Abstract

Concerning to emerge The Good Governance, bureaucrate performance has the mainrole, especially solving every problems popped out among civic social life, consideringfunction of state institution has the role to accomodate the needs of its people. Mostfrequently problems could be varied from different aspects, such as health, education,economy, demography, transportation, etc. Those problems will be an responsibility for all ofstate institution in the process to reach the development of welfare in every aspect.The health quality of Semarang citizens has tied by some key factors such as healthservices, spreading disease, number of citizens with illness, healthness environment, deathcase caused by illness, health facilities, and human resources among service providers, thestakeholders, until the civilians. This research is about enforce the evaluation of bureaucrateperformance, especially The Health City Department of Semarang in the task of respondingevery health problems among citizens, one of it is the policy for cope with the most dangerousdisease which become the biggest problems of Semarang city at this time, the DengueHaemorragic Fever (DHF). The source purposively chosen is from the Head Section of P2B2(Animal-sourced disease precautionary), with DHF Coordinator Staff, Head Officer ofNgaliyan Public Health Centre, and the member of The Family Welfare Development inNgaliyan region.The results of this research shows that performance of  The Health City Department ofSemarang in cope with DHF problems in 2011 already showed the rise if compared by theresults in 2010. Beside the positive, some problems and obstruction still appear, frequentlycome from human resources performance quality. So that, the policy to cope with DHFproblems by The Health City Department of Semarang has to be regained, particularly in thehuman resources aspect.Keywords: Performances, Problems and obstructions, DHF Precautionary.

Abstract

Penyakit Pandemi Coronavirus2019 (COVID-19) yang terjadi sejak bulan Maret 2020 berdampak pada berbagai sektor. Sektor kesehatan berjuang untuk memahami, melawan dan mendapatkan pengobatan untuk penyakit ini. Riset mengenai virus infeksi virus HIV / AIDS penyakit menular melalui droplet dan kontak langsung. Cara mencegah penularan adalah dengan tidak melakukan kontak, menjaga jarak, memakai masker, melakukan kebersihan tangan menggunakan sabun dan aliran udara, tidak berkumpul dan jika memungkinkan tetap berada di rumah. Aktivitas fisik sangat penting dan diperlukan dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran kita. Adanya pandemi yang melakukan aktivitas fisik saat Pandemi Menjadi tantangan. Aktivitas fisik di masa pandemi bisa dilakukan di rumah, dan lakukan di luar rumah harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Latar belakang. Banyaknya Fakultas kedokteran yang ada di Indonesia dengan berbagai macam metode pembelajaran memerlukan standarisasi nasional untuk para lulusannya. Program Studi pendidikan Dokter (PSPD) Fakultas Kedokteran (FK) Universitas Tanjungpura telah meluluskan dokter yang diharapkan memiliki standar yang sama dengan dokter-dokter lulusan FK lain. Indeks prestasi merupakan salah satu komponen kemajuan atau prestasi belajar. Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara IPK dan nilai UKDI dokter lulusan UNTAN. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik cross sectional yang dilakukan selama bulan Agustus 2011 di Prodi Pendidikan Dokter FKIK UNTAN. Analisis univariat dilakukan untuk melihat frekwensi dan analisis bivariat digunakan untuk melihat kekuatan hubungan dan signifikansi hubungan menggunakan korelasi Spearman. Hasil. Tiga puluh satu dokter angkatan 2005(angkatan pertama) ikut dalam penelitian ini, dengan catatan 11 dokter lulus pada bulan November 2010, 5 dokter pada bulan Januari 2011 dan 15 dokter pada bulan juni 2011. Terdapat penurunan rerata IPK dan rerata UKDI dari setiap periode. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup kuat antara IPK dan nilai UKDI Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IPK dan nilai UKDI Kata kunci : Indeks Prestasi, Uji Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia

