Abstract

Energi listrik dari PLN bisa saja padam atau mengalami gangguan tegangan jatuh dan lebih (undervoltage dan overvoltage). Oleh karena itu, disusun desain ini untuk membuat simulasi UPS sebagai back-up untuk mencatu beban sensitif apabila terjadi pemadaman dan gangguan sistem. UPS ini dirancang menggunakan sistem charging Baterai 12 V, 18 Ah untuk menyuplai inverter dengan metode arus konstan dan tegangan konstan (CC CV). Beban akan switch ke inverter apabila terjadi pemadaman atau gangguan tegangan. Sistem yang difokuskan adalah skema STS (Static Transfer Switch) menggunakan komponen semikonduktor TRIAC yang dikontrol menggunakan mikrokontroler. Logika If-Else digunakan untuk mengontrol penyulutan TRIAC sedangkan logika PI digunakan untuk mengatur sinyal PWM agar tegangan charging dapat stabil 3,6 A saat di kondisi CC dan 13.8 V saat kondisi CV. Hasil menunjukkan program PI dapat mengatur tegangan dan arus secara konstan demi menjaga umur baterai dan STS yang dapat melakukan switching saat terjadi gangguan tegangan. Power from the grid can occasionally fail or experience voltage drops and surges (undervoltage and overvoltage). This design simulates a UPS as a backup to supply sensitive loads during outages and system disturbances. The UPS uses a 12V, 18Ah battery charging system to supply an inverter with Constant Current and Constant Voltage (CC CV). The load switches to the inverter during outages or voltage issues. The focus is on a Static Transfer Switch (STS) using TRIAC semiconductors controlled by a microcontroller. If-Else logic controls the TRIAC firing, while PI logic regulates the PWM signal to stabilize charging at 3.6 A in CC mode and 13.8 V in CV mode. Results show the PI program effectively maintains constant voltage and current to preserve battery life, and the STS successfully switches during voltage disturbances.

Abstract

Kampung Seni Grajen utilizes this wood dust waste to create high-value paintings through a manual roasting process, which requires significant time and intensive supervision. This study aims to develop an electric stove based on fuzzy logic to improve the efficiency of the wood dust roasting process. The electric stove employs a Band Heater as a heating element, controlled by an AC-AC Controller and fuzzy logic to regulate the temperature automatically. The system is also equipped with an agitator to ensure even heat distribution. Testing was conducted using both open-loop and closed-loop methods. In the open-loop testing, the input voltage directly affected the temperature, but the temperature increase was not always linear. The closed-loop testing demonstrated that the system could maintain a stable temperature in the range of 84°C to 87°C, with an error rate of 2.38%, despite slight discrepancies due to environmental factors or sensor tolerances. The roasting results are used to make Grajen paintings
