Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk menguji pengaruh efisiensi, keamanan dan kemudahan terhadap minat nasabah dalam bertransaksi menggunakan Mobile Banking di Kabupaten Bireuen (Studi Kasus Bank Aceh Syariah). Rumus Lemeshow digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sample dari jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui secara pasti sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 orang nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Bireuen yang bertransaksi dengan menggunakan m-banking Action. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara dengan sejumlah responden. Data dianalisa dengan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan tingkat signifikansi antara variable dependen dan variable independen. Selanjutnya, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa efisiensi, keamanan dan kemudahan masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan m-banking “Action “oleh nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah Cabang Bireuen dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel pada ketiga variable tersebut dimana perbandingan nilai t-hitung terhadap t-tabel pada masing-masing variable yaitu efisiensi, keamanan dan kemudahan secara berturut-turut adalah 2,186 > 1,66140, 2,406 > 1,66140 dan 2,873 > 1,66140. Kata kunci: kata kunci abstrak (kata kunci ditulis dalam 3 - 6 kata/frasa yang harus merupakan bagian dari judul naskah dan dipisahkan dengan koma antar kata/frasa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model keteladanan guru dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, model keteladanan guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta kendala guru dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan hasil belajar siswa di melalui model keteladanan di SMP Plus Ulumul Quran Aceh Selatan. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Informan penelitian terdiri dari kepala yayasan, kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru penggerak dan guru mata pelajaran. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan analisis bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model keteladanan guru dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SMP Plus Ulumul Quran dilakukan dengan menjadikan dirinya sebagai agen perubahan dalam implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan norma-norma konstitusi kepada siswa dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku siswa, karena siswa tersebut sangat peka meniru gurunya. Model keteladanan guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar di SMP Plus Ulumul Quran dilakukan dengan mencontohkan sikap yang mempunyai komitmen pada siswa dan proses belajarnya, menguasai secara mendalam materi pelajaran yang diajarkannya serta cara mengajarnya kepada siswa, bertanggung jawab memantau hasil belajar siswa melalui berbagai evaluasi, mampu berpikir sistematis tentang apa yang dilakukannya dan belajar dari pengalamannya dan merupakan bagian masyarakat belajar dalam lingkungan profesinya dengan empat profilnya yaitu memiliki kepribadian yang matang dan berkembang, menguasai ilmu yang ditekuninya, memiliki keterampilan dan menguasai sains dan teknologi serta mengembangkan profesi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership applied by the principal to improve the performance of Tut Wuri Handayani Kindergarten teachers so they could work more effectively and efficiently. The method used in the research is a descriptive approach with qualitative analysis, namely by using data collection techniques in the field through the process of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed enhanced teacher performance; the principal leads the team in finishing assignments and work within the allotted time. The orientations, peer interactions, and task orientation show how teacher performance has improved at Tut Wuri Handayani Kindergarten. The principal effectively carries out the laws aimed at enhancing teacher performance, carries out programs that develop teaching ability by encouraging teachers to pursue further education, and recognizes and rewards the hard work and dedication of their teachers.