Abstract

Kebijakan untuk mencegah meluasnya penyebaran virus covid-19 berdampak terhadap aktivitas masyarakat. Hal ini menyebabkan aktivitas fisik masyarakat berkurang dan berpengaruh terhadap kekebalan tubuh serta kesehatan masyarakat.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan masker oelh masyarakat pada saat aktivitas fisik di saat pandemic covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hal tersebut karena penelitian ini dideskripsikan menggunakan kata-kata tidak menggunakan angka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyakarat telah menggunakan masker saat aktivitas fisik. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan masker saat melakukan aktivitas fisik dan hal ini merupakan pilihan bersifat individual yang berhubungan dengan mekanisme adaptasi individu dan bervariasi dibandingkan dengan individu lain.

Abstract

Latar Belakang. Empati merupakan faktor penting dalam perawatan, pendidikan kedokteran, dan profesionalisme. Tujuan. Mengetahui tingkat empati mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura. Metodologi. Desain penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan potong lintang, jumlah sampel 86 mahasiswa kedokteran tahun pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat, dipilih menggunakan Probability Sampling jenis Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner Jefferson Scale of Empathy Student version (JSE S-Version) yang telah diterjemahkan ke bahasa Indonesia. Data sekunder berupa informasi jumlah mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran tahun pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat. Analisis statistik uji T tidak berpasangan dan uji One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil. Rerata skor empati mahasiswa program studi kedokteran tahun pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat adalah 114,77 (SD 10,187). Mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat empati rendah sebanyak 45 (52,3%) mahasiswa, dan yang memiliki tingkat empati tinggi sebanyak 41 (47,7%) mahasiswa. Hasil analisis statistik variabel jenis kelamin menunjukkan perbedaan rerata skor empati yang signifikan (p = 0,037), sedangkan variabel tahun pendidikan menunjukan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan (p = 0,136). Simpulan. Rerata skor empati mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura 114,77 menunjukkan tingkat empati yang tinggi. Mahasiswa perempuan memiliki rerata skor empati lebih tinggi dibandingkan mahasiswa laki-laki. Rerata skor empati mahasiswa Program Studi Kedokteran menurun tidak signifikan seiring meningkatnya tahun pendidikan. Background. Empathy is an important factor in patient care, medical education, and professionalism. Purpose. To measure the level of empathy among medical students at the Faculty of Medicine Tanjungpura University. Methodology. The research design was analytic cross-sectional approach with 86 respondents from first, second, third, and fourth year medical students, using the Probability Sampling method of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Primary data was collected by Jefferson Scale of Empathy Student version (JSE S-Version) questionnaire Indonesian translation. Secondary data was from information on the Medical Study Program students in the first, second, third, and fourth year. Statistical analysis used independent samples T test and One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. Results. The mean empathy scores of first, second, third, and fourth year medical students are 114,77 (SD 10,187). Students with low level of empathy are 45 (52.3%) students, and high level of empathy was found in 41 (47.7%) students. Statistical analysis on gender variable showed a significant difference in the mean score of empathy (p = 0.037), while on the year of education variable did not result in significant difference (p = 0.037). Conclusion. The average empathy score among medical student at the Faculty of Medicine, Tanjungpura University was 114.77, indicates a high level of empathy. Female students had higher mean empathy scores than male students. The mean empathy score of Medical Study Program students decreased not significantly with increasing years of education. Abstract

