Abstract

BUMDes serves as a tool to drive rural economic development by harnessing the potential within the village. One of the primary obstacles in the development of BUMDes is the lack of qualified human resources. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide training and workshops to the management of BUMDES in Desa Waru, focusing on developing BUMDES flagship products. The method employed in this PKM involves training and workshops, which include both theoretical instruction and practical application of the materials provided. The participants in this activity consist of 15 individuals who are part of the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru. As a result of this PKM, BUMDES in Desa Waru now possesses several flagship products that can be further developed, including "Snack Si Engkong" made from cassava, a Savings and Loans Cooperative, and a trendy concept Café business. The training and workshop on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as an Economic Driver for the Community in Desa Waru, Parung District, Bogor Regency, have been conducted smoothly, without significant issues. The materials provided in this activity were well-suited to the needs of the participants, who also serve as the management team of BUMDES in Desa Waru.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important resource for the success and existence of a company in achieving its goals. However, it should be balanced with the maintenance of employees so that existing resources feel comfortable in the company. A company that can make its resources last is a challenge because of the many other factors influencing employees to leave, such as the work environment and the leadership applied. Based on this, the researcher wishes to conduct a study to determine and explain the effect of the work environment and situational leadership style on the intention to resign employees at PT. Bumiatama Gunajaya Agro. This research is classified into quantitative types with descriptive nature. The tests were carried out using simple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple linear analysis, and classical assumption tests. A simple random sampling technique was used to determine the number of samples; with the slovin formula obtained, the respondents amounted to 81. The data processing device in this study uses IBM SPSS Statistics Ver. 25. The analysis results in this study indicate that the work environment and leadership style variables have a negative and significant effect on employee resignation intentions. The work environment and situational leadership style variables negatively and significantly affect employees' intention to resign. It can be proven by the significance level of each below 0.05, which is 0.000. The suggestions from researchers for PT. Bumitama Gunajaya Agro pays more attention to the rights and opportunities fully and fairly through its employees' situational leadership style and work environment, especially the equipment used to support the work, increase employee loyalty, and reduce the level of intention to resign employees

Abstract

Indonesia has aimed to establish itself as the global hub for Islamic fashion since 2016. Despite producing a significant volume of fashion, particularly in textiles, the country has yet to achieve this goal by 2020. Moreover, the waste generated from fashion production has had adverse effects. To address these challenges and enhance its competitive edge in global Muslim fashion, Indonesia sees fashion sustainability as a crucial solution, offering a more sustainable approach compared to fast fashion. This study focuses on Maison Gadiza's adoption of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) concept to explore how it is implemented. It examines the application of TBL from Islamic perspectives and delves into the challenges and opportunities within the Islamic sustainability fashion business. Using qualitative methods such as interviews, observations, and analysis of Maison Gadiza's documentation, the research reveals that Maison Gadiza integrates the TBL concept with a focus on People, Planet, and transforming Profit into blessings. These blessings hold significant value not only in this world but also in the hereafter, aligning with Islamic values. However, the study identifies challenges stemming from market trends that influence consumer behaviors, such as extensive discount offers and promotional campaigns. On the other hand, Maison Gadiza sees opportunities in the growing awareness among today's youth for eco-friendly products and brands, as well as increasing global support for sustainability initiatives

Abstract

Tokopedia adalah perusahaan bisnis marketplace terkemuka di Indonesia yang memungkinkan individu, toko kecil dan merek untuk membuka dan mengelola toko online. 90 juta lebih banyak pengguna aktif setiap bulan, 6,4 juta lebih banyak penjual yang menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 236 responden yang sudah pernah menggunakan aplikasi Tokopedia untuk membeli produk atau jasa dan memiliki aplikasi Tokopedia,menonton, teknik sampling menggunakan teknik Convenience sampling dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Hair. Pengujian menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek, promosi dan online customer experience memberikan pengaruh untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, adapun saran peneliti untuk Tokopedia yaitu untuk melihat beberapa faktor lain untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, dan terus meningkatkan kualitas dari citra merek, promosi dan online customer experience yang dimiliki Tokopedia

