Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana dan kurang optimalnya sumber daya dalam pengelolaan sekolah penggerak sangat mendesak untuk diselesaikan dan diberikan solusi penyelesain agar menunjang perbaikan dan mutu pendidikan Indonesia. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada mitra PKM SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Pesisir adalah: 1). Pelatihan pengelolaan dan perawatan solar sel, 2). Pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik menjadi paving blok. Tujuan PKM pada SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Pesisir ini adalah:1).Meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang pengelolaan sumber daya energi terbarukan dengan panel surya dan 2).Mengoptimalkan potensi mitra dalam operasional proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila berbasis karakteristik lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan terdapat: 1) Peningkatan yang signifikan terhadapa pengetahuan pengelolaan dan perawatan panel surya di SMA Negeri 1 Bintan Pesisir, 2). Terciptanya produk paving blok dari sampah plastik oleh siswa pada kegiatan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Berdasarkan hasil PKM, disimpulkan bahwa mitra SMK Negeri 1 Bintan Pesisir efektif meningkatkan potensi satuan pendidikan untuk mendukung program sekolah penggerak.

Abstract

Abstract:The development of educational games is very relevant to learning activities in schools today. This research developed the Android educational game Magic Square – Megaforce to be valid, practical, and effective in improving students' creative thinking skills. This research is a development research with a 4-D model. The validity of educational games reached a high category with a correlation coefficient value of 0.95. This educational game is also declared practical with an average learning implementation of 100%. The effectiveness of this educational game was assessed based on classical learning completeness of 85.7%, student learning activities of 80%, and student response questionnaires of 85.5%, all of which were in the Good category. Educational game design can still be refined for further research so that it is more varied.Abstrak:Pengembangan game edukasi sangat relevan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah saat ini. Penelitian ini mengembangkan game edukasi Android Magic Square – Megaforce hingga valid, praktis, dan efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D. Validitas game edukasi mencapai kategori tinggi dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,95. Game edukasi ini juga dinyatakan praktis dengan rata-rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 100%. Efektifitas game edukasi ini dinilai berdasarkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 85,7%, aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 80% dan angket respon siswa sebesar 85,5% yang semuanya berada pada kategori Baik. Desain game edukasi masih dapat disempurnakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya sehingga lebih variatif.

Abstract

Postur tubuh adalah posisi seseorang yang dapat menahan tubuh dengan baik ketika berdiri atau duduk. Kurangnya aktivitas fisik memberikan dampak negatif yaitu menurunnya kemampuan koordinasi motorik dan mengakibatkan gangguan postur atau bentuk tulang belakang. Posisi duduk statis yang kurang ergonomis seperti duduk dalam posisi membungkuk dapat memicu kerja otot yang kuat. Maka dalam upaya mencegah gangguan tulang dibuatlah penelitian prototype alarm posisi postur tubuh berbasis NodeMCU ESP8266. Desain dari prototype ini menggunakan desain back support shoulder. Dengan adanya prototype alarm posisi postur tubuh ini diharapkan masyarakat akan lebih mudah menjaga kesehatan tulang dan lebih mudah mendapatkan postur tubuh ideal, karena alat ini akan mengingatkan pengguna untuk selalu berada pada pose tubuh normal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era digital telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sistem hukum, dengan meningkatkan akses dan efisiensi pemrosesan data. Namun, tantangan baru seperti keamanan dan privasi data juga muncul. Oleh karena itu, solusi inovatif diperlukan untuk menyesuaikan hukum dengan kemajuan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengeksplanasikan tentang: (1) perkembangan era digital menimbulkan tantangan bagi sistem hukum yang ada; (2) solusi inovatif yang dapat diterapkan untuk menanggapi tantangan hukum di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif untuk menganalisis fenomena yang berkaitan dengan transformasi hukum di era digital, menggunakan data sekunder berupa literatur, jurnal, dan regulasi hukum dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan yang mengkaji berbagai referensi yang berkaitan dengan perkembangan hukum di era digital, mencakup peraturan hukum yang sudah ada, artikel ilmiah, dan laporan terkait inovasi hukum di dunia internasional. Hasil penelitian menyatakan, era digital telah mengubah masyarakat, menyebabkan perubahan dalam komunikasi, bisnis, dan interaksi sosial. Namun, era ini juga menimbulkan pertanyaan hukum tentang data pribadi, keamanan informasi, hak kekayaan intelektual, dan akuntabilitas. Indonesia, negara yang berdasarkan hukum, menghadapi tantangan dalam hal privasi, perlindungan data, keamanan siber, dan hak cipta. Kerja sama internasional sangat penting untuk mengatasi kejahatan siber, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, dan menyeimbangkan kebebasan berbicara dengan konten yang berbahaya.

Abstract

This study describes the process to generate classification of village-level tourism destinations known as kampung tematik in Bogor Municipality based on values from Surface Urban Cool Island (SUCI), Normalized Difference Built-up Index (NDBI) ≤ -0.17, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) > 0.3, and Urban Index (UI) < -0.2. SUCI values represent the cool temperature, while NDBI ≤ -0.17, NDVI > 0.3, and UI < -0.2 are associated with dense and healthy vegetation. Herein, Band 10 from Landsat 8 was processed to generate land surface temperature (LST) and further, SUCI image was derived from LST image by employing SUCI algorithm. All three variables, namely NDVI, NDBI, and UI were also processed from Landsat 8 with date 24 May 2020. These four variables of SUCI, NDVI, NDBI, and UI image pixels were superimposed with 39 kampung tematik locations using Geographic Information System (GIS) which resulted in 14 locations containing the area percentage from four variables. The values from four variables in 14 locations were inputted into Principal component Analysis (PCA) using R software version 4.1.3. Based on PCA, it reveals that three tourism destinations are classified with area percentage of SUCI less than 50% while the other 11 destinations are classified with area percentage of SUCI more than 50%. In addition, characteristics of tourism destinations with SUCI area percentage less than 50% are identified to have low area percentage of NDBI ≤ -0.17, NDVI > 0.3, and UI < -0.2.

