Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu karyawan PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 108 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan direktorat human resource PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, pemilihan sampel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan memperhatikan tabel penentuan ukuran sampel Krejcie dan Morgan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert yang diolah menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2019 dan Software SPSS Versi 24. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan direktorat human resource PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.

Abstract

Unemployment and poverty are issues that require serious and systematic solutions. So far, the human development index, unemployment rate, and illiteracy rate have dominated. This study looks into how the Human Development Index affects poverty in Indonesia. Second, examine the impact of Unemployment on poverty in Indonesia. Third, examine the impact of Illiteracy on poverty in Indonesia. The Stepwise technique was chosen in this study because it provides information on the independent variables that influence the dependent variable. The Human Development Index, Education Level, and Illiteracy Population were studied sequentially. This study employed secondary data. The statistics were gathered from third sources and are available at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research shows that the three variables are directly associated with poverty in Indonesia. Less effective programs tend to be partial. So, as a policymaker, the government must start an integrated program focusing on the three points mentioned.

Abstract

The Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative aims to revitalize children's play facilities in RPTRA Petukangan Berseri with an emphasis on creating a friendly and creative environment. The strategy employed integrates the Green Playground concept, encompassing the use of eco-friendly materials, inclusive facility designs, and the expansion of green open spaces. With active participation from the local community, this program has yielded significant positive impacts.A crucial aspect of this initiative is the physical renovation of children's play facilities at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri. Through the Green Playground concept, these facilities are refurbished with more inviting and safe designs, fostering an engaging and secure play environment for children. Emphasizing the use of eco-friendly materials also provides long-term benefits to the surrounding environment, reducing carbon footprints and enhancing ecological sustainability. The implementation of the Green Playground concept offers opportunities for children and parents to learn about the importance of environmental conservation and practice sustainable lifestyles. Consequently, this program not only delivers tangible physical benefits but also enhances awareness and environmental responsibility at the local level.The success of the Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri serves as an inspirational example for sustainable development efforts in various cities and regions. Moreover, it makes a significant positive contribution to the well-being of children and their living environment.
