict on job satisfaction in employees.
