Abstract

Consumer loyalty are influenced by price, product and location factors. Companies must have competitive prices, have quality products and have a strategic location in other can be increased consumer loyalty. Price is the amount of money that has been agreed upon by prospective buyers and sellers to be exchanged for goods or services in a business transaction. Products are all things that can fulfill and satisfy human needs or desires, both tangible and intangible. Location is one of the initial activities that must be carried out before the company starts operating determining the right location will affect the company's ability to serve consumers. Consumer loyalty is a consumer's commitment to a product or service by making routine purchases more than twice. Prices that can be reached by consumers, products that are in accordance with their benefits and a location located in the city center will increase consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine or analyze the effect of price, product and location towards consumer loyalty at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. This research was conducted at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed that price, product and location had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously towards consumer loyalty at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan. The adjusted R square value of 90.7% indicates that the variable ability of price (X1), product (X2) and location (X3) affects consumer loyalty (Y) at CV. Triple Delapan Group Medan while the remaining 9.3% is the influence of other independent variables that are not explained or not examined by researchers in this study such as promotion, service quality or consumer purchase interest variables.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan sikap ibu-ibu anggota IMKT agar lebih bijak dan berhati-hati dalam menerima informasi dan menyebarkan informasi dalam penggunaan media sosial terutama yang berhubungan dengan penyebaran berita hoaks. Peserta sosialisasi diberikan penyuluhan dengan pemberian materi dalam bentuk modul yang berisi tentang ruang lingkup dan dampak penyebaran berita hoaks, cara mengatasi penyebaran berita hoaks serta penegakan hukum terutama yang berhubungan dengan pelanggaran terhadap penyebarannya dalam penggunaan media sosial. Untuk pendalaman materi peserta sosialisasi juga diberi kesempatan untuk bertanya mengenai penyebaran berita hoaks yang sering dijumpai dalam media sosial yang sering dipakai yaitu whatsapp, instagram, facebook. Kegiatan sosialisasi telah memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap pengetahuan dan wawasan ibu-ibu anggota IMKT tentang penyebaran berita hoaks dalam media sosial dan sanksi terhadap pelanggarannya yang diatur dalam UU No. UU No. 19 Tahun 2016 tentang perubahan atas UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, Hoaks, Media Sosial

Abstract

The prohibition of seclusion is an early prevention of adultery because the act of adultery basically starts from the things that lead to it. The ratification of Qanun No. 14 of 2003 concerning Seclusion at the beginning of the application of Islamic law in Aceh as a qanun in the field of jina>ya>t was not without reason, the selection of the qanun had at least two reasons. The first reason, the act of seclusion is a form of immorality (haram) in Islamic law and is very disturbing to the community but has not been handled properly. Second, the existence of euphoria within the community in the form of 'people's justice' against the types regulated in this qanun jina>ya>t, in order to avoid taking vigilantes in the midst of society, the Aceh Government ratified Qanun No. 14 of 2003 as a form of anticipation to various disturbances in Acehnese society.

Abstract

Currently, many unregistered marriages are carried out, including by members of the police. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze unregistered marriages carried out by members of the police with the aim of having more than 1 (one) wife or having polygamy and the sanctions in terms of the Chief of Police Regulation No. 6 of 2018. This type of research is normative with a legal approach. The type of data used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, while data analysis is carried out qualitatively. Members of the police are not allowed to carry out unregistered marriages to have more than 1 (one) polygamous wife because they violate Article 4 of the Regulation of the Chief of Police Number 6 of 2018 and the sanction is that they can be dishonorably dismissed (PDTH) or expelled from the Indonesian National Police Agency without receiving a salary or severance pay.

