Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu dari tiga pilar tridharma dalam perguruan tinggi yang wajib dilakukan. Terlepas dari masa pandemi yang telah membuat beberapa kebijakan-kebijakan baru. Tim dosen tetap melakukan pengabdian melalui aplikasi Zoom. Pengabdian ditujukan kepada anggota ibu-ibu kader RW 04 desa Cibeusi. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan adalah Pelatihan Literasi Media dan Kesehatan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan yang holistik mengenai pelatihan literasi media dan juga memberikan kemampuan dasar mengenai kompetensi pencarian informasi kesehatan melalui media digital bagi anggota ibu kader RW 04 desa Cibeusi. Metode pelaksanaan PKM yang dilakukan lewat Zoom ini dimulai dengan metode ice breaking, ceramah kemudian diskusi kelompok. Pertemuan diakhiri dengan evaluasi berbentuk feedback dari anggota ibu-ibu kader RW 04 Desa Cibeusi. Kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini adalah: (1) Sebagai tolak ukur bagi anggota ibu-ibu kader RW 04 Desa Cibeusi dalam memahami literasi media dan kesehatan (2) Meningkatkan kesadaran mereka akan pentingnya memiliki kompetensi litersi media dan kesehatan yang baik dan benar; (3) Meningkatkan kemampuan dasar ibu-ibu kader RW 04 Desa Cibeusi dalam literasi media dan kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Literasi Media, Kesehatan, Ibu-ibu Kader,  Cibeusi

Abstract

Film The Raid Redemption merupakan film yang menceritakan tentang peperangan antara pasukan kepolisian dengan pasukan bandar narkoba. Film ini berhasil menampilkan adegan-adegan berbahaya dengan terlihat sangat nyata dalam setiap aksi yang dilakukan dalam film tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten kekerasan yang ditampilkan pada film The Raid Redemption. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang dikaji untuk penelitian ini adalah scene yang menggambarkan atau memperlihatkan adegan kekerasan dalam film The Raid Redemption. Pembangunan unsur kekerasan yang ditampilkan oleh karakter utama dan karakter pembantu terlihat jelas sepanjang jalannya film The Raid Redemption.

Abstract

It has been a year since the first COVID-19 cases in Indonesia and the development of COVID-19 health applications has grown significantly during that time. However, there has not been found research to analyze such an application in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate the mHealth COVID-19 application in Indonesia application store, which will eventually become a reference for all researchers related to the mhealth application development in Indonesia. The researchers used COVID-19-related keywords to identify apps on iOS and Android devices. There were 17 applications selected for this research, and the applications' quality were assessed by two coders using the Mobile App Rating Scale (MARS). The search results totaled 842 applications, 19 of which met the researcher's criteria, and 17 applications were found to be assessed. This research was using the Krippendorff coefficient alpha (α) to calculate the reliability value of the agreement between coders. The result showed that PeduliLindungi applications had the highest (4.2/5) of the average MARS score, and the MARS scores of 14 applications were unacceptable (<3.0), which explained that most of the COVID-19 related apps in Indonesia are of low quality. Also, this research implies that the information-related features should be the next focus for overall quality improvement of the Indonesian mHealth application in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior in behaving in a healthy lifestyle. This research method is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted in February 2018-July 2018, in the Upper Citarum River, Tarumjaya Village, Bandung Regency. This study analyzes the variables of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of PHBS with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the people's knowledge in Tarumjaya village was very good for all PHBS indikators. The highest indikator is childbirth in a health facility. The people of Tarumjaya Village have an attitude about a clean and healthy lifestyle in the high and medium categories. Most people have a good attitude in the dimension of childbirth assisted by health workers. Although the community's knowledge and attitudes regarding PHBS are quite good, in terms of community behavior in implementing PHBS, it still needs to be improved. As many as 69 percent have applied the medium and high category PHBS, but there are still 31 percent of the community who apply the PHBS in the low category.

Abstract

Pencemaran aliran sungai citarum, memiliki dampak terhadap kesehatan masayarakat yang tinggal di Bantasan Sungai Citarum. Pemahaman dan sikap masyarakat tentang pola hidup sehat pada masyarakat yang terkategori rendah, memiliki konsekuensi atau dampak terhadap kesehatan masyaakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap masyaakat tentang pola hidup bersih dan sehat di Bantaran Sungai Citarum. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan dan dalam diskusi. Informasi merupakan salah satu dari kekuatan yang dapat mempengaruhi sebuah persepsi, sistem kepercayaan atau sikap individu.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat di bantaran sungai Citarum dalam perilaku hidup dan sehat meningkat dengan kegiatan sosialisasi ataupun edukasi

