Abstract

Academic ethics are ethics that must be used as a reference for the academic community to behave during the learning process. Many violations that occur in the educational environment are in the form of cheating caused by internal and external factors. The phenomenon of academic cheating is increasing and has taken root in the world of education, especially students. There are so many lies that occur in the world of education which result in a student's ethics not being created properly, therefore this article was created to increase insight into what efforts can be made to uphold a culture of academic ethics in higher education.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of the teacher team at TK IT AZKIYATUN NAJAH. This study aims to identify important elements that influence team performance and develop effective strategies for improving performance. Qualitative research methods were used with selected interviews and related data collection. The research results show that transformational leadership has a positive impact on team performance. Transformational leadership is characterized by a clear vision, vision management, and team motivation. A positive relationship between transformational leadership and team performance was found, with leaders able to motivate, build trust, and strengthen team engagement. Supporting factors and strategies for implementing transformational leadership are also discussed. The implications of this research are expected to provide better insight into how transformational leadership can improve team performance in the educational context of TK IT AZKIYATUN NAJAH.

Abstract

Sarana pendidikan adalah peralatan dan perlengkapan yang secara langsung dipergunakan dan menunjang proses pendidikan, khususnya proses belajar mengajar, seperti gedung, ruang kelas, meja kursi, serta alat-alat dan media pengajaran. Adapun yang dimaksud dengan prasarana pendidikan adalah fasilitas yang tidak langsung menunjang jalannya proses pendidikan atau pengajaran, seperti halaman, kebun, taman sekolah, jalan menuju sekolah, tetapi jika dimanfaatkan secara langsung untuk proses belajar mengajar, seperti taman sekolah untuk pengajaran biologi, halaman. sarana dan prasarana merupakan komponen dalam proses pembelajaran yang mendukung potensi masing-masing peserta didik di setiap satuan pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal. Pengertian sarana pendidikan itu sendiri adalah segala peralatan atau barang baik bergerak maupun tidak bergerak yang digunakan secara langsung untuk proses pendidikan.Pemanfaatan sarana belajar yang tepat merupakan faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam kegiatan belajar, sebab aktivitas belajar akan berjalan dengan baik apabila ditunjang oleh sarana belajar yang baik dan memadai dan sebaliknya jika tidak ada sarana dan prasarana yang baik menyebabkan siswa akan terhambat dalam belajar sehingga dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa.