Bola basket merupakan olahraga permainan yang dilakukan secara beregu. Bola basket termasuk olahraga yang dipertandingkan pada kejuaraan regional sampai internasional. Dalam mencapai prestasi yang optimal, atlet harus memiliki beberapa kondisi kebugaran jasmani yang bagus, antara lain kekuatan, power, VO2 Maks, kecepatan, status gizi dll. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dengan VO2 Maks pada atlet bola basket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah descriptive correlation menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan 26 responden atlet basket. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: timbangan berat badan untuk mengetahui berat badan, microtoice untuk mengukur tinggi badan dan multistage test untuk mengukur VO2 Maks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan VO2 Maks (p=0,29) pada atlet bola basket. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini status gizi tidak berhubungan dengan kondisi kebugaran jasmani (VO2 Maks) pada atlet bola basket.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had changed daily life activities including sport. Sport event usually gathered many people in sport venue that can became disease transmission.  Sport events were cancelled and stop because of pandemic so did soccer. Professional athletes, teams, stakeholders, and nation worldwide were trying to restart the soccer competition in strict COVID-19 health protocols. Indonesian soccer competition known as BRI Liga 1 held a competition in strict COVID-19 health protocols during pandemic era. All people involved in competition should had fully vaccinated, follow bubble system, use face mask, use hand sanitizer, maintain distancing, and undergo COVID-19 test series. As many as 18 teams, 900 subjects were observed during 25 August 2021 to 3 October 2021. Six thousands and three hundreds PCR test and 5,400 antigen test undertaken during observation period. Health protocols used to prevent transmission and cluster caused by the competition. All athletes and team officials obey the COVID-19 health protocols so that no COVID-19 case in the time of competition. Soccer competition can be held in   pandemic era using strict health protocols and can be a pilot to other sports.

Abstract

A positive self-concept that arises from within a person begins with one's beliefs and positive mindset about their abilities and potential. A negative self-concept is directed at how a person feels ashamed of their physical differences, lacks self-confidence, avoids asking teachers/educators for help when they don't understand the material, refrains from expressing opinions, and avoids making friends. The purpose of this discussion is to improve and change an individual's irrational attitudes, perceptions, beliefs, and views into rational ones, thereby enabling personal development and achieving optimal self-realization. The type of research conducted in this paper is qualitative. With the role of educators in rebuilding a positive self-concept for students, there can be a transformation in students. They will no longer be ashamed of their physical appearance, and they will be willing to accept their shortcomings and strive to optimize their potential.

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had an impact on all sectors including the education sector. The world of conventional education that prioritizes offline learning in one class was required to turn into offline learning through information technology in order to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 disease. Relatively new online learning process in Indonesia will have a real impact on educational institutions and students.Aims: This survey aimed to find out the characteristics of students, perceptions of online learning, the effectiveness of online learning, and the obstacles found when online learning from the student’s side.Case description: The survey was conducted using a list of questions in the google form filled out by students of the Universitas X Pontianak which were taking Basic Biomedical 2 online course in the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020 in May 2020. A total of 30 students were participated in the survey. Respondents get the most internet access from mobile phone quotas and only 20% of respondents get good internet access conditions. Twenty-six point sixty-seven percent of respondents agreed with online learning and 10 percent of respondents said online learning was effective. internet signal conditions, difficulty understanding the material, too much assignment, and insufficient time are obstacles obtained when learning online. Conclusion: Education institutions and stakeholders should always conduct evaluations, improvements, and updates for facilities and human resources involved in online learning.

Abstract

This study describes the process to generate classification of village-level tourism destinations known as kampung tematik in Bogor Municipality based on values from Surface Urban Cool Island (SUCI), Urban Index (UI) < -0.2, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) >0.3, and Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) < 0. SUCI values represent the cool temperature which usually associated with heavy greenery and dense vegetation, while UI < - 0.2, NDVI > 0.3, and NDBI < 0 are associated with dense and healthy vegetation. Herein, Band 10 from Landsat 8 was processed to derive land surface temperature (LST) and further, SUCI image was derived from LST image by employing SUCI algorithm. All three variables namely NDVI, NDBI, and UI were also processed from Landsat 8 dated to 24 May 2020. These four images of SUCI, NDVI, NDBI, and UI were superimposed with 39 kampung tematik locations which resulted in 14 locations having non-zero values. The values from four variables in 14 locations were inputted into Principal component Analysis (PCA) using R software version 4.1.3. PCA result shows there are four groups of locations based on variables representing cool island and dense vegetation namely, locations with area percentage of SUCI < 10% (Group 1), low values in three variables (Group 2), high values in two variables (Group 3), and high values in three variables (Group 4).
