Abstract

Indigenous culture has always been an interesting thing to research. This is because certain ethnic groups are located in Sumbawa, such as the Samawa tribe. This tradition that has been attached will be difficult to remove. The Samawa tribe has ethno parenting for early childhood to do things from an early age with a tradition of trust, such as Pay Intentions, Biso' Tian, Besunat, Entek Beng, and Bequris. These five things are done from an early age in parenting since childhood which has become a Sumbawa culture. From here, this researcher focuses on analyzing the concept of ethno-parenting for early childhood in the Samawa tribe. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study in West Nusa Tenggara which is located in the Sasambo tribe and is divided into three tribes, namely the Sasak tribe, the Samawa tribe, and the Mbojo tribe. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data source uses secondary data and primary data. Observations in 5 Samawa families in parenting, interviews with parents who use the five traditions in parenting, documentation in the form of photos and other writings as supporting references for researchers. The results of this study indicate that there are five ethno-parenting activities for early childhood in the Samawa tribe, namely, (1) Pay Intentions, (2) Biso' Tian, (3) Besunat, (4) Entek Beng, and (5) Bekuris. These five rituals are carried out by the Samawa tribe in the development of children from an early age to maximize their potential, and skills, and preserve the culture of the Samawa tribe

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is the privilege of every individual related to human behavior or actions. Human action begins in early childhood. One of the media to hone children's spiritual intelligence is through reading Aloud Islamic children's storybooks, books presenting stories of prophets, stories of friends, and exemplary values for children. Reading aloud Islamic children's storybooks have the characteristics of simple language 2-4 sentences, attractive illustrations, and easy to reflect content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reading Aloud Islamic children's storybooks on the spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in Raudhatul Athfal Wadas Kelir Purwokerto Selatan. This study uses quantitative data analysis with simple regression, using the SPSS 25 application to conclude, collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 20 guardians of students. The results showed that there was a significant 83.2% effect of reading aloud Islamic children's storybooks on the spiritual intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in Raudhatul Athfal Wadas Kelir, South Purwokerto. The resulting data obtained a calculated value of 9,450, while the table with N = 20 with a significance level of 0.05 is 1,910, meaning count > count. From here, the conclusion Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The impact of this research on simple linear regression data, namely Y = 11, 264+860 X is positive. The contribution of Islamic children's storybooks to the spiritual intelligence of early childhood is 83.2% and 16.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Discipline is required for early childhood, especially in RA in the process of learning activities are implemented. A few problems related to discipline facing early childhood was difficulty to manage themselves in preparing themselves and their requirements in the preparation and learning activities. This research is Aimed to identify the increasing of discipline in the learning for early childhood after having been implemented self -management strategies. This research object is RA DWP Sunan Kalijaga. The Methods of data collecting are observation directly to the target object of study namely students of RA. Based on observations show that self-management strategies are given to students of RA can improve the discipline of children in the course.

Abstract

Sex education for young children is one of the most important part of education that should be conveyed to children as early as possible. This is because in order to avoid behaviors or treatment deviate either from the children themselves and from others. By using the phenomenological approach and methods of non-participation observation, this research seeks to uncover portrait sex education to early childhood in eleven TK Islam in Yogyakarta. One of the results of this study states that sex education in kindergarten eleven Islam in Yogyakarta is very good because the programs trying to combine sex education in general by religious moral values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah RA Insan Mulia Bambanglipuro Bantul Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan yaitu pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Teknik menguji mengkaji lebih mendalam mengenai upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Kinerja guru di RA Insan Mulia Bambanglipuro Bantul belum sepenuhnya baik, masih terdapat beberapa guru yang kinerja nya belum maksimal dan masih perlu bimbingan dan dorongan dari kepala sekolah. Upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan cara meningkatkan spiritual agama guru, meningkatkan kedisiplinan, mengadakan pelatihan dan seminar, rapat evaluasi akhir pekan, pemberian motivasi, dan kekeluargaan. Factor pendukung dan penghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru yaitu: factor pendukung antara lain dukungan dari yayasan, factor semangat guru, orangtua murid dan diri sendiri, factor penghambat antara lain waktu yang terbatas dan SDM atau guru baru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the pros and cons of applying calistung learning in kindergarten. Calistung's activities caused much criticism from observers of early childhood. That the world of children is playing and having fun and the most important thing that must be developed in kindergarten is socializing and ethics. But there are opinions that assume that early childhood is a golden period where it is easy to absorb all kinds of information. This study includes a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The subject of this research is the teacher kelas B TK Angkasa Tasikmalaya. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis using the Milles and Huberman model and data validity testing using source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the learning that was implemented in TK Angkasa had largely followed the idealism of calistung learning according to existing theories. Children's cognitive aspects generally develop well according to the stages of cognitive development at the age of 5-6 years. Calistung learning in TK Angkasa Tasikmalaya has positive and negative effects on children's cognitive.