Abstract

Pandemi yang belum tahu kapan akan berakhir ini menjadikan semua pihak menyiapkan diri untuk tetap beraktivitas dengan tetap patuh pada protokol kesehatan harus membatasi jumlah pengunjung dan karyawan yang akhirnya dibagi dalam beberapa shift waktu. Langkah yang dapat dilakukan dalam memasarkan produk di dalam media sosial yang berupa TikTok ini tidak lain dan tidak bukan yaitu membuat hal semenarik mungkin yang tentunya sedikit menaruh bumbu-bumbu produk ke dalam kreativitas video tersebut. sebuah fenomena yang pernah terjadi ketika seorang pria berniat untuk mengiklankan produknya namun yang terjadi malah daya tarik video tersebut melebihi isi dari produk yang ia promosikan. Aktivitas utama dari pemasaran melalui TikTok Shop ini untuk memperluas cakupan konsumen dan bisa lebih dikenal lagi di kalangan masyarakat dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat akun TikTok terlebih dahulu dan langsung mengarah kepada fasilitasnya yaitu TikTok Shop yang sesuai dengan konsep Tji Liwueng Coffe. TikTok Shop berisikan fitur dimana produk kita bisa dengan mudah dipasarkan dengan beberapa cara tentunya. Output dari kegiatan pemasaran aplikasi TikTok melalui TikTok Shop yang dijalankan ini adalah untuk menaikan citra dan brand dari Tji Liwoeng Coffee dengan tidak mengubah total. Kemudian dengan adanya TikTok Shop ini berharap target pasar akan semakin meluas dan juga penjualan meningkat dan juga bisa berpotensi untuk merangkul potensi pasar yang baru.

Abstract

Data menyebutkan bahwa Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar dengan angka sekitar 61 persen. Direktur Pembinaan Pengelolaan Keuangan BLU Kementrian Keuangan, Ary Wahyuni dari jumlah tersebut kontribusi UMKM menyerap tenaga kerja mencapai 97 persen. Dalam menjalankan program Community Development, mahasiswa ESQ Business School berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas daripada UMKM dengan cara bekerjasama dengan IWAPI Jakarta Timur. IWAPI merupakan Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia, dalam hal ini kami bekerjasama dengan IWAPI di daerah Jakarta Timur. Kami memilih IWAPI sebagai organisasi yang kami ajak bekerjasama dikarenakan legalitas organisasi tersebut dan juga feedback dari organisasi tersebut yang kami nilai sangat baik dari segi komunikasi dan kerjasama lainnya, khususnya Tji Liwoeng Coffee. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukannya proses Re-Branding dengan meningkatkan brand awareness. Tujuan utumanya dari Re-branding sendiri adalah untuk memperbaruhi sebuah brand yang telah ada agar menjadi lebih baij dengan tidak mengabaikan tujuan awal dari Tji Liewoeng Coffee itu sendiri. Pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah membuat mood board yang sesuai dengan permintann dari pemilik. Maka dari itu dengan adanya Re-branding terhadap Tji Liewoeng Coffee ini meningkatkan engagement dan juga pendapatan. Kelebihan dari Re-branding adalah memberikan potensi yang lebih menonjol terhadap kompetitor. Dalam melakukan kegiatan ini juga ditemukan perbedaan diantara dunia kuliah dan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Tanaman hidroponik merupakan tanaman yang ditanam menggunakan sistem hidroponik tanpa media tanam dan menggunakan lahan rumah sebagai tempatnya tanpa menggunakan lahan luas. Memilih kangkung sebagai tanaman hidroponik yang akan diedukasikan kepada walisantri Rumah Tahfidz Qur’an Bojong Koneng Bogor. Dengan metode pelaksanaannya ada dua (2) yaitu input dengan mengidentifikasi masalah, kemudian melakukan observasi kepada para walisantri untuk menyusun materi serta stretegi keberlangsungan program. Dan output yaitu isi materi edukasinya seperti memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tanaman hidroponik terhambat pertumbuhannya. Sehingga hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat diketahui sebagai mestinya bahwa tanaman hidroponik (kangkung hidroponik) dapat dilakukan diwaktu luang sesuai dengan jadwalnya. Hasil panen dapat dinikmati bersama keluarga. Dapat disimpulkan edukasi yang tim Pengabdian Masyarakat lakukan bermanfaat bagi walisantri Rumah Tahfidz Qur’an Bojong Koneng Bogor dikarenakan setelah kegiatan berakhir para walisantri tetap ingin menanam tanaman hidroponik di rumah mereka. Juga program ini berakhir sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan

