Abstract

Persaingan bisnis kedai kopi di kawasan Jababeka Cikarang semakin ketat seiring dengan meningkatnya budaya konsumsi kopi dan tuntutan konsumen terhadap produk yang berkualitas serta inovatif. Kondisi tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha kedai kopi untuk terus melakukan inovasi guna meningkatkan nilai pelanggan (customer value) dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kreasi menu dan memanfaatkan merchandise sebagai strategi peningkatan customer value dan pendapatan Flash Coffee Jababeka. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui survei lokasi dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendampingan pengembangan menu dan perancangan merchandise bersama karyawan, serta tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui diskusi untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan menu yang kreatif dan sesuai dengan tren konsumen mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk, kepuasan pelanggan, serta mendorong terjadinya pembelian ulang. Selain itu, pemanfaatan merchandise berperan dalam memperkuat identitas merek dan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan. Kegiatan ini juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam proses inovasi usaha. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa inovasi menu dan merchandise merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan customer value, memperkuat citra merek, serta mendukung peningkatan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan usaha kedai kopi di tengah persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh cashless payment, brand identity, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Gacoan pada konsumen Gen Z di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability metode purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEMPLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPls. Pengujian instrumen melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, inner model, dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa cashless payment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan brand identity dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menegaskan Mie Gacoan perlu memprioritaskan penguatan brand identity dan peningkatan kualitas produk serta tetap menyediakan opsi cashless payment untuk kenyamanan konsumen. Kata kunci : Cashless Payment, Brand Identity, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian, Gen Z. This study aims to determine the effect of cashles payment, brand identity, and product quality on the purchasing decisions of Gen Z consumers in Kabupaten Bekasi regarding Mie Gacoan products. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPls application. The instruments were tested for validity, reliability, inner model, and hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that cashless payment does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand identity and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The implications of this study confirm that Mie Gacoan needs to prioritize strengthening its brand identity and improving product quality while continuing to provide cashless payment options for consumer convenience. Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Russian Stock Exchange (IMOEX) on world oil prices (WTI), with the US Dollar variable serving as a mediating factor in the exchange rate between the US Dollar and the Russian currency (Ruble).Method — The research employs an associative causality research approach for data analysis. Path analysis techniques are utilized to examine the nexus between Russian Stock Exchange (IMOEX) and world oil prices with the US dollar serves as intervening variables. The study relies on secondary data collected on a weekly basis over a two-year period, specifically from 2021 to 2022. A total of 96 sample data points were gathered from various sources, including the internet, papers, books, and other references that support the research.Result — The findings indicate a significant positive impact of the Russian Stock Exchange (IMOEX) on the US Dollar/Rubles exchange rate. However, the US Dollar variable does not have a direct effect on world oil prices. Additionally, the Russian Stock Exchange (IMOEX), when mediated by the US Dollar, does not show any significant impact on the world oil price of WTI.Novelty  — To the best of our knowledge, no studies were identified that employed the US Dollar as a mediating variable in the Ruble/USD exchange rate. This study introduces a novel aspect by incorporating this mediating variable into the analysis.

Abstract

Data mining is the process of discovering interesting and useful patterns and relationships in large volumes of data to produce valuable information. This information can help company leaders make decisions in various business areas. Company leaders can then develop strategies to face competition in the business world, one of which is the business of selling car parts. The availability of information systems related to car parts purchase transactions can be used to determine the association of parts stored in the database. The collection of transaction data can then be analyzed using the data mining process with the apriori and fp-growth algorithms using RapidMiner, which will produce information about a set of spare parts that are always purchased together more accurately, easily, and quickly. Using the information generated, management can use this information as one of the inputs in making strategic decisions in facing business competition, such as strategies for promotional needs, buyer segmentation, inventory stock, spare parts placement, or observing customer shopping patterns

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge and personality traits on the investment behavior of Gen Z and Millennial women with education level serving as a mediating variable.Method: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS software. The study sample includes Gen Z and Millennial women in Bekasi Regency. A purposive sampling technique was used, combining online and direct questionnaire distribution methods as well as interviews. A total of 100 respondents were selected for the study.Result: The findings indicate that financial knowledge does not directly impact investment behavior or education level. However, personality traits significantly influence both investment behavior and education level. Additionally, education level significantly affects investment behavior. While education level does not mediate the relationship between financial knowledge and investment behavior, it does mediate the relationship between personality traits and investment behavior.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This research underscores the importance of financial knowledge for Gen Z and Millennial women, particularly as Gen Z is poised to become the "golden generation" by 2045. By fostering sound financial management practices through financial knowledge and personality traits, individuals can effectively convert income into long-term assets through various investment instruments. This, in turn, contributes to sustainable economic development and growth.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of personality traits and education level on financial knowledge and financial management behavior among Gen Z and Millennial women, with financial technology serving as a mediating variable.Method: The data analysis method employed in this study is associative causality using a quantitative approach, specifically Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample consists of Millennial and Gen Z women actively participating in the labor force in West Java. The sampling techniques include direct observation, online questionnaires, and interviews with 400 respondents.Result: The study found that personality traits and education levels significantly influence financial knowledge. Additionally, both financial knowledge and financial technology have a significant impact on financial management behavior. Financial knowledge also significantly affects financial technology, which mediates the relationship between personality, education level, and financial management behavior.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: This study highlights the financial management behavior of women, particularly Gen Z and Millennials, as a sustainable demographic bonus towards 2045. Improved financial management practices, driven by personality, education level, financial knowledge, and financial technology, can convert income into long-term savings, thereby contributing to sustainable economic growth and development.Originality/Value: This study introduces a novel perspective by focusing on samples of Gen Z and Millennial women in the West Java region and by emphasizing the role of financial technology as a mediating variable in the analysis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perangkat Koperasi Merah Putih di tingkat kelurahan, khususnya di Desa Randumulya, Kabupaten Karawang. Tujuan utama kegiatan adalah memperkuat pemahaman mengenai prinsip dan nilai koperasi, serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan organisasi, keuangan, dan pengembangan usaha koperasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya literasi koperasi, lemahnya tata kelola organisasi, serta keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam operasional koperasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan mitra secara aktif melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan dilakukan melalui survei dan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra. Tahap pelaksanaan meliputi kegiatan sosialisasi, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Selain itu, diperkenalkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi pengelolaan koperasi. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan serta memastikan keberlanjutan program. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang terstruktur mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan perangkat koperasi, sehingga berpotensi mendorong pengelolaan koperasi yang lebih profesional, transparan, dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Perlindungan hewan merupakan isu yang semakin penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat seiring meningkatnya kasus kekerasan, penelantaran, dan eksploitasi terhadap hewan yang masih sering terjadi di lingkungan sosial. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya perlindungan dan kesejahteraan hewan serta kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan hukum yang mengatur perlindungan hewan di Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif berupa penyuluhan hukum, sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, dan pemberian media edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai bentuk perlakuan yang layak terhadap hewan dan konsekuensi hukum terhadap tindakan penganiayaan hewan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan masyarakat umum, komunitas pecinta hewan, dan generasi muda sebagai sasaran utama edukasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesejahteraan hewan, tumbuhnya kesadaran hukum terkait larangan penganiayaan hewan, serta meningkatnya kepedulian masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam upaya perlindungan hewan di lingkungan sekitar. Edukasi perlindungan hewan juga terbukti mampu membangun sikap empati, tanggung jawab sosial, dan budaya hukum yang lebih humanis dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah preventif dalam mengurangi tindakan kekerasan terhadap hewan melalui pendekatan edukasi dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat.
