Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the perspectives of borrowers in small businesses regarding peer-to-peer (P2P) lending and financial literacy. It examines the growing importance of P2P lending as an alternative financing option for small businesses, especially in contexts with limited access to traditional financial institutions. The review highlights that while P2P lending offers flexibility and accessibility, borrowers' financial literacy remains a critical factor in ensuring successful engagement with these platforms. Limited financial knowledge can lead to poor decision-making and repayment challenges. This study underscores the need for financial education to bridge the gap, improve borrowers' decision-making processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of P2P lending in supporting small business growth. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how financial literacy impacts borrowers' experiences with alternative financing models.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the signaling mechanisms and communication strategies that influence crowdfunding success in entrepreneurial fundraising. By examining the role of social proof, narrative framing, visual signals, and communication strategies, the review identifies key factors that enhance the effectiveness of crowdfunding campaigns. The findings highlight the importance of creating trust, emotional connections, and sustained engagement with backers through transparent and consistent communication. While signaling mechanisms such as social proof and compelling narratives have been shown to increase credibility, the review also emphasizes potential limitations, including cultural biases and resource constraints. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how entrepreneurs can leverage communication strategies to maximize crowdfunding success and offers directions for future research on platform-specific and culturally diverse contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of digital forensics in the Sharia law system, focusing on the challenges and solutions that arise in the acceptance of digital evidence. Sharia law tends to prioritize physical evidence, such as witnesses and written documents, making abstract digital evidence face difficulties in being accepted. Key challenges include insufficient infrastructure, the misalignment between Sharia law principles and digital technology, and limited training for legal practitioners. However, there are opportunities to improve the acceptance of digital evidence through regulatory updates, intensive training, and the development of clear guidelines. The implementation of digital forensics can strengthen law enforcement, especially in cybercrime cases that are difficult to trace with traditional evidence.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of cybersecurity risk disclosure on customer-supplier relationships in corporate supply chains through a qualitative literature review approach. The findings reveal that transparency in cybersecurity risk disclosure enhances trust, relationship stability, and operational efficiency within supply chains. Conversely, a lack of disclosure or poor risk management can damage reputations, create uncertainty, and weaken collaboration between business partners. The study also highlights the importance of adequate regulations, risk mitigation strategies, and the adoption of new technologies in managing cybersecurity. While offering significant insights, this study has limitations, including reliance on secondary literature and variations in industry contexts. Future research is recommended to include empirical testing and the exploration of new technologies to strengthen cybersecurity risk management in supply chains.
