Abstract

The world of education plays an important role in an effort to make the nation's future generations of quality. This can happen if it is supported by good teacher performance. Factors that influence teacher performance include motivation and use of information technology. The objectives of this study are: to determine the effect of motivation on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar, to determine the effect of using information technology on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar, to determine how much the influence of motivation and the use of information technology on teacher performance in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar. The sample used amounted to 52 people with a sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The analysis technique used: descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis, and determination analysis using SPSS Version 24.0 application. The results showed that: 1) partially motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at SMK Teknologi Wira Bhakti Denpasar, 2) the use of information technology partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in the Covid pandemic era. -19 at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar, 3) the magnitude of the influence of motivation and the use of information technology on teacher performance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at Wira Bhakti Technology Vocational School Denpasar was 61.9% while the remaining 38.1% was influenced by other variables which was not discussed in this study. Suggestions can be conveyed so that the school always pays attention to motivation and the use of information technology because together these variables can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee morale. Research is a correlational research, which is research that seeks to see whether two or more variables have a relationship or not, as well as the direction of the relationship. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling technique by using all members of the population as a sample. The number of respondents used is 71 employees of The Bene Hotel Kuta Bali. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained is: Y = 16.054 - 0.186X1 + 0.143X2 + ɛ. The results of this study indicate that; 1) job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee morale, 2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee morale, 4) job stress and work motivation has an effect of 29.3% on employee morale. Some suggestions that can be conveyed in this study are adjusting job descriptions and job specifications in order to avoid employee work stress, increase direct and indirect motivation and need further research with other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the the effect of marketing mix 4c (customer value, cost, convenience and communication) and brand image on purchase decision by Bir Bintang’s consumers. Respondents in this research were Bir Bintang’s consumers who lived in Bali with 150 respondents in total. The sampling technique that used in this research is purposive sampling by consider the age criteria of Bir Bintang’s consumers above 21 years up to 50 years, as well as quota sampling technique which proportionally divides the entire sample per each of district and city in Bali Province. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire through the media google form.The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with software SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The results showed that the variable of customer value and cost are partially has no significant effect on the Bir Bintang purchase decision. Meanwhile the variable of convenience, communication and brand image are partially has significant effect on the purchase decision of Bir Bintang.The results of this research are expected to be used as a reference in the next further research, as well as a consideration for the company's management in developing future strategies. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and work discipline on employee performance and the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung Regency. In this study using a sample of 86 employees, the sampling technique was to take all civil servants in the field in order to get accurate results for research purposes. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung with a value of 19.7%. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 50.4%. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work discipline on the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga in Badung is 19.3%, while the remaining 80.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kepemimpinan dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Keadilan Organisasional Dan Employee Engagement Di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Buleleng.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan STIKES Buleleng sejumlah 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh pegawai yang berada di STIKES Buleleng. Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan rancangan (desain) penelitian kuantitatif.Analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariate menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan pendekatan variance based atau component based yang disebut PLS (partial least square). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasional; 2) Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. 3) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasional pada STIKES Buleleng. 4) Iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement pada STIKES Buleleng. 5) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan employee engagement keadilan organisasi harus ditingkatkan. Manajemen STIKES Buleleng mesti fokus mengupayakan semua komponen dalam mewujudkan keadilan organisasi, menciptakan iklim organisasi yang kondusif dan Gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih memotivasi dan konsisten terhadap penerapan disiplin.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jingle dan tagline terhadap purchase intention melalui brand awareness pada iklan televisi teh dalam kemasan merek Teh Pucuk Harum di wilayah Kota Denpasar dengan ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebesar 102 responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dan kuota sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang digunakan untuk mengukur 17 indikator berbasis metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan program AMOS 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa variabel jingle berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Tagline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Jingle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. Tagline berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness dan brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze whether product quality, service quality, and price affect to the customer satisfaction of Kopikota Bali. The data collection technique is purposive sampling. The sampling method was carried out purposively or with certain objectives and considerations with the criteria of customers aged 17 years and over and had made transactions at Kopikota Bali. Respondents were set at 25 x 5 = 125 respondents. The research method applied in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis with data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test analysis. The results of the analysis show that the regression results are Y = 1.125 + 0.221X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.476X3. The conclusion obtained is that product quality (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β1X1 which has a positive value of 0.211 with tcount = 2,301 > ttable = 1,979 with sig = 0,023. Service quality (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β2X2 which has a positive value of 0.297 with a value of tcount = 4,450 > ttable = 1,979 with a value of sig = 0.000. Price (X3) has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) which is shown in the regression coefficient β3X3 which has a positive value of 0.476 with tcount = 4.219 > ttable = 1.979 with sig = 0.000 value. Suggestions for Kopikota Bali are the need to maintain product quality, service quality, and prices provided, and if necessary to be improved again in order to always achieve customer satisfaction. Abstract

Good resources are expected to lead to good performance in accordance with the wishes and expectations of the company. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors including work discipline and work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The location of this research at PT. Rajawali Asia Bali. The techniques used in data collection are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The population uses employees of PT. Rajawali Asia Bali, with a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Data Instrument Test, Classical Assumptions, Regression, F and t. Based on the results of the study obtained the results that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and work discipline and work motivation together have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove empirically the effect of capital, credit quality, liquidity and efficiency on profitability and dividend policy and their implications for market capitalization in bank groups based on core capital 4 (KBMI 4). The research period is 10 years 2013 – 2022, with the sampling technique being saturated sampling, that is, all members of the bank population included in KBMI 4 are used as samples. The results showed that the profitability of the KBMI 4 bank was influenced by credit quality, liquidity and efficiency, while the dividend policy was influenced by capital, asset quality and efficiency. Both profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on market capitalization. Profitability and dividend policy should be maintained and improved so that market capitalization growth increases and investor confidence is maintained.
