Abstract

Top Intera Jaya (TIJ) is a company that focuses on designing and producing high-quality leather bags, wallets, and accessories. TIJ has a monthly production capacity of 50,000 pcs and plans to increase it to 100,000. The company needs better storage capacity and production floor to support this increase. This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to assist TIJ in redesigning the production floor into a raw material and cutting storage warehouse using the shared storage method. The shared storage method organizes warehouse space using the FIFO (First In First Out) principle, where the fastest delivered items are placed in the storage area closest to the exit. This CSP began by conducting interviews with resource persons, namely warehouse staff, to understand the needs of TIJ. After getting an initial overview, the team designed the training materials that TIJ needed. CSP was conducted on February 2, 2024, with the pre-test and post-test results showing an increase in participants' understanding of warehouse design from 33% to 67% and from the results of the training and mentoring, the team and management of TIJ agreed that the shared storage method with the FIFO principle is the best solution that will be implemented for warehouse layout efficiency at TIJ.

Abstract

The lack of human resources (HR) hinders batik stamp production in Batik Kembang Mayang studio. At the same time, the high demand for batik must be fulfilled by the studio. This study aims to design an automated batik stamp production using the Robotic Arm “The Dobot Magician” as an alternative to achieving batik demand. The design was initiated by developing and testing a canting stamp tool on the Dobot Magician end effector. The development of canting stamp tool uses Quality Functions Development (QFD) method. The result showed 16 alternative designs of canting stamp tools based on the interpretation of Kembang Mayang Batik studio needs. Then, it is analyzed by Finite Element Analysis methods to get the proposed canting stamp tool design. The selected design of canting stamp tool has 13 attributes of tools specification. It uses polycarbonate material produced by additive manufacturing or 3D printing. Applying in Robotic Arm “Dobot Magician” showed it can produce a stamp batik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah PT TIJ perlu dibantu dalam perumusan Business Model Canvas (BMC), mengidentifikasi budaya organisasi dan yang dirasakan serta Kepemimpinan yang sesuai untuk industry kreatif dan mandiri di bidang industri fashion tas Wanita. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara untuk perumusan Business Model Canvas, penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengidentifikasi budaya organisasi, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk tipe kepemimpinan yang dapat mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi. Luaran berupa HKI untuk Business Model Canvas dan paparan presentasi pelatihan ekonomi kreatif dan mandiri. Business Model Canvas dapat digunakan sebagai pegangan bagi jajaran manajemen menengah untuk pengembangan bisnisnya. Hasil pengolahan data dari 16 responden Budaya Organisasi sedikit didominasi oleh budaya Clan (kekeluargaan) dan perhatian pada detil (attention to detail) dan mementingkan kerja tim. Budaya yang diharapkan adalah budaya adhokrasi yang membutuhkan kemampuan beradaptasi, fleksibilitas dan kreativitas, serta ketidakpastian. Materi presentasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang apa dan bagaimana mengidentifikasi budaya organisasi, serta merubah gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional dan bedasar nilai. Kuesioner yang disusun dan disebarkan sebelum pelatihan berdasarkan Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) dan budaya organisasi Robbins sebagian variable tidak valid dan variable yang valid semua budaya organisasi reliabel kecuali untuk budaya klan tidak reliabel. Pelatihan diikuti sebayak 22 orang staf dan manajemen menengah, peserta sangat antusias menghendaki diadakan lagi kegiatan semacam ini. Implikasi PKM membantu pengembangan kuliah Kewirausahaan, perancangan organisasi dan menejemen industri serta dan penelitian/tugas akhir mahasiswa mengenai budaya organisasi dan kinerja serta membantu mahasiswa yang ingin ikut program kreativitas mahasiswa

Abstract

Having an increasing trend in demand for healthy food and the government's support in meeting the cassava needs, this study aims to improve the scale of production of Modified Cassava Flour (MOCAF) by applying the systematic layout planning (SLP) method. This method is used to review the existing conditions of the production process and design a new layout for scaling up production. The result of the new layout is an ideal condition and a stable production target, but it is implemented gradually. By adopting systematic layout planning, it is expected to improve production efficiency and optimize resource utilization. This study provides useful information for the food industry in improving Mocaf production scale and can also contribute to research on production management and production layout

Abstract

Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum Depok is a waste manager that focuses on the zero waste concept. One of the waste management activities that has been carried out so far is recycling plastic bottle waste into shreds. However, the machine currently used has a small capacity and only functions for shredding. This PKM aims to empower the BSI Rumah Harum community through the use of an integrated plastic waste processing machine (TEKNOPLAS) to support the running of a circular economy. The PKM implementation method is in the form of training and mentoring partners and the application of technology through the use of research-based plastic waste processing machines. PKM is carried out together with partners of Bank Sampah Rumah Harum Depok. The training is divided into two, namely machine operation training and machine maintenance training. The use of the TEKNOPLAS machine is carried out through the Co Production system, partners provide raw materials for plastic waste and use TEKNOPLAS in buildings and land owned by Trisakti University located in Nagrak Cibubur. In addition, this PKM produces TEKNOPLAS operation and maintenance modules. The PKM program is expected to support the community empowerment program for plastic waste managers based on a circular economy.

Abstract

The recognition of Batik as one of Indonesia's Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO has increased interest in batik products both locally and internationally. The batik industry has also developed into one of the development priorities because it has leverage for national economic growth. Sanggar Batik Kembang Mayang is one of the MSMEs that not only produces batik cloth but also provides educational tourism facilities for the batik-making process. Sanggar Batik Kembang Mayang faces problems related to less-than-optimal raw material management. This manual recording system is prone to errors and affects the production process. Therefore, the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Trisakti University, conducted a Community Service (PkM) program with the theme of Digitalization Training for Batik Production Planning and Control. The form of PkM activities is training on the process of planning and controlling batik production as well as the application of the process of managing raw materials and orders with the MS. Excel application. The training results showed that 67% of participants strongly agreed that the training was interesting and useful. In terms of understanding the material, 56% of participants also stated that they understood enough, and 33% answered that they understood production planning and control very well.

