Abstract

Inter-santri conflict is a dynamic that often arises in the pesantren environment, which if not managed properly can disrupt community harmony and the educational process. This study aims to analyse the application of deliberation and islah approaches in resolving inter-santri conflicts in pesantren. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that deliberation is effective in creating an open dialogue space, where each party can express their views and seek solutions together equally. The islah approach, which emphasises peace and restoration of relationships, is able to minimise the impact of conflict and strengthen ukhuwah among santri. The combination of deliberation and islah results in a resolution that not only resolves the conflict, but also builds justice, unity, and harmony in pesantren life. This research recommends strengthening the values of deliberation and islah in pesantren life through integration in character education and santri development programmes. Thus, this approach can be a relevant conflict resolution model, not only for pesantren, but also in a broader social context.

Abstract

This article aims to understand the transnational Islamic movement with a focus on three countries: Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand. Transnational Islamic movement refers to the flow and influence of Islam that transcends national borders and has significant impacts on the social, political, and religious developments in the involved countries. This case study will discuss the key characteristics of the transnational Islamic movement in Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand, as well as the factors influencing its development. Additionally, the article will also analyze how this movement plays a role in shaping the Muslim identity in these three countries. The research methods employed in this article are descriptive and comparative analysis. Data is obtained through literature studies and document reviews. The research findings indicate that the transnational Islamic movement in Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand exhibits different characteristics depending on the respective countries' histories, cultures, and political situations. Factors such as migration, social media, financial support, and political issues play crucial roles in the development of this movement. In conclusion, the transnational Islamic movement has significant impacts within the contexts of Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand.

Abstract

Inclusive education provides equal opportunities for children with disabilities to develop according to their potential. However, in practice, many students with special needs still face various obstacles in the learning process, especially if only conventional methods are used. This research aims to empower children with disabilities at MI 2 Jombang, Jember, through creative skills as an innovative learning medium. The modelling method uses ABCD. The results show that creative skills are effective to improve academic understanding, motor skills, as well as self-confidence of children with disabilities. The implementation of this empowerment programme is done through the integration of creative skills in, teacher training, provision of supporting facilities, and cooperation. A creative skills-based approach can have a positive impact on the intellectual and emotional development of children with disabilities. Therefore, support from various parties, including schools, parents and communities, is needed to ensure the sustainability of this programme in improving the quality of inclusive education. Abstract

Assistance for Nurul Huda musholla students in introducing basic Arabic using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method. The strategy used to achieve the expected goals is divided into three stages, namely (1) Preparation, (2) Implementation, and (3) ) Evaluation. Basic Arabic reading, writing, and basic Arabic speaking. Arabic. Qiroah, Kitabah, Kalam. The source of empowerment was chosen by gathering a number of students from the Nurul Huda Yosowilangun – Lumajang musholla. While the implementation of this service requires only a few participants, because many students of the Nrulu Huda prayer room are still learning to read iqro', after discussing with several ustadz at the Nurul Huda Mosque, only students who can already read the Qur'an are allowed to take part in Arabic learning activities base. the basic Arabic learning method of qiroah, scriptures, and kalam is very effective for helping students of the Nurul Huda Yosowilangun mosque to get to know the basic Arabic language for writing, reading and speaking. This method is very effective for understanding Arabic and can help musholla Nurul Huda students who wish to continue their studies at Islamic boarding schools or advanced levels as a basis or provision for them in the future.

Abstract

The implementation of a work program in the form of mentoring the youth activities of Al-Hasan mosque balungombo village tembelang tembelang district of Jombang district as a bridge in achieving an organizing goal, unifying youth harmony in building a relationship with the local community through the educational activities of the Qur'an during the covid-19 pandemic. The partner of this community service activity is the Youth Association of Masjid Al-Hasan balungombo village Tembelang sub-district of Tembelang Jombang Regency. The background of this devotion is the importance of a teenage person in the introduction of the law of tajwid science as well as improving reading in reading the Holy Qur'an early on by always improving the makhorijul of letters. The purpose of this community service activity is to unify the relationship between the youth in Balungombo village tembelang tembelang sub-district of Jombang district, and to add santri knowledge about tajwid science and improve the makhorijul letters to the youth of Al-Hasan mosque balungombo village to the Education of the Qur'an. The method used in this devotion is the first, bottom up approach using "participation". The approach does not depart from the outside but from the inside. A set of problems and needs are formulated together, a number of values and systems are understood together. The second is that when applying the reading method to the Qur'an many adolescents have difficulty reading, choking, and loss of concentration, then a researcher immediately takes a step. The way to re-focus the youth on props. The goal is to better understand the concept, and know where the difficulties are.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still low learning motivation among students in schools, particularly in the fifth-grade elementary school level. The researcher focuses on the implementation of the card sorting learning method to enhance student motivation. The aim of this study is to understand the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the card sorting learning model to improve student motivation in this subject area. This is observed through the process of teaching and learning activities, which includes the initial stage of learning, the core learning activities, and the conclusion of the learning process, all aimed at boosting student motivation. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research design. The subjects of this research are fifth-grade students from MI Al-Ma'arif 02 Jombang, as well as the researcher. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) the selection of enjoyable and active learning methods can enhance student motivation, 2) students are enthusiastic about participating in lessons using the card sorting method, 3) students have become more confident and skilled in expressing opinions and actively asking questions, both to peers and to the teacher, and 4) it can help students become more independent and better understand the material presented

