Abstract

The Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative aims to revitalize children's play facilities in RPTRA Petukangan Berseri with an emphasis on creating a friendly and creative environment. The strategy employed integrates the Green Playground concept, encompassing the use of eco-friendly materials, inclusive facility designs, and the expansion of green open spaces. With active participation from the local community, this program has yielded significant positive impacts.A crucial aspect of this initiative is the physical renovation of children's play facilities at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri. Through the Green Playground concept, these facilities are refurbished with more inviting and safe designs, fostering an engaging and secure play environment for children. Emphasizing the use of eco-friendly materials also provides long-term benefits to the surrounding environment, reducing carbon footprints and enhancing ecological sustainability. The implementation of the Green Playground concept offers opportunities for children and parents to learn about the importance of environmental conservation and practice sustainable lifestyles. Consequently, this program not only delivers tangible physical benefits but also enhances awareness and environmental responsibility at the local level.The success of the Community Engagement in the Green Playground initiative at RPTRA Petukangan Berseri serves as an inspirational example for sustainable development efforts in various cities and regions. Moreover, it makes a significant positive contribution to the well-being of children and their living environment.

Abstract

The development of hydroponic plants is one of the modern agricultural methods that is being promoted in Indonesia to increase agricultural production and reduce food imports. In Taman RPTRA Petukangan Berseri, hydroponic development is not only used as an agricultural activity, but also as a means to hone children's creativity. In this activity, children are invited to design and build a hydroponic system, choose the type of plant to be planted, and care for and harvest the harvest. This activity is expected to provide an understanding of the importance of agriculture, develop children's creativity, and provide valuable experience about responsibility in caring for the environment. The development of hydroponics and children's creative activities in Taman RPTRA Petukangan Berseri can also be an example for other regions to utilize hydroponic technology in increasing agricultural production and developing children's creativity. Through this activity, it is hoped that a young generation can be created who care about the environment and have the skills to develop agriculture sustainably.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah sebuah inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk membentuk masa depan yang lebih cerah dengan fokus pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Melalui pendekatan holistik yang mencakup pengembangan diri, karakter, lingkungan, dan gaya hidup sehat, kegiatan ini telah membawa perubahan positif yang signifikan. Anak-anak usia dini tidak hanya mendapatkan pelajaran akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan sosial, nilai-nilai moral, dan pemahaman akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini juga melibatkan orang tua,komunitas di Jl. Bungur Raya RT.003/RW.002 Kebayoran Lama Selatan sebagai mitra penting dalam membentuk perkembangan anak. Hasilnya adalah generasi muda yang lebih berkualitas, peduli terhadap dunia, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Dalam kesimpulan, Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana pendidikan anak usia dini dapat membawa perubahan positif yang berkelanjutan dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga stabilitas dan produktivitas perusahaan, khususnya di PT. Mutiara Nusantara Globalindo yang menghadapi tingginya tingkat ketidakhadiran dan keterlambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Work-Life Balance terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan metode kuantitatif cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan tetap (75 responden) dan dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dengan kemampuan menjelaskan sebesar 52,6%. Secara parsial, semua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan Work-Life Balance sebagai faktor paling dominan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, beban kerja yang proporsional, dan keseimbangan hidup–kerja menjadi kunci peningkatan kepuasan kerja. Disarankan penelitian selanjutnya memperluas objek dan menambah variabel seperti kompensasi atau gaya kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment among working students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and involves 110 working students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Budi Luhur University. Data were collected through a Likert scale (1–5) questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that Work Motivation, Compensation, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, with the Work Environment being the most dominant factor (coefficient = 0.536; t = 9.915; p = 0.000). Overall, these three variables explain 70.6% of the variation in Organizational Commitment (R² = 0.706), while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings suggest that organizations should enhance work motivation through reward programs, ensure fair and equitable compensation systems, and create a comfortable and supportive work environment to strengthen the commitment of working students to their organizations.

Abstract

The phenomenon of high employee turnover intention has been widely discussed in previous studies due to its impact on human resource stability and company performance. Workload, job insecurity, and salary satisfaction are among the variables considered to influence turnover intention. This study aims to examine the effect of Workload (X1), Job Insecurity (X2), and Salary Satisfaction (X3) on Turnover Intention (Y) among operational and administrative employees of PT. Mentari Agung Jaya Usaha. The research method used a quantitative approach with a sample of 57 employees, determined through non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.1.1.5. The results show that workload and job insecurity have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while salary satisfaction has no significant effect. Workload is the most dominant variable influencing turnover intention. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a consideration for companies in managing human resources.

Abstract

The occurrence of employee decline and increase is not solely attributed to the employees themselves. Hence, this indicates the need for further research on the organizational culture, training, and job motivation at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of culture, training, and job motivation on the work productivity of employes at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City. The research method employed is quantitative. The population in this study consists of all employees at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City. The sample in this study is a saturated sample, comprising 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture does not have a significant influence on work productivity at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City. However, training has a significant influence on work productivity at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City. Additionally, job motivation also has a significant influence on work productivity at PT. Kenbry Marmer Pratama in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Career Development, and Training on Job Satisfaction. Using the Non Probability Sampling technique using the saturation method. The population in this study were 87 employees of PT Ninety Six Degrees (Flash Coffee) South Jakarta. This research was conducted using multiple linear regression methods assisted by the SPSS version 25 program and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results showed that Recruitment (X1) had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), Career Development (X2) had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), and Training (X3) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia pada rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan karena berkaitan dengan kualitas pelayanan, semangat kerja, dan stabilitas organisasi. Dalam konteks RSU Bhakti Asih, kepuasan kerja diperkirakan dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 250 karyawan RSU Bhakti Asih. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga diperoleh 154 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work-life balance. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance. Selanjutnya, work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pada pengujian mediasi, work-life balance tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, namun mampu memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja karyawan RSU Bhakti Asih lebih kuat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan dan work-life balance, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui work-life balance
