Abstract

Tamansari Subdistrict, located in Bandung Wetan District, Bandung City, has considerable socio-economic potential and a strategic position in the city center. However, the Tamansari Subdistrict Partnership Institution (Lembaga Kemitraan Kelurahan/LKK Tamansari) faces challenges in social media management, particularly due to the lack of a consistent brand image and a structured content strategy. This situation has reduced the effectiveness of public communication and institutional image-building. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of LKK Tamansari to manage social media content professionally through an understanding of content pillar concepts and institutional brand image development. The program targets administrators and members of LKK Tamansari as key actors in subdistrict-level public communication. The activities were conducted using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, including preliminary research, training material development, interactive workshops, content creation simulations, and evaluation through participant presentations. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with most participants able to independently demonstrate social media content planning. Furthermore, participants showed increased confidence and greater awareness of social media’s potential as a tool for promoting local MSME products. This program contributes to the downstream application of research outcomes in empowering local institutions through digital communication.

Abstract

Currently, content about health is an interesting thing on social media Instagram and TikTok, because in addition to being entertaining it is also an information. Halodoc Instagram plays an active role in routinely communicating health information to its users, with content divided into four pillars, namely product knowledge, tips and tricks, health facts, and inspirations. TikTok Halodoc also actively provides content about health involving general practitioners and specialists. The content exposure provided by the @halodoc social media account is very attached to health information, so that it can encourage people, especially its followers, to carry out health literacy activities easily. Health literacy is done by accessing and reading so as to increase knowledge about health. This study examines the effect of exposure to social media content on the health literacy of @halodoc followers. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence social media content exposure has on the health literacy of @halodoc followers. The method used in this research is quantitative method using a survey or questionnaire. Sampling using non-probility sampling method with accidental sampling of 100 respondents who are followers or followers of Instagram and TikTok social media @halodoc. Based on the research results on the normality test, this study is normally distributed. In the partial hypothesis test (t test), this study found a significant effect of exposure to social media content on the health literacy of @halodoc followers with a value of 54.1%. While the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan, baik industri yang bergerak pada bidang jasa ataupun non jasa membutuhkan aktivitas pemasaran dan kehumasan. Hal ini merupakan suatu hal yang penting dan dapat menjadi kegiatan yang mendukung pencapaian tolak ukur keberhasilan dari sebuah target perusahaan. Begitupula dengan instansi swasta pendidikan yang berusaha untuk mendapatkan calon siswa/i baru pada setiap tahunnya. Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh instansi pendidikan pada seluruh jenjang pendidikan guna mendapatkan calon siswa’I yang menjadi target PPDB itu sendiri, Begitu juga hal yang di lakukan oleh Preschool TK Insan Mandiri Garut. Aktivitas pemasaran dan kehumasan untuk menjalankan program PPDB ini telah di lakukan oleh divisi korkom dari TK insan Mandiri Garut itu sendiri, Akan tetapi sesuai dengan pra observasi sebelumnya, instansi pendidikan ini mengalami penurunan calon siswa/i yang menurun secara signigikan. Telah terbentuk sebuah gap dikarenakan pada masa pandemi yang membuat seluruh aktivitas kegiatan sekolah menjadi cukup terbatas seperti penggunaan teknologi, berkurangnya SDM, Hilangnya stakeholder, hingga menurunnya kualitas fasilitas. Dampak dari gap tersebut menghasilkan terjadinya pergerakan dari program PPDB ini tidak semaksimal sebelumnya. Hal lainnya seperti bertambahnya pesaing preschool lainnya yang muncul di kawasan TK Insan Mandiri Garut dengan cepat membuat TK Insan Mandiri Garut perlu untuk bertahan dan menghadapi persaingan yang ketat. Maka dari itu TK Insan Mandiri Garut ini memerlukan strategi humas dan marketing yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan keadaan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini Tim Dosen dari berbagai fakultas dan universitas telah melakukan pendampingan dengan cara FGD, Wawancara, Analisis keadaan, Hingga pembuatan model mengenai strategi humas dan marketing dalam menghadapi PPDB dan dapat di lakukan oleh pihak TK Insan Mandiri Garut.