Abstract

The improvementt of entrepreneurship competency is an initiative to empower the young generation of school dropouts to achieve financial independence through entrepreneurship. This program is motivated by the high dropout rate in Indonesia due to family economic constraints. The main objective of this community service activity is to equip participants with practical entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, as well as develop an innovative entrepreneurial mindset. The method of implementing activities was in the form of intensive training, business mentoring, and the formation of weekly discussion groups. A total of 50 young school dropouts participated in this activity. The provided materials included the basics of entrepreneurship, financial management, digital marketing, and product development. This program provides access to initial capital through a partnership scheme with microfinance institutions. The results achieved were the formation of 10 small business groups, the birth of 15 young entrepreneurs who started businesses, and the creation of a support system network between participants. This program contributes to reducing unemployment among young school dropouts and improving the socio-economic status of participant families. Sustainability is carried out through a continuous mentoring system and periodic evaluation to ensure the development of participants' businesses.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the lecturer performance model at Bina Bangsa Getsempena University based on the associative causal relationship between the independent variables, namely work climate and work motivation, and the dependent variable, namely lecturer performance. The method used is descriptive quantitative research with a correlational study approach. The research population consisted of 114 lecturers, and the sample taken randomly was 89 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and data analysis was carried out using simple and multiple correlation and regression techniques. The research results show that the work climate has a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.350 and a calculated t value of 3.480, providing an effective contribution of 16.03%. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect with a correlation coefficient of 0.327 and a calculated t value of 3.231, providing an effective contribution of 25.57%. Apart from that, there is a positive and significant influence between work climate and work motivation together on lecturer performance with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.645 and a calculated F value of 11.75. To improve lecturer performance, it is recommended that leaders improve communication between lecturers and improve facilities and infrastructure that support lecturer motivation in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership of the principal in carrying out his function of improving school quality through aspects of teacher performance, the role of the principal in improving school quality and to find out the obstacles and obstacles of the principal in improving the quality of education related to aspects of teacher performance at SDN Labuy Aceh Besar. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques through observation and unstructured interviews. Data is analyzed through qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of research in the field show that the leadership of the principal in carrying out his function improves the quality of the school through aspects of teacher performance at SDN Labuy Aceh Besar. The role of the principal in improving school quality through aspects of teacher performance at SDN Labuy Aceh Besar is, as a leader, manager, educator, supervisor, administrator, innovator, and motivator. The obstacles and obstacles experienced by school principals in improving the quality of education related to aspects of teacher performance at SDN Labuy Aceh Besar are still lack of teacher discipline, lack of supporting funds to improve school quality and limited school facilities available.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's participative leadership style and teacher work motivation together on teacher performance in SD Negeri Sihoum Cluster, Indrapuri District, Aceh Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with expost facto method. The independent variable in this study is the principal's participative and teacher work motivation, and the dependent variable is teacher performance. The data collection technique used is questionnaires. The type of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results proved that the partial correlation between the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher performance (Y) when work motivation (X2) was considered constant was 0.556 and the partial correlation between work motivation (X1) and teacher performance (Y) when the principal's leadership style (X1) was considered constant was 0.040. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the principal's leadership style and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Sihoum Cluster, Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar Regency

Abstract

Penguatan peran sekolah dalam memberdayakan potensi lokal merupakan langkah strategis dalam membentuk karakter, keterampilan, dan kemandirian peserta didik sejak usia sekolah dasar. Masih banyak sekolah yang belum mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kontekstual dengan kegiatan produktif, sehingga sumber daya dan potensi lingkungan sekitar belum termanfaatkan secara maksimal. Artikel ini mengangkat pembentukan SDN Lubuk Layu, Kecamatan Samadua, Kabupaten Aceh Selatan, Provinsi Aceh sebagai model sekolah berkarya berbasis potensi lingkungan dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan yang mampu menghubungkan pembelajaran di kelas dengan aktivitas nyata di lapangan, sehingga siswa memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, pelatihan keterampilan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pendampingan guru dalam merancang kurikulum tematik integratif. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kreativitas siswa, keterlibatan aktif orang tua, serta terjalinnya hubungan harmonis antara sekolah dan masyarakat. Program ini juga berhasil menumbuhkan karakter positif seperti kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan kemandirian pada peserta didik. Keberhasilan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan sekolah berkarya sebagai bagian dari strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan dasar, terutama di wilayah yang memiliki kekayaan potensi lokal dan budaya yang kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to review the implementation of improving teacher pedagogical competence at SD Negeri 2 Seunagan, Nagan Raya Regency. Pedagogical competence is an important ability that must be possessed by every teacher in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning. Based on the results of observations there are teachers who teach using conventional methods. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants consisted of five subject teachers. The results of the study indicate that training and support from the principal have a positive impact on improving teacher pedagogical competence, which includes student understanding, curriculum development, designing and implementing educational learning, and evaluating learning outcomes. This finding confirms that the role of teachers provides direct changes to thinking patterns and improving student learning outcomes. Strategic techniques are needed to improve the quality of the learning process in schools through training activities for teachers according to curriculum needs. This study is expected to be a reference for teachers to continue to improve their pedagogical quality through training, active cooperation in schools and character in developing themselves with the quality of learning as professional teachers.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed educational practices globally, presenting both challenges and opportunities for Islamic education. This study examines the dynamics of reforming Islamic education curricula to align with the demands of the digital age while preserving core Islamic values. The research aims to explore effective strategies for integrating digital tools and methodologies into Islamic education, ensuring relevance and accessibility for contemporary learners. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing document analysis, expert interviews, and focus group discussions with educators, curriculum developers, and digital experts. The findings reveal that while digitalization enhances access to educational resources and fosters innovative teaching methods, it also introduces challenges such as the potential dilution of traditional values and a digital divide among learners. Key outcomes include a framework for a modern Islamic education curriculum that balances technological integration with spiritual and ethical teachings. The study concludes that reforming Islamic education in the digital age necessitates a holistic approach, embracing technology while safeguarding the integrity of Islamic principles. This research contributes to the discourse on modernizing religious education to prepare learners for a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