Abstract

Al-Quran is a way of life for Muslims. Therefore, the Koran is essential to learn because it is a source of Islamic law (maṣādir al-aḥkām) in solving a problem. The method of issuing a rule from the Quran is called ijtihad. The mujtahid tasks must be to understand the text (nash), understand the meaning of a pronunciation, region, object, designate the word for the word, and the type and degree of its action. Ushul Fiqh Expert divides into two parts, namely the appointment (dilālah) of the text for meaning and the appointment (dilālah) of the text of the syaraʻ law directly. The position (dilālah) of the purpose text includes the discussion of ʻam and khas. Therefore, this article will explain how to use the legal norms and language rules in the science of ushul fiqh, one of the definitions of ʻam and khas and implementation in determining Islamic law. The explanation includes the rules of language lughāwiyah, ʻam and khaṣ and ​​the law uses theorem ʻam. This article will analyze and explore how the actual science of Ushul fiqh is used and the arguments about the istihbat law itself. the rules of language and other things to know how the idea is used based on the correct rules.

Abstract

The progress of science in the field of medicine has brought immense advantages to human existence. Nonetheless, these advancements have both positive and negative consequences for humanity. They also give rise to deliberation and disagreement, particularly concerning Islamic jurisprudence, as not all medical technological breakthroughs can be embraced without reservation in society. This study is a descriptive, analytic, and comparative literature review. The ushuliy approach is employed to examine the methodology utilized by the two organizations in determining their stance on human corneal transplants. The primary source material used in this research is the fatwa issued by Majelis Ulama Indonesia in 2009 regarding Corneal Transplants. The data for this research was collected through a documentation method, which involves gathering information from various articles and books. The collected data was then analyzed using content analysis, which involves a descriptive and scientific examination of the key messages. The findings of this study reveal that Majelis Ulama Indonesia holds the view that corneal transplants can be performed on individuals in need, with the intention of Tabarru' (acts of charity), if there are no alternative medical options available, based on the principle of Maslahah (benefit or public interest).

Abstract

This Community Empowerment Program aims to enhance the well-being of the community around PT. Transportation Jakarta through the utilization of recycled paper. The initiative focuses on collaboration with Bank Sampah Kumala to create added value from the paper recycling process. Firstly, education is provided to the community and employees of PT. Transportation Jakarta about the importance of paper recycling and its positive environmental impact. Subsequently, a partnership is established with Bank Sampah Kumala to collect used paper from PT. Transportation Jakarta. The used paper is then processed through an environmentally friendly recycling process. This community service provides dual benefits. First, it reduces the amount of paper waste entering landfills, potentially mitigating negative environmental impacts. Second, the recycled paper products are sold, providing additional income to the community under the care of Bank Sampah Kumala. The increased income is expected to contribute positively to the well-being of the surrounding community. By involving PT. Transportation Jakarta and Bank Sampah Kumala, this community service creates synergy between the company, the community, and waste management institutions. Thus, the project not only generates a positive impact on paper waste management but also enhances community well-being through additional income
