Abstract

This study aims to examine how strategic leadership in the MSME sector affects the relationship between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial motivation to business outcomes. The selection of respondents for this study will be conducted by random sampling and purposive sampling for owners and leaders of MSMEs in Central Cikarang. A total of 100 respondents will be selected as the sample size. To conduct data analysis will use the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that entrepreneurial motivation does not directly influence business performance, but entrepreneurial ability and strategic leadership have a significant relationship with business performance. In addition, strategic leadership was shown to regulate the relationship by enhancing the positive effects of entrepreneurial ability and motivation on business outcomes. Abstract

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. Security and distribution factors must also be a concern of the company without compromising aesthetic value by using corrugated paper type cardboard on the outside and food grade plastic material on the inside so that it is guaranteed durability in shipping and is also environmentally friendly

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat mendorong UMKM untuk berevolusi dalam digital marketing. UMKM Esteh Indonesia merupakan salah satu UMKM yang perlu banyak ilmu tentang memanfaatkanvmedia sosial yang ada. Perlunya pengetahuan dan keahlian yang dimiliki tentang digital marketing menjadikan penggunaan digital marketing masih terbatas, serta cara penyusunan keuangan UMKM yang sudah bisa diakses di internet, oleh karena itu perlu adanya kegiatan sosialisasi digital marketing ditambah dengan pembukuan keuangan sederhana melalui aplikasi buku kas dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai tata Kelola keuangan penjualan yang jelas seperti seberapa besar laba atau rugi yang diperleh maupun persediaan, kegiatan sosialisasi ini diadakan di salah satu stand UMKM Estes Indonesia di Citra Indah City Ruko Rafflesia Blok AY.00 No.10, Singajaya, Kec. Jonggol, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat 16830. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, tahap pertama perencanaan yang meliputi survey lokasi, penentuan kerjasama dengan mitra, pembentukan tim dan struktur tim. Tahap kedua meliputi pelaksanaan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi kegiatan dan pelaporan. Hasil dari kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat di implementasikan karena sebelumnya sudah melakukan proses digital marketing sehingga tim PKM hanya menguatkan dan evaluasi perkembangan, serta sosialisasi keuangan UMKM dengan aplikasi buku kas terealisasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Pada zaman yang sudah serba digital, parenting terkait Pendidikan karakter dan intelektual sangat perlu disosialisasikan kepada Masyarakat luas, mengingat dampat dari zaman digitalisasi sangat mempengaruhi terhadap karakter dan intelektualitas anak-anak, sehingga pada kesempatan ini dilaksanakan sosialisasi parenting terkait Pendidikan karakter dan intelektual anak pada Guru-guru SDIT Assalam Ciantra. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini dilatar belakangi untuk mensosialisasikan parenting Pendidikan karakter dan intelektual anak pada Guru-guru SDIT Assalam Ciantra. Setelah diselenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyakat ini terkait parenting Pendidikan karakter dan intelektual anak diharapkan pemahaman, dan wawasan, peserta kegiatan dapat bertambah dalam Pendidikan karakter dan intelektual pada anak-anak SDIT Assalam Ciantra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan dengan metode observasi langsung, sosialisasi, dan wawancara dengan cara: ceramah/pemberian materi dan pemahaman. Setela dilaksanakannya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Sosialiasi Parenting Pendidikan Karakter dan Intelektual Anak di Era Digitalisasi, peserta kegiatan mendapat lebih pemahaman terkait ilmu-ilmu parenting, Pendidikan karakter, dan intelektual, peserta kegiatan mampu mengembangkan materi sosialisasi yang disampaikan sehingga kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

Indonesian people are increasingly creative and innovative in making new recipes to add to their daily food needs, besides that they are also creative in making snacks typical of their region. Currently, according to young people and parents, snacks are much loved, besides that with a distinctive taste from the West Java region in the city of Bandung which is familiar to be heard or felt by people who mostly like snacks with a spicy taste, namely "Seblak". The business being run certainly requires a way to attract customers to come and try it, therefore it is necessary to hold consistent marketing, marketing is carried out by promotional activities which is one of the important ways to compete not based on price but taste quality. The results of observations that I have made meeting directly with seblak owners mention the problems faced by the lack of understanding of the management and business planning needed, especially in terms of marketing, which currently requires the use of technology in its implementation. MSME empowerment requires more comprehensive and systematic planning that is able to facilitate MSMEs in solving the problems they face. As well as readiness in the use of technology such as promotional activities that are not only carried out through automatic whatsapp with a limited range of buyers, followed by promotions carried out through social media such as Instagram and Facebook because they are social media that are used more frequently so that the sales market is also wider, and currently in the age of all technology we can also take advantage of technology to do business by selling products in marketplaces such as gofood, gojek, grab etc.. That way, increasing the empowerment of MSMEs is increasingly developing from various sides.

Abstract

The research explores the role of digital wallets and online delivery services in enhancing the competitive edge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amidst rapid digitalization. With the growing importance of social capital and technological adoption, MSMEs can expand their business reach and improve their performance. The study highlights the significant increase in digital wallet utilization in Indonesia, where numerous platforms like Gopay and OVO have gained traction. Challenges such as a lack of digital literacy among MSME owners hinder their ability to leverage e-commerce effectively. This project involved direct support and consultation for MSMEs, aiming to address their challenges and identify strategic solutions. Findings indicate improved customer engagement through digital marketing, which allows MSMEs to build brand awareness without the need for extensive resources. Ultimately, the study advocates for increased digital presence and adaptability among MSMEs to thrive in the evolving market landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of Work-Life Balance, Employee Internal Marketing, and Corporate Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT XYZ Cikarang. OCB is a voluntary action taken by employees to improve organizational performance beyond their official responsibilities. An optimal work-life balance can improve employee well-being and strengthen their commitment to the company. Internal Employee Branding serves to strengthen employees' identity and relationship with the company, while Corporate Culture forms values and norms that encourage constructive behavior in the work environment. This study applies a quantitative method with a multiple regression analysis approach. Information was obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT XYZ Cikarang. The research findings indicate that work-life balance, internal marketing for employees, and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on OCB, both separately and together. The main factor that is most influential in strengthening OCB is Organizational Culture, which shows the important role of company values and norms in shaping employee attitudes. The findings suggest that companies should improve work-life balance, strengthen internal brands, and create a supportive organizational culture to encourage employees to perform behaviors that go beyond their responsibilities.

Abstract

Character catfish farming is relatively easy to implement by thepublic, this is the underlying reason why catfish farming is also widelyhailed by the public in such Karanganyar by Ulam Nastiti groups and NgudiMulyo groups located in the Suruh Village Tasikmadu Sub District KaranganyarDistrict. Some of the activities and the introduction of appropriatetechnology is given to the farmers in order to make the group more empowered.So far, almost all activities are conducted though the implementationis not fully compliant proposal, but the team's dedication consideration isthat these activities should be based on partner needs/goals. So althoughexcavation needs on time preparation of proposals have been made, but ifthe reality field conditions change then certainly needs changing partners,too, so that any given solution must be adjusted.Keywords : empowerment, catfish farming, and processed fish
