Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication (X1), work environment (X2), and workload (X3) on job satisfaction (Y) among employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. Job satisfaction is a crucial factor influencing employee performance and productivity; therefore, understanding the factors that affect it is essential for the company’s sustainability and growth. This research employs a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population is used as the sample. The total number of respondents in this study was 30 employees. The analytical method used was path analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 22 software. The results show that the communication variable (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.000. This indicates that effective, clear, and open communication between management and employees can enhance employees’ satisfaction with their jobs. Furthermore, the work environment variable (X2) also has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.000. This finding suggests that a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment, both physically and non-physically, plays a vital role in shaping employees’ positive perceptions of their work. In addition, the workload variable (X3) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y), with a significance value of 0.009. This means that a proportional workload, in accordance with employees’ capabilities, can improve job satisfaction, whereas excessive workloads may reduce it. Overall, this study concludes that communication, work environment, and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction among employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama. The implication of this study is that management should continuously improve the quality of communication, create a conducive work environment, and establish a balanced workload to maintain and enhance employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health (OHS) training, OHS compliance, and leadership style on the workplace accident rate among employees of PT. XYZ. Workplace accidents remain a significant problem in the industrial sector, thus this study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that can reduce this risk. The research method used was a quantitative survey approach, where primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 25. The use of regression analysis allows researchers to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results show that OHS compliance has a significant influence on the workplace accident rate. This confirms that compliance with occupational safety and health procedures can minimize the risk of accidents. Meanwhile, OHS training and leadership style did not show a significant influence on workplace accidents. This finding indicates that training programs and leadership style may not directly reduce workplace accidents unless they are consistently implemented and supported by strong compliance. Thus, OHS compliance is a key factor in creating a safe and productive work environment. This research provides a practical contribution for companies to focus safety management policies more on improving worker compliance with OHS regulations. Furthermore, the results of this study can serve as a reference for further research in different industrial contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, with 45 teacher respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and processed using Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 22. This study focuses on three main variables: work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction, which are believed to affect teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that the better the work discipline of teachers, the higher the performance they produce. However, work motivation and job satisfaction were found not to have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. This finding suggests that work discipline is more dominant in influencing teacher performance compared to work motivation and job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to provide managerial implications for the school in designing policies to improve teachers' work discipline, which in turn will contribute to the overall improvement of performance within the educational environment of SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study explores the digital skills of Generation Z students through a qualitative lens, emphasizing the concept of agile digital skills as a multidimensional and adaptive competence. Drawing on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with university students, the research investigates how young people understand, apply, and evaluate digital technologies in their academic and personal lives. The findings indicate that while students demonstrate strong operational proficiency with popular applications, they face significant challenges in theoretical knowledge and evaluative competences, particularly in critical assessment of online information. Moreover, social factors such as family background, gender, and prior learning experiences significantly shape the development of digital skills. By situating these findings within the frameworks of the second level digital divide and digital literacy theory, the study highlights the importance of cultivating agility in digital competence that is, the ability to adapt, transfer, and critically apply digital skills across diverse contexts. For higher education, this underscores the urgent need for curricula that integrate technical, conceptual, and evaluative components to promote critical digital citizenship, employability, and lifelong learning. Ultimately, digital literacy must be reframed not as a static skill set but as an evolving capacity for resilience and adaptation in the rapidly changing digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Firm Created Content (FCC) and User Generated Content (UGC) on brand equity and purchase intention of Grab-and-Go coffee brand. In today's digital era, content generated by both companies and users plays a critical role in shaping consumer perceptions of brands. FCC refers to all content created by companies to promote their products and services, while UGC is content created by consumers that reflects their experiences with a product. This research employs a quantitative method using an online survey involving 300 respondents who are consumers of Grab-and-Go coffee. The results of the study indicate that both FCC and UGC have a significant impact on brand equity. High-quality FCC can enhance brand awareness, perceived quality, and consumer loyalty. On the other hand, positive UGC can strengthen the emotional connection between consumers and the brand, as well as increase consumer trust. Furthermore, the study also finds that strong brand equity contributes to an increase in purchase intention. Data shows that 75% of respondents are more likely to purchase Grab-and-Go coffee products after being exposed to engaging content from both the company and users. Through this analysis, the study provides valuable insights for marketers in designing effective content strategies to enhance brand equity and drive purchase intention. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other coffee companies in leveraging FCC and UGC to achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market. The study also recommends that companies be more proactive in encouraging consumer participation in content creation and utilize social media platforms to enhance engagement with their audience.

Unemployment and poverty are issues that require serious and systematic solutions. So far, the human development index, unemployment rate, and illiteracy rate have dominated. This study looks into how the Human Development Index affects poverty in Indonesia. Second, examine the impact of Unemployment on poverty in Indonesia. Third, examine the impact of Illiteracy on poverty in Indonesia. The Stepwise technique was chosen in this study because it provides information on the independent variables that influence the dependent variable. The Human Development Index, Education Level, and Illiteracy Population were studied sequentially. This study employed secondary data. The statistics were gathered from third sources and are available at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research shows that the three variables are directly associated with poverty in Indonesia. Less effective programs tend to be partial. So, as a policymaker, the government must start an integrated program focusing on the three points mentioned.