Abstract

The "one data" policy driven by the government through the Ministry of Health is believed to be able to innovate and give a new face to health services. Of course, the improvement of health services starts from the smallest and lowest layers, namely Polindes. Starting from this policy and the finding of relatively low public health service problems, the authors see a health service in Polindes, which contributes positively to improving the quality of public health services. The health service is the author's view of the communication perspective through the study of Communication in the Synergy of Public Health Services Polindes (Village Maternity Post) in Tarumajaya Village, Kertasari District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is a case study. The results of the study revealed that public health services in Polindes are inseparable from the communication process that exists in the village. The verbal communication process includes positive synergy between the communicator and the communicant. In this case, the communicators are village midwives, village officials, namely the village head and his staff, the sub-district health center, and the active role of the village cadres involved. In contrast, the communicant that was targeted was the community in the village of Tarumajaya. This positive synergy results in a marked increase in public services, namely by providing new facilities in the village, RTK (Birth Waiting Home). Kebijakan “one data” yang dimotori oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian kesehatan diyakini mampu membuat inovasi dan memberikan wajah baru terhadap layanan kesehatan. Tentunya, perbaikan layanan kesehatan tersebut dimulai dari lapisan terkecil dan terbawah yakni Polindes. Berawal dari kebijakan tersebut dan masih ditemukannya masalah pelayanan kesehatan publik yang relatif rendah, penulis melihat sebuah layanan kesehatan di Polindes, yang memberikan kontribusi positif dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan masyarakat. Pelayanan kesahatan tersebut penulis lihat dari perpektif komunikasi melaui penelitian Komunikasi dalam Sinergi Pelayanan Kesehatan Publik Polindes (Pos Bersalin Desa) di Desa Tarumajaya, Kecamatan Kertasari, Kabupaten Bandung ini dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan publik di Polindes, tidak terlepas dari adanya proses komunikasi yang terjalin di desa tersebut. Proses komunikasi verbal tersebut meliputi sinergitas positif antara pihak komunikator dan komunikan. Dalam hal ini, komunikator tersebut adalah Bidan Desa, Aparat Desa yakni Kepala Desa beserta staffnya, Puskesmas tingkat kecamatan, serta peran aktif dari para kader desa yang terlibat. Sedangkan komunikan yang menjadi target adalah masyarakat di desa Tarumajaya. Sinergitas positif tersebut menghasilkan peningkatan pelayanan publik yang nyata, yaitu dengan adanya penyediaan fasilitas baru di desa, RTK (Rumah Tunggu Kelahiran).

Abstract

The development of web 2.0 of social media has caused many changes in the implementation and approach of a political campaign. Nowadays, political campaigns are more personal and can be carried out at any time. Politicians can share personal information directly through social media, even outside a particular electoral or media agenda. The public can also directly communicate with politicians through social features in likes, comments, and shares. Therefore, it becomes interesting to analyse these changes. This study applied a quantitative content analysis method to explore further the concept of personalisation in Facebook contents of one of the famous politicians in Indonesia, Anies Baswedan. The concept of personalisation used in this study is Van Santen and Van Zoonen's typology of self-personalisation. The results show Anies Baswedan Facebook contents commonly utilised the typology of self-personalisation, a correlation between text visual post type with the use of self-personalisation typology, and a strong and positive correlation between the use of self-personalisation typology with the level of user engagement obtained. Abstract

Learning in the pandemic period requires students to be able to use a variety of online learning media. Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, and LMS platforms are the most frequently used media. Students' behavior to use learning media is influenced by perceptions of the learning media. This study aimed to describe the ease and usefulness perceptions that students feel about the various available learning media. This research is designed as quantitative research with a survey approach. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. The results show that students' perceived ease of learning media, namely Zoom, Google meet, Google classroom, and LMS, is perceived as relatively easy. Zoom is an application/platform that is considered the easiest of the other media, while LMS is considered more complicated than the other three media. Meanwhile, this study's results also show that the perspective of the usefulness of the learning media is considered to have good benefits. Zoom is the application/platform that is considered the most useful from other media, while LMS is considered less useful than the other three media.

Abstract

Madasari Beach is a beach that has potential and exotic. Promotional activities undertaken by local governments have not had an enormous impact on the number of visitors. One form of tourism promotion communication activities with word of mouth in increasing tourist interest is visiting Madasari Beach. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the influence of the credibility of the word of mouth contribution to the interest of students visiting Madsari attractions. The study results revealed that students' interest to demonstrate to Madasari Beach was relatively high. Meanwhile, the factors that influence the effectiveness of Madasari beach tourism promotion with WOM are the message characteristic factors, in this case, the message quality. As for the credibility factor, the source has no real influence on the interest in visiting Madasari Beach.

Abstract

Sungai Citarum merupakan salah satu DAS yang memiliki tingkat pencemaran yang tinggi. Masyarakat yang tinggal di bantaran DAS masih memiliki perilaku hidup sehat yang rendah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi masyarakat dalam berperilaku pola hidup sehat. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari - Juli 2018, di Bantaran Hulu sungai Citarum Desa Tarumjaya Kecamatan Kertasari Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori Planned Behavior. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner terdiri dari item pertanyaan tentang variabel sikap, norma sosial, perceive behavioral control, dan intensi masyarakat dalam PHBS.  Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 39 responden, yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa intensi masyarakat tentang pentingnya PHBS sebagian besar kategori tinggi sebanyak 38,5 %, kategori sedang 61,5 % dan kategori rendah sebanyak 0 %. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi perilaku pola hidup sehat adalah faktor sikap masyarakat terhadap kesehatan itu sendiri dan norma subjektif. Sikap yang positif pada pola hidup sehat sebagai faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi intensi untuk berperilaku hidup sehat. Norma subjektif yang memiliki peran signifikan terhadap intensi adalah dukungan lingkungan sekitar dan tokoh masyarakat.