Abstract

Backgrounds:Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) is a condition where there is an increase in Pulmonary Vascular Resistance (PVR) and an increase in the mean Pulmonary Arterial Pressure (mPAP) to more than 20 mmHg. PH can occur in someone with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). PH conditions can aggravate pregnancy in women with CHD. So that women with PH are recommended not to undergo pregnancy. However, it is possible for women with CHD with PH conditions to undergo pregnancy. In these conditions, optimizing PH therapy is important so that pregnant women with PH do not experience a worsening of the condition and can carry out their pregnancy well until delivery. Case Presentations:A 38-year-old female patient with a history of Atrial Septal Defect-Pulmonary Hypertension came for routine control to the cardiac clinic with the condition of pregnancy of her 4th child who was just discovered when she was 6 months pregnant. Since giving birth to her third child, the patient began to complain of being easily tired when doing activities accompanied by swollen legs that disappeared with rest. At that time, the patient went to a cardiologist for an echocardiography examination and was diagnosed as Atrial Septal Defect (ASD)-Pulmonary Hypertension (PH). Since then, the patient has been routinely treated at a cardiologist with Pulmonary Hypertension drugs, including Phospodiesterase5 (PDE5) inhibitors (Sildenafil) and Prostacyclin Analogue (Dorner). The patient had done Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) with the results of ASD secundum suitable for closure by device. Patients with Right Heart Catheterization (RHC) results, ASD secundum with PH High Flow High Resistance reactive to Vasoreactivity Test. Since the patient was found to be pregnant, the patient continued to use Sildenafil and discontinued the use of Dorner. The patient then continued treatment in a multidisciplinary team. Conclusion :Management of pregnant women with CHD and PH is important because the condition of PH itself further aggravates the condition of pregnancy. Medical management for PH in pregnant women follows the guidelines for the safety of drugs in pregnancy. So that the choice of therapy is crucial related to the goal of treatment to control the PH condition in the patient but still pay attention to safety in pregnancy conditions.

Abstract

Many people who were confirmed to have COVID-19 had to undergo self-isolation, causing sufferers to experience fear, anxiety, and panic because this virus had claimed many lives. The occurred psychological disorders must be addressed immediately through programs in accordance with the problems experienced by confirmed patients who were undergoing quarantine. The purpose of this study was to analyze the program of "The Survivor" struggling to recover from COVID-19 against the psychological disorders of confirmed patients. The type of the research was a pre-experimental one-group pre-posttest design. The samples were taken based on a purposive sampling technique of 53 respondents with inclusion criteria, namely confirmed COVID-19 patients without symptoms or mild symptoms and undergoing isolation in quarantine homes. The exclusion criteria were patients with severe symptoms and undergoing hospitalization. The research instrument used the Self-Reporting Questionnaire-29. The analysis used paired t-test statistical test (<0.05). The results obtained p-value of 0.001 which means that there was an effect of the program of "The Survivors" struggling to recover from COVID-19 on the psychological disorders of confirmed patients with the mean before program of 15.89 to be 8.57. Health workers, especially nurses in providing health services to clients, must be more comprehensive and recognize the responses given by clients to be able to prevent ongoing psychological disorders.

Transformational leaders inspire and empower employees by presenting a clear vision and offering individual attention, fostering collaboration and innovation. Effective communication reinforces this process by ensuring the transparent delivery of strategic visions and building synergy across individuals and divisions. Their integration enables organizations to adapt better to changing business environments, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen competitive advantage. Studies indicate that the synergy between transformational leadership and effective communication not only boosts employee engagement but also accelerates the implementation of organizational strategies. This approach helps create a work culture oriented towards innovation, collaboration, and sustainability, which collectively supports the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives. This abstract highlight the importance of transformational leadership and effective communication as fundamental pillars in building a dynamic and competitive organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide guidance and increase visits to the elderly in Posyandu by implementing the Santun Lansia program. The elderly are expected to be able to improve their activeness in visiting the elderly Posyandu. The method of implementing assistance is the Community Based Research (CBR) method. The service took place from July 1 to August 30, 2024 at the UPTD Kedungsari Health Center, Mojokerto City, involving 103 elderly people. The results of community service are that the implementation of the Santun Elderly program can increase visits to the Elderly Posyandu at the UPTD Kedungsari Health Center, Mojokerto City. Elderly care needs to involve components to support the success of care such as family and health cadres, as well as health workers in health services. Health workers must be able to choose what methods and media to use when carrying out nursing interventions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial and asset management practices of universities transitioning to PTN-BH status. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, documentation, and field observations, complemented by secondary data from relevant sources. The data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The findings reveal that PTN-BH institutions successfully manage financial resources and investments through structured planning in their Annual Work and Budget Plans, aligning financial goals with faculty targets. Additionally, these institutions optimize asset utilization by engaging in economic activities such as facility leasing and renting out buildings, which significantly contribute to institutional income. This study underscores the importance of efficient financial and asset management practices, providing a reference model for universities undergoing the transition to PTN-BH status. The results also highlight the potential for future research to refine and expand these practices, ensuring continuous improvement in the management of PTN-BH institutions.
