Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct a series of tests on each increase in the number of node-clients on the Mobile Ad hoc Network, while each node performs real-time video conferencing services from the internet cloud which can have a significant impact on the Quality of Service. The quality of service of the Mobile Ad hoc Network that supports video conferencing in real-time is evaluated based on End-to-End Delay. The model offered is in the form of the implementation of an ad hoc network on the zoom cloud meeting service. We assessed the transmission scenario of wireless video conferencing services while changing the number of user nodes. It carried the measurement out 5 times and calculated the average value obtained to be compared against the number of different nodes in this case the data obtained using Wireshark software. The results showed that the end-to-end delay value on the Mobile Ad hoc Network increased by 27% when the scalability of the Mobile Ad hoc network was increased from 2 nodes to 4 nodes. Our proposed model can be helpful in making decisions about aspects of the number of nodes in the Mobile Ad hoc network in real-time communication

Abstract

Lazismu merupakan bagian penting yang mengemban tugas sebagai pengelola dan manajemen modern untuk zakat, infaq dan sedekah. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi bukan pada pengelolaannya tetapi pendistribusiannya. Di masa pandemi seperti ini perlu adanya suatu terobosan dalam rangka menyelesaikan masalah yang dimaksud. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuat sebuah sistem yang diberi nama Aplikasi Lazismu yang berfungsi memberikan kemudahan dalam hal informasi, pengelolaan, dan pendistribusian berbasis database dan peta digital. Manfaat dari penelitian ini agar sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah proses penyaluran zakat, infaq dan sedekah nantinya yang menjadi permasalahan utama dari setiap lazismu. Hasil penelitian ini dikerjakan berdasarkan roadmap penelitian secara simultan mulai dari pendataan (database) sampai dengan pengelolaan zakat, infaq dan sedekah itu sendiri. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan yakni prototype, karena prototype dianggap cocok dalam rangka menemukan permintaan dan sesuai kegunaan nantinya. Dari hasil penelitian memudahkan proses penyaluran ZIS di Lazismu Gorontalo berbasis teknologi informasi. Banyak masyarakat yang terbantu dari segi informasi dan juga transparansi penyalurannya.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the Indonesian government issued an independent learning policy episode eight, namely vocational high schools (VHS) which are centers of excellence (VHS-COE). This policy is the government's commitment to improving the quality of Indonesia's human resources. One strategy for implementing the program is to present tertiary institutions as assistants to SMKs. An appropriate selection process is needed to find relevant tertiary institutions to become Assistant Vocational High Schools. However, the current selection process still uses a platform with limited access (Google Forms). These deficiencies can lead to bias so that one cannot determine which tertiary institution is appropriate to be appointed as a companion. Therefore it is necessary to build an information system using a decision analysis approach (decision tree C 4.5) to be used as a reference in determining the eligibility of universities participating in the program. The research method uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is modeled using sequence diagrams and algorithms based on criteria set by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The results of this study are that the management of the SMK Directorate has a more comprehensive decision-making reference for assessing which tertiary institutions are appropriate in accompanying SMKs as centers of excellence because the output results from the program have a high degree of accuracy

Abstract

The importance of healthcare professionals in ensuring that patients always receive the best care makes hospitals meticulous in selecting their workforce. When choosing healthcare professionals, subjective factors often come into play, as these factors have not been well-defined in the decision-making process when evaluating potential healthcare workers. Therefore, it is possible for hospitals to make mistakes in selecting potential healthcare professionals, and this can have significant implications for the hospital. Consequently, it is necessary to adhere to established criteria when selecting future healthcare workers. Moreover, the defined criteria and the manual calculation of criteria by the hospital further require a considerable amount of time to make accurate decisions. The objective of this research is to develop a website-based system that can assist the UPT. RSUD Mokoyurli Buol in making quick and accurate decisions in selecting healthcare personnel. The Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can solve ranking problems quickly and determine the highest to lowest values in a selection process. The final outcome of this research is a system that can make decisions in selecting hospital staff using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Black box testing ensures the compatibility of the application's functional events, while white box testing verifies the internal logic of the system. Therefore, it can be concluded that the system's logic functions effectively.

Abstract

Audit is an independent and standardized systematic process that completes evidence and compares it objectively to determine the extent to which audit interpretations have been complied with. One of the standards used in the implementation of the information systems audit process is COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology). Online PNBP still has identified problems, including that the Online PNBP application does not accommodate all Types and Tariffs for PNBP types. This study aims to conduct an online PNBP information system audit at LPP RRI Gorontalo. This study uses the APO04 (Manage Innovation) domain at COBIT 5 with the research stages using Assessment Process Activities. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data obtained through the observation phase of interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results, the average value in the APO04 sub-domain in the current condition (As Is) is 0.24 and the expected condition (To Be) is 0.20 or still at level 0. With the largest gap or gap value is in the APO04.02 sub domain, which is 0.54. With these results it is found that LPP RRI Gorontalo has not carried out IT processes that should have existed, or been added and have not succeeded in achieving the objectives of the IT process and have not been optimal in maintaining understanding of the company's environment, so the suggestion that can be given is to maximize understanding of the environment companies so that they can understand the interests of both consumers and companies so that opportunities enabled by new technologies can be identified