Abstract

This study examines the use of the storybook Koleksi Dongeng PAUD: Mengenal Suara di Sekitar Kita (PAUD Storybook Collection: Recognizing Sounds Around Us) as a tool to introduce everyday sounds to young children. Using a qualitative method with a content analysis approach, the research explores the narratives and illustrations in the book, which are designed to familiarize early childhood learners with various sounds. Data analysis was conducted through three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification to understand patterns in sound recognition and their impact on children’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. The findings reveal that the book introduces two main categories of sounds, those originating from humans, such as heartbeats, humming, coughing, sneezing, growling stomachs, and chewing sounds during eating, and those from the surrounding environment, such as knocking on doors, vehicle horns, breaking objects, splashing water, ticking clocks, and bicycle bells. The book fosters children’s development by introducing sound recognition, environmental understanding, and social interaction reflection. Its stories enhance self-awareness, identity formation, and language skills. This research’s significance lies in its innovative integration of auditory learning into storytelling, promoting cognitive, emotional, and moral growth in early childhood. However, it is limited by its focus on specific sounds and the lack of empirical testing to assess long-term effectiveness. Its cultural specificity may also limit broader applicability. Future studies should explore diverse sounds, including cultural and natural environments, and examine longitudinal impacts. Cross-cultural adaptations could transform similar books into universal educational tools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar pemberat pengulangan tindak pidana pencurian menjadi pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam menjatuhkan sanksi dalam putusan nomor 86/Pid.B/2023/PN Mks dan unsur-unsur tindak pidana pencurian dapat dibuktikan dalam putusan nomor 86/Pid.B/2023/PN Mks. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif-Kualitatif, dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan menguraikan secermat mungkin mengenai suatu objek,  fokus dan gejala atau kelompok tertentu yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan bahan hukum primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, bahan hukum sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui putusan pengadilan, dan bahan hukum tersier yang dikumpulkan melalui internet dan media massa. Kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu dari hasil analisis putusan pengadilan dengan data lapangan kemudian penguraian bahan dan data untuk membangun argumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjatuhkan sanksi pidana majelis hakim memperimbangkan beberapa hal, yakni terdakwa adalah seorang residivis, dan terdakwa pada waktu melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dikategorikan malam hari. Mengacu pada unsur pengulangan tindak pidana pencurian berat atau berkualifikasi, apabila diuraikan maka unsur-unsur dalam Pasal 363 telah terpenuhi dan terbukti dalam persidangan. This study aims to determine the basis for aggravating the repetition of theft crimes into the judge's legal consideration in imposing sanctions in decision number 86/Pid.B/2023/PN Mks and the elements of theft can be proven in decision number 86/Pid.B/2023/PN Mks. This type of research is Descriptive-Qualitative, using the type of research that is to describe and describe as carefully as possible about an object, focus and specific symptoms or groups that are objects in the study. This research uses primary legal material obtained through interviews, secondary legal material collected through court decisions, and tertiary legal material collected through the internet and mass media. Then it is analyzed qualitatively, namely from the results of the analysis of court decisions with field data then the decomposition of materials and data to build arguments and draw conclusions. The results showed that in imposing criminal sanctions, the panel of judges considered several things, namely the defendant was a recidivist, and the defendant at the time of committing the crime of theft was categorized at night. Referring to the elements of repetition of serious or qualified theft crimes, if described, the elements in Article 363 have been fulfilled and proven in court.

Abstract

If humans understand well what the meaning of sustenance is, then they will live their lives with obedience and happiness, but on the contrary, it is feared that humans will fall into the wrong understanding which then has a bad impact on themselves. Abstract

Education plays an important role in this life, all activities carried out by humans are educational processes, in this discussion it will be more specific to Islamic education, as we know now moral decline is happening everywhere, students also seem to be accustomed to doing immoral actions such as brawls between students to being involved in drug problems. This can actually be predicted by education practitioners, because the education that exists today emphasizes its students more on their cognitive abilities without being accompanied by abilities in the affective field, so here we will review Islamic education, which in this case will later be known what kind of Islamic education can at least make students return to their nature, namely as caliphs on this earth. Departing from that background, the author then wants to discuss it in the thesis and takes the title Islamic Educational Thoughts According to Sunan Kalijaga. Departing from that, the author then wants to discuss the thoughts of Indonesian Muslim figures and intellectuals who try to formulate Islamic education that is in accordance with the scope of religion, nation and state, such as Sunan Kalijaga. Hopefully, the education that he has taught and passed on to the Indonesian nation will be able to inspire elements implementing education in order to develop Islamic education so that Islamic education will be able to answer the challenges of globalization while still being based on the values ​​of Islamic teachings. The focus of the problem in this study is the concept of education according to Sunan Kalijaga, as well as Sunan Kalijaga's contribution in the field of education. From the focus of the problem that has been mentioned earlier, the author took steps to then analyze or research it with the aim of being able to know, understand, and be able to draw conclusions from Sunan Kalijaga's Islamic educational thoughts, so that the results of the study can be used as a contribution to the implementation and development of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of library research. While the data collection method uses the documentation method in order to find sources and data that support this writing. Then from the documentation it is analyzed using the content analysis method and interpretation of the sources and data obtained. The results of the research conducted by the author can be presented here after reviewing Sunan Kalijaga's thoughts on education not only enjoyed by the nobility, the concept of education that he has taught has an important role for a prospective teacher, and combines education and culture as a solution to teaching Islamic education that is easily accepted by all groups. Education is adjusted to the conditions of society, with an approach that is appropriate to society. Sunan Kalijaga's contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia is very much. With his thoughts on the acculturation of education and culture. And until now this culture is still preserved by the community.
