Abstract

Many countries recognize that the problem of education is complicated, but everyone feels that education is an important state duty. In developing countries such as Indonesia, existing education systems and methods are often the target of criticism because the entire education system is in doubt. The low quality of education in Indonesia today will certainly have a negative impact on the life of the nation, because one of the factors for the progress of a country is the advancement of education in that country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to explain and understand the influence of democratic leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teachers in school. The study was conducted using a survey by distributing questionnaires in April 2022, in which 50 School teachers were used as respondents. The results of this study indicate that high democratic leadership will improve teacher performance, high work motivation will improve teacher performance, and good job satisfaction will improve teacher performance. Simultaneously, the democratic leadership variable, work motivation variable, and job satisfaction variable proved to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at school.

Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research how is influence of empowerment on performance. How is influence of self eficacy on performance. How is influence of work ethos on performance. How is influence of empowerment, self eficacy and work ethos on performance. The purpose of this research is for know influence and analize of empowerment on performance. For know influence and analize of self eficacy on performance. For know influence and analize of work ethos on performance. For know influence and analize of empowerment, self eficacy and work ethos on performance. The sample in this research is 30 employees, with data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research result is empowerment variable influence positive and significant on performance. Self eficacy variable influence positive and significant on performance. Work ethos variable influence positive and significant on performance, empowerment, self eficacy and work ethos variable influence positive and significant on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang tepat digunakan oleh sebuah pelaku usaha. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini dilakukan pelaku usaha yang menggeluti dibidang industry pangan yaitu pada UMKM Gula Merah di Desa Sei Silau Kab.Asahan. data yang diperoleh dari hasil data primer, data sekunder. Beberapa metode pengujian yang merupakan langkah-langkah dari uji analisis SWOT, diantaranya yaitu dengan menggunakan Matriks IFAS, Matriks EFAS, serta diagram SWOT. Nilai hasil dari uji Matrik IFAS (2,59) digunakan sebagai sumbu X (horizontal) pada diagram SWOT dan nilai hasil uji matriks EFAS (2,80) digunakan sebagai sumbu Y (vertikal) pada diagram SWOT. Hasil SWOT menerangkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada daerah IV, dimana pada daerah tersebut menggambarkan bahwa faktor-faktor internal pelaku usaha UMKM dalam keadaan lemah. Hasil analisis SWOT yang digambarkan dengan menggunakan diagram SWOT menunjukkan kondisi usaha UMKM berada pada kuadran IV, dimana hal tersebut berarti bahwa UMKM Gula Merah di Desa Sei Silau Kab.Asahan berada pada posisi Defence (bertahan) dan strategi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha UMKM Gula Merah Di Desa Sei Kab.Asahan adalah Strategi Agresif , yaitu pelaku usaha harus mampu mengembangkan kekuatan yang ada dan meningkatkan serta mempertahankan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai Jalan Jambi No.1, Rambung Barat, Binjai Selatan., Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, kode pos 20722, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (3,223 < 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work environment has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (3,992 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work culture appraisal has a effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai, this is supported by an analysis of t count >-table (11,210 > 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%.Value of F-count> F table (56,432 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline, work environment and work culture appraisal on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Binjai. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