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning methods that have been carried out so far at Muhammadiyah schools in Gorontalo. Learning media such as WhatsApp, Google Form, Zoom, Google Meet and so on are effective and have an impact on student learning outcomes. It is true that online learning has experienced setbacks in terms of learning achievement, but this is important to know the development of learning at Muhammadiyah schools in Gorontalo. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that online learning has generally been successfully implemented for students at Gorontalo Muhammadiyah schools, but its implementation has not run optimally compared to offline learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether: 1) land area has a partial and significant effect on rice production yields, 2) Fertilizer (urea) has a partial and significant effect on rice production, 3) Seeds have a partial and significant effect on rice production, 4) Pesticides have a partial and significant effect on rice production, and 5) Land area, fertilizer (urea), seeds and pesticides have a simultaneous and significant effect on rice production in Paris Village, Mootilango District. The research method used is a type of research with a descriptive quantitative approach. The results of the study were: 1) The results of farmers' rice production in Paris Village, Mootilango District, Gorontalo Regency of 74.80 percent were influenced by land area factors (X1), Urea factor (X2), Seed Factor (X3) and Pesticide factor (X4), 2) Partially the land area factor of Seed factor (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the amount of rice production produced by farmers in Paris Village, Mootilango District, Gorontalo Regency. Meanwhile, the land area factor (X1), Urea factor (X2), and Pesticide factor (X4) did not have a positive and significant effect on the amount of rice production produced by farmers in Paris Village, Mootilango District, Gorontalo Regency, and 3) Simultaneously the land area factor (X1), Urea factor (X2), seed factor (X3) and Pesticide factor (X4) positively and significantly affect the amount of rice production produced by farmers in Paris Village, Mootilango District, Regency Gorontalo.

Abstract

A resource is a potential value possessed by a particular material or element in life. Water is a resource that is a basic human need for survival, both for living needs and spiritual needs, even up to the era of modern technology. The level of human well-being is measured by the fulfillment of social, economic, and spiritual needs, including the need for automated technology to make work easier and more efficient. The need for automatic equipment in every field is increasing due to considerations of its practical and efficient nature, including spiritual needs. Spiritual activities that can apply automatic technology include the ablution process. The ablution is a mandatory routine activity. Water users in the process of taking wudu water are not optimal because when they want to perform wudu the tap lever is immediately turned, while they still need time to prepare themselves, for example by removing the hijab or rolling up the sleeves of their clothes. The water will flow continuously until the ablution process is complete and the tap lever is turned to close the water flow. So, in this case, a lot of water is wasted. Applying automatic technology to the wudu faucet requires a continuous supply of electricity so that it always remains operational by providing a backup power supply that charges automatically so that the wudu process can be carried out at any time. The use of Arduino and the PING HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor as an object distance detector can make the tap automatic and therefore practical. The working principle of this automatic faucet is that the solenoid will activate when the sensor detects an object under the faucet at a distance of 5 to 40 cm. The maximum detection angle is 10°. The average efficiency of automatic faucets compared to manual faucets is ±30.09%.

Abstract

This research aims to implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) algorithm as a Decision Support System for selecting recipients of Direct Cash Assistance in Cempaka Putih village, Gorontalo. With a dataset of 112 prospectus recipients, the study focuses on developing an efficient approach to assist the village head in the beneficiary selection process. By combining multi-objective optimization and ratio analysis, the MOORA algorithm objectively evaluates and ranks recipients based on eligibility and suitability. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of MOORA in streamlining the selection process, ensuring transparency and optimizing resource allocation for those most in need. This research contributes to decision support systems by showcasing the practical application of MOORA, enhancing assistance distribution, and improving community welfare. The results show that Alternative A1 receives the highest ranking, which is 1, with a Yi value of 1.32. Therefore, Alternative A1 is recommended as the best candidate to receive direct cash assistance in the Cempaka Putih village. The method has the capability to rank the top 12 suitable candidates who are eligible to obtain direct cash aid. However, there are instances where certain Yi values match, resulting in the same ranking for those alternatives. This similarity necessitates further observation and analysis.

Abstract

Current developments in technological science have had a major impact on our daily lives, one of the impacts is in the health and agricultural sectors which implement automated systems. This research aims to review current topics regarding expert systems and the use of some of the best algorithms used. The literature review was created by systematically reviewing 1000 research articles from the last 5 years (from 2016 to 2020) by collecting through related sources including conference proceedings and journals. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). SLR is used to identify, study and interpret all relevant specific research. The results of this research reveal several algorithms that are frequently used and have good accuracy values ​​as well as trending topics in the field of expert systems.