Abstract

Saat ini Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) telah disepakati untuk menjadi tujuan bersama di seluruh dunia. SDG’s ini dapat dicapai setelah seluruh bagian masyarakat dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah menuju SDG’s. Yayasan Bunga Melati Indonesia (YBMI) adalah yayasan yang bergerak di bidang sosial dengan beberapa mitra pesantren yang salah satunya adalah Pesantren Tahfidz Hummalul Qur’an di daerah Gunung Sindur, Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam pesantren tersebut banyak potensi berharga yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup baik untuk para santri, pengurus pesantren, dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Namun di tengah potensi ini, sayangnya para santri belum mempunyai bekal yang cukup khususnya dalam pengenalan konsep sustainable development goals, membuat usaha yang sustainable, pendidikan yang holistik, kesehatan, maupun dalam kaitannya menjaga lingkungan. Oleh karena itu kegiatan Pengabdian kKepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini memberikan penyuluhan mengenai konsep SDG’s terutama tentang pemanfaatan teknologi masa kini, pendidikan yang holistik, konsep sustainable business, pelatihan bank sampah, serta konsep triangle health. Penyuluhan SDG’s ini dilakukan dengan pemberian materi dan pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pesantren terkait SDG’s. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan PkM, para peserta sangat antusias terhadap materi yang diberikan, pemberian materi dan pelatihan sangat cocok dengan kondisi pesantren, para santri menjadi lebih memahami tentang SDG’s, dan akan mengimplementasikan langkah-langkah untuk dapat mencapai kesejahteraan bersama.

Abstract

UMKM IKEDA memerlukan inovasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan efektif agar dapat tumbuh. Salah satu strategi terbaik dalam pemasaran di era digital masa kini adalah menggunakan digital marketing, yaitu kegiatan pemasaran ataupun promosi yang dilakukan melalui media internet atau secara online. PkM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan UMKM IKEDA melalui media promosi yang efektif yaitu digital marketing khususnya menggunakan platform media sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada para tenants UMKM IKEDA. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini adalah para tenants sudah berhasil membuat konten promosi dan mengunggahnya di platform media sosial seperti Instagram, TikTok, dan Facebook. Peserta PkM sangat antusias dan senang akan adanya kegiatan ini karena sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka. PKM Internasional ini menghasilkan beberapa luaran yaitu HKI, artikel media masa, dan juga video youtube yang di unggah di akun official Universitas Trisakti.

Abstract

As the nation’s cultural heritage of Indonesia, batik has an important role in the Indonesian economy. This industry provides job opportunities that involve a lot of human resources in it and contributes to the country's foreign exchange through the export of national batik to big countries. Although the development of the batik industry has increased, there are still problems in marketing batik products in Indonesia. These problems can lead to more serious problems such as batik craftsmen leaving the business. These problems must be overcome so that the batik industry can maintain its existence. One of the possible solutions is to understand buying behavior characteristics of the existing consumer groups, which are Millennials and gen Z. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to use a theoretical framework based on the Planned Behavior Theory (TPB) model by Ajzen (1991) to analyze the relationship between experimental variables and the effect on Indonesian Millennials and Gen Z's intention to buy Batik. The focus area selected was Java Island because that is an area with the largest batik industry center in Indonesia. So, the potential to reach a larger consumer need to be explored. Considering the potential of the new generation's high buying power, Millennials and Gen Z were selected as the subject of this study. A total of 177 respondents from various provinces in Java were involved in filling out an online questionnaire containing measurement items related to the purpose of this study. The next step is processing the data using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM), which has been widely used in various research disciplines over the last two decades. The results show that the five of six hypotheses tested are acceptable: 1) Attitude towards behavior influences purchase intention; (2) Batik Brand Image influences Attitude towards behavior; (3) Perceived behavior control influences purchase intention; (4) Subjective norm influences purchase intention; (5) attitude mediates the relationship between brand image and purchase intention.

Abstract

Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) “K&R” di Jakarta mengalami permasalahan yaitu keterbatasan jumlah siswa, tingginya biaya operasional, serta lemahnya strategi pemasaran dan branding yang menghambat keberlanjutan usaha. Oleh karena itu tim dari Laboratorium Pengembangan Organisasi dan Bisnis (Pobis), Jurusan Teknik Industri, Universitas Trisakti mengadakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Juli 2025. Kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan dan pendampingan tentang analisis pasar, pengembangan unique value proposition (UVP), perumusan bauran pemasaran (4P), serta strategi branding dan kemitraan. Hasil PkM menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas mitra, ditandai dengan kemampuan merumuskan segmentasi pasar, mengidentifikasi UVP, menyusun strategi 4P secara lebih terarah, serta memahami konsep pemasaran berkelanjutan dengan capaian evaluasi post-test sebesar 100%. Selain itu, PkM ini juga menghasilkan beberapa luaran berupa HKI, artikel media sosial, dan konten publikasi turut memperkuat eksposur SSB “K&R” di ranah digital. Dengan demikian, PkM ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola pemasaran dan branding, sekaligus memperkuat posisinya sebagai entitas pendidikan olahraga yang berdaya saing. Selanjutnya, diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan, workshop lanjutan, serta penguatan jejaring antar SSB agar tercipta ekosistem pembinaan olahraga yang lebih berkelanjutan.
