Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di sektor produksi souvenir berbahan kayu dan resin di Kabupaten Jombang. UMKM Berkah Makmur Sejahtera (BMS) menghadapi tantangan dalam hal produktivitas akibat ketergantungan pada cara pengeringan tradisional yang memanfaatkan panas sinar matahari. Proses ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi cuaca, terutama saat musim hujan, yang menyebabkan waktu pengeringan menjadi agak lama, tidak efisien dan produksi terhambat. Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi produksi BMS melalui penerapan mesin pengering cat modern. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang diterapkan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan karyawan, penerapan mesin pengering, serta pendampingan dalam pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sebesar 200%, dari 1.250 unit menjadi 3.750 unit per bulan, dengan pengeringan yang lebih cepat dan kualitas produk yang lebih baik. Pelatihan yang diberikan juga meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan BMS dalam pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan mesin, sehingga ketergantungan pada faktor cuaca dapat dikurangi secara signifikan. Program ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, pendapatan, serta pembukaan lapangan kerja baru di daerah tersebut. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi tepat guna ini berpotensi menjadi model bagi UMKM souvenir lain untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui adopsi inovasi teknologi yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan keberdayaan UMKM Batik Jombang melalui penerapan manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan penerapan K3 di CV Pesona Batik Jombang, yang mengakibatkan tingginya risiko kecelakaan dan gangguan kesehatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang prinsip dasar K3, pengenalan alat pelindung diri (APD), serta pendampingan dalam penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) K3. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran pekerja serta manajemen terhadap K3, yang tercermin dari peningkatan rata-rata skor pemahaman sebesar 30% berdasarkan evaluasi post-test. Selain itu, penerapan SOP K3 berhasil mengurangi kejadian hampir celaka (near-miss) dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap penggunaan APD. Pembentukan tim K3 internal dan kerja sama dengan instansi terkait turut memastikan keberlanjutan program ini. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan manajemen K3 yang efektif dapat meningkatkan keselamatan, produktivitas, dan daya saing UMKM Batik Jombang secara jangka panjang dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of intellectual capital, financial performance and firm value, to analyze and prove financial performance can be influenced by intellectual capital, to analyze and prove firm value can be influenced by intellectual capital, to analyze and prove firm value can be influenced by performance. finance, analyze and prove the value of the company can be influenced by intellectual capital through the financial performance of a chemical company. associative research is research that is causal (explains the relationship between two or more variables) and a causal relationship, there are independent and dependent variables. The population of chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, totaling 14 companies. The data used is secondary data sourced from financial statement data of chemical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The data analysis technique used in this study uses path analysis which is then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Firm value is an investor's perception of the company's level of success which is often associated with stock prices and profitability. High stock prices make the value of the company also high. A high company value will make the market believe not only in the company's current performance, but also in the company's prospects in the future

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of financial ratios which include profitability ratios, company size and leverage, Corporate Social Responsibility and stock prices in Consumer Goods Industry Companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2021. To analyze and prove the effect of profitability, company size and leverage on Corporate Social Responsibility. To analyze and prove the effect of financial ratios on profitability, company size, and leverage as well as Corporate Social Responsibility on stock prices. To analyze and prove that Corporate Social Responsibility can mediate the effect of financial ratios on profitability, company size and leverage indirectly on stock prices. The population used in this research is 51 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 11 companies were obtained as research samples. Methods of data analysis using PLS. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the ROA level, company size, leverage and stock price were also not good. Profitability financial ratios and company size have a significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, financial leverage ratios have no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility. Financial ratios of profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility have no significant effect on stock prices. Financial ratios of company size and leverage have a significant effect on stock prices. Financial ratios of profitability and company size and leverage have no significant effect on stock prices mediated by Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the capital structure, profitability and stock returns of Mining Companies listed on the IDX, to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure on Company profitability, the effect of profitability and capital structure on Company stock returns, the effect of capital structure on stock returns through Company profitability.This research is an associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were mining companies that were registered and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling so that 10 companies were obtained as research samples. This study uses PLS as a confirmatory theory and to analyze the effect or test the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study found that the average DER movement in mining companies tends to decrease. The average movement of ROA in mining companies has increased every year. The average movement of stock returns has decreased. The capital structure shows negative and significant results on profitability. Profitability shows positive and insignificant results on stock returns. The capital structure shows a negative and not significantly significant result on stock returns on. The capital structure shows a negative and significantly significant result on stock returns through profitability at Mining Companies Listed on the IDX in 2017-2021

