Abstract

Learning loss is a situation where learners lose knowledge and skills either general or special or decline academically, which occurs due to prolonged gaps or discontinuity of the educational process. This study aims to examine and analyze literacy strategies for learning loss recovery in post-pandemic students at SD Negeri 2 Wonokerto. The method used is the observation method, this observation is done by directly observing the learning process in elementary school after re-entry to school and the implementation of limited face-to-face learning. Observation was conducted on Grade 6 students in SD Negeri 2 Wonokerto. From the observations made by the school literacy team (TLS) to create a literacy innovation program for the recovery of learning loss in post-pandemic students with the JIBAKU (required to read books) and SIGASA (language Guardian Students) programs, both literacy programs are considered effective in the recovery of learning loss in Grade 6 students at SDN 2 Wonokerto.

Abstract

Abstract Productivity Productivity is an important factor to support company sustainability. This can be known by analyzing and evaluating output based on the level of work performance during a certain period. PT Petrogas Prima Services is a limited liability company which operates in the field of repair and maintenance services for 3kg LPG gas cylinders. PT Petrogas Prima Servis offers services such as Reset, Repair and Repaint. The entire gas cylinder servicing process is carried out according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in collaboration with PT. Pertamina (Persero). With distribution management, professional collaboration, and well-controlled and programmed service methods. Productivity measurement is carried out using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method. The problem that occurs at PT Petrogas Prima Servis is in the gas cylinder service area. This is known to be due to the decline in service results in 2021 with the total results obtained being 933,089 3Kg LPG gas cylinders. Meanwhile, the planning target that must be met in one year is 1,060,328 3Kg LPG gas cylinders. This caused the service yield rate for gas cylinders to decrease by 13.6% or the equivalent of 127,239 gas cylinders. This causes less stability in the gas cylinder service performance process. It is necessary to measure productivity levels to find out what and how causes the lack of decreased gas cylinder service results. The problem identification method uses the Fishbone Diagram and 5W-1H. This method is to find out the causes of decreased productivity in the gas cylinder service area department. These factors are caused by the workforce and work environment. Meanwhile, from the results of calculating the achievement score for each ratio, it is known that the lowest value is ratio 3, namely Labor Effectiveness with a score of 46 with an average of 3.38 which can be seen from the period July to December. The level of significant decline in the value of the productivity index starting from July 193% to September 83%, it can be seen that the decline in the productivity value index reached 110%. This causes a very significant reduction in the number of gas cylinder service output results. Keywords: Objective Matrix (OMAX), Productivity, Fishbone Diagram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Emotional Intelligence (EI) dan Work-Nonwork Boundary (WNB) terhadap Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Job Satisfaction (JS) pada Dokter Gigi di Kota Samarinda. Profesi dokter gigi menghadapi tuntutan kerja yang kompleks, baik dari aspek klinis maupun sosial, yang dapat menimbulkan konflik peran dan ketidakseimbangan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang dirancang berdasarkan indikator teoritis dan empiris. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh dokter gigi aktif di Samarinda dengan teknik sensus sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian diharapkan menunjukkan bahwa EI berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan emosi, penetapan batas peran, serta pencapaian keseimbangan hidup. Sementara itu, pengelolaan WNB diprediksi dapat mengurangi konflik peran dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan literatur MSDM dan psikologi kerja, serta manfaat praktis bagi institusi kesehatan dalam merancang kebijakan pengembangan kompetensi emosional dan strategi manajemen peran untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kerja dan kualitas pelayanan dokter gigi.

Abstract

The sustainability of citrus farming in Sukopuro Village, Malang Regency, faces serious challenges in the form of declining interest among the younger generation, pest and disease attacks, and unpredictable climate change. Amidst these conditions, religious values and family involvement are believed to play an important role in maintaining farmers' resilience and business continuity. This study aims to analyze how religiousness and family involvement shape the practice of sustainable citrus farming. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving farmers, family members, and religious leaders as informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña technique. The results show that religiosity functions as spiritual capital that increases farmers' psychological resilience in facing production uncertainty, while family involvement becomes a social foundation that strengthens the inheritance of values, division of roles, and business continuity between generations. However, the challenges of regeneration, climate risks, and ecological vulnerability remain major obstacles to maintaining business sustainability. This study concludes that the sustainability of the citrus business is not only determined by technical factors but also depends heavily on the strength of religious-social capital and family solidarity. These findings make an important contribution to strengthening the sustainability model of agriculture based on local values and family culture

Abstract

Physical-motor and socio-emotional abilities are fundamental aspects that play a crucial role and serve as indicators of children’s future development. This study aims to examine how traditional games contribute to enhancing physical-motor and socio-emotional development in early childhood. This research employed a library study method with a qualitative approach to analyze findings related to the role of traditional games in children’s socio-emotional development. The population in this study was 17 articles from Google Scholar search results and analyzed using an inductive approach to synthesize the main findings from each article. The research sample consisted of 12 articles selected through a purposive sampling technique based on relevance criteria, study focus, and publications in the last ten years. Data were analyzed through an inductive approach and qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the literature review of 12 articles, traditional games from various regions in Indonesia were proven to have a 100% significant role in supporting the physical-motor and social-emotional development of early childhood. The study concludes that traditional games effectively foster children’s socio-emotional skills-such as cooperation, interaction, emotional regulation, and sportsmanship-through enjoyable and interactive play experiences. Abstrak Kemampuan fisik-motorik dan sosial-emosional merupakan aspek dasar yang berperan penting serta menjadi indikator perkembangan anak di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana permainan tradisional dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan perkembangan fisik-motorik dan sosial-emosional pada anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis temuan terkait peran permainan tradisional terhadap perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini Adalah 17 artikel dari hasil penelusuran Google Scholar dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan induktif untuk menyintesiskan temuan-temuan utama dari setiap artikel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 12 artikel yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria relevansi, fokus kajian, serta publikasi dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data dianalisis melalui pendekatan induktif dan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka dari 12 artikel permainan tradisional dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia terbukti 100% memiliki peran signifikan dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik-motorik dan sosial-emosional anak usia dini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah permainan tradisional efektif membantu mengembangkan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak, seperti kerja sama, interaksi, pengendalian emosi, dan sikap sportivitas, melalui pengalaman bermain yang menyenangkan dan interaktif.

