Abstract

**English**There are some restrictions for a woman who is in iddah, these restrictions are known as ihdad. Ihdad can be in the form of: not allowed to adorn and leave the house. In the Indonesian context, the provisions of ihdad are regulated in MUI Fatwa No.11 of 1981 concerning the iddah of death, which basically states that, firstly, whether or not it is permissible for a woman who is in iddah to leave the house is a matter of khilafiyyah, secondly, the opinion of the majority of scholars is that it is not permissible for a woman in iddah to leave the house at night, even if it is to perform the pilgrimage. In this case, the fatwa needs to be reviewed, especially its relevance for career women who are experiencing the iddah period. Because according to the author, the provisions in the fatwa have been considered long enough and are not in accordance with the increasingly advanced situation as it is now. And the method of legal istinbath Maslahah mursalah in this study is used as a review tool in the Fatwa, whether the fatwa is in accordance with the provisions set forth in Maslahah mursalah.   The result of this research is that the concept of ihdad described by the decree of Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council No.11 of 1981 is by not being allowed to leave the house during the day and night, even though it is to perform the pilgrimage. However, if there is an urgent need then it is allowed to leave the house. With the analysis of Maslahah mursalah, MUI's fatwa on iddah of death which is intended for ihdad of career women is in accordance with Maslahah mursalah, because the fatwa has fulfilled the criteria or conditions described by Maslahah mursalah.                                                                                **Indonesia**There are some restrictions for a woman who is in iddah, these restrictions are known as ihdad. Abstract

This study examines the practice of preventing marriage known as "Ngalor Ngulon" in Tumpakkepuh Village, which is primarily Muslim. This custom forbids marriage if the prospective groom's residence is situated in the north-west direction relative to the prospective bride's residence, as it is considered to result in calamities such as discord, mortality, or financial hardships. This research employs a qualitative methodology utilizing a sociological-legal framework. Data were collected via interviews with village heads, traditional authorities, religious leaders, and community members, in addition to direct observation. Literary analyses pertaining to Islamic jurisprudence concerning 'urf and matrimony further substantiate this research. The study's findings indicate that the practice of "Ngalor Ngulon" is categorized as 'urf fasid due to its lack of foundation in Islamic law. Islam does not forbid marriage depending on the orientation of the residence; instead, it underscores the fundamental principles and prerequisites of marriage. This tradition is preserved as a cultural heritage. This study aims to enhance the community's comprehension of the Islamic notion of marriage and to illuminate scholars' perspectives on the interplay between local customs and sharia law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui praktek pengelolaan wakaf di Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen, dan (2) menganalisis penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf terkait tentang standarisasi kompetensi nadzir pada nadzir di Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan wakaf di Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen mencakup kategori wakaf produktif dan program berbasis aset wakaf, yang berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, nadzir belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf, khususnya terkait pendaftaran resmi, pelaksanaan tugas administratif, pengelolaan, dan pelaporan aset wakaf. Hak-hak nadzir juga belum terpenuhi sesuai dengan peraturan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan jumlah nadzir yang kompeten, penyediaan pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk nadzir, serta penguatan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi wakaf. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat mendukung optimalisasi pengelolaan aset wakaf di Masjid Raya Al-Falah Sragen.layanan berupa pendampingan yang dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu pendampingan medis, pendampingan psikologis, dan pendampingan hukum.

Abstract

Character education and self-protection play a crucial role in helping students of SD cope with the negative impacts arising from technological advancements and social media. This article aims to analyze the influence of character education and self-protection on the students of SD, in facing the uncontrolled negative effects of technology and social media. Study employs a qualitative research method with a document study approach to explore and understand the values and meanings within groups and individuals, which are considered to be constructed from human social issues. Data collection is conducted through literature studies and analyzed using qualitative analysis methods, including data management and organization, reading and noting new ideas, explaining and classifying codes into themes, as well as developing and evaluating interpretations. Results of this study indicate that character education provides a strong moral foundation, instilling values such as responsibility, honesty, and empathy, which are essential in shaping students' personalities. Meanwhile, self-protection equips students with practical skills essential for avoiding various digital risks, such as cyberbullying, misuse of personal data, and technology addiction. With a good understanding of both aspects, students can navigate online challenges more wisely and safelyABSTRAKPendidikan karakter dan perlindungan diri memiliki peran yang sangat vital dalam membantu siswa SD menghadapi dampak negatif yang muncul akibat perkembangan teknologi dan media sosial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pendidikan karakter dan perlindungan diri bagi siswa SD dalam menghadapi dampak negative teknologi dan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi dokumen untuk mengungkap nilai-nilai sosial dalam lingkungan pendidikan dasar. Sebanyak 49 siswa SD Negeri 1 Caluk menjadi sumber utama dalam menggali data yang relevan. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan Studi Pustaka dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis kualitatif yang meliputi Pengelolaan data dan mengorganisasikannya, membaca dan mencatat ide-ide baru, menjelaskan serta mengklasifikasikan kode kedalam tema, dan mengembangkan serta menilai interpretasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  Pendidikan karakter memberikan dasar moral yang kuat, mengajarkan nilai-nilai seperti tanggung jawab, kejujuran, dan empati, yang sangat penting dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa. Sementara itu, perlindungan diri memberikan keterampilan praktis yang esensial untuk menghindari berbagai risiko digital, seperti perundungan daring, penyalahgunaan data pribadi, dan kecanduan teknologi. Dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang kedua hal ini, siswa dapat mengelola tantangan yang dihadapi di dunia maya dengan lebih bijaksana dan aman.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to develop strategies enabling Small and Medium Tourism Enterprises (SMTEs) to effectively navigate and actively participate in digital transformation and collaborative networks. Employing a qualitative methodology with the application of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis, data for this study is gathered through direct observations and interviews involving stakeholders in the tourism industry, local government, village authorities, and tourism business associations such as PHRI (Persatuan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia) and BPW (Badan Pariwisata Wisatawan). The key findings underscore the significance of (1) fostering a positive service reputation culture, (2) involving diverse stakeholders in establishing a sustainable tourism destination management system, and (3) reinforcing tourism promotion efforts through the strategic use of expanded digital media channels. The practical implications of this research extend to providing tangible guidance for SMTEs to actively enhance their services for tourists. The distinctive contributions of this study manifest in three key dimensions. Firstly, the introduction of the service reputation culture as an innovative approach supports the evolution of novel services in the tourism industry. Secondly, it addresses the underexplored research theme of SMTEs, filling a significant knowledge gap. Thirdly, the utilization of QSPM analysis in this study showcases originality, as this analytical method is rarely employed in analogous contexts. Consequently, this research contributes unprecedented insights to the strategic understanding of SMTEs within the realm of service reputation culture, paving the way for innovative and informed approaches in the tourism industry.
