Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli pelanggan pada Burger King Bekasi. Desain Penelitian ini merupakan desain kausalitas. Objek penelitian yaitu pelanggan Burger King Bekasi.  Sampel pada temuan ini berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diatas diuji menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Kesimpulan utama berdasarkan keseluruhan pembahasan di atas adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi. Kedua, variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi. Ketiga, variabel promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pelanggan Burger King Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of credit procedures, interest rates and quality of credit services on credit decisions at BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The location of this research is BCA Bank, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. The research sample consisted of 90 people. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the research data. The conclusions of this study include: 1. The credit procedure variable partially has a positive and significant effect on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 2. The interest rate variable has a significant and positive effect partially on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 3. The credit service quality variable has a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch. 4. The credit procedure variable, interest rate level, and quality of credit services simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on credit decisions at BCA, Pondok Timur Bekasi branch.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the role of the mosque in improving the religious education of the Brekat Village Community is due to some people who use the mosque as a religious activity only. While the mosque has a role in all worship carried out by Muslims. Through qualitative methods, researchers have found that the role of the mosque is very influential in the religious education of the Brekat Tegal Village community. The role of the mosque makes the mosque a place of worship, religious activities, social activities and activities to gain knowledge for the Brekat village community.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of advertising on Instagram and its impact on the buying interests of the Millennial Generation. The factors used are: Credibility, Value, Informative, Emotion, and Entertainment. The analysis was carried out using confirmatory factor analysis based on data collected through cousions adopted from previous research. Data was then analyzed using the SmartPLS statistical program. Significant influences were found on the credibility, informative, emotion, and social media advertising factors. The results of this research can be useful for entrepreneurs who will do advertising on Instagram and also be a reference for students who take digital marketing or consumer behavior courses.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the QRIS payment system on the growth of the Net Profit Margin of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency. The study population consisted of MSMEs that have used QRIS in the area. A purposive sampling method was used for sampling. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 MSME owners. Data processing was performed using SPSS 21 software. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The study concluded that the QRIS payment system has a positive impact on increasing the Net Profit Margin of MSMEs ;located in Bekasi Regency. The use of QRIS offers benefits to MSMEs in the regency, such as a practical and fast method, requiring only one QR code, reducing reliance on cash, automating transaction recording, and enhancing the image and credibility of MSMEs. With the implementation of QRIS, the Net Profit Margin of MSMEs in Bekasi Regency has increased due to the fast and practical transaction process, operational cost savings, market expansion, increased consumer trust, transparency and ease of transaction reporting, and more secure transactions.