Abstract

Tujuan dari suatu organisasi (instansi) salah satunya adalah terdapatnya karyawan-karyawan yang bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan terlihat bahwa masalah yang terjadi ada pada konflik dan stres kerja. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Mengetahui pengaruh konflik terhadap stres kerja pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Mengetahui Stres kerja memediasi konflik dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang terdapat pada PT. Jasa Raharja Persero Cabang Sumatera Utara yang berjumlah 130 dan sampel sebanyak jumlah dari populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara konflik (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Ada pengaruh signifikan antara stres kerja (Z) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara konflik (X) terhadap stres kerja (Z) pada  Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara. Konflik (X) berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) tanpa melalui stres kerja (Z), dengan itu stres kerja tidak dimediasi oleh konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh leader member exchage (Lmx) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui organizational citizenship behaviour (ocb) sebagai variabel  Intervening  pada Dinas Tenagakerjaan  Kota Medan baik itu secara langung maupun secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis jalur. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh Leader member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Tidak ada pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Ada pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Ada pengaruh Leader member Exchange terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Ada pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tidak ada pengaruh Leader member Exchange terhadap Kinerja Pegawai kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Ada pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan. hasil pengujian nilai R-Square diperoleh hasil bahwa model jalur yang menggunakan variabel intervening adalah 0,799 dan 0,483. Dengan kata lain kemampuan variabel X yaitu Leader Member Exchenge   dan Kompensasi dalam menjelaskan vaiabel Z yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah sebesar 79,9% dengan demikian model tergolong substansial (kuat) dan kemampuan variabel X yaitu Leader Member Exchenge    dalam menjelaskan vaiabel Y yaitu Kinerja Pegawai adalah sebesar 48,3% dengan demikian model tergolong substansial (rendah).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Amindy Barokah Sumut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Amindy Barokah Sumut. sedangkan sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penarikan sampel pengamatan yang dilakukan berjumlah 67 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00. Secara parsial diketahui kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Amindy Barokah Sumut dimana di peroleh (thitung 6,055) (ttabel 1.997) dan angka sig 0.000 0.05. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dimana di peroleh (thitung 8,715) (ttabel 1.997) dan angka sig 0.000 0.05. Secara simultan diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Amindy Barokah Sumut dimana di peroleh (fhitung 194,642) (ftabel 3.14) dan angka sig 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of career development, training, teaching experience, and discipline on the education quality of Simpang Kiri Muhammadiyah Middle School in Subulussalam City. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sample of 30 teachers of Simpang Kiri Muhammadiyah Middle School. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that: (1) partially career development variables (X1) did not have a significant influence on the quality of education (Y) with a value of 09.1% and a significance level of 0.40 > 0.05, the hypothesis proposed by career development does not have a significant effect on the quality of education rejected. (2) Career Development (X1), Training (X2), Teaching Experience (X3) and Discipline (X3) contribute to the variable Quality of Education (Y) of 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research variable, such as environment, leadership style, and other factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on employee performance in the work environment of the East Aceh District National Land Agency with 29 employee respondents. This type of research is field-based using a quantitative approach. In this study the authors used a quantitative and associative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used library study techniques and questionnaire techniques. The results showed: 1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient value tcount<ttable, which is 3.490<1.703 at 0.002<0.05 significant. It is concluded that hypothesis H is rejected and H1 is accepted. 2) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the coefficient value of tcount>ttable, which is 3.769>1.703 at a significant 0.001<0.05. It can be concluded that hypothesis H is rejected and H1 is accepted. 3) work attitude has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of the coefficient tcount>ttable, which is 0.004<1.703 at a significant 0.960>0.05. which concluded that the research hypothesis H3 was rejected and H0 was accepted. 4) Simultaneously interpersonal communication, job training and work attitudes have a positive effect on improving employee performance. Which is based on the results of the study using the F test (simultaneous test) with a significant value of α 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (68.382> 3.35). The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is R Square 0.878 or equal to 87.8%. This figure implies that the variables Interpersonal Communication (X1), Training (X2), Work Attitude (X3) simultaneously affect the Employee Performance variable (Y) of 87.8%. And the rest (100% -87.8% = 12.2%) is influenced by other variables outside the regression equation or the variables studied.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many compalints of small and medium business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in many countries, including Indonesia, which occurred in early 2020 which was very influential on people’s purchasing power. In an effort to generate small and medium enterprises, various strategies are needed to gain market share so that buyers are interested so as to increase sales. Marketing activities must be carried out effectively and efficiently and focus on product quality, promotion, and sales. In this case, an active role and management strategy is needed from the Cooperative, Small and Medium Enterprises Kabupaten Batu Bara to increase sales of production results from small and medium bussiness actors after Covid-19. This research is focused on finding out the most effective strategy used to achieve maximum sales results. The research method used is qualitative research, with interviews with Head of Offices, small and medium business actors and business actors, and other data obtained from varios existing book references. From the results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out is to choose the market, product, distribution and promotion. The most effective marketing strategy is promotion through social media and advertising.
