Abstract

Purpose — The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of global stock exchanges indices—the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) index, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) index, and the Nikkei 225 (N225) index—and macroeconomic variables (exchange rate and inflation) on the movement of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).Method — The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative causality with the GARCH model technique. The samples include the JCI, global stock exchanges (DJIA, SSE, N225) indices, and macroeconomic variables (exchange rate, inflation) based on monthly secondary data from 2017 to 2022, encompassing 72 months of observation.Result — The results showed that the global stock market variables of the DJIA and the SSE indices had a significant positive effect, while the N225 index had a significant effect on the JCI. Regarding macroeconomic variables, the exchange rate had a significant negative effect, whereas inflation did not affect the JCI.Novelty  — The novelty of this research, compared to previous studies, lies in the more recent research period, which spans from 2017 to 2022, and the inclusion of inflation variables, which have not been explored in prior studies.

Abstract

Koperasi adalah salah satu wadah strategis untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ekonomi masyarakat dengan semangat solidaritas dan kerja sama timbal balik. Namun, masih ada banyak anggota koperasi yang menghadapi hambatan dalam pengembangan bisnis, terutama dalam hal aspek bisnis dan manajemen bisnis yang efektif. Kegiatan layanan masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam bentuk seminar dalam sehari, dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dasar bagi anggota koperasi sensasi Tambun Selatan yang terkait dengan prinsip -prinsip startup, strategi pengembangan komersial dan manajemen yang tepat. Metode implementasi adalah dalam bentuk pasokan peralatan, diskusi interaktif, dan kasus penelitian yang terkait dengan upaya anggota koperasi. Hasilnya telah menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang pentingnya inovasi produk, perekaman keuangan sederhana, strategi pemasaran dan manajemen risiko perdagangan. Kegiatan ini akan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anggota untuk bekerja sama dalam mengelola bisnis mereka secara mandiri, profesional dan lebih terus menerus.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh ICT Self Efficacy secara langsung terhadap motivasi mahasiswa, kedua pengaruh motivasi mahasiswa secara langsung pada Technopreneurship Intention, ketiga pengaruh ICT Self Efficacy secara tidak langsung pada Technopreneurship Intention melalui motivasi mahasiswa sebagai variabel mediasi, Sampel yang dipakai merupakan ICT Self Efficacy, Technopreneurship Intention, dan motivasi mahasiswa dalam bentuk data kuesioner pada tahun 2024. Metode analisa data yang dipakai pada penelitian merupakan analisis jalur pada variabel ICT Self Efficacy, Technopreneurship Intention, dan motivasi mahasiswa sebagai variabel intervening. Hadil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung variabel ICT Self Efficacy terhadap motivasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan arah positif, variabel motivasi secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap Technopreneurship Intention, ICT Self Efficacy melalui variabel mediasi motivasi terhadap Technopreneurship Intention tidak berpengaruh.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi pengelolaan keuangan dan Fintech sangat perlu diaplikasikan oleh UMKM, kemudahan transaksi dan pengelolaan keuangan yang tepat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja usaha serta keuangan yang sehat. Kususnya UMKM yang menjadi salah at kontribusi besar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam negeri. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya mengelola keuangan usaha dengan baik dan benar, serta dapat memanfaatkan fungsi dari perkembangan fintech untuk kemudahan dalam transaksi usaha sehingga dalam traksaksi usaha kususnya menjadi efesiensi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Aula Desa Sirnajaya, Kecamatan Serang Baru, Kabupaten Bekasi dengan peserta merupakan macam-macam UMKM local dengan metode pelaksanaan sosialosasi, praktek, dan pengarahan secara langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi menghasilkan kontribusi secara praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dari awalnya rata-rata tidak melakukan manajemen keuangan dalam proses keuangan dari hasil usaha, menjadi lebih edukasi akan pentingnya mengatur keuangan usaha dengan lebih cermat, fungsinya bisa meminimalkan risiko keuangan yang tidak terarah dan cash flow yang lebih sehat. Kemudian selanjutnya terkait penggunaan fintech dalam usaha rata-rata belum memakai teknologi keuangan, contohnya dalam pembayaran transaksi QRIS, setelah disosialisasi dengan studi kasus dan fakta dilapangan bahwa kemudahan traksaksi dengan Fintech dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan lebih signifikan dalam kinerja UMKM, pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan penggunaan fintech meningkatkan kinerja usaha.