Abstract

Tourism is essentially a geographical phenomenon, encompassing the movement and flow of people and spatial distribution patterns relating to land use consumption. The impacts of tourism on LUCC must track and monitor regrading effected to environment and human side. For decades, Banyumas Regency has been known for its famous tourist destinations such Baturaden District and numerous waterfalls. However, the development of tourism infrastructures within its vicinity has sparked complaints from communities, particularly damaged roads and decreasing tourist visits. From environmental perspective, excessive tourism development might cause decreasing natural carrying capacity. Therefore, to provide deeper analysis regarding the current tourism development, this article describes the Land Use/Land Cover Change (LULC) in Banyumas Regency in 2000, 2010, and 2020 based on satellite data analysis using Google Earth Engine (GEE). Sentinel satellite data in 2020 were processed to generate LULC, while Landsat TM 5 data were used to provide LULC in 2000 and 2010. LULC classification was performed using Random Forest with accuracy assessment (Kappa) reach 0.81 for 2000, 0.91 for 2010, and 0.96 for 2010. Furthermore, based on CA-Markov method, the predicted LULCC in 2030 will be 84.28% unchanged and 15.72% change. In addition, several tourism development policies need to be evaluated based on the predicted LULCC in Banyumas Regency in order to avoid disturbance to natural resources.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic had affected many sectors, especially health sector. Health workers must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in several levels according to the risk they will face. Personal Protective Equipment such as face mask, hand glove, surgical gown and boots are the most common PPE used in the pandemic. Personal Protective Equipment should be used mainly for health workers. The community was not well-informed so there were panic buying of PPE and risen scarcity of PPE. Scarcity of PPE happened in early pandemic in every region including West Kalimantan. Faculty of Medicine Universitas Tanjungpura gather PPE donation to health facilities in West Kalimantan. The donation collected and distributed to 15 health facilities. The donations got positive feedback and the facilites stated that the health services in their facilities was helped considerably

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) had affected all daily life including physical activity. People still confuse about physical activity and sport, then pandemic make these worse. Several health protocols that implemented in order to prevent COVID-19 transmission had limited community movement and activities. The aim of this community service was sharing latest information in physical activity during pandemic. Community counseling was conducted online using Zoom platform. The target of community counseling was university students, sport exciter, and general population. As many as ninety persons participated in online community counseling. The participants were active in asking and discussing during two hours online event.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the amtsilati method at the Al-Aqobah Kwaron Islamic Boarding School, Jombang. This study concludes several points. First, the implementation of the Amtsilati Method at the Al-Aqobah Kwaron Diwek Jombang hut begins with mapping, namely: a) The first year of memorizing the rules of nahwu and sharaf science and understanding the five volumes of the Amtsilati book; b) The second year of implementing the Amtsilati method when reading a book that has been determined by the ustadz; c) The third year of reading, understanding the content of the yellow book with reference to the Amtsilati method. Second, the obstacle and solution in implementing the amtsilati method to accelerate the ability to read the yellow book at the Al-Aqobah Kwaron Diwek Jombang boarding school is the obstacle that students experience boredom when memorizing and understanding the Amtsilati method because of the different experiences of students before boarding and studying the yellow book. The solution is to add training so that those who are still left behind in the material can catch up with those who already understand giving lessons to those who cannot. IMPLEMENTASI METODE AMTSILATI DI PONDOK PESANTREN AL-AQOBAH KWARON JOMBANG Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi metode amtsilati di pondok pesantren al-aqobah kwaron jombang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan beberapa poin. Pertama, Implementasi Metode Amtsilati di pondok Al-Aqobah Kwaron Diwek Jombang diawali dengan pemetaan yaitu: a) Tahun pertama menghafalkan qaidah ilmu nahwu dan ilmu sharaf dan memahami lima jilid kitab Amtsilati; b) Tahun kedua mengimplementasikan metode Amtsilati ketika membaca kitab yang telah ditentukan oleh ustadz; c) Tahun ketiga membaca, memahami kandungan kitab kuning dengan acuan metode Amtsilati. Kedua, Kendala dan solusi dalam implementasi metode amtsilati untuk mempercepat kemampuan membaca kitab kuning di pondok Al-Aqobah Kwaron Diwek Jombang adalah Kendala para santri mengalami kejenuhan ketika menghafal dan memahami metode Amtsilati karena pengalaman santri yang berbeda sebelum mondok dan belajar kitab kuning. Solusinya adalah penambahan latihan supaya yang masih tertinggal materi bisa menyusul yang sudah faham memberi pengajaran kepada yang belum bisa. Kata kunci: metode amtsilati, turath, pesantren.
