This study aimed to analyze the direct effect of fear of failure, organizational activeness, and teaching methods of lecturers with self-control as a moderating variable to academic procrastination. The population in this study was 330 students from class of 2017of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The sampling technique in this study used Stratified Random Sampling and sample size determination used the Slovin Formula with the results of the calculation of 181 students. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and moderation regression analysis models. The results showed that fear of failure and organizational activity had a positive effect on academic procrastination. The teaching method of the lecturer did not affect academic procrastination. Self-control could moderate the effect of fear of failure on academic procrastination. Self-control could not moderate the effect of organizational activity and teaching methods of lecturers on academic procrastination. Suggestions from this research are students need to develop soft skills and increase confidence in their ability to reduce fear of failure in the future. Students can divide the time between the organization and lecture assignments so that students do not neglect each lecture assignment, so academic procrastination can decrease. For further research, self-control variables can be used as a mediating variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kesejahteraan guru, figur guru panutan, pengalaman mengajar terhadap kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru melalui self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2015 yang berjumlah 371 mahasiswa. Ukuran sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin pada standard error 5% sebanyak 194 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES angkatan 2015 dalam kategori cukup tinggi, persepsi kesejahteraan guru dalam ketegori cukup baik, figur guru panutan dalam kategori baik, pengalaman mengajar dalam kategori baik, dan self-efficacy dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan figur guru panutan, pengalaman mengajar, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru. Figur guru panutan dan pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy. Sementara itu, persepsi kesejahteraan guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap self-efficacy maupun kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru. Saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain pihak perguruan tinggi dapat menyediakan sarana yang menunjang dan dapat mengembangkan skill serta keterampilan mahasiswa sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bagi hasil, brand image, dan keragaman produk terhadap minat menabung santri di bank syariah dengan promosi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri Pondok Pesantren Durrotu Ahlisunnah Waljama’ah Banaran Kota Semarang yang berjumlah sebanyak 400 orang. Sampel berjumlah 200 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Keragaman produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Promosi mampu memoderasi akan tetapi memperlemah hubungan antara bagi hasil terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Promosi mampu memoderasi akan tetapi memperlemah hubungan antara brand image terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Promosi mampu memoderasi akan tetapi memperlemah hubungan antara keragaman produk terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah perlu ditingkatkan minat menabung santri dengan cara mengurangi pengeluaran yang tidak penting dan tidak mendesak sehingga santri dapat menyisihkan uangnya untuk ditabung di bank syariah

This study aimed to explain the effect of the utilization of information technology and the role of lecturers in accounting learning on the value of conservation character and academic performance of "Generation Z" students, both directly and indirectly through mediation. The population in this study was selected purposively with a sample of 185 accounting education students in 2015. This research used a mixed methods approach and the type of research was a case study. The test results directly indicated the utilization of information technology and affected the academic performance of Generation Z students. The role of lecturers in accounting learning affected the academic performance of Generation Z students. The utilization of information technology affected the value of conservation character. In addition, the role of lecturers in accounting learning also affected the value of conservation character. There was an effect of the conservation character value on the academic performance of generation Z students. Mediation testing also showed the effect of the utilization of information technology on the academic performance of generation Z students through conservation character values. The role of lecturers in accounting learning affected the academic performance of generation Z students through the value of conservation character. This research is expected to contribute both to practice and in the theoretical realm. For educators and generation Z, it should be wise to use information technology by paying attention to conservation values. For the theoretical realm, it is necessary to continue to develop and study this topic in different sectors.

This study aims to determine the effect of income, knowledge of zakat, and muzakki's trust on the interest in paying zakat professionally through BAZNAZ either directly or moderated by government regulations. The study population was all Muslim civil servant teachers of SMK in Semarang City, amounting to 89 people. This research is a research with saturation side so that all members of the population become the research sample. The analysis tool uses moderated regression analysis. The results show that income, knowledge of zakat, and muzakki's trust have a significant positive effect on the interest in paying zakat on profession through BAZNAZ. Government regulations are able to strengthen the positive influence of income and knowledge of zakat, on the interest in paying professional zakat through BAZNAZ, but weaken the relationship of the positive influence of muzakki's trust on the interest in paying professional zakat through BAZNAZ.

AbstractThis research aims to study the effect of good corporate governance on financial distress directly and mediated by financial performance. The study population was a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The study sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, which produced 137 companies that met the requirements. The research data uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical tool to test the research hypothesis is Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The results of the study show that there is no direct and indirect impact on corporate governance to financial difficulties; while financial performance has a negative impact on financial difficulties. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan annual report perusahaan manufaktur yang diperoleh melalui website Indonesia Stock Exchange. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yaitu Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap financial distress; sedangkan financial performance berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap financial distress. This study examines the effect of technology utilization and lecturer competence on the effectiveness of online learning with independent learning as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students of Economics Education Department, Universitas Negeri Semarang in class of 2018. The sampling technique involved in this study is a saturated which consisting of 120 students. The data further analyzed using descriptive statistical and path analysis. The results showed that technology utilization had no effect on the effectiveness of online learning for computer courses. Lecturer competence and learning independence had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of online learning for computer courses. The technology utilization had no effect on learning independence, while lecturer competence positively impacts on learning independence. Additionally, independent learning failed in mediating the effect of technology utilization but it can mediate the effect of lecturer competence on the effectiveness of online learning. From these findings, lecturers should provide more interesting learning materials so that the effectiveness of online learning increases and can foster independent learning in students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi perilaku ramah lingkungan mahasiswa yang telah selesai menempuh mata kuliah Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PLH). Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UNNES angkatan 2016. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling sejumlah 121 mahasiswa. Alat analisis menggunakan analisis deksriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental behavior yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam kategori cukup, mahasiswa memiliki perilaku yang tinggi dalam hal penghematan dan penggunaan sumber energi, penggunaan alat transportasi yang ramah lingkungan, dan pemakaian barang yang menyebabkan limbah. Namun demikian memiliki kelemahan atas perilaku dalam pengolahan limbah, konsumsi bahan-bahan makanan ramah lingkungan, enggan untuk aktif dalam organisasi lingkungan serta belum dapat memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki untuk kegiatan lingkungan. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlunya praktik calon wirausaha industri kreatif dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah kewirausahaan, dan optimalisasi kinerja kader konservasi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya terlibat dalam organisasi lingkungan.

Berdasarakan hasil observasi diketahui bahwa mayoritas ibu-ibu Desa Keji adalah ibu rumah tangga yang menghabiskan banyak waktu di rumah, namun demikian kesadaran untuk mengelola sampah sangat rendah. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas pembuangan sampah dan fasilitas pengelolaan sampah sangat minim, hanya tersedia dua tempat sampah besar untuk menampung sampah setiap harinya untuk seluruh warga. Hal ini sangat ironi mengingat Desa Keji merupakan salah satu desa menjai target sebagai Desa Wisata di Kabupaten Semarang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terutama ibu rumah tangga akan pentingnya pengeloaan sampah; (2) memberikan tambahan pengetahuan tentang edukasi pengelolaan sampah; (3) memberikan edukasi tentang penataan lingkungan melalui aplikasi Bank Sampah; (4) melakukan pendampingan mengenai administrasi pengelolaan Bank Sampah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah workshop, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan melalui metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Kegiatan pengabdian telah diselesaikan dengan baik, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta pengabdian mengenai pemilahan sampah untuk mendapatkan harga jual sampah yang lebih tinggi, dan administrasi Bank Sampah sebagai tempat untuk penyaluran sampah yang telah dipilah dan sebagai media untuk pengelolaan keuangan dari hasil sampah.