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the condition of liquidity ratios, leverage, profitability, and earnings management as well as the ratings of the bonds of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Analyzing the direct effect of liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability on the company's earnings management. Analyzing the direct influence between liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability as well as earnings management on the Company's bond ratings. Analyzing the indirect effect of liquidity ratios, leverage and profitability on the Company's bond ratings through earnings management. This research is classified as causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are companies registered on the IDX and issue bonds and get a rating from PT Pefindo during the 2019-2021 period with a total population of 54 companies. The sampling technique used the census method. The population in this study are mining companies that are registered and actively traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period with the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling so that 10 companies are obtained as research samples. This study uses PLS as a confirmatory theory and to analyze the effect or test the proposed hypothesis. The data analysis technique uses Partial Loast Square with the help of Smart PLS Software. The results of the study indicate that the company's liquidity is able to meet short-term liabilities. The company's average leverage is 3.58%. Profitability is 5.36% of the company's total assets. The average company earnings management is 0.0019. The company's average bond rating has an idA+ rating. Liquidity variable has no significant negative effect on earnings management, leverage has no significant positive effect on earnings management, profitability has a significant positive effect on earnings management, liquidity has a significant negative effect on bond ratings, leverage has a significant positive effect on earnings management. bond rating, profitability does not have a significant effect with a positive direction on bond ratings, earnings management has a significant negative effect on bond ratings, liquidity does not have a significant effect on bond ratings through earnings management, leverage has no significant effect on bond ratings through earnings management. earnings management, profitability has no significant negative effect on bond ratings through earnings management in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange he Year 2019-2021..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze intellectual capital and ownership structure on the value of Property and Real Estate companies through financial performance. Research is used with a descriptive type with a quantitative research approach. The population is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. a sample of 18 companies with purposive sampling technique. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that intellectual capital has a significant effect on the company's financial performance, ownership structure has no significant effect on the company's financial performance, intellectual capital has no significant effect on firm value, ownership structure has a significant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant effect on firm value, intellectual capital has no significant effect on firm value. has a significant effect on company value through company financial performance, and capital structure has no significant effect on company value through company financial performance.

Abstract

The partner in this community service activity is UD Batik Tulis New Colet located in Jatipelem Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency, East Java. The main problems faced by the partner: First, the decline in sales turnover. Second, customer loyalty has decreased, this is indicated by some customers no longer making batik purchase transactions to partners. The purpose of this community service: First increase the turnover of partners who have decreased. The second is to restore and increase customer loyalty that had experienced a decline in loyalty by marking that several market regions had not made purchase transactions to the partner. The method of implementing this community service program uses CRM assistance, stimulation, brainstorming and discussion, as well as monitoring & evaluation. The results of this service program: First, sales turnover increased by 52.57%. Second, the increase in customer loyalty is characterized by the addition of a market that actively transacts purchases, namely returning two old market regions to active customers transacting repurchase transactions and the addition of one new market region that actively transacts purchases. This community service activity impacts the economic empowerment of partners by improving marketing performance and competitive advantage of the partner on an ongoing basis.abtract in bahasaMitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah UD Batik Tulis New berlokasi di Desa Jatipelem Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra: Pertama, menurunnya omzet penjualan. Kedua, loyalitas pelanggan mengalami penurunan, hal ini ditandai dengan beberapa pelanggan sudah tidak lagi melakukan transaksi pembelian batik ke mitra. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini: Pertama meningkatkan omset mitra yang mengalami penurunan. Kedua mengembalikan dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang sempat mengalami penurunan loyalitas dengan ditandainya beberapa wilayah pasar sudah tidak melakukan transaksi pembelian ke UD Batik Tulis New Colet. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendampingan customer relationship management (CRM), sumulasi, brainstorming dan diskusi, serta monitoring & evaluasi. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini:  Pertama meningkatnya omzet penjualan sebesar 52,57%. Kedua, adanya peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan ditandai dengan penambahan pasar yang aktif bertransaksi pembelian yaitu mengembalikan dua wilayah pasar lama menjadi pelanggan aktif bertransaksi pembelian Kembali dan penambahan satu wilayah pasar baru yang aktif bertransaksi pembelian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki dampak terhadap keberdayaan mitra secara ekonomi berupa peningkatan kinerja pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing UD Batik Tulis New Colet secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS Surya Medika Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah Statistic Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, uji keabsahan data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada RS Surya Medika Gresik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bertujuan dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, konflik kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Mitra Perkasa Interior Gresik. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Mitra Perkasa Interior Gresik. sebanyak 43 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel stres kerja, konflik kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa secara simultan variabel stres kerja, konflik kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.