Abstract

Marriage can be carried out by both men and women who are old enough. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the factors that cause underage marriage in Indonesia and underage marriage in adolescents in terms of Law Number 16 of 2019. This type of research is normative with a legal approach. The type of data used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, while data analysis is carried out qualitatively. Factors that cause underage marriages in Indonesia are religion and culture, economy, education, already pregnant, the will of parents, their own will, customs and culture, feeling that they have been able to take responsibility, promiscuity, closing shame, arranged marriages, worship and social media. Meanwhile, underage marriages in adolescents according to Law Number 16 of 2019 are marriages carried out by boys and girls who are under the age of 19 (nineteen) years. In practice, it is mostly done by teenagers between the ages of 12 (twelve) to 19 (nineteen) years. This should not be done but if something unwanted happens and to protect the rights of children, especially girls, a marriage dispensation can be requested at the religious court.

Abstract

The franchise business is one of the most visible concrete examples in export and import trade between countries globally. To guarantee the interests of the parties, this business needs to be registered in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This type of research is normative with a conceptual and statutory approach. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. In Article 11 of the Minister of Trade Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning Franchise Management, it is stated that a Franchise Registration Certificate (STPW) is issued by the OSS Institution for and on behalf of the Minister or Regents and Mayors. STWT application process submitted through the Online Single Submission (OSS) Institution. For this reason, it is recommended that the franchisor and franchisee register their businesses in accordance with applicable regulations and that local governments are more active in socializing franchise registration and exercising tighter supervision of franchisors and franchisees who do not register their businesses

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh remaja di Kelurahan cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh remaja di Kelurahan Petisah Tengah dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak kepolisian Polsek Medan Baru dalam menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh remaja di Kelurahan Petisah Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan sekunder. Faktor penyebab remaja di wilayah Kecamatan Petisah Kelurahan Petisah Tengah melakukan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika adalah karena faktor internal dan eksternal dari diri remaja. Upaya Polsek Medan Baru dalam melakukan pencegahan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkotika terdiri dari langkah preventif dan represif. Untuk itu disarankan agar remaja di Kelurahan Petisah Tengah untuk lebih berhati-hati dalam memilih pergaulan, kepada orangtua untuk lebih mengawasi tingkah laku anak, selalu memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap anaknya dan pihak Kepolisian Polsek Medan Baru agar dapat terus mengungkap jaringan pengedar narkoba dan melakukan patroli pada wilayah hukumnya serta merazia tempat-tempat hiburan malam agar mematikan peredaran narkoba tersebut. Kata Kunci : Upaya; Penanggulangan; Narkotika; Remaja.

Abstract

Airport Pass is an entry permit sign for individuals, vehicles, cargo and posts that will enter the Security Restricted Area, the requirements for obtaining which have been regulated in regulations issued by the Government. The purpose of this research is to conduct a legal review of the Airport Pass service at the Airport Authority Office in Region II Medan when entering the Security Restricted Area. The type of research in this paper is normative with a statutory and conceptual approach. While the specification of the research is analytical descriptive, namely explaining the problem according to the research title. The data used is secondary data which consists of primary legal materials in the form of Law No. 25 of 2009, Law No. 1 of 2009, Permenhub No. PM 33 TAHUN 2015, Permenhub No.PM 167 Year 2015, Permenhub No. PM 178 of 2015 and secondary legal materials in the form of books, journals, electronic news, and opinions of legal experts, laws and regulations, and writings related to research titles. Legal review of Airport Pass services at the Airport Authority Office in Region II Medan as a public service provider. Therefore, it is suggested to all partners or certain parties who already have an Airport Pass to always use it when entering the airport location and follow the usage regulations that have been set according to the mandate of the law regarding public services. Administrative sanctions for those who violate it for the sake of creating security and order in carrying out services in the Airport Region II Medan area.

Abstract

Marriage is a form of worship because it has a noble purpose to maintain human survival as stated in the Qur'an. It is hoped that a marriage will be carried out forever and without anything being hidden. In Islam, a husband is allowed to have more than one wife (polygamy) as long as he can act fairly and comply with applicable regulations. When you want to remarry, one of the conditions is the wife's consent and permission from the Religious Court. The husband committed the falsification of his identity when he was about to remarry. Through analytical descriptive research, this article aims to understand the terms and conditions of polygamous marriages and for husbands to understand the impact of the law on falsifying identities in marriage. The presence of identity falsification is one of the judge's considerations in handing down a decision to annul a marriage