Abstract

Empowerment in general can be interpreted as power, strength and ability. While the parents are the father or mother. both biological, adopted, step-in-law and in-laws. But in this study, parents are defined as people whose age has entered old age, whether they include the mother or father or not. Empowerment of parents in reading the Qur'an needs to be developed and optimized. Because the optimization of reading the Qur'an does not look at age, both children, adolescents and parents need to continue to be optimized and developed. Here we do community service with the theme "Optimizing Empowerment for Parents Through Reading the Qur'an With the Tilawati Method in Wonorejo Village". So here we provide direction or guidance related to these problems. In implementing the Empowerment for Parents service program through reading the Qur'an, we use the EBR (Empowerment-Based Research) research method where in this EBR method there are 4 stages, including exploration, create and action, evaluation and report and dissemination. . The results of the parent empowerment program in Wonorejo Village are in accordance with the goals that have been set by us, namely so that parents can still learn to read the Qur'an correctly and fluently according to the rules of tajwid optimally even though they are quite old. So it is necessary to have a method of empowerment. So we chose the Tilawati method in the study, so that the empowerment of learning to read the Qur'an for elderly people in Wonorejo Village is optimal. And then it can be continued by the teachers and cadres that have been formed.

Abstract

Kesulitan yang terjadi di pondok pesantren Assunniyyah ini disebabkan oleh bahan ajar pembelajaran gramatika bahasa Arab yang menggunakan kitab-kitab klasik karangan para ulama yang notabene menggunakan bahasa Arab. Penggunaan Kalimat Arab pada bahan ajar ini menghambat bagi santri yang kurang mengerti terhadap bahasa arab terlebih lagi mempelajari bahasa Arab bukan suatu hal bisa dipelajari secara singkat. Buku terjemah yang bisa digunakan secara mandiri akan lebih membantu santri untuk menghafal, memahami, dan menguasai tata bahasa Arab dengan mudah dan cepat, sehingga dengan terjemah I’rob yang disusun bisa mengurangi problematika belajar bahasa Arab dipondok pesantren Assuniyyah. Penerjemahan kitab ini juga dilandasi oleh potensi dan peluang santri AsSunniyah terkait gramatika bahasa Arab untuk menyalurkan ilmunya pada santri lain dalam memberikan kemudahan bagi santri AsSunniyyah terlebih bagi pemula.Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk pemberdayaan kepada santri Pondok Pesantren Assunniyah dalam penerjemahan kitab Al-Irob yang bisa digunakan sebagai lintas jenjang pendidikan diniyah. Strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai luaran yang diharapkan dibagi dalam tiga unsur, yaitu (1) persiapan; (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan; dan (3) evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pada santri pondok pesantren AsSunniyyah Kencong Jember yang memiliki pengetahuan mengenai ilmu tata bahasa Arab atau gramatika Bahasa Arab. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan ini, subjek dampingan pada santri AsSunniyyah dapat menghasilkan sebuah buku terjemah sederhana Kitab Al-i’rob berbahasa Indonesia. Buku terjemah ini dibuat supaya memudahkan para santri untuk memahami kaidah i’rob yang berbahasa Arab. Buku terjemah ini menjelaskan cara meng-i’rob kalimat Arab dengan baik dan benar dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

The selection of the musyabahah method used specifically in learning Arabic can be used as an alternative learning method. The primary data sources are the results of interviews and observations, the secondary data sources are the latest book "Al-Arabiyah Baina Yadaik" Volume 2. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation as well as a combination of the three, using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques. The results of its implementation are: (1) The lecturer reveals basic Arabic words that are musyabahah, prepares Arabic mufradat to train students' cognitive thinking skills in finding Indonesian equivalents, (2) Students study and compile mufradat musyabahah discussing material in their books, then mention the findings each mufradat musyabahah, (3) The lecturer explains the assimilated vocabulary sounds with different letters but more or less the same.

Abstract

The application of the Al Miftah Lil Ulum method facilitates the understanding of grammatical lessons, particularly Nahwu and Sharaf, for students at MADIN Miftahul Ulum. This method is designed to address the difficulties students face in comprehending grammatical lessons, which are often considered complex and tedious. Al Miftah Lil Ulum simplifies material from classical texts such as Jurumiyah, Alfiyah, and Al-‘Imriti with a more concise, easily understandable approach, tailored to the students' needs, including the use of Indonesian, tables, and children's songs. This study utilizes observation and documentation to collect data, aiming to expand access to grammatical understanding and increase students' interest in learning Arabic. The results show that this method successfully facilitates students' comprehension of grammatical knowledge and enhances their ability to read traditional Islamic texts, making it an effective solution in the teaching of grammar in Islamic schools and madrasahs