Abstract

Gen Z, as the demographic bonus generation, certainly has an important role to play. The number of independent women today can rival the number of male workers, making women a benchmark for economic growth. From this phenomenon, Gen Z women in Indonesia's journey towards a golden Indonesia in 2045 must understand and use insurance products for long-term protection. Based on this background, this study aims to examine several aspects: first, the direct role of financial literacy on insurance literacy; second, the direct Influence of financial literacy on Education level; third, the direct impact of Education level on insurance literacy; and fourth, the mediating role of Education level in the indirect relationship between financial literacy and insurance literacy. The research method employs a quantitative causal approach, with a sample of Gen Z women in Bekasi Regency using purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques utilize SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares) with the SmartPLS statistical tool. The results of the study found that financial literacy and Education level directly and significantly Influence insurance literacy. In contrast, financial literacy directly and significantly influences Education level, and Education level mediates the relationship between financial literacy and insurance literacy

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of entrepreneurial skills and leadership style in influencing business performance, especially for women entrepreneurs. In the age of globalization and increasingly intense competition, women entrepreneurs must possess sufficient skills and apply efficient leadership styles in order to achieve the best business outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which entrepreneurial skills and leadership styles impact the business performance of women entrepreneurs. This study involved women entrepreneurs in Bekasi district with 100 respondents randomly selected as the research sample. Information was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares) technique to test the research model and hypotheses. The analysis found that entrepreneurial ability and leadership style have a major impact on firm performance. The entrepreneurial capability has been shown to make a significant contribution to improving operational efficiency and the ability to innovate, while a flexible and inspiring leadership style is able to improve team motivation and performance. It was found that it is important for women entrepreneurs to develop appropriate competencies and leadership styles to support their business success.

Abstract

The increasingly massive unemployment rate is a very bad condition for the domestic economy; the role of the government is very important in minimizing unemployment. This condition is a very heavy burden for the community and the government; if it continues, it will continue to impact the decline in people's purchasing power. From this background, the purpose of this research is to analyze directly the minimum wage variable and the level of labor force participation in the unemployment rate, as well as the direct effect of the minimum wage on labor force participation, then the indirect effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate through the mediation of the level of labor force participation. The data analysis method used in the research is path analysis on the minimum wage variable, unemployment rate, and labor force participation rate as intervening variables. The results showed that the direct relationship between minimum wage and labor force participation rate had no effect. The direct relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate had no effect. The direct relationship between the labor force participation rate and the unemployment rate had a positive effect. The indirect relationship between minimum wage and unemployment rate by the mediation dimension of labor force participation rate did not mediate the two.

Abstract

The role of Gen Z and Gen Millennials is vital as social capital, the financial behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials is an important capital in the future journey of the Indonesian economy, and the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials will have an impact on the level of education and finance, from this urgency the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials needs to be studied as an urgency in this study. The research objectives are formulated using specific objectives by analyzing the role of financial knowledge, personality traits, and education level in the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen Millennials. The data analysis method in this research is a quantitative approach. The analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The study samples were Gen Z and Gen Millennials in Bekasi Regency. The research sampling technique used purpose sampling with online and direct questionnaire techniques and interviews. The sample determined by the purpose sampling technique was 100 respondent samples. The results showed that the financial knowledge variable has no effect on financial management behavior, the personality traits variable has a significant effect on financial management behavior, and the level of education variable significantly affects the financial management behavior of Gen Z and Gen millennials in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

Administrasi laporan keuangan meruapakan administrasi umum yang Sebetulnya dalam pelaksanaan sudah harus efesiensi dan efektif, kususnya pada pencatatan laporan keuangan sebagai administrasi umum pada pelaku usaha Fenina Salon & Reflexology sehingga pencatatan laporan keuangan menjadi efesiensi dan efektif. Latar belakan tersebut menjadi landasan tim PKM berupaya mendampingi dan membuat sistem laporan keuangan tersebut pada usaha Fenina Salon & Reflexology Jalan Hollywood Boulevard Ruko, Jl. Rodeo Drive No.27 Blok B6, Mekarmukti, Kec. Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat 17530. Tujuan pada kegiatan PKM merupakan pendampingan dan pembuatan sistem laporan keuangan berbasis excel dalam implementasi ilmu pengetahuan pada Fenina Salon & Reflexology. Pelaksanaan kegiatan merupakan pendampingan dan pembuatan sistem laporan keuangan berbasis Microsoft excel. Hasil pada kegiatan memberikan dampat positif bagi administrasi keuanan Fenina Salon & Reflexology, sehingga pencatatan menjadi lebih efektif dan efesiensi, laporan keuangan yang simple dan mudah dipahami oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dalam proses pengawasan perkembangan usaha
